Last day in the area and short drive from Lorne to get as many as I can from this town. Tftc.
Thanks for this cache. Super excited to discover this rail track. I never can quite figure out where the rail trails cut in and out so Id love to come back here another time for a nice long walk. Fav point from me for showing me this great in-road to the trail. Thanks for the hint!!! Needed it That converted dodge sounds like a sight to see. I wonder if its in a muesum somewhere. What a cool idea to use what they had!!
Got this one as we rode the Tiger Trail. Logged and did the necessary bricklaying and we were on our way. TFTC
I found this geocache during a recent trip, however, for sme reason my log didn't automatically upload from my GPS as it is programmed to.Thanks for your cache hide and the effort that you put into maintaining it,
We decided to head out today and do nothing work-related at all. We wanted to give the dogs plenty of opportunities to get out of the Geomobile A'Tuin and stretch their legs, enjoying the crisp Autumn day.We meandered our way from St Leonards, through Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads, stopped at Modewarre Recreation Reserve and gave Teeny Treek, Gypsy Girl, and Mini Michi a big run on the ovals there before heading off towards Alvie and Red Rocks. We then went through Colac, stopping to pick up some dinner for the Geodogs and continuing to Dandos Camping Spot on Sayers Track. At Dando's camping Spot, we had an early dinner before returning home and picking up several more caches.A nice quick find of a cache in excellent condition.Thank you for this Traditional cache vp4.
Staying around Colac today and targeting certain caches. Didn't get all that I wanted as a local in Forest wanted to talk to me for about half an hour and some caches farmers were working close by
The Tiger Rail Trail is beautiful little ride. TB left for a luck adventurer - TFTC
Staying in the nearby holiday park, I've been itching to come up and grab this one but haven't had the opportunity until our last night here. A nice easy find it's been enjoyable getting to know the history of the area. Hard to believe this was all cleared instead of the forests that are being allowed to return. A lovely evening walk to finish off our holiday. Thank you.
"The sun is out, the sky is blue
There's not a cloud to spoil the view"
... and that was quite correct when we set out, but later ...
"But it's raining, raining on this cache!"
(With apologies to Buddy Holly!)
Left a Geonickel. TFTC

Huzzah! Tigers tamed (well... except for that pesky DNF). Take a fave for your series.
Thanks heaps, vp4!

#2049 2022 Great Vic Bike Ride - Day 5 Colac to Apollo Bay 9.27am. Came off the main road down to GZ via a windy bush track, probably not how most would approach it I would guess given the way I later exited. Easy find and a nice peaceful spot. TNLNSL. TFTC vp4.
First cache of the day and trip at apollo bay. Was looking in the area at first but soon found it tftc
Last one for the day. Lovely quick stroll in forest before heading down to the coast. TFTC vp4
This one had the biggest slug attached to it, fat, healthy, spotted. Aysen wanted to touch it and pick it up. Hands needed a good sanitise after that. Thanks for this series, really enjoyed!
With MazzyMay in our travels we stopped by this series and had a good time working our way through. TFTC.
Dippa46 and I traveled up from a Apollo Bay where we were holidaying for a few days. We decided to try and find this 8 cache series and were not disappointed. The story behind the caches was most interesting. Thanks for placing these caches for us to find.
TFTC Nice easy find. Cool little spot (Forrest) loved the choc shop and the brewery
#953 A day out to look around Forrest and West Barwon Reservoir and had to get a smiley while we were here. Thanks for the cache vp4, dry and in good nick.
Out and about during the Otway MTB Event. TFTC and your maintaining of it. All good at GZ. TNLN.
Chook and her friend Wendy decided to get away for a couple of days, and picked the Forrest area to explore this time.
After yesterday's drenching, today was just overcast and perfect hiking / caching weather. We hit the Tiger trail after an early breakfast, and found this cache along the way. Love the info boards all around the place. TFTC vp4.

Now this was a lot harder a big change in hiding style
Well done you have done a great job with this

Loved the hiding place. Asides from the little crawling bugs that have decided to make the container their new home, the cache is in good condition. It’s a lovely place for a quick rest before the next cache. TFTC
Cycled the rail trail today, nice in the sun, freezing in the shade. Quick find TFTC
Loved this location. We were cruising in this area heading to Lorne to check out a waterfall when we checked if there was a cache nearby. Yep!
Kind of hidden in plain sight. We found the cache after reading the about the local History.
TFTC have found a few of these tiger line Caches now.

Third today. In a nice location and interesting to see where the rail trail goes. Must ride some of it one day. We fiddled around for a while and finally resorted to the hint. Then the problem was to find the object mentioned in the hint. Made it eventually. Thanks again for a very interesting series.
Stinking hot day but very beautiful out in the Forrest! Awesome cache. Also I left a trackable in the cache. TFTC
Quick find together with darkginger. Nice walk after stuffing your face at the brewery. TFTC!
I stopped by Yaugher this morning
A good place for a short walk
Half way through me walk I found the cache
I'm chuffed [^]

A sunday drive from Melbourne down to Forrest to do the Lake Elizabeth earthcache.
We decided your Tiger Line series was nicely positioned for us to attempt on the way to the earthcache.
This was an interesting cache for a few reasons.
Firstly, we turn up , to find crok8 has already found it for us! It was great to meet you crok8 and chat about each other's hides and what caching we had been up to for the day. It's always great to run into another cacher in the wild!
Secondly it was a great location, and great to see that the old rail track has been turned into a bike trail. Nice that they kept the old Yaugher station sign here. Another interesting station name.
tftc vp4. Thanks for the series vp4 - we enjoyed it and it broke up the drive nicely. Next time we are down this way we will have to pick up the two we missed.

9 of us went for this pleasant walk from parking near the Forrest pub. We were bush camping at Lake Elizabeth. A very beautiful place to camp.

Last cache of the day on our way to Apollo Bay. Geodog appreciated the chance to stretch his legs. All is well with the hide.

The hint made this one pretty obvious. Was a quick find. In the area to ride some of the mountain bike trails and grab a couple caches. Had a great day. TFTC
Another find for today. With how wet it is i didnt bother getting me or my wheelchair out of the car. We had to wait for muggles to pass but once they did we found the cache right under the hint. I put the log in a baggy as it was a tad soggy
GPS bounced around a bit so needed to rely on map reading skills. Quick find. Off to Forrest. TFTC!
Had to get at least one geocache today. Headed down to Forrest for the day to spend with friends. Had a super walk around the tracks near town but had to wait till I was on my way home before stopping for a park and grab. Car running, air con on, I tripped across the road and found this one snug under the rock. TFTC.
Found at 12:41 PM GAFF1.
Went for a little run to this one as we didn't think that we could get down the track with the van and be able to turn it around. Went way past the cache hide, even though as I was running I thought - now there is something interesting [B)]
Thanks %Owner Name.

We were in the area prior to the Mega and made a detour up this track for the find TFTC
Found it out on a beautiful day mtb riding, wasn't going to do any more riding today but cache has inspired me to ride this section of trail. Such a picturesque spot. Cache in good condition log book damp but still easy to write in. TNLN TFTC
On a geocaching road trip. Enjoying the area and variety of caches.
