This are has been made inaccessible due to a fire. It may become accessible again at a later date but I am not in a position to reinstall a cache.
Pulled into the park to find a helicopter and bush fire vehicles everywhere. The park and surrounding area is burnt out. Looks like the Pet Cemetary was saved but all round it is burnt out. Had a quick walk around but we would say it is a melted mess.
Found with pteague. Then went for a stroll around the maze. Nice picnic areas!!!
Found with theteaguefamily. Thanks for bringing us to this special place. Good to see so many people still care so much for their furry loved ones.
Updating logs to new system. Found on second attempt - newly mowed grass was a big help!
An interesting place on our drive to Esperance. It took a moment until we found the box. We first searched on the wrong side. Thank you very much for having hidden it.
Took Megan with me as she is a crazy bush crawler and we found this! Flies were super friendly.
Looked for cache, very overgrown area. Lots of snake sightings today throughout town so didn't ruffle in bushes.

We left Albany this morning and drove to Esperance.
Along the way, we found 14 caches of which this was the 11th.
Found quickly, but I was lucky.
Tucked under a grass tussock, which is part of a large grass area near some large bushes. It's tucked under so you need to look carefully.
It was in good condition.
Thanks for placing this cache trouvers

On the road again and travelling to Esperance for a few days.
Hardly any muggles around and mostly good quick finds.
This place was very interesting. Our 2 geo-poodles checked it out as well.
Thanks for the cache trouvers,

Good place to stop for lunch before we hit town. The cache was found quickly and in good order tho' we didn't notice any trackables inside. TFTC
Our first find in Esperance before we even arrived in town. We were travelling past with caravan in tow and decided to take the diversion and find this one. What a wonderful place, we will come back over while staying here and explore further. We spent a while reading the dedications to some very much loved dogs and the odd cat, it is really obvious that there are a lot of people out there who really do love their animals and I could feel their pain at loosing them. They pass to young for my liking but rest assured they are just waiting at the Rainbow Bridge.
We found the cache easily as it was out in the open so once we had signed the log we returned it to where it had previously rested safe for the next geocacher to find.
thanks for sharing this place with us.
No trackables present.

What a cool spot! Another 'if it wasnt for geocaching I would never have known this existed...' location. No listed TBs in the cache. TFTC
I found this one with Mum and Dad (jasenjanine) while on our Christmas holidays . My favourite name was 'Snaggers' the suasage dog .... TFTC trouvers
The 8th day of our holidays, after staying in Hopetoun for the night we explored some of the area before setting off in the direction of Esperance This was our last find along the way, before finding our camp for the next week...
Thanfully the area was deserted today, so Jase went in search of the prize whilst I showed the kids the cemetary [^] Young DangerMouse09 made me read out all the names of the animals here and one in particular was a favorite "Snagger" the sausage dog - RIP old mate.
TFTC trouvers... All is good with the cache, however as previously mentioned the listed trackables are no longer in the cache

Wish there was a separate cemetary for the Flies. They were obviously all there for a funeral as well.
Also council workers doing work right by the cache.

Found on our way to Hopetoun after a great week in Esperance. Would never have known this wonderful place was here except for the cache. SL TNLN TFTC trouvers. Took Moses the TB for a spin.
Drove around the loop before stopping for the cache - lot of wildlife including a large snake which was sitting in the middle of the road and didn't move even when we drove right up to it. It decided to clear out once we started to drive around it. No problems finding the cache - first time I have seen a cemetery like this! Signed log, TFTC
What a moving place. Its amazing what some people do for their pets. I haven't seen anything like this anywhere else I have travelled in Oz, except for yesterday between Perth and Hyden.
Swapped TBs.

We had trouble finding this cache in all the log grass, then I accidently stood on it! Dropped in a TB. Loved this place. We were the only people around. TFTC
Found with Coast’n Along. Easy find with a big fat container instead of those nasty nanos that give us a whole lot of frustration. Great recreation area and nice touch for loved pets.

Nice stop off on our return trip to Albany. Loved the pet cemetery, very moving experience. TFTC.
our last cache for the day, easy find and sign, even signed our 2 geo pooches in.. what a lovely way to remember our best friends tftc
On our way towards Albany so stopped to find this cache.
We spent time looking at the head stones, we do love our pets.
A favourite point for location. First pet cemetary we have found a cache in.

Live in esperance bought kids for a family day and decided to find this cache. TFTC
Nearly gave up, even went back to the car then turned around, went back and less than a minute later, found it. Bit scrubby tho.
Here from Canada, doing a bit of caching as we explore Australia....
OMG, we had to wait for someone to finish saying goodbye to a pet they had just put to rest. It was very tragic. What can I say....

Found easily. Came here after missing this cache last year. Interesting spot to have a wander. Tfth.
One last stop on the highway before Esperance. Much easier to find than the last cache! Although this one is guarded by a bazillion flies! Seems there's always a force of nature working against us in this game :s
But! Like all cachers, we have persistence on our side and so, another cache is ours. TNLNSL TFTC

Solved the maze, played draughts on the chess board, checked out the pet cemetery and then found the cache. Pet cemeteries are a great idea for people who live in urban areas. For us that live on the land a burial site is not a problem, as a matter of fact our property is the final resting place for numerous horses, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits and pet chooks. Thanks.
Replaced container and put new log book. old log remove as was severely water damaged.
found with Robbie and Ali.
We also went for the lake walk, it was so beautiful and peaceful!
TNLN. TFTC!!

Sad little place - I guess people need somewhere to remember their loved animals.
At least this one won't get sold off for redevelopment like the one near Port Macquarie acres of burial plots were just bulldozed and planted with grape vines when the new owner took over. The pet lovers didn't realize that there was no actual ownership or rights involved.I wonder if Jesus get's ressurected before easter from this one.
Sad little place, wonder how often the owners come here. Jesus is still at rest.
I thought this was a very nice area with the Maze, the big game and the gardens.Good spot for a Pet's Rest.
Nice little grave yard. The ants liked the cache and it was a little damp. We dried as best we could and were still able to sign the log. TNLN TFTC
While I think that all the pictures of cute little puppies and kitty-kats are very cute, it's also very sad that they're all in the ground. If we had any pets at home, I'd like to bury them this way (dead OR alive!). TFTC.
Sad to see so many loved ones in the Pet Sematary (sic). In our experience, a hole in the backyard usually does the trick . But it's testament to how close some people are to their pets. Thankfully there weren't any pets of the slithery variety waiting at GZ to slither away from us. TFTC.
My first Aussie-cache!
Would probably never saw this spot without caching, nice place.

WanderingAus wandered by with the WanderingMrs and our three oldest grandchildren, when this one popped up on the TomTom. After spending some time in The Maze the WanderingMrs and Axcel started playing Giant Chess, so I walked over to hunt this cache and made an extremely quick and easy GAFF 0 find thanks to very good coords.
My find No 4698, LCC, TNLNSL, dropped my WanderingAus Happy New Year 2008 Gold GC, my WanderingAus GeoMobile TB and a couple of other travellers in for a visit before grabbing them back again.

Found on our way home from Esperance. Nice little spot!! We tried doing the maze, but no-one had been through there for a while and there were a lot of spiders and webs. Contents are a bit damp. TNLN Thanx for the Hunt
Found it. Saw the longest snake sunning itself on the dirt road near the cache.. Very watchful when finding cache incase he had relatives living in the bushes. Beautiful cemetery, wish our Council would do the same.
Beautiful little pet cemetery, cache still damp. Took ball, left turtle. SL, TFTC!
A good rest spot for departed friends. Easy find if follow tracks. Contents of cache going mouldy, needs a visit on hot day to dry it out. Comments fading with sunlight. TNLN
There has to be a first for everything and this is our first pet cemetary. Some pretty wild flowers in the area too.

Another easy find in the company of Team Gypsys. Seems this is a one way road - we were told off for going the wrong way. TN-LN-SL. Thanks to Trouvers for the cache.
TFTC! Beautiful spot... Locked keys & dog in car! Waiting for RAC... Lucky it's not hot today! TN left bouncy ball.
