The plant that was hiding this cache has been trimmed back and it was muggled some time ago.

I think these needs to be archived and the trackables marked as missing.

The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. If you require more time please be sure to post a note explaining the situation and how much more time you require.

I had a pretty good look for this but like many others before me could not make the find.
I think it is time the owner checked it and replaced the cache – either that or archive it, and free up the area.

Had a good look around and couldn't find it. Given all the recent DNF's, maybe a check from the owner would be appropriate?

Arrived at GZ on an early morning cache run. The muffles were about but the cache wasn't. Can the owner check on this one and post a note thanks, SW015

I was in the area and decided to check this one out after seeing a few DNFs.

It's been a year since I found it but it looks like the gardener has possibly trimmed back the hiding spot and the cache looks to be gone. (I think I was checking the right spot)

Maybe a more recent finder could have a look. Cheers!

No luck finding this one, we hoped to find one more cache during our stay at Mermaid Beach, but this one eluded us.
Many muggles around didn't help, but we felt we still searched thoroughly to no avail.
Luckily a nearby 'Green Festival' was on, so that was a bonus.

I missed this one. My GPS was leading me around and I couldn't spend too long looking around or I could havce given the game away. There were lots of people eating nearby. If only my GPS was more useful....

During our trip through Australia we have also visit Surfers Paradis at Gold Coast and have found this cache.

Had a look around, nice and quiet today.
But no cache trying to discreetly look and poke, but nothing there.
Geodad says I found it but he had nothing but points over to a bench and there it was in the hands of a couple from germany....
He thinks that is his find but I don't know about that...

#715. Very surprised to see such a large cache in an urban area. Most of the caches we have come across here have been micros or nanos. I nabbed the trackables in the cache and would normally replace with those I was carrying, but I had just dropped off my last 7 trackables to previous caches found in the day. -tb's, -car, -lizard, +heaps of kiwiana.

Not so many muggles today thankfuilly. I looked in a few spots.. and then decided to try another.. and hey presto.. a cache. Man that cache has a few trackables in it. I grabbed one. The cache is in good condition. TFTC nzblanchard

Found on a weekend trip to the Gold Coast from Mackay. Dropped off 7 Geocoins & Travel Bugs I picked up in Cairns over Christmas. Unfortunately cyclones & floods have delayed dropping them off to now... Hope they travel far & wide. TFTC

Had to be very discrete with this one. Had family members provide a distraction as I rummaged around in the bushes! TFTC!

A nice quick find with Kaisho53 this afternoon. I thought I had spotted the container from the path but was mistaken. A quick glance sideways had the cache in sight however.

Sadly, none of the trackables were in the cache.

Found on a early mrning trip through this part of the Gold Coast. Over looked it on the first trip on the 4th, logic kicked in and I returned to find it. picked up and dropped off geocoins/TBs. Will log on return to NZ

Tricky, this one is. Mum thought the rat trap in very close vicinty was the cache. Lucky there were no dead animals in there. Soo many muggles about when we got the cache. Very hard to replace, we had to wait about half an hour to put the cache back.
+The Guardian TB has finally started his journey to see the world. We hope he brings many safe journeys to all he travels with.

#209 @14:24 Found it, with my niece and nephew, just before the rain came really pouring down in buckets! We got to the coffee place across the road just in time. Stayed there for a while drinking hot chocolate till it lightened up a little bit, then send my brother to get the car and pick us up. TFTC

Good hide, nice sistema. Did this one under cover of darkness, but even then, lots of mugs about.

Great hiding spot well hidden behind a wall. Lots of muggles around and it required covert operation to recover and replace. NTNL TFTC

Waited for a few muggles to pass then made the find. Signed log and returned. Geokids enjoyed the play equipment.

I stood in the right spot to sight the cache as soon as I arrived at the location. It took a few minutes to let muggles pass before I could retrieve it.

Similarly to return the cache there were muggles passing who I had to wait to pass. TFTC

Fun hide - love skulking around in the darkness!

Walked by this one and spotted the stash - grabbed it and retreated to a convenient park bench. Did the biz, and skulked back keeping an eye on the feeding muggles. After one abortive re-hide the cache was back into its hidey hole.

On an indoor cricket tour to Australia and came across Federation park so took the oppotunity to find and leave Ceejays TB Hopalong, tftc.

Quick find in the early morning. Not to many muggles out.

When approaching GZ I figured the logical place to hide it. Did not stop me looking in the not so obvious spots first. Should have gone on instinct as I would not have got so wet in the rain. TFTC

Found it eventually took a little while! Found it visible however covered it up well enough so the muggles don't see it. Coin found n logged now for it's new home

Quick grab between a procession of muggles. Used the old mobile phone ploy to avoid suspicion. Recent rain must have washed away all the cover as container was in plain view. But its well camo'd so hopefully no one spotted it. Covered it up a bit better on re-hiding. No sign of any trackables in here though. TFTC.

I thought I was onto this one pretty quick but it turned out to be a rat bait station.Hmmm, now there's an idea.Located the actual cache soon enough retrieving and replacing was a little tricky but patience paid off.Took some US coins.Left a GCA Pathtag.Thanks for a challenging cache.

We tried at night yesterday but with the darkness we couldn't find it, but met other geocachers ! Found it Today !! Cool box.

This was cache # 12 of 15 finds on a day caching around the Gold coast. Last time I was up here, I could not find this one, today I came in from a different angle and found the cache straight away. My thanks to nzblanchard for the cache.

One of a few caches we did whilst down the coast today. I spotted this cache as we walked in, and we sat down for a drink and casually retrieve the cache at the same time. The only pen I had died, so had to scratch our names into the log.

This was cache 4 of 4 for the day while geo wife was shopping at the large centre up the road. GPS took me to a part of the park that was / is a popular place to hide bottles and being a green cache in similar coloured surrounds I set to work removing 6 bottles and placing them in the bin. Only on return did the GPS decide that GZ was in fact in another part of the park. I could even see the cache from a good 10 meters away!. Log duly signed and cache replaced and covered with some leaf litter to hide it a bit better. Happy to do some cache in rubbish out!. No muggles about in a lovely spot. Would have sat for a while but geo wife called plus the seats all ahd "wet paint" signs on them. Ah well, walk back to shops for lunch and then back to pack ready for the trip home. 29 degrees to 6 degrees in under 24 hrs.

Very difficult when so many muggles around, but we perservered and had a happy cacheing time

As we approached GZ saw a black container and thought that must be it, so tried to open it up. After not been successful decided to continue looking and found it quickly as it wasn't covered.

Great to have some caches near Jupiters as I'm in town for a conference. A year ago there were none nearby but that's all changed. GPS led me to the right spot and I knew not to touch the rat bait station that's chained up. Eventually spotted it - luckily it was nice and early and muggles were few and far between. Took 0, left 0. Thanks!

Out with Aussie L on a "clean up caches" run and found this well covered but was initially put off by vermin bait so do be aware of that. Love this beautiful park like parks I've seen overseas. Thankx Radman.
