In all our travels we would not have even thought to travel to this location. (HaHa). In your dreams, these cachers do. [:(!] Thanks for an awesome effort. Devilish Brilliant and Clever I like it Another one off the list TTBLNSL TFTC/TFTH/TFBUH - CFS Fire Fighter [^]
Well, found a family of ants first which wasn’t what we were looking for but a minute later what we were looking for was found

Thanks cfsfirefighter for what you do and your cache. Quick find, not so quick retrieve and quick stamp.
Out for a few caches around Aldinga before attending a local footy match.
I've placed a new container inside the original bucket.
Cache retrieved and signed with stamp.
Thanks cfsfirefighter for this cache.
This cache brings Goldy's total find count to 1331.

The whole cache needs replacing. Looking at the logs going back 2 years I see there has been no lid and people just keep replacing logs but they all seem to end up wet and as they are now - mouldy. [xx(][xx(] The CO apparently volunteers next door so cache needs maintainance or removal.
Another of the weekly Wednesday wander with the befuddled animals. The Rad and the Adder met the starfish at Aldinga which was the target area in the hope of finding all that the town had to offer. Many were quite easily found but others took much more time which resulted in our plan falling down. With so many in Aldinga we failed to clear them all and will need to return.
All caches were in good condition unless noted otherwise.
And as always, each member visited and individually stamped each of the log books.
Our first find of the day adjacent to our meeting place. This one was easily spotted in the open and needs some serious maintenance. There is no lid to the bucket and the log book and contents are soaked. Rain water just fills the container.
Thank you for the cache cfsfirefighter Find Number 9816 on 6/07/2022

The usual Wednesday Wander for members of Befuddled Puzzle Solving Group had us heading back South to Aldinga Beach search of solved puzzles and anything else we came across. Today it was myself, Blackadders and S.A. Sewer Rats. [^] By the end of the day we had scratched the surface and will have to return again soon. I also added to my ever expanding DNF list - Doh Still found quite a few and had a few laughs.
This was a quick find. I had intended to put a new log inside a new temporary container in the bucket but looking at the bucket without a lid it would just delay the inevitable. This really needs a new cache container and everything else. It appears the owner attends next door regularly so I see no reason for me to do it.
***Thanks cfsfirefighter for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***
Logs prepared and published through GSAK.

Found it
Really needs a lid or to be put in a container with a lid. There was a lot of leaves in container and from the recent rain fall they had gone a bit mouldy and stunk really badly.
I got the leaves out but there more will fall into bucket.

Found by sethy and dadda 27 12 21, good easy find for the young fella, no lid on bucket think water has gotten to one of the note books a bit
Thanks for the cache cfsfirefighter. Good size, well labeled, lid missing. Book in ok condition.
There was a lizard guarding the cache who left to let us claim our prize. We felt proud of ourselves until we saw the real cache guardian. A giant ant. But with a tool we were able to grab the log and write our names.
There was no cache on the lid and it’s looking a little weather beaten. Thanks for bringing us out here!

7 years of travelling Australia and yet we have never visited Normanville so we are here now to rectify that. With clouds overhead, abut warmer weather on the way today it was time to pop up north to Aldinga & Sellicks Beach.
Lovely area glad we got here today!

I arrived at Gz and searched around but didn’t have any luck just as I was about to walk to the car I spotted the rather large cache, unfortunately the lid is missing and the log book is drenched. Stamped the HJ promo sheet that’s in the cache
Today I headed south to Aldinga and mclarenvale to go for a bike ride and decided to collect a few caches on my way down to the area. 35 finds for the day plus a few labs.
Thanks for the cache

After a bit of a search i found the lid-less container covered by some wood and noticed there was no log book so i signed the piece of paper with Hungry Jacks on it and placed it in the log bag.
SL at 11:16 on 22/8/20.
Replaced the hide with the same piece of wood on top.

The container needs a new lid.
I placed a piece of wood I found on the top of the container to try and keep the weather out.
The container inside the fence line of the Fire station is a pest control box and not a Geocaching container.

Found easily from description. Our first one ever! Thanks for getting us hooked!
Found it , good spot it took me a bit to find it but I saw it in the corner of my eye in the end
Out & about with CPwanderer today, our plans had to detour to plan B.
This was due to the TDU going to Strath, Goolwa & Pt Elliot.
So we started out at Hardy's scrub instead.
This would of been much easier if the driver had parked along the side and not on the nearby road.
It was nice to find a larger cache, but it was in a sorry state.
Thanks for the cache cfsfirefighter

First for the day and it's always good to start with a find .
Drove past here last Saturday and the place was muggle central [8)] - some sort of training exercise going on with about 50 people [8]. Would have got blown away by a fire hose if attempting to get to GZ .
This morning, the place was deserted .
TNLNSL.
The container is cactused and log book wet - we left the bag open, hoping for it to dry out, but the whole cache could use some attention .
Thanks Cfsfirefighter.

Another day out caching with geomum, Doctor Owl. Apparently it has been about a year since we last went out caching. This is what happens when I live part time in a different state to study at university. The goal for today was to get a me as close to fulfilling the requirement for the A-Z, 0-9 SA challenge - which required finding Q and X and pretty much every number except for "4".
This one was a bonus one but also acts a bonus "8" as I didn't have an "8" for the challenge before today. I was a bit worried for a while that it was going to be in the pine trees and I react to pine trees - I react to a lot of things - but I was very glad to see that it wasn't. TFTC.

Nomads travelling in their caravan around Australia. We have been on the road since July 2011 and discovered caching in August 2013. We travel with a bunch of travel bugs belonging to our sons and grand children. Where ever possible, we will maintain your cache as we travel.
It was bitterly cold today, so after a scheduled appointment in Aldinga, we made a quick search for this cache. We found it well protected from muggles, however the lid is broken so water can affect the contents. Thanks cfsfirefighter for the hide, and for highlighting the our important firees.

Good information about cfs. Unfortunately the log is soaked and I didn't have a replacement
Today took me geocaching along the beaches all the way down to Moana/Aldinga in targeting various geocaches. The rain decided to show itself in short bursts, but was largely ok in being outside.
Parked on the street and made a big jump across the creek to get to GZ. A nice big container was found waiting at GZ. The lid was a little cracked, and logbook a little damp, but otherwise ok. Thanks cfsfirefighter, and appreciate the volunteer efforts to help our communities.
There was an interesting backyard of vehicle wrecks in various states behind the fence, I must say. Photos attached.
