Find# 12586This took us about five minutes to find, despite the clever hide.FP awarded!TFTC BlacknWhite
Have looked for this cache a few times in the past, just went right over the correct spot. Tftc
I decided to take a short solo holiday to the beautiful coastal town of Kiama. It was supposed to be a relaxing holiday, but of course, the second I opened the Geocaching app, it became a geocaching holiday. Although, it was exactly what I needed!Well, I'm glad I found this one in the end and redeemed myself from my DNF the day prior. I got a hint from the CO, and I was instantly kicking myself... oh well. I headed back the next day before I went back home and made the find straight away. I spent a bit of time at GZ enjoying the sunshine before I had to jump back in the car. Great little hiding spot,Thank you BlacknWhite for your help and for this cache!
No luck for me on this one today. I had a fairly quick look after doing the northern half of the coastal walk. But I was hungry and the hungry was starting to turn into hangry so I just decided today wasnt my day. Found a few other BlacknWhite caches today all of which I loved!! Of course itll take a few days to log them properly. I might be back tomorrow to get a smiley instead of leaving with a frown.
#14687 12:55After a visit to Bowral we took the scenic route back to Sydney. I have been to this place before but could not find the cache. This time I looked at the provided photo and found the excellent camo.TFTC BlacknWhite.
Admittedly took me a while to solve but once I located GZ it was just a matter to get there . So this morning I managed to be in the area parked nearby and walked to GZ . I had wait a few minutes while the muggle Ranger decided to move on . Coordinates were spot on to located a perfect hide which obviously blends in quite well with the surroundings . A great idea of a puzzle cache deserves FP . TFTC BlacknWhite
#7867We're on an LGA hunting road-trip, chasing bare LGAs from Shoalhaven to Wagga and beyond. Today we heading down to Bega, trying to squeeze in as many fun caches as we can into the long trip. Great weather - cool and dry.We couldn't resist the detour out here, 3/1's are a cool DT, and the blowhole is very cool.... but we needed that hint! Thanks for the cache!
#7867Day One of our Southern NSW trip. Home > BegaAn early start today and were on the road, targetting whatever DTs, attributes and types we want. end of copy paste Glad that hint was there, tricky find otherwise! Didnt take too long and we had the CIH, TNLN SLThanks for placing and maintaining this cache BlacknWhite
Had the right idea at GZ, but took a few minutes before we spotted something unusual. Was a bit tough to extract, so much so that we nearly gave up and thought it must be somewhere else, before bingo - CIH.Tftc!!Team JFS
After working out the puzzle yesterday, we walked in fine drizzle from our accommodation to GZ - with no pen. Never mind. We found the clever hide a pond loosened it up for a return after breakfast. Meanwhile the rain came down in buckets! We were lucky to pull the car in very close to GZ and nab the container, sign the log and admire the construction in the car, then tuck it back away cosily. A favourite for us. SL TFTC Cheers Gaztek
OMG!!! There was a farmer had a dog and Bingo was his name-o. Mrs Gaztek on the hunt for these coordinates on her iPad. That little doggy was well, extremely irritating! She decided to have a go on her phone. Bingo, first time!!!! Now to nurse a sore index finger. Well stop by GZ for the hunt on our way back home to Sydney on Sunday. Cheers Gaztek
We are enjoying some site seeing as we gradually travel to Canberra. We loved our stay at Kendalls Beach and came to gz before the day got too busy. The puzzle was a bit irritating but not so bad now that we found the sneaky cache. So glad there was a hint. Thanks BlacknWhite for your very satisfying cache and for contributing to a great couple of weeks away.
Nearly beat us. What an excellent hide. Great spot. Cool puzzle Id done a few years ago and didnt realize I had to do again until today!! Found on the Mega Capital Geobash coastal loop via Adelaide - Barrington - coast to Mexico City loop. A lot of caches and white line fever was sweated out. Thanks BlacknWhite and clear skies from TeamAstro. Cache the planet! * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
Stands out so obvious once found, but took some time lolDay 15 were now heading towards Canberra for the Easter 2024 Geobash. Thanks BlacknWhite for placing this here, contributing to this great game for myself and others to enjoy.
Found this one as my first physical cache of the day. I knew how to solve and was camping with discobob3 who had the answers so I picked it up on my little Kiama expedition. At GZ there was something else I was focused on but didnt turn out to be the cache. It was soon found though. A good hide and worthy of a FPTFTC
We had fun solving this puzzle back in 2016, after a nudge from the owner. Fast forward almost 8 years and we had re-checked the puzzle and updated the coordinates, and now weare finally back in the area for a holiday, and this was on our must find list. We visited GZ a couple of days ago, which was very busy, and in the end, logged a DNF, as we just could not find it. Back today, with another small hint from the CO, and we found it immediately, exactly where it should be. The puzzle is fun and definitely enjoyable. Adding a FP here. Such beautiful views from GZ also. Thanks BlacknWhiteDomsky
We enjoyed this puzzle very much, it was quirky and a lot of fun.GZ was busy with various camper vans parked nearby, however we had a reasonably good search, but no luck for us today. Thanks nonetheless, for the great location, the views and the puzzle. Domsky
Gave up several times during this rage-inducing search. Once we figured out the coordinates, we scoured the area several times over before we saw it. But overall, the satisfaction of finding it made the whole entire journey worth it.
No luck today, searched for about 40 minutes before the rain got too heavy to continue
We are visiting Kaima on this very windy day. I had tried working on this puzzle but was not having any luck. So decided to get another cache nearby while my partner had a rest. Since I found that one pretty fast I had another go at this one. I managed to get it so I set off to locate. A great little hide and a unique puzzle that i hadn't come across before.
Thanks for placing this puzzle cache

Too tricky for the Clan. Searched the area for a while but came up empty. Will be back
Solved years ago which by memory took me forever to click on the right spot
I’ve looked here once before in torrential rain so I had no luck. Maybe if I searched up the hint that would have helped
Today was a much quicker find. However without my pliers it was hard to remove. I eventually got it out using a 20c coin
F/p given. Thanks for the cache!

I solved this unique kind of puzzle before arriving in Kiama and came by yesterday but there was a campervan right next to GZ. Came back today and no one around so could search in peace. I actually touched the cache straight away but it didn’t budge so I moved on, searched a few more places without success. Came back and inspected further and was sure that was it. Took a bit of wiggling but eventually came free and could sign the log. Nice hide, tftc BlacknWhite
A different puzzle that we had done long along but not collected so while in town headed over. Not sure if we had the old co-ords or written them down wrong but it did seem to be right so reached out to a previous finder who fixed out the error. A few muggle to avoid but we made the find of the nice bit of camo. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC
Clever clue, and at GZ a little clue from previous finder helped so much. Great cache thank you.

A nice quick find after checking the hint… not sure what the previous finder found this was defiantly a micro.

Down at the coast for a few days. Geopartner grabbed some fish supplies, while geohound and I went exploring. Finally found the container after a dnf in 2016. TFTC BnW
I first looked at this mystery cache a few years ago when my daughter first moved to the area. I found the coordinates, but lost them again over time. Each visit I think, this time I'll get it.
Finally, today was the day, as I had nowhere to be and no one to keep up with. I did catch up with a friend in the morning though. I couldn't help but shake my head at myself for not checking the caches in the area before meeting with her, as we ended up walking around all the multi, adventure lab, and this caches waypoints. But I only discovered this after our walk. So, after a brief swim in the larger rock pool, off I went for another walk and drive. Haha.
I loved this cache. From the fun puzzle to the final cache container. This was an awesome cache. Def getting a fave point (hopefully I have one again)! Thank you.

Find Number 2102 found at 12:28. Today we had 3 finds and 0 DNFs. This was the 3rd find of the day.
Three things converged for a trip to Kiama. A blank day in my calendar, International Earthcache day and returning our granddaughter to her parents. We all agreed to meet up at the blowhole.
I DNFed this one twice in its previous location, but this time I was successful, albeit with a bit of help from geoson NationalSteel.
The cache was in good condition. We took nothing, left nothing, signed the log and replaced the container as found
Thanks BlacknWhite for the cache.

While doing AL we detoured to the solved coords. MrD had already found it but thinks it been there. Very sneaky and great camo. Have a FP. TFTC
Dan had numerous attempts at this puzzle last year and eventually gave up. Sue had a look at this puzzle recently and solved it within 4 attempts. Guess who's cooking dinner tonight.
Whilst walking around Kiama completing a Lab cache and a multi, we found this great container. Although we needed pliers to get to the log. A great puzzle and cache container. A FP. Thanks BlacknWhite.

This was a nice type of puzzles Thanks to the perfect WiFi in our motel, we were able to solve it rather quickly. Today we came to the place. Why don't we see anything here? - Okay A perfect hide! We put a FP on it. - TFTC
Staying at Harbour Cabins where the internet service was dreadfully slow making clicking on the picture to find GZ too painful. PAF to get a hint and after considerable time finally located the cache.

My GeoWife and I are on our 8th Wedding anniversary weekend away.
Today she allowed me to collect some Caches in the area.
I was told about this one sometime ago and had worked out how to find GZ.
We arrived at GZ and I started the search. After scratching my head for a while, I soon spotted something. Bingo.
I signed the log and and placed it all back.

TFTC! Found ages ago but couldn’t log due to muggles... returned and finally signed the log. TFTC.
Solved this yrs ago and couldn’t find it. Came back today and didn’t realise the coordinates had changed, searched everywhere again. Realise the coordinates had changed, just about the leave for another day but managed to solve again on the fly and turns out I was standing right next to it . TFTC
Awesome cache to end the dsy with bomaderry bandits and skeddo. Found by our 6 year old, all I can say to the do not finds, is dont give up. I give this one a favourite.
After an extensive search of the area we've decided it's time to move it's location again.
Just too much unwarranted muggle interference to the geocache in this area.
A new site will be chosen shortly.

My family decided last night that we would do a day trip to Kiama. I hadn't been to Kiama since the early 1990s, and other family members had never been here. We left Canberra at 0558 and had breakfast at Moss Vale. Next stop Kiama Blow Hole. This attraction was not performing like I know it can, but we all enjoyed the whoomp-whoosh sound that preceded a small upward spray.
Late last night I looked around the map of Kiama for some caches to grab. I saw this puzzle and decided to give it a crack. After a bit of work, a friendly canine woofed the coords to me.
At GZ this morning I took between five and ten minutes to locate the cache. There were so many hiding spots to investigate! Signed the log, put the cache back exactly where I found it, and rejoined my family for more adventures.
Thx BlacknWhite!

On holiday with the family (Barking Bron & Super O) doing a tour from Sydney along the coast to Melbourne and on to Adelaide.
After picking up our motorhome we made our way to the blow hole and whilst there we decided to have a look for this cache. I had solved this mystery whilst back in the UK.
We spent about 15 minutes looking for this cache, but eventually we ran out of time before we had to leave. Found a place that the GPS kept bringing me back to but there was no sign of the cache

Our first mystery cache. Geohubby on fire today 3 out of 3 thanks to him. He found GZ, and then the cache, whilst I was still wondering how we were going to do this. Photo helped.
I spotted this intriguing puzzle prior to our trip as it is the closest puzzle to where we were staying!
After reading the cache page and working out what I needed to do it seemed like a matter of patience.
Click, click, click I went. Scratching my head. I almost froze my computer at one point because I spammed clicked all over opening numerous tabs, oops!
In the end I read some logs and tried a few more things and solved the puzzle in the same way I think others did. Not too sure if its the right way of solving or if its all a red herring after all, but the coordinates were in hand regardless!
GZ was also at a beautiful location. After checking out the blowhole we visited GZ for a quick find, a really nice large container full of some really cool swag which I never see!
TFTC BlacknWhite, very impressed by the quality of your caches and also your cool website! Keep it up

I think I got lucky and the coordinates magically appeared pretty quickly A quick find a GZ of a container that was stocked to the brim with great swag! Didn't being any swaps today so we left it all for the next sea side adventurers TFTC

I showed ESCR this puzzle while I was driving us south, and said, ‘I’ve done everything with this one, I can’t get it’ within 1min I heard, ‘I’ve got the answer’ ohhhhhh wow... all while I was driving and she only had a phone to use.
Got to GZ and it was my turn to pump up, and I soon had the CIH. Nice new container and full of cool swag.
Favorite from me for this one.

After securing a camping spot at the show grounds we strolled into town.
We grabbed some dinner and took it to a location near where the pic was taken to eat. Here we contemplated the cache and soon had some coords.
After dinner we strolled to GZ. We first thought oh oh but all turned out good and it wasn't as difficult as we initially thought.

A planned caching trip out to Yerranderie this weekend was cancelled due to the forecast heavy rain, but Delloro and I were still keen to get out and find some treasure, so a day trip down the coast was planned instead.
I recall attemptig to solve this one before a few other trips down this way before. But it wasn't until a recent log that I thought of another idea and I finally had success.
Upon reaching the headland and managed to find a place to park (it was a local market day and very busy) Delloro spotted a couple o f whales surfacing in the bay. So I grabbed my dSLR and spent a while snapping pics every time they resurfaced.
Eventually we ocussed on our original purpose of being there and quickly found the cache.
Thanks for the cache.

With a mother and calf humpback frolicking in the water just off the harbour we had the perfect backdrop for this one. Just had to make sure we didn't fall off the edge of the path whilst our attention was elsewhere. I'm sure Noodles22 will put up a nice pic or two of the cache guardians.

This one had been in the too hard basket for many, many years and then I randomly had another look at it recently, still unsure what to do but … click… click… co-ords! Two days later... cache offline until a new muggle free GZ could be sourced Now re-enabled, had to start over determining the numbers for a higher terrain rating and although a few more clicks were required this time, I again had the information to justify the drive and tick this one off the list. Even rewarded with the victorious feeling of a FTF (for the new site). Around the harbour is always a top spot for the view and even more a hotspot from this secluded angle! Favourite point for the concept and location. Find number 4400
