We found eveidence of a corikra-style hide but the cache appears to have been muggled. TFTH.
Searched the GZ thoroughly without sucess. We think this cache may have been muggled as we can see a spot that the cache was most likely fixed to.
Wow corikra what a great hide, you get a fav from us. Took us a little while but we sussed it out. TFTC Thinkwe put the wrong date in the log too.
Parked at the recommended parking spot and followed the concrete path around to the GZ.
Once there we checked all of the likely spots before we explored some of the less likely.
Bingo.
A sneaky hide Corikra. Thanks heaps for a fun and challenging hide.

Greetings from Oregon! Out for a sight-seeing drive with our Townsville friends. Our friend spied this from way over at the 'snappy' sign! T4T
Now this hide was very clever, after eliminating the obvious it only left one place to look, SL, TNLN, TFTC
What a great cache!
It is always nice to see a fresh type of hide.
The 'rock at base of tree' gets a bit old after a while.
Truly well done here, it took a good hunt but noticed it after my third lap of the structure.
Cheers corikra and happy caching.

#129 We drove out to check shootin hoops, and when we found it in it's hide, decided to hide the spare we brought with us.
At the new hide, we discovered another cache nearby that we hadn't got yet. Surprised, we walked over and picked up an easy find. Tricky, but we must be getting used to sneaky hides.
SL, and found an idea.

I was a little concerned about the lack of finds on this one lately (DNFs seem to be a rare occurence in these parts) - but I decided to take a look.
It was muggleless and nice at GZ. Just the way I like it. I hunted for a bout 20 minutes before something caught my eye - and the beast was extracted. A very unique hide - haven't seen one quite like it. It is in good condition. TFTC corika

13.40 - Found GZ kwickly. took a little longer to understand the clue and identify the very sneaky hiding spot. Well designed and executed. +/-0 (obviously). T4TC.
Nice one. Thought about it No can't be, then looked everywhere else, high & low. Then went back to it and exploited it. Then Yes. SL TFTC
Spotted it shortly after checking the hint but it took a LONG time to extract! Thanks corikra. Interesting area and development. Love north queensland - danger crocodiles
Finally got to this one which has lurked on my GPSr for ages. Got to the right parking spot and headed in knowing nothing about the cache. Sat down and read the description after I got nowhere. Then thought I spotted something. Maybe. Yes! Nice hide. It's still there but I did struggle to get it out.
Thanks. A favourite.

[:c] Last find was over 2 months ago hunted high and low but couldnot find it is it still there
Love a challange. Had me stumped for a bit until i sat down and thought about it. TFTC
Found quickly and retreated even faster as it was dusk and the Mozzies were fierce...

We went out with the daughter today and decided to have a look at Northshore. Went for a walk along the river and picked up the cache. It was a bit harder than it should have been as the PDA played up and we were working on only a co-ordinate.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
I struggled with this one and gave up. I discovered saome hours later that I had been looking at the wrong cache page, fortunately I was able to re-visit the cache on the way home and found it in seconds. Nice clever hoide.

Found at 2:30pm on my way home from a work meeting in Townsville.
As usual I have limited time to hunt for a few caches while visiting my old stomping ground. This one was on my way out of town so I popped in and found it quickly.
The weather has been unforgivingly wet and it made my day a little more difficult as the pathways to the cache were literally underwater. Signed the log on the line under my old mate Searchwise015 and headed home before the creeks have a chance to rise, leaving me stranded.
A nice new cache type I have not seen before.

WHOOHOO, great cache Corikra, found this one with the Geodad, but once again I had to do all the work myself (what's the use of dragging someone along who has been here before if he won't help). Nice hide!

Wow Corikra! What a great hide! Really enjoyed this one even though I found it immediately. TFTC.
Very clever. I must be getting better at finding these as I was onto it in seconds. TFTC
Certainly not what I was expecting to find but an easy find anyway. Thanks for another clever cache corikra.TNLNSL.
What a simple but effective idea for a cache. These parks and walking tracks just go on forever, what great area to live. Awesome!. SL, TFTC.
Mummy wanted to go geocaching today and that's that. It's mothers day today.

Great cache this one. Should have done this one yesterday when I was out here but the hip was giving me too much curry (and no rice)! My applause for another unique cache hide (well to me anyways).
Pleasant site for a cache, sat in the sun for a while and caught up with my best friend before heading off.

" FTF " wow this was a rare occurance as summer skoby and Ammotech usually have the FTF battle. Saw this pop up last night but was way to tired. Decided to hunt this one in the morning before work. Got to the GZ ( great location for a cache ) and searched, searched and searched some more. One last look at all the obvious places and bingo cache was in hand I was sure that the prize was taken but nope virgin log and happily claimed FTF. Ammotech did comment on my non competitiveness so is CnB back in the race well we will see. Cat was away in Hawaii for about 2 week hence the FTF's have been a 2 team race...
Corika thanks for this cache I really enjoyed the hunt and the challange and the effort you have gone to, you have evil mind love it : ). Now that I am back I will able to grab more of your caches.

Saw this cache pop up last night but after being on the FTF race for two previous caches ( and failing both times) I thought I would leave this one. Was very happy that I provoked a response from Cat and Bear! Congratulations! As for the cache now that is a unique spin on that type of cache, very nasty corika! I like it. Great spot and next time it is really flooding this will provide a great vantage point of the Bohle in flood!
