Nice to meet some new faces - lots of people at this one! Sorry I had to leave early. Great cake.
Thanks for organising this great event. It was good to meet so many NZ cachers and do some caching afterwards. We are looking forward to seeing you out and about in the furture. TFTC
Thanks Kiwi Nomad for organising. This was my first event as I've only been caching since Feb 2010. Wonderful to put faces to names. Picked up Twit -to-win TB and Methven 57th World Poughing Geocoin to move on. Thanks - now I know what these things are.

Is it really already going for such a long time? Thank you to the people who started it 10 years ago and of course KiwiNomad for organising this celebration.
We also had a nice catch up with Cachers that we have met at different places before. And now have had the pleasure of meeting many more.A great turn out,on a nice day.Thank you Kiwi Nomad for organizing todays event, and for the yummy cake.Looking forward to seeing some photos of our group wearing their Party Hats.Cheers Barb,Terry & Bonnie our Geodoggie.
Good little gathering. Nice to meet other geocachers and swap tales and ideas. All thanks to Kiwi Nomad and familty.
The last to arrive, turned up just in time to get the name on the sign as Kiwi Nomad was packing the kids in the car. It was so close to home and yet we were so late to arrive. Glad to see from the photo's that every one had a good time. Well done to Kiwi Nomad and the sun beams for making the day happen and now Little Kiwi Moose has met some more cachers.
Is there a 'TNLN TFTC' equivalent for an Event? NTCUWSOFAPNTNO? Nice to catch up with some old faces, and put names to some newer ones? Pity to have missed the Mooses - lucky they were really late, otherwise I might have missed out on a spot prize. TFTC,TFTC
Thanks! Was nice to meet some new people and put a few faces to names. Thanks Kiwi Nomad, and also for the early geocaching information on this page, it's appreciated!
Happy 10 Years Geocaching!! Thanks to all the geocachers who made this a successfull event. Great to meet some new cachers and meet up with friends again.
Yes, our first FTF in ages; it counts we where first to get our names on the log book. Great to meet up with folks new and old. Left some TB.
The group was obvious from out on SH1 - no need for a GPS to find this one. So out came my wizard's hat - it seems everyone knows who I am!! Nice to meet long-term and new cachers. Pity I had to rush off. Thanks and cheers from Grandalf(1801)
Thanks Kiwi Nomad for organising this event. It was good to put a few faces to the names. Nice cake as well.
Hoping to take photos around 3pm. So hopefully there will be enough people there by then. So far 7 attendies and 3 maybes logged another 2 maybes not logged. Sign is made, cake needs icing, hats to be picked out.
Look forward to seeing you all tomorrow.
Look forward to seeing you all tomorrow.
Sorry Old Boots! and Hello Mrs will be in Dunedin. Hope all goes well for you and you get the numbers.
We will be coming out from Woolshed Creek Hut Sunday afternoon, and passing through Dunsandel midafternoon, so we should be able to call in - a bit later than 2:00pm, but watch out for my Gandalf hat. Cheers from Grandalf
Hopefully we will be able to attend and meet up with some Kiwi cachers. Our first event in NZ hope to see you all there.
Sorry I can`t make it to your 10th anniversary which is so close to my old home town of (Ch Ch) Will be at the Perth one in Australia where I now live. Have done only 3 caches so far over there when I get back for holidays. I should bring some more tb`s over next time. Hope it all goes well for the event.
Troodles and I are traiterously defecting to the Oamaru event. Will try to remember to stop off at the Dunsandel pub on the way back (7ish???) to see if any hard core cachers are still eventing into the night.
Definitely on the calendar to support this Canterbury event. Hope to see you all soon.
At this stage no, but I'll see what I can orgainise over the next two weeks. Hopefull some sort of tent.
We're hoping to attend one of the Southern 10 years events, but are as yet undecided on location. Have only brief memories of the park (I was too intent on finding a cache at the time) - is there somewhere to hang out there if the weather is bad?
M&A may attend this event briefly. Are planning to head from ChCh to Nelson on this date.
Mrs Moose and wee sproglette will wander down and say hello. Depending on the ducks, Mr Kiwi will show up too. An event I can walk too, excellent idea!
I will try to get there - but may be later as well. Any chance of shifting the time back a bit? Are there going to be enough attendees?
