4931. Not sure why this one got archived a couple of days before we found it. Cache still nice and snug in its hiding place. A better hint is all that is needed here I think. TFTC.
This cache was still active in our downloads, so we had a look for it and after a wee search, found it in its hobbit hole, so not sure why it's been archived as it's still there.
TFTC.

More by good luck than good management! Suggest you find likely hint object at coordinates, and then start thinking now where else would I hide this? You can see it at that point if you look at the right angle which was how I found it. TFTC anyway
A micro in the Jungle. A 10 litre bucket could still have been a challenge. Good to see others have found it though.
Not a pleasant experience GPS all over the place, blackberry, wild roses and soaring temperatures.
Putting this one on my ignore list (the first ever) this park has been totally neglected with long grass and blackberry making an entry. Looking for such a small container under the trees (the oaks are growing well) is a real needle in the haystack job.
Searched about for quite a while - looking for a micro here seemed like searching for a needle in a haystack. Mr g. decided to call it a day, but Mrs g. went into determined streak mode, stood back, thought it all though again and this time went fairly much straight to the cache! Thanks for the challenge, we think! TFTC
Thanks for the cache was a beautiful day for this game. Team from the Czech Republic discovered with Santus-CZE.
It took a little bit longer to found the right access but finally we made it We found the geocache but also lost car&house keys (for a while)... Finally we found everything; we have double!!! Greetings from the Czech Rep.

About time I logged by visit (today is 17/03/2012)
found with Seagnoid and Etherlord.
found with Seagnoid and Etherlord.
Little 5 min search... We must have got lucky here. Cache 15 of 45 of a super awesome cache day road trip to Hawkes Bay. Seagnoid, Lillianavess and Etherlord.
Found during Etherlord, Seagnoid and Lillianavess' 52-cache geo-road trip to Napier, find 15/46.
Lots of searching about on the hillside.
I read some more logs and was just plugging in some "our coordinates were..." data when Seagnoid exclaimed that he had it in hand.

I waded through the overgrown grass on the path, braved the brambles and scoured the area. Then I checked the logs. After two DNF's I thought I had wasted my time. I decided to leave after one last look. I ignored the GPS and the hint and just looked for a good spot. Happy days. A nice little cache and hard to see in place.
Thanks kenythekiwi.
Thanks kenythekiwi.
We spent quite a long time looking near all the various hint items before one of us tried the correct spot a short distance away. The cache hides very well. At the cache our GPS was reading S 39 56.450 E 176 35.390. TFTC

Hmmmm! No luck this time. They've been doing a lot of work around there. Hope they haven't disturbed the location.
Hmmmmm we couldnt find this one... a bit of a scrubby place to be looking for a micro and the GPS was swinging wildly... so there was no hope to day for a find... and the wicked bramble scratches Angel was getting while fossiking dont look all that attractive lol! TFT hunt anyway.
Not the nicest place for a stroll as grass long nd ground boggy, but managed to find the cache quite quickly and move on out.
Found with Crystal Fairy on the way south today. Spotted first after a short search by CF, a bit further from the hint object than I was expecting. Signed log, TFTC.
Found with agcnz on our last day of our weekend caching spree. Thanks for the cache. The hint was correct but it was a lot harder than I was expecting..
Took a bit of a search. Some nosy kids were keeping an eye on us, parked on the roadside - yelling cheeky comments at my daughter, as she stood by the car. However, they certainly weren't aware of someone up in the bushes, as they got quite a fright when he "popped" out, & they took off running. They would have thought he was just taking a "nature" break anyway! TFTC
Racing against the rain today, worked until 2pm, but the new flash rain jacket paid off then.

Found on the way home from a dog show in Hastings.
Took a bit to find, had to get over my bug fear!!

yay we found and introduced ma n pa to the game, will take them out again soon.
this was hard. Not sure co-ordinates are right. Had an encounter with blackberry before paydirt. TFTC
Approached GZ and thought "this could be hard", but then "aha, that looks like a cache hiding spot" and voila. TFTC.
Nice easy find using iPhone as hadn't planned to cache here so didn't bring GPS. Had to return to car to fetch pen. TFTC
The hardest part for us was finding the right entrance to the park - we missed the obvious one. Once in there it was a straight forward find, TFTC.
Spent a while searching for this cache, and will definitely return as we're local ..watch this space!
Had no luck finding. GPSr was all over the place. Twas like looking for a micro cache in a haystack.
Last find for me today before staying at the town campground nearby (very nice cabins by the way!). Was initially quite alarmed when approaching GZ - no way am I going to find a film canister here! But found soon afterwards after thinking there might be a reason why such a small container was used

On my trip around the world I first visited the States, travelled from there to Australia and continued my trip in New Zealand.
Terra Fox joined me and we made a four-week-tour in NZ driving from north to the south and back again.
Geocaching can take you to spots you would never visit and so I used my trip to find some caches in every state and country.
Thank you for this cache and greetings from Germany

We zoomed past too quickly to do log this cache. What a great little town. We had a great coffee and loved the shot next door to the cafe that sold nick nakes and antiques and second hand stuff. We will be back.
A scramble thru the grass and a bit of a scrtch around and this was found relatively easily.
We thought this would be hard to find, but we find it pretty easily in the end. TFTC
Second attempt at this one. Its become very overgrown in the reserve but K located finally. TFTC
A quick easy find after just heading up the hill from the road. A family was having a picnic nearby, but not too close. A nice smell of gum trees. TFTC
Comparable to looking for a needle in a haystack with several fallen branches and trees

2873 Mr Geckoh had his lucky cache finding eyes in, so quick easy find for him! TFTC
Checked logs last night. 3 DNF`s, so didn`t have too much confidence in finding, but walked straight to it today. Cache hasn`t been muggled or dislodged by nature as it was still in good shape and hidden. :0
Spent some time hunting for this cache amongst the long grass and shrubbery. No luck before retreating to the car as the thunder and rain rolled in. (With regards location, a larger size container could be considered). One to have another go at when next passing. Thanks for the experience.
because of todays report by 'cougar hunta' I'm enabling again
Thanks cougar hunta

Wasn't able to find it, despite searching for ages
Might have to have another try when it isn't raining...
Might have to have another try when it isn't raining...
Didn’t spot the entrance, so we drove around the block before ending up back at step 1 and the entrance was just there. Doh! Wasn’t expecting much, but even for its simplicity, and much to our surprise, the park was prettier than we’d expected. Didn’t realise it at the time but after reading the cache description, now we know why, thanks to the Waipawa Beautifying Society. Simple but sweet. Thanks kennythekiwi for the cache.
Pleased to find it after an unsuccessful hunt a while back. Took a while but got there! SL TFTC
Finally got this one on a sunny day. I'd tried a couple of times before in the rain when ferreting around at ground level was not a present past time. Found today with a fellow cacher who had found it before, still glad to knock it off the list.
Jr taybee has this own account how am logging this old find under his new Username (Jr taybee) was log as part of taybee team
Yahoo, 2nd find sans GPS. Just used paper print outs of aerial and street map to find this cache. And a little bit of foraging. Rather delighted to make the find. T4TC.
Were about to declare a DNF with mumblings of, "who puts a micro in a place like this, mumble mumble" when we started thinking, why a micro & had another look. Think higher. TFTC
No luck with this today though tried hard, even though very wet and soft under foot after more rain overnight.
Found it this time. Co-ords were some distance away making it hard to find. Please be aware of the new bulbs growing through the grass. No need to walk through them. TFTC.
DNF. Not good to see the new spring bulbs that are just beginning to grow and other wild flowers that are getting trampled over. The Waipawa Beautifying Society might not be too pleased. Should we stay on the paths?
Quite a crisp crunchy walk through the frozen grass of this morning's frost. Only spotted the rather overgrown track as I returned to the car.
A tricky wee hide.

Quick find while heading up to the Hawkes Bay. Heaps of acorn trees and seedlings here. TFTC
