I solved the puzzle a long time ago and today was the day to sign the log. Unfortunately, like others before me, I could not find the cache. I really think this one is no longer.

After a quick set of calculations I headed across to the obvious location but there was no cache home.

Thank u for bringing us to this lovely little corner. We enjoyed reading the many head stones.
Out tonight to fill another date in the calendar. I have walked and driven past here on numerous occasions over the years but I have never been in. Tonight I enjoyed this quick multi. My phones GPS took forever to settle so I must admit I used the hint. Thank you for the cache and for allowing me to stop and read the headstones. TFTC stagetree

After the event nearby, we headed this way, towards a group of multis. Now this one was basically legal for me to find . A nice small cemetery here. Thanks for placing the cache stagetree, and going to the effort of making it a multi.
This cache has been in my solved list for way too long. Today as I came off the Ring Road I had time to make a short detour to sign this nicely constructed multi TFTC stagetree

Interesting little cemetery here. A quick find once we had the correct info.

Had managed to work out the finals for this one at home from one of Mrs Papi's family history sites. GZ seemed to be viable but no cache could be found. We walked up to the actual grave and were surprised to find that the dates on the headstone are different to those on line. The corrections were made and another short walk had the cache in hand. Thanks for placing a cache here. Very interesting little cemetery. A favourite for showing us this.
Thanks for this little multi and bringing us to see a little bit of local history. We never would have known this cemetery was here. All in good order.
The soldiers’ graves seem to be in the best repair here - quite a few of the others have been damaged. Sgt Sims’ grave was located quickly, and the numbers led to a simple find. Thanks stagetree
Quick find while playing another geolocation game which shall remain nameless. Actually found the cache first, but made sure to visit the grave for the clues anyway. Such a sad waste of life so close to the end of World War I. And an interesting little pocket cemetery in the suburbs. Thanks for bringing me here.
I've usually had trouble pinpointing graves when I've done cemetery caches in the past, but I was able to find Reginald's grave straight away. After a quick calculation I made my way to GZ and found the nicely hidden cache.
Thanks stagetree

In Melbourne staying with family and making the most of the nice weather and my bike, by heading into the city and starting on some of the Parkville series. I know I won't have time for all of them, on the Mega weekend. I managed to grab some other hides, that I hadn't already found, as I meandered along some bike paths, that I hadn't travelled before. I made some great discoveries, clever hides and generally enjoyed the caches I found, and my time in the area.
Stopped in here to find this little cemetery, right in the heart of surburbia. Grabbed the info needed to come up with some likely co-ords and was rewarded after looking in the obvious place.
Thanks stagetree for placing the cache for us to find and doing the maintenance to keep it in play.

I needed a nice simple cemetery cache for a challenge I'm slowly working towards. This fit the bill perfectly. After determining the location of the relevant grave I quickly had the numbers and observing the relevant paths I headed to GZ. Cache found in the logical spot.
I have been wanting to find this cache for a while, I see the cemetery from the train where the corresponding church would have been and wanted to find the cache. Well, I went out this evening with a bone chilling cold front at the site of the Sgts memorial. I solved the details relatively quickly, but paid regard to this man who died away from his county in battle. Of particular pertinence was a significant anniversary of the man's passing.
I had to retreat to the car it was getting so cold. Meanwhile, a couple with a dog had a quick look around. I came out again and made a quick find of the cache.
I had a look around and noticed some of graves facing the neighbours fence and how the suburb has sprung up around it. Some are in good condition, some are illegible and some the writing on grave has disappeared. Thanks for the cache.

With another day off to keep my annual leave days low so as to be given bonus holidays I headed out on the bike in the perfect overcast weather so no sun screen was required. I had never been over this area of the city and was keen to check out this bushland and it's surrounds. Much steeper than I expected in some locations but some cool caches were found. It was awesome on Monday with virtually no muggles where ever I went compared to sometimes on the weekends when it is crazy.
After a ride around the bush for a little and a more leisurely ride along the side of the M80 I then continued around this area and back into the bush.
I was just about to go back to the car and my son rang so while I was waiting on the phone for a situation to be resolved I gathered the clues and made the short trip to GZ.
Thanks stagetree for the cache, the adventure, the hunt and the fun.

What an interesting little spot tucked around busy Greensborough. Easy multi with quick find. I was surprised that a lot of the headstones are in such good condition considering their age. I got talking to an older gent walking his dog who told me their must be a society fixing the headstones as he has noticed them being repaired slowly. He also pointed out a board (near WP1) that lists all the graves.
A fav point for this unique spot.

We love cemetery hides! Just arrived from the US (after a week in New Zealand), stopped by to grab this one before unloading all our luggage at our next temporary home. Thanks for the fun multi, we had a good time!
TFTC Just flew in today from NZ, and then before that from Northern Wisconsin, USA, with Mocrin and Aix sponsa. Nice hide and interesting cemetery.
The final was a quick find when we had the information needed to seek the final. Caching with lostcheq and Mocrin. Thanks for the cemetery cache. In Australia for the first time from the States.
In the dead centre of town, people are dying to get in here, a nice & easy multi found on a hot & humid day.
We have been to this little cemetery before so we were not surprised.
Thanks for bringing us back and for this nice simple multi today.

Well we had 2 extra GeoKiddies with us today so that only meant one thing ...... Caching. We had been past the cemetery on the train only yesterday and I quickly remembered this Multi was here.
Great one for the GeoKids to do on there own.

Spending a day this side of Melbourne we targeted Multis and Mysteries with the added bonus of DT as well. We enjoyed our small wander through this pretty cemetery while gathering the clues for GZ.
Thanks stagetree for highlighting Greenborough's ancestors.

So much history contained in such a small space. Thank you for bringing me to this memorial to an earlier era.
Mainly targeting multis today, this was a nice hidden gem. Such a pretty small cemetery in A now very residential area. Thanks stagetree for showing me this today. Did the calculations and found the cache exactly where the description suggested.
13:49, 4 March 17, Find #191, Out for the day caching with vamp1blade, smurff78, and becstar. This one reminded myself and Steven of the cemetery cache we did in Williamstown but on a very very smaller scale. This was a bit of fun for all of us and it didn't take long till we had the GZ sorted and were headed down to collect the cache.. once there it was a quick find ... SLTNLN TFTC. a great little spot for a quick cache.
I would never have known about this cemetery if not for caching. Found on an afternoon caching adventure with Tim, Steve and Bec.
Thanks for the hide.
Thanks for the hide.
Enjoyed that one.... had to look like I was doing some 'research' as there were some dog walkers around. But the snatch and sign went off with no issues.

Somehow I was oblivious to the existence of this cemetery when I was a local resident. All those times I was nearby, traveling on the train, ordering a Big Mac or watching a *Nightmare On Elm Street* sequel, the deceased were barely a stone's throw away! Today the required information was found very swifly and coordinates were constructed. Wrongly at first. A data entry error meant I intially strolled a more or less appropriate distance but in the wrong direction. But one errant digit was replaced and I suddenly had the cache in hand. Thanks stagetree!
A nice short multi whilst walking in the neighbourhood.
Have an affinity for cemeteries bearing tributes to our war dead and thought this cache would be worth following up. And glad I did.
Some quick research on the Australian War Memorial and CWGC websites revealed:
998 Sergeant Reginald Emerson Sims
37th Australian Infantry Battalion
Killed In Acton 10th of August 1918
Buried in Heath Cemetery, Harbonnieries, Picardie, France.
I have included an image from the AWM website that is captioned "988 Sergeant Reginald Emerson Sims, 37th Battalion from Greensborough, Victoria. A 25 year old post office porter prior to enlisting on 22 January 1916, he embarked for overseas as a Corporal with C Company from Melbourne on 3 June 1916 aboard HMAT Persic. "
His tombstone reads:
***To our dear boy who gave his life for others.***
Son of John Emerson Sims and Eliza Jane Sims, of "Camelot," Greensborough, Victoria, Australia.
Born at Horsham, Victoria
**Lest we forget.**

Picking up Benjoda this evening left me with a little time up my sleeve for this local short multi.
I was pleased it was as straight forward as if was and the short walk to the final was quick and easy.
There is something to be said for visiting cemeteries after dark. The mystery is increased but all the more enjoyed.
Thanks for bringing me here tonight Stagetree.

I have been spending the month with my quest to qualify for the Multicache Month Challenge so I came to Greensborough to get the last 4 that I need to get a total of 31 for the month.
This was the third of the four that I needed. I quickly gathered the required information and soon the cache was in hand. TFTC,

Out with Stemicmitsar for our regular Friday night/ Saturday morning run. We set ourselves the goal of completing six multis before midnight so we could qualify for a particular challenge cache. This didn't leave us much time for other caches so our numbers were down somewhat.
Having DNF'd at a nearby multi, we headed here as there wasn't much involved in calculating GZ. We discussed this cache in the car and as we approached, looked out and thought, "there's a good chance that that is GZ". We backed our judgment and in less than a minute, Steve had the cache in hand. No calculations or GPS's needed. The quickest multi either of us has ever done or will probably ever do.
Thank-you to stagetree for placing this geocache

Out on another Friday night and into Saturday morning cache run with Biggles1024, tonight we set about finding as many Multi's as we could this was one of them.
We had a very slow start to the night and a DNF so this was our first for the night which turned out to be a new record for the quickest multi find for us.
After reading the cache page we had an idea as to where GZ may be so when we arrived, that is where we went, it was then a very quick cache find.
We needed that one to get us rolling for the rest of the night.

Geokid (9yo) very proud of herself as this was her first multi that she worked on herself. Found the final GZ quickly. Thanks for bringing us to this little bit of Greensborough.
Out early this morning so as to get 1 cache for the day and continue our steak of days with a cache.
I must say that after reading the cache page at home I was pretty sure that I knew where the cache was hidden before I got to the GZ. But as I arrived I thought that I would do the right thing and crunch the numbers. With said numbers crunched the trusty Garmin was pointing me to the spot where I thought the cache would be, and within seconds I had the cache in hand.
Thanks for the cache stagetree.

Another lovely, quiet place so close to the bustle of the nearby shopping centre.
As I am still relatively new to this hobby I read the logs before I arrived and was pretty sure that I knew where the cache would be. After solving the puzzle I walked straight to GZ and retrieved the cache.
Thanks stagetree for this hide. It was different to the ones that I have previously found and has given me confidence to tackle similar ones.

Solved the headstone clue. Pretty sure we were at the right coordinates but cache was nowhere to be found. Have noticed that no one else has found since November so wondering if still here and not missing. If anyone knows. Great spot, disappointed we couldn't find
Found out the point ages ago but the container was missing. Hubby has been working nearby regularly but keeps forgetting to look for it. We are at a 30th nearby, picked it up in the dark.
It's always good to find out a bit of local history.
Nice easy find on nice sunny autumn afternoon.

Woohoo! First for the new logbook. TNLNSL I had to change my username because fitting InterpreterSarah on nano logs was too hard. Now I'll be known as GeoTerps So, new name in a new logbook. TFTC.
Dropped by to check on this cache...... and it was gone, again!

Spent too long on this with 2 lil geokidA few Muggles around but with two little ones you can get away with a bit. I have discovered that my phone GPS is about 4 metres out but I still had no luck and normally I have no trouble with finding caches. I am sure I had the GPS point correct but am sure I know where it should be. But I believe it has been recently painted so maybe it has been muggled. Family lives very nearby so will come back
