[After so many "found it" logs you start to wonder why we were having no success? I hoisted my young son up and checked lots of possible locations and decided this will be a DNF. We then found an Eclipse tin on the ground empty and started to wonder if the site had been muggled! There was no camo on this tin so if it matches the colour you placed it may be worth a cache check. The colour was] Green

After last nights aborted effort for night time caching (having a bad cold and all) I decided to get out and about today and get some fresh air into my lungs. The problem of course now is where to start. All caches from home are now some distance and after last nights effort I was concerned with caches in Berwick coming up as DNF. But I tried again and had a very successful job of it in Berwick, Officer and Pakenham. As I walked from the other side of the road i saw the cache just sitting there. After the muggle children had passed I grabbed and signed the cache and placed it back so it wasn't so exposed. Thanks Megobogan.
After avoiding the eyes of a few suspicious residents mr putnug had to use his height to get this one

Found after dropping car off down the road, pulled up close to GZ and made quick find, getting it from its hide and signing the log was a bit of challenge, lucky the rain kept the muggles away, TFTC Megabogan
This took some time for us to find, 30 mins but found signed log and left mighty bean 19.6.11

Thought this would be a nice quick one after our previous find!!
however we had a bit of a challenge to get to this one!!
Perseverance paid off and we had the cache in hand after about 10 minutes!! (we could see it, just couldn't get to it!!)
we needed just as much perserverence to return it!!

Found in the company of coley_babee.
Hmmm, this would have been MUCH easier if we still had our Rog with us, but alas we do not. We used our ingenuity to retreive and replace the cache. It did however take us some time to do this one. Several muggle walkers came past enjoying the reserve.
Thanks megabogan for this virtically challenging cache!

This was our 200th cache!! Kids enjoyed chatting to Terry while the tallest of the bigs grabbed the cache. This will be a nice place as development continues.

My first GeoCache!! Loads of fun, even if it was a nice easy one.[^] Yep, you need to be tall! The log needs a tape-repair (ripped)
MY 50TH CACHE!!!!! YAY! It's definitely a 2 person job to get this one. Found with Epicmac... who is thankfully strong enough to give me a boost
found with geonerdskid. Thankfully for us geonerdskid is a climber as I not sure how else you are suppose to get this one down. TFTC
Haha - the clue's not wrong. Thanks for a nice walk. Plenty of muggles to wonder what we were doing, but I'm hoping un-detected in collection and return hahaha. TFTC.
Found @2043 #353
This one took abit longer to find and made more challenging due to the large spiders that were seen.
The cache was a little tricky to recover from its hide but soon in hand and log signed.

I was glad I was on the treadly toady. Found easily. Fortunately there were plenty of gaps in the traffic to make the retrieval a quick task.

This was cache # 22 of 24 for the day around Cranbourne and Narre Warren. I could see this one as I approached GZ. My thanks to megabogan for the cache.
Nice one, plenty of spiders around after the thunderstorm but found it in the end.
Over from Adelaide to pick up some numbers with the Wackys. Had a great weekend.

Lucky I don't have short legs. I had to rely on my extendable magnet thingy for the reach once the local
muggles moved on. A little bit of rain brings everyone to shelter.

Yeah, it was a bit hard to reach - I'm glad I had Squalid husband with me. They have done a great job on the Wetlands here...TFTC.
07-08 5th find of the day at 14:18 and 1104th find in total.
We could actually see the container on our way to this hide which sure made our job here much easier.

Lucky for me someone had dumped an old chest of drawers nearby so I was able to use this for height and then the find was easy. Signed the log and then replaced it and just as I was getting down and removing the drawers an old lady with her dog wandered by and she gave me the strangest look!! TFTC
I arrived just around school end time. I had to wait between passing school kids while searching. I eventually spotted it, then had to grab it. Using a little implement helped, and I was able to get my fingers on it, enough to be able to retrieve it. Thanks for the cache.
Neither Vicki nor Monty had a chance of getting this one. Glad I did the high ropes course in January. Thanks, megabogan.
Found @ 3.45pm, #269.
This had me feeling around for a little while with no success until I lifted mitch up for a better look, which resulted in the find of the cache.

I liked the turtle sculpture, althought I was leaning more towards an eagle when I first saw it.
Could have used an eagle too, to retrieve the cache. Didn't take too long to work out where it should be. My arms are long (certainly longer than The Morris's), just that my arms aren't quite that long. A bit of scrambling and the cache was in hand..
Thanks, Robmc.

Even the chauffer needed to do some gymnastics to retrieve this one - up and grabbed in a flash. TFTC. Terry is looking a little weathered.
Found at 12:18 i scanned over the item at gz before reading past log's to make an easier find, thankfully my height was indispensable with reaching the hide.

As I was pulling up and parking near GZ for this one, I couldn't help but ask myself why this had a terrain 2.5 rating and I was making a mental note to comment on it in my log. However, once at GZ and after I'd given the object a good scan, I twigged to where it was likely to be hidden and I was stuck with trying to figure out how to get there as I didn't have any "Inspector Gadget" extender type devices with me. I didn't have anyone to help me either - and I'm getting rather old for gymnastics, but I did manage to haul myself into a reasonable position and was able to grab the cache and make a log entry before returning to earth .
TNLN
Thanks again megabogan - I wonder what any passing motorists made of my antics!

Find number 21 out of 35 today. Another cache in this area which has such potential. Senseless vandalism means the boards aren't readable, even one side has been covered by wood due to the glass (or perspex) being broken. Thanks for the cache.

We found this cache at 2:05pm as the 7th of 13 on our South Eastern Tour. We made it a dual effoft to retreive this one. The old notice board has seen better days. Thanks from D, HA and A B-A (With guest J).
This was rather difficult for one person with no assistance. I worked out where it must be and managed to swing myself up on the structure to grab it, only grazed one arm. I think I'm getting old!
Spent an afternoon with my two young boys out caching today. Parked right next to GZ and started the searched. Once I lifted Tyler up he had the cache in hand. TFTC.
Found on our '10th Anniversary of Geocaching' jaunt. Team effort leg up was required as we didn't have our arborist in our geokit today! EB 99 pinched the cartilage on landing, ouch! Maybe she should have lifted me!

Logged early this morning. We would have to agree with Mr Coffee here, as the difficulty here is that if you are below 6' 3" in height, you had better bring a step ladder. We could just touch the cache but could not get it out of its hidey hole. In the end we had to resort to the geocachers friend, the Leatherman and after we had found a particularly nasty serrated knife blade we stabbed the little bugger and got him out. PS can you take us seniors into account when you are placing your cachers in future, thanks.

As with previous cachers we found this cache a little inaccessible/unreachable. After a bit of remoddling of natures tools (a stick), managed to nudge it free. Signed the log and then wondered how on earth we would get it back and then noticed the fork in end of the stick...just the right size to hold the cache... bingo. Found in the company of The Dehney's. TFTC
Out with The Coffee Clan getting some supplies for our weekend away at Echuca we decided to have a look at this cache. I'm glad we did, this isn't a cache that we would have been able to retrieve if I'd been by myself (duck's disease)

We were on our way out for some much needed shopping with Team Crackers and although caching was not on the agenda we were
passing by this location so a quick stop was in order.
Thankfully there was a few of us as the cache was not that easy to retrieve.
Needless to say we did find and log the cache and it was another joint effort to replace.
Thanks to Megabogon for the cache.
Regards Mr.Coffee and the "I think the difficulty and terrain need to be swapped around as this was definitely not a 1.5 terrain" Coffee Clan.
