Nice walk, came in on alternate route. Gps wouldn't settle but with wide search we made the find. All in good order. Tftc
Found it on at geocaching mission to get more caches on the 12th day with Hally4

nice walk along the bibb trick but either we needed to bush bash even further into the forest or this is one missing micro
Great walk and fantastic trees.Came upon a disconnected part of the Bibbulmun
"If" was driving to Shelly Beach this morning and looking for the way into this cache
A couple of options presented themselves.
But the closer option was the winner
A good choice as it turned out.
Because behind the mullock heaps of the olde quarry there is a track that leads up the hill to GZ
Where I found a needle in a haystack find !! [:o]
Or was it ??
After much mucking around in the scenery, I finally came to me senses and found the cache in an obvious place
Nice trees by the way [^]

Of course we chose the wrong track so had to negotiate some obstacles making our way to gz and bumping into a nice wide track in the process. Made a quick find at gz then made our way down the nice wide track to the main road then back to our car. Direct track access @ 35 04.689 117 37.543. Thanks Coastn Along
Hurray! We probably took the the hardest route, but finding it was easy
Lost our pen ion the way, so log is in unmarked.

Wasn't sure which track was the right way but ended up at the cache before realised we forgot the pen had to run back to car to get pen and log! Tftc!
Changed the afternoon to traditional caching. It was some great weather in Albany today and no better way to spend it. TFTH TFTC
Oh dear, have fallen behind on my logging, again. Found this one on my last Albany trip. This was another one that I somehow bypassed on my previous visit to this area. Found the cache no problems today though. Thanks for the smiley Coastn Along
Think we took the wrong way in - but it was a nice track across some granite boulders. Went out a different way which worked just as nicely - but still not the track I expect we were meant to take...
Logbook is slightly damp, but else in good nick. TFTC Coastn Along

TFTC! Found on a day out around Albany to knock off as many explorer series caches as possible. Thanks for the hide.
Traveled down to Albany and the Stirling ranges area with a mate at Easter, did this cache as part of a whole heap. Great way to see the fantastic areas on show. Good to see some really interesting areas hidden away.

Headed south for a relaxing road trip with the Western Patrol Club and a mate. We stayed at Cheynes Beach before heading across to West Cape Howe and then into the Stirling Ranges for our last few nights. Beautiful coast line, awesome hills, great fishing, and some good 4wding. Gotta love this state of ours.
Beautiful Forest. Amazing in the late afternoon light. Easy grab. TFTC

We are heading to the Mega in Murray Bridge SA over Easter. We camped overnight at Cosy Corner and the 4x4 caches nearby were beckoning us.
We parked at the bottom of the track and walked the 300+metres to the cache. See DEC have been busy removing all that trecherous rubber conveyer matting. Shame they havent actually removed it completely from the National Park though. Quite an eyesore when you see it like that. [xx(]
Walked on to the cache and enjoyed listening to the birds that were surrounding us. They were very musical.
Cache was in good order even though the log has been wet in the past. Suspect somebody placed it back upside down at some point which is what let the water in.
We left a new log book in a snaplock bag and put the old logsheets into a separate snaplock bag also. See photo to be attached. Beautiful spot and a rewarding walk.

This was our 6th cache find in a caching run of 9 Finds & 0 DNFs today.
We found it at 15:10 so this now makes our total find count 8046.
[blue]
Found quickly, but unfortunately it is smelly and mouldy.
[/blue]
Coordinate Accuracy: Excellent (We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.)
Cache Condition: The cache was soaked, so we spent some time drying it out, but it still needs some "Owner TLC"..
Took: Nothing.
Left: Nothing.
Thanks Coast'n Along for the hunt today.

As per the Needs Maintenance log of 11/10/2013, (and practically every log since) this cache is wet and mouldy.
We dried it out as best we could, and added some more log paper, but it would sure benefit from some owner TLC.

Headed off after lunch to find some caches, between Cosy Corner and Denmark.
Enjoyed the bush walk, for a quick find, but log was damp.
Many thanks for the hunt today, Coast'n Along.

Pulled up the side of road, slogged through the beautiful bush in misty rain, frogs going beserk, quick find of a VERY WET cache, thankfully we had our special biros. Walked back down the ROAD to the car. TFTC.
Out caching around Denmark for the day with Happyjacks55. Cache is quite wet and after the walk to find it had nothing to replace it with. TFTC
Nice contrast to the coastal walks. Love the smell of the forest here. Nice easy pleasant walk to the cache. Needs a bit of maintenance, as the log book is very damp. Could do with a more waterproof container. TFTC
Well it started off as a beautiful sunny morning, out with 35DegreesSouth and the geokids.. As we were making our way to GZ the youngest geokid come running back down the track.. "I saw a snake!!" Panic sets in, ah yes there he is, a big tiger snake laying right over the track! How inconvenient of him a little stomping saw him move along and we were soon back at GZ.. After a little search, the heavens opened and it bucketed down, just like in a rain Forest. Sheltering in the bush for a bit, decided to brave the rain and locate the cache.. With cache in hand, it was back to the cover of the trees. Unfortunately the log was soaking so there was no way to sign it. We took a photo and left a bike charm in there as proof of our visit..
Thanks for the cache

A lovely location despite the rain somewhat dampening my enthusiasm for the hunt!! Log was wet so took a photo.
Wandered along the 'scenic' route as well past the conveyor belt. PS The old conveyor belt rubber is used to stabilise the 4wd tracks out to Dunsky Beach and The Deep.
Just guessing the date, one we forgot to log until we drove past doing 'way down south' Great start for the kids, got them hooked
Set off into the bush even though we weren't dressed for geocaching. What is it about this addictive hobby ("we're passing, we have to stop and have a look for the cache")! Thanks Coast'n Along.
Yes, yes. we also took the wrong path. Please be cautious when leaving your Geocar. Had unpleasant muggles sniffing around mine. TFTC
Yes, yes, took the rubber pile track.. Should read other logs first anyway easy grab in the end and a beautiful part of the world!! TFTH
We too took the track past the rubber pile, in DEC's defence maybe all of this conveyor rubber is going to be used as walk path or something - then again it does look like it has been sitting here for a considerable time. Out of sight out of mind eh?
We strolled past nevertheless across the massive granite outcrop down the track and on to the cache which was found easily. The sudden change to this grove of magnificent trees was quite unexpected.
Thanks for sharing this experience with us.

We also went down the wrong track and past the rubber pile.... wonder what was being assembled here in the name of conservation that created such a mess?
As for the cache itself, interesting location in the middle of a forest.

Like several previous geocachers we took the wrong track in via the rubber dump. Inexcusable ugliness in such a beautiful area.
We eventually found the correct (and much nicer) track which we then followed back to the road and then the car. We suggest parking at S35.04.690. E117.37.543 which is at the start of the lovely forrest track. The other way (which is closer to the cache co-ords) is becoming quite overgrown in places....and difficult to see slithery things underfoot.
The cache was quickly found and the log signed.
Thanks for bringing us to this delightful spot Coast'n Along [^]

TFTC Coast'n Along - This is one of those places that must be re-visited just for its sheer beauty. The track that the cache is on deserves to be explored. Will put that down to a must do for another time. Signed log.
13.50 - Visiting from Cairns and enjoying GCaching in WA. Nice and easy walk in a relative deserted area, except the huge rubbish dump - looked like a recent creation! coords are spot on and I found treasure with no problem. Well done. +/-0. T4TC.
We also took the wrong track in but a fairly obvious path led us to the right one. TFTC
We Boomers love these caches. The forest and bush is where we like to be. Found GZ despite coming from the wrong walk path in. Took Glow in dark Keyring, Left bounce ball. Cache is in good condition. TFTC
FlyingPigSquadron has landed! What a lovely spot - enjoyed the walk TFTC&H Coast'nAlong
We approached from the SE (the rubber dump), and were able to follow a nice little trail all the way to GZ. Considering the small size and clever hide, it's amazing that you can find a small cache like this way out in the bush! But find it we did, the coordinates were pretty much right on for us, and using a bit of geocaching common sense we soon had it in hand. Found with the BugsBunnies. TFTC.
Fantastic location in the bush!

I thought I'd drop in on this one on the way to my cache Waaaay Down South.
Mission was aborted abruptly when I disturbed a very big, very angry tiger snake within 3m of GZ.
Please exercise extreme caution while searching for this one!

Day 21 of our 3 week driving holiday from Perth to Adelaide and back, and we're on the return journey now. Coming via Esperance, heading towards Northcliffe for a mountain bike race this weekend.
We camped last night at Shelley Beach, and thought we were going to get blown away! This morning as we drove back out through the forest I headed for this cache. A lovely walk that I enjoyed.
I approached with some trepidation at finding a micro in the bush, and after searching in several places, including the right spot, without finding it, I read the previous logs, searched around some more, and came back to the right spot, and managed to find it this time!
Lovely spot, thanks for the cache Rainbow Coasters!

Easy find in the forest. The size does not fit though, should be a small not a micro. Saw a bird that I'd never seen before - have to look it up in the book. Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.
Sometimes you just have to cough up to a 'soft muggle' about what your doing. After parking nearby and walking in, we disturbed a lone bush camper hiding from the Skippy Man, and he was keen to see just what geocaching was all about. Although he accompanied gerrynewgirl and I on the walk with his GPS at the ready, he decided not to sign the log. TFTC TNLN
Great stop on the way to Shelley's Beach. Went a bit off track when getting to a rocky clearing, but managed to find way back on again.

We made the mistake of not checking the cache size until we were almost there only to find it purported to be another B___dy micro in the bush. Luckilly it wasn't quite that bad and we soon had it in hand.

TFTC. Had problems finding it initially through the dump site. Nice walk back along the track.
Nice walk through the forest. Missed the track on the way out, lucky we had the gps with us. SL Took Dosjaga's Kasperie GC TFTC

found after a while. walked along the dec track then up through the bush to what looks like the bibb track.
17:30 Not the most enjoyable experience taking the most direct route. The track looked real, but soon turned into a dump site, so some GPS navigation was called for! Track-back is great, especially when the light is fading! But a smiley was the result, despite the scratches. Enjoyed visiting the local glass artisans beforehand as well as the most Southern beach accessible by car ('v' 4WD or, optionally, hang-glider). TFTC

A short walk through the Karris and wondered at the history of the old truck. TFTC.
A pretty miserable day weather wise had to take the brolly but the hounds didn't mind. Thanks for the cache.
