Came through twice over two days with 4 people and couldn’t find it either time
Unfortunately we couldn't find it after 2 separate attempts, will have to return in the future to try again
No find for us either - it was about 10-30pm and very cold but we did spend about 5 minutes searching.
Nice area though.

Breker. Too hard for me,especially as I saw a snake here 12 mths ago. I’m a bit edgy putting my hands amongst rocks!
We have a small team travelling to The Yorke Peninsula from Canberra. It was decided by the group before we left that our team name would be DTY, although I act like the boss, I rarely am and so the initials actually stand for - dty73, Tankengine & Youban.
Today was the last day on the Peninsula before we head hone tomorrow. So the team decided that it was a “tourist day” and we would go have a look down the coast a bit. But of course like true geocachers we couldn’t help taking a caching route as we went. We ended up getting a lot more than we expected, but we did have a good time.
Found this one relatively quickly although I thought it was rubbish at first. Nice location though, pity the container wasn’t the same quality. Tftc feathertop!!!

Found with dty73 and youban on our Yorke Peninsula invasion! All logs signed DTY (dty73/Tankengine/youban). - Had a great day today, in that we didn't do any of the power trails! That was a very nice change! So a nice variety and some very nice locations! Thanks!
As this is a generic log comments relevant to this cache will be placed at the end. On a caching trip with Dty73 & Tankengine to Yorke Peninsula. Team signed as DTY. Thank you all the cache owners who have put so much effort in placing and maintaining these caches. Our last day on the peninsula so we decided that we would explore the area around Edithburgh. The weather had turned chilly and the odd spit of rain came and went. What beautifully maintained baths. If the weather had been warmer, we could have had a swim. Give this one a Favourite Point for the location. Found the cache in good order. Kutgw
Our last day in Edithburgh, but we have been waiting for the promised sunny day of light wind so we can head north along the coast. Some great scenery and caching is hopefully in store.
We walked along and around for a few minutes at GZ before Mrs SKI finally came up with the hide.
The tide is right in and the water level high at the pool so not a good time for a swim. Neither is the weather yet!

The Rats, steeba and Hoojar have teamed up for a York Peninsula adventure of massive proportion. With much planning and logistical coordinating, we had a great five days meandering the country roads collecting a plethora of caches. Our journey started with a handful letterbox caches before heading down the peninsula following the “Gone Fishn” series. We followed this up with an array of geo-art images that litter the lower peninsula. Returning to Adelaide we collected a gaggle of old and rare finds which included some interesting earthcaches and virtuals.
My apologises for the generic log, but thanks to all the cache owners and caching buddies who made the road-trip such a memorable and fun experience.

After a review of the geocaching map in South Australia it was determined a trip to the Yorke Peninsula would yield some significant numbers. So, The Rats, Hoojar and I teamed up once agan to tackle the many caches on the peninsula.
We started in the darkness after flying into Adelaide and the next day set some personal records (550+ caches in a day) and milestones before bunking down. The next day was another massive numbers haul which resulted in a bit over 1,000 caches in two days !
Then it was a little more sedate down to the bottom of the peninsula and then back up the easterly side, ticking off a few EarthCaches in the process .
After that, back to Adelaide for some night caching, virtuals and more EarthCaches!
The power trails on the peninsula were great- quiet roads, some great green wheat and yellow canola scenery, coupled with some great company and usual ribbing of each other [^]!
Thanks for your cache- sorry about the generic log. For the EarthCaches and virtuals look out for an email or two shortly.

This was a trip that had been some time in the making. A journey from Wollongong in New South Wales to the Yorke Peninsula in South Australia, in search of large numbers. Five days were set aside, and The Rats, Steeba, and myself planned the details out. Lofty numbers were floated; we could find one thousand geocahces... Maybe more! The world was our oyster, all we had to do was make it happen.
We flew into Adelaide and quickly rented our car, then headed off for a series of thirty letterbox caches late that night. We then set up camp, ready for the next few days.
Two days journeying down the Yorke Peninsular saw us collect 550 caches the first day, and 450 the next. One thousand caches in two days! The numbers were phenomenal, unheard of, and excellent! At one stage we found fifty caches in a one hour period! We worked ourselves into a solid routine, and managed to push these numbers without caching after dark. Incredible! We camped out beside the trail, ready to commence again the following morning.
Having reached our goal of one thousand, we rented a cabin and enjoyed a solid relax and beet, and we were then able to dedicate the remaining time to specific caches, mostly Earthcaches to keep Steeba (The Professor) happy, and a good number of Vrtuals as well, as we made our way back from the end of the Yorke Peninsular to Adelaide. It really became a Tour De Earthcache! If your geocache is such a hide, stand-by, as Steeba will soon contact you with our answers.
As is always the case with these trips, the company was the highlight, with banter non stop, the time went by in an instant.
We saw some amazing things, found some excellent caches, and had an absolute blast.
Ticking just over 1300 finds for the trip, you will have to excuse the boilerplate logs!
Thanks to all of the cache hiders for their efforts in placing and maintaining their hides. It was fantastic exploring this part of the world that I had never visited before. Thanks also to my geocaching partners, without whom such a trip would not be possible, nor fun!
Cheers

We joined forces with alansee, micaparamedic, Phetlern and The Drovers for an assault in this series and after we had finished the Gone Fishin series we settled into exploring this fantastic peninsula using caching as our guide.
We had lunch at the nearby picnic shelters and then decided to take a stroll down to these baths. There were no people using them today but there was a pod of seals frolicking in the water so after taking some photos we went searching for this cache as The Drovers and us hadn't found it before.
Many thanks for this cache in a great location.

The Yorke Peninsula has always been a drawcard for us, with its iconic stone buildings and historic ruins and now of course - countless caches. In the very fine company of Alansee, Micaparamedic, Team Crackers and The Drovers, it was an awesome blast of fun adding some more smiley tokens to our collection.
After lunch nearby, we watched some seals swimming along past the pool, before locating what we believed was the cache.
**Perhaps a CO check would be in order** - CO contacted by MS.
Thanks for this cache 'feathertop'.

A few days in the caravan park at Edithburgh. Really nice area to explore whilst caching. Had not visited the baths on previous visits so glad to find a cache here. Fascinating spot with interesting history. Quick find, although container a little exposed. Added a little cover. Tftc
We have commenced Part 2 of our holiday. Part 1 was Easter at Morisset and we came home to sort out some family business. Now we are heading to South Australia instead.
We have now spent 2 nights at Edithburgh and after some lunch and a quick shop in Yorketown Mr Morris went for a fish and Lady Morris went caching. What's this? A Feathertop cache in SA - isn't there enough here already? A slighly bigger container than I was expecting and in a great location.

MM+2 decided to head to the YP for a bit of a break this year. While in the area we thought we'd try and get the geocaching habit going again and this was the first we found. Sneaky hide that had us searching around for a while. Luckily it was early morning and the crowds hadn't arrived at the baths. A great place that MM enjoyed paddling in with the locals later in the day.

No longer an eclipse mint container, but found quite quickly nonetheless. Thanks for the hide. I remember swimming this ocean pool when I was a kid, and like anything, I remember the pool being much bigger haha. Cheers!
YP road trip day 5, cache 1. Fantastic day in Edithburgh, clear blue skies. Quick find. TFTC.
Out with Mum, Dad and niece, ILoveWarmJumpers. After visiting the nearby conveniences we checked where the next cache was. That was lucky! TNLNSL TFTC
Today we explored Yorketown and then travelled to the southern end of Wool Bay and through to Coobowie and finished at Edithburgh using Geocaching as a guide and picking up a few caches on the way with Roostaman and this was one of them. An easy find at GZ.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

A perfect Spring day for a drive to Edithburgh with Tassie Trekkers.
Not many muggles around on these roads, and mostly good quick finds.
Thanks for the cache feathertop,

Found while in Edithburgh for the June Long Weekend event, my fifth attendance at this amazing event. This was one of the many caches that I found while in the area.
Ah rocks, everyones favourite... I actually managed to luck out and had this one in hand quickly. I just had to wait until the couple on the seats overlooking the ocean (around 100m away) were distracted by other things.
This was find number 4 of 5 for the day for me. TFTC feathertop!

After a fantastic June Long Weekend in Edithburgh it was now time to head back towards Adelaide. Mogni need to catch a plane at the airport and I needed to have a rest. But we had all day to get to the airport so we stopped and grabbed a few caches along the way. [^] Well twenty plus caches actually
I was last here in 2015 and got a DNF. Not surprisingly I was having similar luck today when mogni invoked her black magic voodoo caching mojo powers and found it in a place I am sure I had already cached.
Finally the blue frownie turns upside down into a bight smilie.
Thanks feathertop for the cache.

Sadly today I had to start my journey home after a massive June Long Weekend. Luckily I was only driving as far as Adelaide and then catching a flight back to Mount Gambier.
Found with brisal5 who was happy to get this off his DNF list.
Thanks

Headed over to Edithburgh for the annual JLWE event. Found while out and about scouting for a location for game caches. TFTC.
What a great cache to find this morning before attending the event. Such a gorgeous location for a cache.
Gary and I meandered around the YP focussed on visiting many of the new earth caches in the area whilst others prepared their hides for tomorrow's game associated with the JLWE.
We enjoyed seeing other cachers at various caches and had fun at the group dinner event
Some of the cache hides today were easy, others were more challenging, but overall we enjoyed yet another wonderful day with fantastic weather.
Thanks for the cache feathertop

Woo hoo, the lovely Micaparamedic and I decided we would attend the June Long Weekend Event in South Australia (Edithburgh) and make the most of a road trip to the glorious Yorke Peninsula by spending a week away - NICE! [^]
We particularly enjoyed exploring Innes National Park and focussing on the new earth caches on the YP and in Burra.

Geocaching has taken me on many adventures over the years all over Australia and overseas. It has also introduced me to a brilliant and diverse group of people, many of whom are now close friends.
Today I was lucky enough to be out and about with some of those friends and we targeted this cache.
Sorry for the late log, but thanks for adding to the adventure!

Last one on our walk from Coobowie to Edithburgh. Started at 9:20pm finished at 11:30pm. Glad we did it.
Sorry for the generic log. Night walk from Coobowie to Edithburgh with Tweety2 & Bubbles8. Spectacular night, flat calm water, crisp but not too icy when on the move, full moon guided the way with torchlight for the hunt. TFTC!
Here with the family for the LWE caching event and found this on Saturday. Saw a couple of seals gliding thru' the pool. Cool. TFTC
# 1646 - On the road with Triciac2 from Qld to SA we try to find a cache (or two ) at every stop. Rhyssa6 has joined us now as well for a week.
Having toured the Fleurieu Peninsula, and visited the Cornish Festival, we are now touring the Yorke Peninsula and hoping to add to our numbers.
Today a walk through town with our host who was interested in our 'hobby' and came along. However, I did some walking by myself as well and found this one a bit later in the day. We had been shown the baths before, but then there wasn't a chance for me to search for the cache. Today was a good day. Not too difficult a find either and I quietly enjoyed the peace and views on the water's edge.

This would be great in the summer to cool off. After we had a good look around we looked and found this one.
Quick trip to the lovely Coobowie to explore the YP. Of course it was also a perfect chance to fit in some caching and given it is my birthday the family could hardly say no. This was an intirguing idea that is still in use today. You would think it could be copied at other locations.
Visiting SA for a week before going to Red Centre Experience in Alice Springs. Out with joojoo57 and Snickersallan doing caches on Yorke Peninsula then back towards Adelaide. Thanks to all COs for your cache hides.
Before attending the Red Centre Experience event in Alice Springs we're spending 5 days in SA mainly around the Yorke Peninsular. Appreciated the variety of containers and places they were hidden - it certainly brought us to places we certainly wouldn't have stopped at. many thanks to all the COs for your time and effort in the placement of your caches.
After two days of geoart we are having a sightseeing and caching run around the middle section of Yorke Peninsular.

Too cold to swim today so were taking the kids on a geo hunt instead. Despite the chill and breeze they wanted to get in anyway crazies. Note....not a mint tin anymore
I remember coming here as a child.... what a lively memory.... thank you for bringing us back here TFTC
#2247 We didn't "sea" any swimmers today in the baths, it was bordering on cold. So with no muggles this should have been straight forward, but following 2 dnfs in a row, our confidence was wavering. 10-15 minutes later we rechecked a spot more thoroughly and to our relief there it was! Yay! A great site, thanks feathertop.
You don't see too many of these baths anymore
And Edithburgh's bathtub is a beauty
Too cold of course today to be of any use,
but on the rare hot day down this way,
I'll bet it gets busy
Nearby the baths,
with a good view over the Gulf,
I found the cache,
no 'budgie smugglers' required
