Logs
Found quickly with geokid. The coords were good and a quick look around allowed me to spot some Camo that didnt look like it got there by itself. Bingo!! Unfortunately there was no writing implement and we didnt bring one with us so we couldnt sign the log. I did take a photo to add to the collection though! Weve camped at the nearby campground several times and I usually go for a run across this bridge, so Ive taken several photos from here before - both up and down stream.
Find Number 2885 found at 13:37. Today we found 2 caches, 0 Adventure Lab stages and had 0 DNFs. Returning from a family gathering at Bowna, we stopped to get some caches to plug an empty day in our calendar. Thanks for bringing us to this location. One of my favourite parts of caching is being shown a special location - one we would not otherwise have found. The views here were well worth a favourite point.Oh, yes, the cache. We found it.The cache was in good condition. We signed the log and replaced the container as foundThanks BTravellers for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.
The river was really running fast and looked beautiful with lovely reflections on this sunny day. Thanks
Found It!Spotted this one after a bit of a wander around the area. The river is really flowing well at the moment.TFTC
Caching around East Coast and a bit inland for a while. TFTC. I spent ages looking for this one a few weeks ago. New mindset and I found it on the walk over.
Well I got here and doubted my gos then I saw something and said thats where itll be. And it was. On my way to the Nega and caching on my way. TFTC

I was disappointed at the presence of the new bridge, but I had known it was happening due to google maps. I guess it's called progress but it's also another little piece of our past gone.Miss E and I found the cache fairly quickly. Thanks BTravellers
Bang on co ords! At first we got a wee bit uptight as ther is a brand spanking new guard rails to match the relatively new looking bridge, but thankfully the cache was somewhere else.TFTC we found on a glorious day!
After a bit of back and forth I found it right at the coordinatesI detoured onto Jugiong today to get some caches and to check the cool little town out. Was glad I did. Nice public toilets and a cool little pub that I will try to line up with lunch on my way back. TFTC
Quick find after discovering this town through caches and labs. I wonder what the ratio of population to caches are. Pretty good I would say. Thanks for your part in this too.
Was a bit nervous whether the construction had gotten rid of the cache, but it was still standing. Be careful when you find it because there are skink eggs under, so don't crush them. Don't forget to eat your vitamins, TFTC.
Not sure if the cache is still here as a new bridge is being built and GZ is a construction site as shown in photo.
A fun short holiday with friends caching further from home base than normal exploring and enjoying new locations. TFTC
Wow - a nice new bridge! A quick find here today. Cache and log in good condition.Thanks.
Thanks for the Cache. Such a nice spot to visit. Worth the walk from the camp ?? site. Favourite point for me
#3862 As we drove over the bridge and through the construction we were unsure of our chances of a find here. A quick look at the logs though showed some recent activity. So we parked up the road and walked back down for a swift find at GZ. Thanks BTravellers for the cache.
No construction getting in the way for us, maybe it was ANZAC Day luck. Good hide!
Called in today to check on our cache and found that it had gone. We left a new container and log at GZ. It was quiet on a Sunday, but it might be difficult to grab when the work is being done on the new bridge build. Things are certainly changing around here.
Day out in Yass and surrounds. Cloudy and cool afternoon. Signed and replaced. Fav.Tftc.
The water level has gone way over the trees and probably washer this one away. A check is in order please.
I suspect that this cache on the mighty Murrumbidgee River may have been washed away by th ed recent record flood levels.
Hm no luck here unfortunately. There are traces of human activity on the grass, and some surveying pegs, and collapsed picket fence
#5991.
This was a quick park and grab. I was still wandering around when one of the kids exclaimed that the cache is found. TFTC!
Back story:
I had a day off from work and decided to head over to Jugiong for some caching and some exploring. We decided to attempt all of the caches first before heading over to the pub for a delicious lunch and a great cuppa. This is a beautiful little town and we will most definitely be back for a follow up visit.

Called in to check everything was ok. Cache had wandered a little but was put back in place after evicting some ants. Looks like some work about to start here, but not too close to the cache at the moment. River is up and running well. I didn't add this note at the time, but there appears to have been a couple of DNF's since. Unless the works have progressed a long way the cache should still be in place, but maybe not as easy to stop and look now.
Today we spent our cache journey travelling to Jugiong to amend a current cache with MoonShadow98, and this one was previously elusive to her. On this day however, she found it after a short search in the area. Well hidden, and a lovely view of the river. TFTC.
Tried for this one a second time with my geo-bae this time and was super happy to find it this time! Great hiding spot, very clever. TFTC!
Lovely view of the mighty River. Cache found and cleaned hole out as ants have made their home their. TFTC
The river is up, though I dare say it can get higher. This was a quick find, at gz. Tftc.
Remember trying to locate this one in its previous location with no luck, but once we expanded our search from GZ, located quickly
Found after admiring the nearby bridge and river. It is a lovely area to take a few minutes break and stretch your legs looking for the cache. Took a few minutes of exploring but eventually found the cache. Thanks for putting a cache in this spot.
On our return trip from our daughter’s wedding in Geelong, we stopped into a busy Jugiong! Haven’t been here for a few years, and it had certainly changed! After remarkably finding a new cache, I headed around to this one. As has been the case for some days, my GPS was being very uncooperative, and had me all over the shop. But persistence paid off and eventually had CIH. Was great to see the river flowing so strongly!

No such luck here. Looked hard all around the area but came up short. Might it have been washed away in all of the recent rain? There was also a lot of rubbish (sticks etc) piled up around the area. Here’s a photo of the river and the little dino I was going to add.
Beautiful spot for a photo. Didn’t bring a pencil but left a couple foreign coin swaps. Great reminder to trust the GPS! TFTC!
Still out caching with my bestest buddy, Finalf29 Now thinking of heading home after a wonderful few days.
Trusted the GPS rather then the map... walked past it but found on second pass. Signed with the summer sound of cicadas. I think the river would be too strong for our little kayak. Thanks

We first searched at the wrong place, but then we looked for the coordinates and found it at once.

Used the clue I’m afraid, nice trip from Coolac to Jugiong and next stop Gundagai
Ages ago we searched here with no luck, thought we should try again... success!
After a DNA around the corner was glad we found this without too much effort as it was raining
TFTC SL. Great spot for a photo with geobunny.
Thanks BTravellers for taking me to this location. Cheers.

Quick and easy find it with sevabo and we are on the way to Wagga Wagga for the weekend. TFTH
I rode across the long, narrow concrete bridge and parked in the shade on the right hand side. It was quiet and there was no sign of traffic coming down the winding, dirt road.
I walked over close enough, I figured to the posted coordinates and became fixated on the rocks. I even went so far as to check under the bridge when I ducked under to pee. Still nothing.
The last cache I had visited was also a DNF, I couldn't let this become a trend for the day, so I kept at it. I was beginning to lose hope, and even questioned the validity of the last finders, but it turns out their description was spot on and the coordinates were closer than I thought.
In the time that I was searching, a tractor trailer did come down the road, kicking up dust and rolling across the low bridge, taking up the whole lane. This place felt like Australia.
Thanks for the hide.

Found in good condition... didnt sign log as no pen supplied or pen on myself.. Replaced as found.
Out for a casual Sunday drive today, oh wait it is only Saturday, yeah we still done it anyways.
We left Wagga this morning and headed of to see what we could find and to have lunch at the Sir George Tavern at Jugiong, also to drop of some Trackables into some cache along the way. By the end of the day all our goals had been achieved.
Been here looking for this cache before, I am sure this is not where it had me looking. The next time I came the road was blocked due to road work. This time BINGO I have finally found it.
Upon finding it I stamped the log, replaced it where it was then headed back to my Geo Chauffer then headed on to our next adventure.
Thanks BTravellers for the Cache, Lil Donna

We overnighted in the nearby showgrounds and took the opportunity to grab this cache whilst we are here.
A nice quick find in a lovely location.
Thank you for placing this cache here for our enjoyment.
