We're visiting from Florida, USA. That was great fun but no luck today. Sigh. Thanks for placing the cache.
Too many Muggles to give this one a good go. We'll be back in the cooler season!
I found the spot, and can see where it has been sitting in the past but not there now
Found where the cache is supposed to be, but looks like it's been walking. Hope it gets replaced because it was a good hide.
We had the place to ourselves intermittently, but despite a real good search, we couldn't find it. The grass had recently been cut, could it have been exposed? We did have trouble with the hint too, we had too many possibilities of what it meant. I'll put this on my watch list.
Isn't it wonderful how fresh smelling a well designed long drop can be?

It was a cold and windy day in Tauranga so decided to go across to Kawerau to collect some caches. This was on the way and my third attempt at this one. Finally I arrived to an empty carpark and began my search and soon found the prize. Very happy to convert this one to a smiley, thanks Ruruwha

Busy as place campers every ...very tricky to be stealthful..took some time to get this one.eventually got a lucky break and found
I had the day off today and just thought I'd wander this way and see how many caches I can collect.
This was my second stop, and although the cache ended up being an easy find I still struggled a little.
There was a bus parked up but the two occupants weren't interested in what I was up to.
Cheers Ruruwha

Had a quick look around all the rocks but some campers were getting interested so leave this for another day.
thanks to all the owners of the geocaches that we found today on our way from Te Puke to Matata and Whakatane ... we enjoyed the kiwifruit district and the amazing views over 'The Bay of Plenty'
TFTC and greetings from Belgium.

Today was the first planned trip for the new year in the company of Zorgon to collect as many caches as we could between the north end of Lake Rotorua, to Pukehina and back to Te Puke.
We finally made it to the coast and now for something a bit different. A quick stop and find in a area that had a surprisingly full car park
thanks for the placement

Quick find for us this morning on the way to Whakatane. A very cool Florida track able waiting for someone to move on. We didn't take this as wasn't sure where it needed to go, so hopefully the next person who signs the log can shift it along. TFTC very nice spot.

Taking a long route south from Rotorua via Tauranga and the East Cape to find some specific caches for various challenge caches. This wasn't on the list, but stopped here for a quick find and to spend some time solving the nearby puzzle cache. TFTC.

A parking spot near one of the beaches dealt to by the Rena. It is a lovely spot still. TFTC
Visited this lovely spot for lunch today after finding most of the caches on the Old Coach Rd. TB swap - dropped off Australia TB, picked up Burgfraeulein TB (not Princess Leia as first thought) which hadn't been logged in so a nice find.
Found with nzkites and Stickman2000 (relogging, previously part of The Brown Treasures). TFTC!
This cache had a very good clue and it was nearly true too. This cache was fun. Took an old 50 cent coin that is made in 1988! Since I got that coin I thought of starting a coin collection! So i'm hoping to find other coins like it! TFTC!
Great day to visit this place today, easy find with The Brown Treasures in the holidays. TFTC
Spent a while counting rocks and searching rocks. Found the cache at what we would have described as the first rock from the sun, noticed previous finders have said second rock? So not sure whether something keeps moving? But really nice site. Thanks.
What a lovely spot! There were some guys paddling a net out when we got there. It was such a nice day to be out caching on our way to Whakatane. TFTC.
No fishers, keen or otherwise to interrupt our retrieval and replacement. Nice wee spot that we had always driven past before, thanks for enticing us in here.
Much nicer in here now, wasn't so good many years ago. No trouble finding the rock, just had to wait for a keen fisher person to vacate before returning cache.
Day four of the July school holidays, what better way to spend the Winter Holiday then driving to the BOP via the East Coast, looking for interesting caches, climbing hills and walking on beaches.
A couple of cars in the park but no one about, quick find then on our way again. SL TFTC.

Found 2nd rock from sun. Left a little seal to bask there. Had lunch in this lovely spot and saw a train go by. TFTC
Took longer than should have. Was searching for third rock ?? But was actually by the SUN.
#600. Had to hunt around a bit for this one! But a lovely day and a great view. Tftc

Had to wait for a couple of surfers to get changed and leave, but then a quick find as it was out in the open. It isn't now .
Took a few minutes with four of us searching before finally laying our hands on the cache. Dropped TB for moving along. TFTC!
Found together with FunkyMunkyZone Mike-miss & KiwiLeon. Not tooo sure about the hint but we found it anyway. T4TC
Quick grab at a lovely spot for surfing. my brother who was with me tells me that this is known as 2 bog spotex because in surfing circles it was known for once having 2 toilets. Thanks.
our third find of the day again the boys hunting/searching while jeb locates it took gollem travel bug left egyptian style bracelet
Found as the rain came down after searching many rocks - hint in description didn't match for us! TFTC!
Number 13 find for the day. Thank goodness for the convenience nearby, Mrs S was getting desperate.
Nice big container so left a couple of trinkets and dropped off Gollum TB to continue his search for his
" Precious " as he didn't find it in Rotorua. Maybe it's out on the coast, hiding in the sand dunes. Good luck with your search Gollum.

Quick find once we were out of view of the muggles. The clue says it all. The Italian Job was here....!
Day 2 of the trip home to Christchurch, Waihi Beach to Whakatane. Followed GPS straight to GPS. A lonely beach! Thanks for the hide
Found at 7:06 AM GAFF5 in the company of Phetlern. for a 1.0/1.0 cache there was still a bit of work to do. Lots of places to look and also the cache description put us off a bit - expected it to be in the 3rd rock[|)]
Thanks Ruruwha

Travelling in company with Pprass we opted for a more balanced day around the Bay of Plenty - less kilometres and more caches. It was like paradise for us today with warm sun sparkling across the turquoise water.
TNLN . . SL . . Thanks for the hunt Ruruwha.

Night caching again, and attempting to clean out the last few caches between the Eastern and Western Bay. Had no idea this area was here. Scrambled around a bit to find the cache. It was a lot closer to the sun than the third rock... if you know what I mean. TFTC. Took the TB.
Had to wander around for a while, admiring the beach and walking a weeways down the track to await the nearby muggles leaving. They took their time, but eventually moved off. Nice spot. Then made a quick find. +TB. SL. TFTC.
