Regarding this puzzle, it didn't take long for me to realise its method, but it was one used in a unique way that I enjoyed. It was then in April 2021 that I had a set of plausible coordinates, ready to be found on a non-rainy day!I followed the advice from the CO, and approached this geocache from [Koala](https://coord.info/GC22DW3). It wasn't South Bay, but there were plenty of bike trails and tracks that headed towards GZ, with some interesting downhills/ascents and wooden structure crossings. I really loved the area, and I photographed a few cool mushroom clusters during my walk/jog. Once at GZ, the cache was found reasonably quickly, and the cache container and logbook were in good shape. A Favourite Point for an enjoyable puzzle and area to visit; Thanks [bedmakerTG](https://coord.info/PR126KQ) for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.----------This morning, it was a quick round trip to Mount Samson, and then I returned home through Clear Mountain Conservation Park. A recently published geocache became my target, and I used the opportunity of my outing to find a cluster of geocaches within the vicinity. It was a brisk morning, but the scrubland visits made me enjoy the outside adventures.
Davinells had a planThat plan included a leisurely walk over to north Bribie The plans for Bribie fell apart thanks to a huge crash on The BruceIt then became about some new targets and some random cachesWe just had to visit this cache seeing as the last finder was our dear friend KarickaThanks bedmakerTG
A day off means a day trip to Brisbane to go caching with Peppa. A pile up on the Bruce hwy has changed our original plans and north Brisbane has become our new target area.We found the trad and then noticed who the last finder of this cache was so that became our next target, we always like to follow karicka. We made our way along e network of winding tracks and located the hide without issue. Thanks for the cache bedmakerTGFind #6081
As I logged the koala cache I saw that this was just a little further in.

After attending today's event georode and I continued our caching expedition, ignoring the S's SE QLD Loop Support List due to windy condition and not enough time. We ventured north then west then east. And I finished an ad lab at Beerwah.
Thank you for the cache bedmaker. We took the shorter route from Koala, all good.

With a Friday afternoon free and me needing a few caches for a challenge I have set myself, I set off to grab a few around the Winn Road area. A call from Duppers saw us now caching together and grabbing a few caches in the area. Seems we both had a list of caches in this area.
We parked up and we went for a walk to grab this one, it was a very pleasant stroll up and down and along the river bank. This one was a fun puzzle to do once the penny dropped, then everything came flowing. Made our find with a little unloved for Duppers. I signed the log and replaced all as found, we then continued on to our next cache. Thanks for placing this one here and maintaining it.

After a tip to get me started, I solved this one relatively easily. Out & about with Chamad today to pick up some caches that were on our respective lists. Nice walk to GZ too, following the creek. TFTC bedmaker
I followed the track in here along the creek bed and found it sitting in plain sight. I returned it to its hide and took the geocoin. Thanks for the cache

Ah, gotta love International Earthcache Day - gets you out and about! Today we team up with Grannysmith1947 and Miss Millie to add some more caches in an enjoyable romp around the Lake.
Downhill, across the creek many times, over a bridge of sorts, and a short minor bush bash off the path to retrieve the prize. Now for the reverse process!
Cache located, log signed and all replaced as found. TFTC, bedmaker, at 10:31 AM on October 11, 2020.

AVENGED! After failing here a bit over a year ago I swear I rechecked all my numbers, but the number, no not that number, yes this number, was it seems not correct. It took some unsubtle nagging from obc to realise my error. Well, driving past the parking this morning after an earlier still little hike, obc captive in the passenger seat, it was agreed that we would head in together - just so she can check on me. [:X] OBC also brought a spare waterproof logsheet as it was apparently rather wet when she was there.
We followed the path in and at a point where I could literally see my previous GZ being a mere 30-50m away, we zagged instead of a zig and were quickly looking at an obvious spot. With a cache container. Like duh I was so close. So happy to tick this one off. I didn't mind walking this area twice (nor did obc) - it is a pretty area. Although the little creek was still bone dry despite the little bit of rain overnight. Reckon that would be spectacular if running.
Mr. CO I have the wet soggy old logbook in my possession. I am drying it out at home, but it really won't be reusable as a logbook. With care (once dry) the signed pages might be mostly salvageable - please let me know.
Thanks bedmaker for entertaining me at this location.

I have had this one solved for a long time, but today I was finally free enough to run out and grab it. And can I just say WOW, I love this area, it is so beautiful and yet so close to home. Amazing. Didn't see any drop bears, but I was focussed so much on the beauty around me that I wasn't really looking. You're getting a FP just for the GZ.
I solved this one so long ago I can't remember what I did but being a numbers nerd, I can assure you that I probably loved the journey.
Arriving at GZ the cache was not in its hidey hole. Thankfully, the container and log and stash note are still there. Unfortunately the log is soaked beyond repair. I was caching without my bag of spares, sorry, otherwise I would have thrown a new log in. Left card (I think it is a "fifth visit is free" card for "No lights, no lyra") with my log on the back, which will make do until maintenance.
TFTC - and TB visits while I am here. Dropping off a TB to enjoy the scenery.

We had solved this puzzle sometime ago but we’re a bit dissuaded by the previous end. After confirming we could replace the cache we set off this morn to have a look see. Firstly the paths through this area are heaps of fun, with a bridge and ramp to sweeten the deal...after some exploration we arrived at the Gz and did find we needed to replace the cache. There are two dead trees around the Gz and one has fallen. We managed to position a new container to fit with the existing hint - just to one side. Tftc and the numbers puzzle, much fun was had!
Fairly confident in my coordinates - despite having had this sit in my solved pile for a few years now. The hint exactly matched 0m from GZ on my GPSr ... but could not find a container - not up here ... nor down there. Nice walk in though, so there is that.

Of course today is another day I'm in need of a cache..... or two [;-)] And of course the weather is not overly favourable looking out. And of course 1GiantPanda also wants to go to archery, but of course he needs to be motivated to get out of that comfy spot in front of the screen in the lounge before any of the above can take place.
However eventually he got moving and we decided we would head for our cache (or two) and hope the weather cleared a little more before then heading to archery.
I'm glad we decided to save this for today instead of yesterday. Not having looked properly at the map I hadn't realised quite the walk involved. However today we loved the windy walk to this cache - quite a surprise little journey!
Thanks for the cache bedmakerTG.

This puzzle has been in my solved folder for a while now, but i have not had time when in the area to make the find. I wanted a walk after work today, so I headed towards this one. I parked the geomobile and made my way towards GZ. I really enjoyed the walk. Just what I needed today. At GZ, the cache was quickly located and the log signed. TFTC
This one has been a long time coming, but I finally put the numbers together after a nudge from a friend.
Seems I took the wrong path and went completely off-piste but after some T4 bush bashing through the spikes and across a deep gorge I got there in the end.
Thanks **bedmaker** for bringing us here, this find makes #3854. Discover our trackable TGQNRV.

I have a few solved puzzles in the area so decided to take a solo run today and make them all smileys
This puzzle fell into place very easily last night. Marvellous what a lot of practice at other puzzles will help you achieve [^] I like the way you drew out the numbers Today I took the walk to GZ and some of it was on the narrow MTB trail, and some along the dry creek bed. I kept a wary eye out for snakes but didn't see any The cache was a quick find. TFTC, bedmakerTG.

With both daughters otherwise occupied, what better thing to do on Fathers Day than go caching. I decided on a TRUMP day - To Rectify Unfound Multis & Puzzles. There are many on my list (over 100) and it is good to finally be picking a few up.
I solved this one a long long time ago - and checking over my notes remember it was quite a challenge for me at the time. Today was the time to finally pick this one up. I really enjoy the walk to this one. and though I always worry about trails that are not just for hikers, I needn't have worried as I saw nobody on the way in or out. A great way to while away some time in quiet reflection. Thanks for the cache BMTG.

Well wasn't this puzzle a stretch for this Kindy Teachers brain? There were several things that immediately came to mind when I first looked at it, and one by one they all bombed out [v] Thankfully a friend steered me in the right direction and I now have a new string to my puzzle solving bow. Today whilst in the area with Mrs Wombles, RhoBoCacher and Nyssaflutterby we decided this puzzle's number was up [:O)] and made the walk in for a smilie. Thanks for the challenge and the cache bedmaker
Found today with Stortigirls, Rhobocacher and Nyssa.
I'm still working on the puzzle. Maybe tomorrow when no children are talking to me I can figure it out.
I Loved the walk to the cache! This was a great path!

Sunday. Slow Puncture ventured slightly out west to clean up some solved puzzles, and also pick up a few randoms if we stumbled across them.
Well, this is the cache where we got our exercise for the day! Having found our way to the nearest road, we parked and set off and down on foot (we couldn't find/remember the gate for Koala) Which was a shame, because a track would have been preferable. That said, the trek through the bush wasn't that bad. We got to the creek bed and crossed over - dry as a bone today, athough it looks like when it is running it can be very fierce.
Again, the co-ords were spot on, and the cache was right where it should have been. That is one DEAD tree! Signed and retrurned. The trip back up was not as much fun, calves starting to burn a bit, but it had been a long day.
This was the 5th of 8 caches we found on this trip.
Thanks [Blue]bedmaker[/Blue], for showing us this interesting place.

The weather has been so beautiful and it was no exception on this lovely Tuesday. We successfully found this cache - it was a good one to get as we had the solution but had not been nearby before. Love the scenery and a great location. Thanks to bedmaker.
I had solved this cache many many moons ago but had never been in the area and had the solved coordinates with me. I mentioned to Captain Terror that I would like to get it so on our way home from a day paddling up the coast we decided to drive by and grab it.
We had found another cache nearby and decided to continue along the track towards this one... we got about halfway between the two when we got to an overgrown section, hmmm let's look at the description for parking coordinates... oh look.. not this way!
We walked back to the car, drove around and started again. We walked down along the track until we got to a steep hill. The Captain decided to run down and find some access going the right way. I ended up beating through some Lantana to get to him. We carried on towards GZ, the sky getting darker by each passing minute.
At GZ we searched around, called two previous finders and the cache owner but we couldn't spot the cache anywhere. There was a likely spot and we were worried that it might have gone missing. Both of us were suffering from very loud stomachs and horrible headaches so we decided to admit defeat and head back home.
When I got home I opened up GSAK and gc.com and looked at the listings. Somehow I had copied my corrected coordinates from one to the other wrong. I had gotten one number wrong which had thrown us out by about 50metres.
This afternoon the Captain and I decided to grab a few caches and we chose this one to start off with. The Captain parked the Rolla a little closer than I wanted the subaru parked earlier. We headed in and decided to take a much closer track then last time. It was an easy walk down the hill until we met up to where the great lantana beating of the month happened.
We followed the same track as last time and soon enough we were at the old GZ. We navigated to the correct coordinates and spotted the cache from a distance. We signed our names in the logbook, replaced it a little more covered and started back to the car.
We came across a few bike riders and started the journey back up the hill towards the car. I was pretty stuffed by the end but we were eventually back at the gate.
I definitely worked for this smiley and won't forget it for quite some time. Thanks for the cache Bedmaker!

I'm not so sure I've ever tried to find a geocache as many times as this one. In fact the sentence 'Should we try find that Numbers Numbers Numbers?' has left my lips some several.. dozen.. hundred times.
Net88 had mentioned quite a while ago that she too had solved this puzzle and it was close enough to home for her that she wanted to find it. What followed were several days where we had it in the GPSr, ready to find, but never made it for whatever reason. One day I recall we we were in the area, had time but were both buggered from various other walky geocaches.
And then, a fortnight ago it was to happen. We were going in to find it. Having found another mystery geocache in the same bushland, we followed the track onwards towards this GZ. That was all well and good as it wound down into a gully, then the track ran out and became a dry creekbed. Then it became overgrown and we decided, some 200m from the co-ordinates to see where we went wrong. Oh, look at that, a suggested place to approach from.. which was the other side of the co-ordinates from where we were standing. Bummer.
Back up the hill we trudged, into the car and drove down to the correct spot to approach from. Ah, another decent walk ahead of us. Did mention we'd been out canoeing before all of this? We headed again down a steep hill, then I spotted a path going the right direction, but couldn't see where it joined our track. Right, we'll beat through the lantana then! How many terrain stars are we up to now?
It was getting pretty late, but the track went to the right spot. Net's GPSr said we'd arrived and what followed was about 15 minutes of hunting all around for the geocache. We couldn't find it. Net made a PAF which didn't seem to work for us. I called the CO who was detailed but things weren't quite lining up. In the midst of all this I slipped onto a log and grazed up the inside of my thigh. With the sun now setting and having looked everywhere, we gave up and made the walk back to the car, lantana and hill included.
Then, when home the co-ordinates were checked. Say, should that there be a '5' or a '2'? Yep, we had entered the wrong co-ordinates, a typo which had meant a ~60m difference in search area. Looks like we need another visit.
So, today this was the priority for Net and I on our few hours out geocaching. We parked in the same spot, although in my car so a little closer to the gate up the rough dirt track. We found the easy entrance to the correct track and the walk was far easier and less steep this time. And, with more daylight on our sides it was far more enjoyable. We arrived again at the familiar spot but this time my GPSr pointed a short distance away.
As we got close I spotted the geocache from the track. We would have seen it last time as we walked back had it not been 75% dark. The container was plucked out and inside in good condition. It was a great feeling to finally sign this logbook. It was replaced a little more out of sight and a lot happier than last time, we once more headed back to the car.
I'm pretty sure we made a right career out of finding this one, but it is now done. Also pretty happy to find it exactly a year since the last online log! TFTC bedmaker

This was the last on the list for my solo caching adventure today. I didn't park at the recommended area, so had to make my best effort of getting to the cache. Good thing I don't mind the direct approach. I did manage to find a nice little dry creek bed that led me most of the way. Lot's of fun was had ducking and weaving, jumping over fallen logs and small puddles. A lovely little adventure. On reaching GZ I noticed a likely location for the cache and had it in hand quickly. Signed the log and replaced as found.

We knew we would be in the area for another puzzle so I tried to solve this one last night. Had a few goes previously with no luck. Again no luck with the maths . Luckily I was chatting with a geocaching friend on FB and got a hint from them (thank you).
With the hint, I was able to slowly work out the puzzle and solve it for the coordinates . Sent a PM to CO and got the confirmation for the coordinates (thanks bedmaker) before we set out to find it.
Matt remembered where we parked and started the walk for Koala so it was quick and easy to find the easier path in . Matt was excited about the MTB trail and can't wait to bring his bike one day to try it .
Lovely easy walk to GZ and cache was quick to find . Picked up Cache & Release - Trout trackable to move along. All is good with the cache .
Found with Matt_Eth . TFTH bedmaker .

I started caching around the same time this puzzle was released. Over the past few years, I have scratched my head over it. It is quite close to home and started to get the better of me.
The kindly cache owner recently took pity on me and gave me a hint. Nothing was working for me to start with but finally numbers started rolling out at me. My perceived co-ordinates looked likely enough on a map.
And what a fantastic area is GZ is in. I do miss caches like this - a nice walk.. a good sized cache.. and muggle free. It was what just what I needed.
I arrived at GZ and found the cache after a small hunt. It is in excellent condition. I signed the log and dropped in a trackable to keep it moving.
A great little puzzle - and a fantastic area to place the cache in. Great job, Bedmaker TFTC!

Numbers, numbers, numbers had us looking everywhere for different numbers to appear. At last we have it!!! Geowife got so far with it and then geohusband had an idea and got the rest to this tricky little puzzle. We got the coords confirmed as we do orienteering in this little forest and we really didn't want to venture out and bush bash our way to find this cache. After confirmation that our numbers were correct we ventured out into the very dry forest. Got to about 35m from the cache and while I was waiting for the GPSr to settle geohubby did the usual trick of, I will check over here and found the wonderful cache.
So happy to get another smilie on a puzzle.
TFTC and the confirmation of the coords.

This puzzle has spent a long time on my to do list, and I would continually do the same approach on it.... which led no where.
Contacted the CO who was kind enough to give me a little nudge.....oh!! why didn't I think of that!!
The next issue was working out a good approach, I drove around the area and decided on an entrance.... I was soon on a twisting mountain bike trail, which would have been a lot of fun.... If I had a bike!!
The walk was good actually and enjoyed the several creek crossings until I arrived at GZ and cache was soon found.
Thanks Bedmaker, that puzzle had me gone for too long, and a great spot too.

Ah! A numbers cache - just the right thing to go for while on leave! This cache was one of a few on my must-do list, as I'm trying to complete the unloved cache challenge in Melbourne. What a great walk along the narrow path! I'm glad my iPhone app had the tracks listed as my GPSr did not. It took me a while to spot the cache when I approached GZ, as the most likely location appeared to be filled with rocks and soil... apparently there must have been a slight rock fall inside the object! I dug up the cache, which is in excellent condition by the way. TFTC and the puzzle, bedmaker!
found wit barbbowman and fasted...
in my defence the way out took less time and was mainly on the path...
however the part off the path was kinda epic. still i think i did a pretty good job lol

Got a tip on how to solve this one, and set about getting the answers. Thought we had a problem with the first set of co-ords but checked with bedmaker before heading out, who indeed confirmed we had one set wrong. We had an idea of where we went wrong, came up with a new set, and sent to owner for confirmation. Bingo!!
Set out to locate the cache, and to say that was an interesting hike is an understatement, as we had found a different entry point to Koala then the one suggested. Eventually got to GZ and signed the log. If I had to walk that far, then some-one else can to retrieve the "Endless Summer" TB I left.
Left the navigation out to bubba89 and all I can say is never ever again.
TFTH bedmaker. Thats another of yours off the list.

Thanks Bedmaker for the clue on how to solve. Good fun to do. A nice long walk in the bush along lots of bike trails. TNLN TFTC Thanks Bedmaker
GPS was questionable for one millisecond, then zeroed in on cache. Bright sunny day, no need for FL. , TFTC-SL
Any numbers we could think of were next to useless but fortunately with a little help from our friends, we followed the trail and had the cache in hand. This area has changed considerably since we found Koala, particularly with all the rain which has enabled the weeds to grow. Thanks for the cache bedmaker.
After some time reviewing the numbers, I knew I had a set of numbers that just needed to be converted to cache co-ordinates. After a hint from a previous finder i quickly realised I had seen that type of solution before and quickly had the numbers I really I needed, though it took some reading!
Nice wander through the bush today, though there was some debate on which path to take!

I like WORDS more than I like numbers. Nonetheless, handy to have MCBC buddies, isn't it?
Whilst the walk to the cache was perhaps a bit longer than required, the winding return journey, guided with such confidence by ruzzlez, was beautiful and certainly a pleasurable walk.
A great day out with GhostGums, Gunnie69, Kaisho53, totalube, ruzzelz, JAT et al.
Thanks for the cache bedmaker. Cheers, svn07

Having just located 'koala' we continued on to this cache along what later appeared to be the long (long long long) way but we got there which is the main aim of the game....
Cache was soon to hand and then with teh help of Ruzzelz and his Mtn Bike trailk in his GPS we took a more direct (& shorter) route back to start point.
Many brains make lighter work of some of these puzzles

Thanks again bedmaker

I have to say that without the help of the MCBC, I would not have solved this one, and to save embarrassment I won't say exactly how much help I needed. That said knowing what I now know, I know that I could solve this puzzle .
This are was very different to the last time I was here to get Koala, kind of sad to see bushland gone and a desolate housing estate in it's place.
I do think we may have taken a wrong turn, but as they say in Rome "all Roads lead to Rome" (Eventually) . We did a lovely circuit in a very nice bushland setting.
Thanks

After tackling a Koala, a team of puzzle solving "Guru's" took to the trails in search of this one... NOW... Some will say that we walked the long way round to the cache and it was completely unnecessary... Don't listen to them Bedmaker, they knew nothing of the shorter route til we found the cache and enjoyed a shall we say, more relaxed return journey... They will argue in Defence though your Honour...
Once you leave the surrounds of the new housing estate, this really is a great area to walk though. Thanks for dragging us out here Bedmaker.
One more thing... As suave and debonair as you may be, do not fit my preferred mental picture of a Librarian...

Number, more numbers and numbers everywhere still going around in my head. I did however have some very important numbers in my GPS which assisted in guiding our merry band of cachers around from the wrong side of the cache right into GZ and back to where we parked the cars . MTB maps from a friend come in very useful for more than cycling. This is a great little spot and I will be back on 2 wheels next time round.
Loved the walk to this one!! A wonderful area but no koalas again today . At GZ we had a quick look and poke around the obvious spots and then widened our search area. Checked the hint and thought it just HAD to be THERE! Poked some more but no cache was showing itself. We had to get it for the numbers to align today so we persisted. Without giving too much away, this one was buried under about 30cm of organic matter!!! We persisted and in the end managed to get our name in the log book but we were slightly concerned for a while!! So to future finders - persist - this one may be buried! Thanks bedmaker
After being prodded in the right direction the numbers fell my way
I followed a serpentine course to gz.....and a very pleasant walk it was ..following the path from 'koala' all the way.
Found the cache dry and in good condition.
Many thanks Bedmaker
Made a complete dog's breakfast of this puzzle on my first few attempts. Eventually found the answer and wondered why I went down the strange road I did. Much like our trip to GZ. We parked at the closest point (always a bad idea in the geocaching world) and legged it to the cache. What an adventure. It's not really hard, in fact it's quite a pleasant walk. We just had a bit of trouble staying upright in a few places . Started to wonder if we were doing the right thing, but eventually spotted an object that fitted the clue and thereafter, the cache. TN/LN/SL. Talking to 'bedmaker' later in the day, he tells me there is a track to within 20 metres of GZ [:(!]. I think he's full of it, but apparently if you follow the 'koala' track, it's quite an easy walk. Oh well, our way was much more entertaining .
Accompanied Mr L&L to this one after he'd done all the yard slog with the numbers. Pleasant walk through the bush - even if we did go a different way from what Bedmaker wanted us to go. Heard lots of birdlife but not any animal life although I am sure they were watching us from their hiding spots. Mossy logs are a bit hard to traverse when they are bit damp - Mr L&L found out the hard way TFTC
Another unfound bedmaker cache, minutes from home (and from the other?) That warrants the immediate dedication of a few brain cycles! Solution obtained at around midnight, but those nasty looking attributes (coupled with a drive-by of the area while FTFing the other cache) made me very disinclined to search alone in the middle of the night. I'll be back in the morning (if I can drag myself out of bed, that is!)
Woo, another *FTF* for EngPhil at 09:40! Either I missed the easy way in, or this is more than a T2.0. I added a few geostripes and disturbed more than a few spiders. Beautiful little peaceful spot. Not sure if it's private property or not though, as I entered through what I found upon return was a break in a barbed wire fence. [?] Glad I didn't attempt this one at 01:30 or you'd be hearing about the rescue operation on the news right about now. [xx(] TFTC Bedmaker (as I type this I'm sitting back at Greenwoods GZ trying a fouth time
Edit: now that I'm back home, after looking at the maps again I'm convinced that this isn't private property and there probably is an easier path. I should learn to do my homework first.
