###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###
----------
I've noticed this cache is carrying a maintenance log which really does need to be addressed by the cache owner.
The guidelines indicated that periodic visits to check on the cache, as well as prompt attention to any logs that indicate there is a problem, are part of the [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance)
It does not appear from logs that the CO has visited this cache recently, so it is being Disabled to remove it from search lists.
**There needs to be a response to this situation (or intentions indicated) within 14 days, so others know exactly what is happening with this cache.**
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Repair and/or Replace your cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you don't plan on fixing it up then please [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

Wilsons Prom Hike: Day 3 - Little Waterloo to Telegraph Saddle (End!)
I have been hiking for 3 days, Had two DNFs and didn't have a GPS or phone. Things weren't looking so good. I only had the description and hint to find this one and this was the last one I could find on this hike so I had to find it. Arrived at GZ, we had a short talk then I was off like a rocket (as fast as I could with sore legs) with [@superquinn](http://coord.info/PR54HKP) to make the find. superquinn saw the cache instantly, not really hidden and took it back to the group for admiration. I saw a little card inside, and it turned out to be a trackable. So not only had I found my first geocache at Wilsons Prom, first one on a hike as well, I had picked up a trackable. The perfect day. Carried the trackable the rest of the 6km up to telegraph saddle, then had the 5-hour bus trip back to Geelong. TFTC TNLNSL

Found! Agree with the previous posts - the area has re-generated quite quickly so make sure you spend more effort looking for the object mentioned in the hint.
Great location. I've got good memories of trips to the Prom from the last 15 years. tNLN. tFTC

Time changes the landscape and the clue for this one needs a bit more thought than when it was originally written. But it wasn't that hard and dropped off a TB for the next finder. TFTC

After finding "the only" as mentioned in the hint, and no subsequent cache - I took the opportunity to sit down with our muggle friend and enjoy some trail mix while Martin from Team Justice kept searching. Turns out there's another in addition to "the only". On the back of Martin's coattails, I say, TFTC!
Well, this one was a tough one. Given the rain and a bit over half way to Waterloo with Clint&Abby, we decided to go straight to the clue. Well, that is where it got tough. We quickly saw the only one...hmmm..and preceded to push our way a couple of meets to it and nope...not there...hmm. Letting the GPS settle a bit more, we found "another" one....so, given the age of the cache, there is now more than one. Trust the GPS....thanks. Cache in very good order. Thanks for the laugh and fun.

Passing through from Sealers-Waterloo and now onto Oberon we quickly found this one, signed the log before having a quick breather on the nearby seat. 20km done, 3.5 to go before reaching our campsite for day 2. TFTC

I had walked past this location last weekend with Pacgirl but skipped this cache as we were "hiking, not caching". This time round, back at the Prom with Jacko and Timmo for a little 48km hike, no stone would be left unturned and no cache unfound !
After camping overnight here at Little Waterloo it was an early start heading from the east coast to the west coast. So many options here at GZ - we went towards the water !
Thanks, plowater.

I had the blessing given for a long weekend away and chose from my 'need more than a daytrip' list. The Prom had long been on the cards so here it was. Forward to today, myself Timmo98 and Pacman trudging around on these amazing beaches.
We took the beach route!

Great conditions for hiking and geocaching today. On our way to the Lighthouse today and this was another worthy location to pause and enjoy. We will be returning this way from Waterloo to Oberon Bay in a couple of days.
Thanks so much for placing this cache.

This is definitely no longer there. Had a good look, even saw the depression where it most probably once was. Photo can be provided. Needs maintenance
Had a look for this on the way to Roaring Meg and on the way back from LWB a couple of days latter, but had no luck either time.
Our group of four was well on our way to the Southernmost Point when we stopped at this junction to have a break and a quick search.
Checked previous photos and we were quite certain where it was, but could not find it. Scratched the hell of my arm during the search.
We came down from the Telegraph Saddle Car Park and headed past here on our way to Roaring Meg.
Had a very quick look on our way back (via Waterloo Bay) a day later as well, but did not have the energy to search for more than a few seconds.
Might still be there, perhaps we were looking in the wrong spot.
Thanks for the cache!

On a three day stint in the park from NY, grabbing a few caches as I come across them. Haven't seen anyone since leaving the car park, maybe I have the whole Prom to myself? This was a pretty quick find. TFTC!
After hiking all day yesterday and today. I'm very happy for this to be a quick find!!

After many years I have finally managed to visit Wilsons Prom. What better way to get a feel for the area than to do an overnight hike which was a great way to also get away from the enormous holiday crowd at this time of the year. After spending the night at Halfway Hut we backtracked to this cache and then down to Oberon Bay. Cache was found out in the open, so after signing I looked at the hint and replaced accordingly so it will be safe and sound until the next find. TFTC!

Heading down to the prom this week after the easter break, hopefully avoiding the bulk of the crowds!
We are on our way to find out 4000th cache in the process!
Stopped at this cache for a quick break on our walk from Telegraph Saddle --> Roaring meg --> South point --> Light House --> Telegraph Saddle.
45 odd KM's in 3 days!
If only we knew what was ahead, maybe we would have stopped at this cache...... actually no.
I'm Happy to say that after this walk we went from being Boyfriend and Girlfriend to fiancé and fiancée
She didn't know at this point
Thanks for the cache,
Team PacketStorm

Today Oztriaco, Mojo1001 and I start our 4 day hiking tour. On our way we found this Cache. Thank you!
Found this shortly after the start of what became an absolutely amazing four-day hike with blumen-wiese and Mojo1001, a.k.a. the re-united Dream Team. The cache was in very good condition. TFTC!
Found on the way back from an overnight hike to Roaring Meg via the coastal track. Stunning scenery and beautiful weather! Thanks for hiding a cache in a place we needed a rest.
We started from Telegraph Saddle, so it was down hill most of the way. Arrived at GZ only to discover the cache has cache creep so returned it back to where it belongs. Now which way to go? To the beach. TFTC
Well we went 'that-a-way' off to the Halfway Hut, Roaring Meg and South Point. Well that is the plan anyway! So off we go (LadySm and I) thanks for the cache. Left TB and a pathtag.
Was mislead slightly by the hint and judging by the site, others were too. Eventually found it in a far more obvious spot. Thanks!
Just came feon refuge cove the long way around and feel like me feet will fall off. Beautiful walk though
This was my final of twelve finds at The Prom.
Visiting for a hiking trip around the eastern loop 20 years after I first completed this hike. I came with my sister and she got a short introduction to caching
After spending our first night at Tidal River we were up early the next morning and headed to refuge via Sealers Cove. Much has changed, most dramatically since the 2011 floods. This is where we viewed what was previously my favorite spot on the hike, Ferny Glade, which is now a shadow of its former glory but is in the process of recovering. Camping overnight at Refuge was peaceful as always but we were greeted in the morning with the sounds of rain on our tents! Fortunately it was short lived and we started out with a brisk walk to Kersop's Peak to wake up before Waterloo Bay and the ever painful hike up Oberon to complete the two days. Thanks to all the CO's at the Prom. I know there are many more to collect but I have left them for future trips!!!

My last cache find for this trip. The walk has been great. Sealers Cove on the first night, then little Waterloo bay via Refuge bay and Kersop's peak. Now for the long walk back to telegraph saddle. While not all that hard, yet, I'm not looking forward to that last hill. Cache was easily located and logged. TNLNSL. TFTC. Kems

Sitting at home over the weekend looking at the weather forecast, i saw that the first few days of Spring would be amazing. Mid 20's, mild nights and no chance of rain or strong winds. So it was an easy decision to make. A 3 day hike down at the prom was in order.
The Hike is set to go from Telegraph Saddle to Little Waterloo Bay on the first day. 23kms via Sealers and Refuge. As i have not been back to see the track since the landslides. Day 2 is Waterloo to Roaring Meg, via the Lighthouse and Southern Most Point. Day 3 Roaring Meg to the Junction and then hike 5kms back along Waterloo Bay track for another cache. And then head out.
Well the first day went to plan. Second day i found a ranger at midday and changed my overnight camp 5 kms closer to the finish to Halfway Hut. Then as i still got there quite early i decided to keep on hiking. Headed out to the Boulder Saddle cache and walked all the way back to the car. A 3 day hike into 2 days with a very long second day. Amazing view and photos in the area and so many good cache locations to be found.
The last cache for the day and the hike. This area now has a lot of trees down around it. The cache is still safe and in good condition. An easy find though with all the clean up going on around the Southern part of the Prom. I might need to be relocated in the future.
Cheers -PTC

Well, it was the Queens Birthday weekend and I had set the whole weekend aside to go caching. I would start at Cape Liptrap and make my way around the coast towards Wilsons Prom. There I would meet up with DrJim7, Josiey, Day1976 and hopefully Team Oaky for a fun weekend of caching and catching up with the BWWC members.
After a great Sri Lankan meal provided by Friends of Jim and Josie (Thanks Alex and Stuart), we headed down telegraph track towards Halfway Hut. It was starting to get quite cold, so a brisk walk helped warm us up. Upon arrival at GZ, Day made quick work of the cache and we made our way after that to the hut.
Thanks to Kastor for the cache. TNLN

Well after a full afternoon caching my tally was at 15 caches. We sat down for a lovely meal of dahl and other wonderful curries and a couple of glasses of red with the company of ahomburg and drjim7 and josiey and there wonderfully accommodating friends! Everything was beginning to feel pretty normal again. That is the last time I would feel that "pretty normal" feeling for about 36 hours!
With a belly full of dahl and red wine, drjim7, ahomburg and I began our trek down to Halfway Hut in the pitch darkness with our full packs on for an adventure that I will never forget.
This cache was found on our trek down.
Thanks plowater for the cache, as Jim has said, placed right in our path!
