During our visit in beautiful New Zealand, we have naturally sought some caches. There were many memorable impressions on our trip and showed us some caches the New Zealand off the beaten path. You have a wonderful country! We thank all Ownern for the cache and send best regards from Denmark, Thyde2.

I was within a very short walking distance of this one after returning from a day walk to the Anchorage and back, so took a few minutes to hunt it out. It was more trouble finding the correct acess than finding the nicely hidden cache. Signed log, TFTC
When for a quick find with my daughter, who spotted the cache. She learnt something about native fauna. TFTC
During my 5-day hike of Abel Tasman (inland and coastal) track, I found this cache at the very last day, when leaving the national park.
Really enjoyed the trip!
New Zealands landscape is fantastic!
Nice hiding place, for me (as YAH) it was a quick find (due to the hint)!
All is well with the container!
TftC from Austria!

Found this large box meant for kids whilst taking a stroll around the area. Dropped off a TB as we couldn't find anywhere else to leave this caching notebook that was big and dry. Don't think any kids would want to keep it and hope that somebody takes this soon. Thanks for the cache.
Found together with Mishelin during our holiday trip to NZ. In these days we both visited North and South island picked up some caches along the route of course. Thanks for showing us this interesting place and greetings from Czech Republic.
Makka pakka 2 went out to day caching in the Able Tasman National Park. Ten out of ten caches found. Walked into Coquille Bay for lunch on the beach. Had a lovely day in the park and the caches just made it so much more interesting on the way. TFTC
Day three for a cache every day in August.Lovely sunny day out here parked up for a bite to eat.TFTC

Here in time for sun rise (stunning) before team day walk to Achorage. Awesome, no-one around all day. Thanks SoBad for the find.
Last find of the day after a beautiful walk along the Abel Tasman Costal Track. TFTC!
Young at heart? Second childhood? Whatever fits is good with me so we could find this YO cache. A very pleasant short stroll to find and sign the log on a caching trip to Marahau. TFTC.
Maybe I can log this one claiming to be in my second youth =) Not having been here for a long time we decided to do a sweep. Sometimes having to stop where you wouldn't makes you appreciate again what you take for granted, thanks for that. TFTC
Senior day at Marahau for the YAH's. Brought my stick and took my time. Thanks for the walk and TFTC
Found with Heroica1010! As the 'child' of the group, I got to find it! TFTC!
catscatscats22 & I decided to take it easy today, which meant find a couple caches away from the national park and then relax on the beach. TFTC!
... the second on this beautiful walk, i founded the cache with derKurt78. Thanks
A nice short walk into the bush. I found the difficulty a slightly bit harder than the announced 1, but a nice cache indeed. TFTC!
Very nice trail to this one. Took a while for us to find it, good hide, keep your eyes on the ground. TNLN. Thanks!
Although I didn't have a YO with me I still completed this cache. This is a great idea for the younger cachers. The container was well camouflaged so despite it's relatively large size it was not immediately visible but obvious enough when you know there is something to find there. Awesome.
Found at 11:05:00 a.m. on 24/01/2013.
A quick find on a lovely shady track.

Thanks for the cache. Had an ice cream at the Marahau shop then visited the cache about 3pm. Left a bell (Twingley) and a packet of crayons. Took a little rhino and a hair clip. Thanks for the cache. A lovely day in the Tasman Bay.
First I went this side, then thought no its the other side. So went over there - no definitely the other side. So back over this side and saw what I should've the first time. Thanks for your input into a lovely day before work etc hits tomorrow. TFTC #4424
Was there together with "Schlattergeiss"...
Thank you very much for showing us this great place!

Together with my family on a vacation trip to New Zealand. Starting at Auckland airport on transfer to Christchurch we went for a roundtrip exploring the south island. This was one of many caches we found while visiting so many nice and interesting places thanks to all the caches why I want to send a thank you to all CO for the work spent. TFTC.
Parked the car in marahau then the family set off walking towards Abel Tasman NP. This cache was an easy stop along the way, and as we had the YO in tow we certainly qualified. Short detour down the path then an easy find, the hardest part was putting the pack back on afterwards! TNLN TFTC
Hey, woof... JC Cache Dawg here...
Im loading all my finds from my Alpha Males (aka GenCuster) logs, where he deigned to remember that I was with him... As if he could forget...30/12/12 18:40

30/12/12 18:40 After the big kids did a Geocachers straight line approach, JC Cache Dawg and I used the convenient path and arrived at GZ about the same time. As the youngest (nearly 3 human years), JC sniffed out the cache, may or may not have pipped Team EJ. Cheers, GC.
took the (wrong) straight approach to cache but left it to the youngest one (JC) to sniff out TFTC!!
Found with Hinemoana and gencuster while in and around the north of the south island.

A special day 12/12/2012. Waited to do this one (could have found this one yesterday after walking back from The Anchorage) but thought it would be kind of special to log the find today.
No problems finding the cache, and what a really good sized one it is. Lots of trinkets for the young ones. Unfortunately didn't pack any swag for this trip (school camp for 40 kids) so couldn't add to the stash. Thank you for placing the cache here in such a lovely environment.
Picked up a few of trackables to move along and dropped off Krazy Koala TB as he is very appropriate for the theme of this cache. (opps sorry. just saw the underlined line asking for trackables not to be left.)

After introducing the idea of looking for geocaches to my 5 year old nephew a week ago, he's talked of nothing else but finding "hidden treasure". So with a family day out planned to collect cockles at Marahau a few possible caches were uploaded to the GPS and this seemed like a good possiblity. When we arrived at the car park he was off, and although it was not the YO of the family to find the cache, instead it was his grandmother, he loved the idea and I think he is hooked. The only question now is when can we find more treasure Auntie? Thanks so much
Arrived at GZ found the track, and the cache was in our hands with seconds.
Thank you for the cache and bringing us to somewhere we haven't been before.

Another good cache found while on a holiday tour around the south island. SL TFTC
BRILLIANT! This is my home and I never knew this trail existed! Thank you so much. Great hide too.
That was pretty tough in the dark. Useless hint. Already looked there. Ooooohhhh.
Thank you for placing this cache.
Thank you for placing this cache.
Our GPS got a bit crazy here. It pointed to the right of the walkway but in the end we found the cache on the left. We kind of felt like doing our first geocache. And finally we know what a Punga is. Thanks!
Nice one. Found this one before heading out for a shortish walk on the A/T track. Found this cache as part of my Leap Year Day caching trek... TFTC, Biggles.
Easily found but thanks.
