As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
To the best of my knowledge this cache is still there, however after the council clean up they have placed a large volume of tree clipings on top of the cache and there is also a large amount of Redbacks who have taken up residence so i do not recommend searching for this cache at this time.
night mode no. didn't.. still too much debry here and almost put me hand right on a red baccky.
DH has been out and had a look today, it appears council have been doing a clean up and have decided to dump all the tree offcuts etc right on top of the cache, so as far as we know the cache is still there but it would probably take you half an hour to dig through the tree cutting to get in deep enough to reach it. Hopefully council will clear the wood quickly but I wont be holding my breath.
Things are not looking good for this cache. It could soon be toast if the bonfire gets lit.
Once I navigated the barbed wire fence and a couple of vintage car muggles in town for a show it was a straight forward find. It looks like there is some beautification work in progress here which will look nice when it's done.

Found with the family on the way back to Melbourne from Bendigo.
It was hard to imagine this now deserted oval as a hive of activity on Black Saturday. I can only imagine how hectic it would have been.
Took: TB and tag. Left: tag.
Cheers Cheridolphin, thanks for helping us to stretch our legs.

Our second in the series - a car was using the facilities but moved on quickly - then noone else was around. Left a TB and a pathtag. TFTC
Found by Mary & David at 1400. Quite an impressive ground for a small town. Collected 'Spot the dog' TB. Our thanks again to Cheridolphin.

Enjoyed the brisk walk round to GZ on this cold afternoon. With good coordinates the cache was a quick and easy find.

The rain had stopped but it was still wet under foot. A quick find for this virtual drive-by.

2nd of 3 that I was able to locate on my way through Redesdale.
Have driven this road hundreds of times, and wondered what the area had to offer.
My thanks to Cheridolphin for placing this cache, TNLNSL

Found while touring Redesdale, unfortunately darkness is almost upon me so will not try Redesdale 3 maybe another time. Dropped off Spot the Dog TB. TFTC
We sort of guessed where this one would be from quite a distance and so it turned out to be and a bigger container than we were expecting too.

Second of the Redesdale caches and thanks to good mapping on my laptop I took us close to the general area and then let geocaching sense take over.
Not the only people to sign this logbook today either.
Thanks to Cheridolphin.
