Found it @ approx. 21:50

Found on my 2nd attempt. Got out of the car, and put my hands right on it.
So much easier when there aren't 20 or so blokes having smoko looking over my every move. LOL

Reperio at 1625. Certainly when I came past this one and saw GZ, wasn't expected a nifty hide such as this. Even when locating the cache, I didn't expect the cache to look like it did.

Well done.

Found on my most productive caching day ever in the company of Reesylou. Thank you for the cache. This is an area I do not know well, and caching was a great way to explore it.

26-Oct-10
Found with drednort on a lovely day for caching. Cache was easily found, and cleverly executed. Went over a deep pothole coming down the street and managed to dent 2 wheel rims (and discovered I had a flat tire.... when I got home). Still to see the repair cost, but don't regret coming through the area.

Edit: One rim repairable, and the tyre is ok, so not so bad Smile

Good hide. Enjoyed the camo, the area and the quiet street here today at around 8.45am. Thanks for this cache.

20-Sep-10
Parked nearby for a quick find at 10:40am but had to retreat to the car to log it due to muggles talking over the road. Fortunately they moved on before I was ready to replace the cache so the industrial heritage was preserved without interference.

As we were doing this at night time it ended up being a quick drive by for us. We enjoyed the well-hidden cache, clever. Thanks.

Sometimes it takes me a while to warm up when caching. This one was a warm up and took some time to find. When i found it I could not believe i did not notice it sooner. TFTC

EuDes & I had a "dads & daughters" trip to ScienceWorks this afternoon, but when he drove down this street and virtually pushed me out the door then I knew that there had to be a cache nearby Smile! I was able to find the nicely concealed container fairly quickly and then continued along the industrial heritage precinct for a fun trip to ScienceWorks (which I've always thought would be MUCH better if they didn't allow kids to go in Wink.)

My thanks to The Lone Random.

#5 of 8 finds on our day out caching!
TFTC!

Found by PR&F with harry_stamper on 10/7/10 @ 4.35pm.
Some afternoon caching in the area before dinner at the in-law's was the plan today.
This one had me walking up and down, couldn't even get GZ! I put the GPS away and thought like a 'cacher.' I had the cache in hand in no time! harry_stamper parked close enough to GZ so sat in the car while I signed the log.
By this time, there were LOTS of muggles walking by after a busy day at Scienceworks. Boo, it was impossible to return the cache without being looked at in a suspicious manner.
So we took the cache with us while we completed Williamstown Steam Car Ferry as we knew it would be all clear by this time. As we approached GZ to return the cache, we couldn't believe it! Someone was looking for the cache! I hopped out the car and asked 'You're not looking for something are you?' Then I had to explain the cache's little adventure with us!
I told caughtatwork that it's worth finding this one, so I hid it and watched him find it in no time! It was great meeting you, I don't get to meet many cachers when I am out and about.
We had a chat and we made our way!
TFTC TLR- this is not the only cache of yours we have had to take for a 'walk!' Great hide!

The final cache of the day and boy did I struggle. I checked every possible spot, twice.
I was almost about to leave when I heard a voice behind me ask if I was looking for something. I was indeed and they produced the cache from the pocket.
It was pocketrocket and friends who had taken off with the cache when the muggles from Scienceworks all came pouring out.
It was only co-incidence that they arrived just in time for me to avoid having a DNF.
Nice to beet you PR&F.
Took nothing, left nothing.
Thanks The Lone Random for this cache today. It's a very nicely done cache and one that I'm happy to have found after PR&F made me look away so they could hide it so I could find it.

Way out west caching with Mr Jibblets when I mentioned that I wanted to do the Mad Max Science Works cache that we could not get to last time because of parked cars. This time it was also very busy but we noticed a cache a bit further along that was not there last time. So we ventured down to this area and managed to score a park right beside the cache. Hmm something out of the ordinary eh! Well I spotted it almost straight away, but we did have to wait till a couple stopped arguing nearby and moved off before we could put it back. Thanks to the Lone Random for a great cache hide.

There is something just slightly out of place and clever about this cache hide.
I could do caches like this forever. If only they were all this good!

OK I am guilty of not logging caches over the last year or two. Due to 2 operations and rehab it has made it difficult to log caches even though I have been mostly chair bound sitting for short times has been difficult as well.
What I have done is create this log in an attempt to bring our found and DNF’s up to date so I can resume my normal habit of stories rather than a TNLN – TFTC.
Most of these logs will not include the owners team name so I think it is appropriate to say a Big Thank the cache owners for their caches and some wonderful memories of caching adventures.
Also thanks to Team Crackers who have made our caching trips so much fun and their help in working out what caches we did and when.
Regards
Mr.Coffee and the “I promise I wont let this happen again after all these coffee’s er I mean caches are drunk er I mean logged” Coffee Clan.

30-May-10
We were out with Mr Coffee and the Coffee Clan on another of our Sunday suburban cache and lunch days. This is a place we remember well as we had quite a few deliveries here during out time at interstate truck driving. It is a lot quieter now which made for a nice easy find, we really liked the container.
Thanks to The Lone Random for the cache.

It is interesting to realise that Melbourne is still a young city and just how much it is steadily changing as it grows and matures. A good hide, thanks The Lone Random - findable for a geocacher.

20th find for the night during a night caching run with my partner in crime Marshy (Blacklegend17). Turned into the street where GZ was located thinking it was going to be a breeze at this time of night only to see a tea room with muggles in it directly opposite GZ. Made a stealth approach on the well disguised cache, signed the log and snuck it back into place. Cool hide. TFTC.

27-May-10
20th new find for the night caching run with my good mate Marty (quasar3671). Had some muggle trouble in a nearby factory, but Marty was able to sneak in and make the find unnoticed. Log signed and cache returned and no one was any the wiser except us of course.

Found by Bob at 1525

All was very quiet along here this afternoon - too quiet, probably, as it makes anyone doing anything very conspicuous by their presence. Fortunately, there only appeared to be about 2 spots to search and I located the cache in the 2nd.

TNLN

Thanks Lone Random - quite a nice hide

16-May-10
Found - Very clever cache spot - well done! Not much traffic around for a Sunday, but tried to be stealthy , anyway. Thanks! Cool

15-May-10
A quick find here today which was lucky as the camo is quite good. I had to sit away from GZ and hide the cache as I logged it as there was a bit of traffic.

Cheers,

This place certainly has a long industrial history. I must have a look at the nearby Scienceworks again sometime. There was a surprising amount of traffic for a Saturday evening. Not sure where they were all going. I found the cache after a minute or so. Nice hide - thanks, TLR.

This one took us a few minutes to spot, but once we found it, we were very impressed with the construction. It was on dusk, so nobody was anywhere near here tonight. TNLN. Many thanks to The Lone Random for another clever hide.

Found today at 3:15pm. Just trying to get this part of Melbourne finished off but they just keep coming out, great area, Thanks The Lone Random.

Plenty of cars parked here this morning and wondered if there would be lots of muggles, or at least people in windows. But it seemd I had the place to myself to carefully inspect the wall and spot the thing out of place. Thanks The Lone Random.

After 'braving' Sunday morning public transport for our Geocaching's 10th birthday celebration plod we searched out this cache provided by 'The Lone Random' for our first of the day. Arriving at GZ the cache had us stumped for a moment or two but was soon to hand. A nifty hide indeed! Even though a western suburbs lad I'd not been to this pocket of the burbs before except to visit the excellent Planetarium nearby. Too, you sensed a grander industrial age in the area, though there is a factory nearby that still makes quite a racket. Thanks to 'The Lone random' for a good start to our day's caching on the 10th anniversary. TQP

With the options today of an hour or so of reading 2008 copies of New Idea or finding a cache, you can guess which option I chose. Well, after 15-20 minutes of finding out who had been seen out with whom 2 years ago, I decided that finding a cache might be better Wink so I headed here instead Wink. Parking right next to GZ, I didn't even have to take the GPSr out of the car Smile and was soon logging the find at 11:05.

TNLNSL, although our BYO pen geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks The Lone Random.

The area was very quiet late this afternoon so it was an easy find and then time to head back to Geelong. Thanks to The Lone Random for placing this cache.

In this case our late night caching was probably a bit of a hindrance as loitering here late appears suspicious. In any case we wern't challenged but we made it as quick as possible. Nice hide! Thanks.

16-Apr-10
Not so long ago this was indeed the heart of a large industrial zone, but now it is lot quieter.
We parked in the street at night, and there was no one around - a far cry from times previous.
Nice hide.
Thanks, Robmc.

Was driving back from Taylors Lakes to the office when this popped up.

With a detour I was soon at GZ and with a bit of poking soon had the clever cache in hand.

My great grandfather worked in this building for many years when it was in operation as ACI.
