Found - really enjoyed the ones along this road, cemetery was an added bonus thank you!
A quick find while completing a nearby AL waypoint. I was expecting to see the remains of an old church building but all trace of it seems to be gone. Thanks for the hide wingaap.
Cute hide. Followed what looked like another cachet from the car park but she diverted from our path, so glad we didnt say anything TFTC
Very interesting spot for a cache. I never would have come down here otherwise.

It's mothers day so what did I ask for? A morning of geocaching. Very creative. Quick find.
Such a beautifully constructed cache. Thanks for the placement and maintenance. This road was beautiful and quiet. Thanks.
We had a plan today to pick up as many well favourited caches as possible and if they included Wingaap placed caches then all the better. So off to the Crown at Dayboro and work our way home. Had a great park and grab experience coming home.
This is a really calming environment with view of a lake. Thanks fot the cache.

Came to Dayboro for 2 nights to use our 2 week old slide on caravan for the second time. Thought we’d get a trip in before Easter.
Really appreciate all the work that went into constructing this one. Also a great place to have morning tea under a shady tree
Thanks wingaap for the awesome cache and Orange Crew for maintaining the cache. A favourite from us as well.

Orange Crew I found your cache Samsonvale Presbyterian Church on 1/4/2023, 2:10 pm. This is my find 4917 and find # 22 today. Another cleverly thought out and constructed cache. No problems locating this one. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
A rare trad in the mix of puzzle caches today for NurseyJulie and I. When the cache was located, it was very clear who was behind the craftsmanship, I've found a few like this in the past and we all know which workshop they come from.
Out with the log, in with our names and back as found. What a pleasant spot to be brought to on a cool Saturday morning. [^]
Thanks to Wingaap for the original cache creation and placement and to Orange Crew for keeping it in the game. Much appreciated.

Out on a solo run this beautiful Sunday morning.
Due to the Valentine's addition of seeing the favourite points next to the cache, it kept me curious to see what it is all about.
This cache was on my list to find.
Good job, love it.
Definitely a favourite point.

What a gorgeous little spot for a cemetery. So peaceful as we wondered around. The cache is all G. Dry and plenty of room. Found with the muggle hubby and the geopuppers on a warm Sunday arvo after a big weekend.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
Quick find after a look at the lake. Getting learner driver hours with the eldest. Got all the way out here for these three caches and realized I forgot my handbag in the city and nothing of use in the car. Scratched an x with a stick Sorry Love the designs. Tftc!
Lovely spot for a cemetery. Shame about the old church. Found with NutCacheBNE
Sharing an interesting Desiderata worth reading.

Staying in Dayboro for a while. Theres definitely no being bored. Weve been tucked inside solving as many puzzles as possible and using lifelines to get help when we hit a brick wall. Today we headed out to convert a couple of smilies. Big day out 44/51. Lots of overgrowth after the recent rains all making for some challenging caching today.

This is so beautifully crafted! In great condition and I found it after a lunch stop at the cemetery. Such a beautiful and well cared for location.
A mini detour to find this one whilst in the company of karicka, doscrapbooking and E_Smiley on our Urban Safari Adventure. All good with this cache, thanks CO.

with KanDooEet and Snickersallan when all a sudden part of the more serious cachers did a detour and signed our Team name here. In Brisbane for an early Christmas with my family incase of lockdowns closer to the day. Having a day with Mum & Dad and we made a few detours to introduce them to geocaching. We found a few and it blew their minds

I’m making a day of wingaap caches. I really love this one. So many birds.
Love this geocache and it’s so appropriate. In fact I love it enough to give it a well deserved favourite point. We came down this road yesterday for the final location of an Adventure Lab and we’re really impressed by the cemetery next door. There are quite a few very creative and memorable graves. We had no time then to find these geocaches so made sure to have time to come this morning on our way from Dayboro to the Gold Coast for an appointment. This was a fairly quick find and we happily signed the logbook.
Cheers and happy caching!

TFTC. We had stopped nearby for a spot of lunch. Had a wander around the cemetery before getting back on the road to Dayboro. We completed the short drive to the main triad by finding the three caches along the way. We appreciated the cache hide.
We made the decision to spend another week at the Dayboro showgrounds to give ourselves the opportunity to find more of the many caches that have been placed in the area. Finally the rain has nearly become non existent and bar for one short heavy burst it has been a rain free day. The area is still showing signs of all the rain we have had recently with the creek flowing fast and in places the roads are covered. We found all of the caches that we attempted today but one. SL TFTC
Tftc wingaap, beautiful, enjoying touring the country around here and the scenery.
Dayboro Day, Final Day
Today we chose to retrace our tracks to look for caches we had passed previously
The finds were mostly along backroads. It's always good caching in the country.
This also included a drive to Lake Samsonvale to complete the AL
A great themed container that deserved a FP
Thankyou wingaap for placing this cache.

Today with Day 3 of the Dayboro Mega event (final Easter weekend day), I returned back to Dayboro to attempt a solo yet full day of finding the various solved *Geosaurus* and *We* ?? *Geo* geoart, as well as any other interesting cache types. Time was spent south around Samsonvale, north-east around Mount Pleasant, and east around Rush Creek. The rain continued to fall, but it came in patches that still allowed some pleasant geocaching, yet somehow the rain knew when I was farthest from the car, for which it then fell heavily. I met a few more Geocachers during the day, and as I finally lost light, it was time for the final closing ceremony of the Mega, and an opportunity to get dry from the day's activities.
During my travels around the vicinity, I made a stop here, and the cache was a reasonably quick find. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. This was another awesome cache construction, but a shame to see it screwed into the tree (thus possibly damaging the tree?). Nevertheless, a Favourite Point for me. Thanks wingaap for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance. If help is required to maintain, then I'm happy to help in the future, or adopt if need be!

Offered a spare seat on a roadtrip with The Rats and Wilbert67 to the Dayboro Mega, jumped at the chance to accept, and together with Steeba (who flew up), we joined forces to become “the Gong Gang” over the Easter weekend. Aside from the rain and threats of last minute border restrictions, it turned into 2500km of fun, finds and adventures. Thanks to the Gang for the invite, company and shared solves/searches and all the COs for the smiley opportunities. Apologies for the generic log (unless further comments required) but we got through a LOT!! ??
Found this cache as part of our Easter long-weekend road trip to the Dayboro mega event. A great adventure and plenty of finds, teamed up with Wilbert, Mizmaz and steeba for this roadtrip.
Many of our logs are signed with "Gong gang" to represent all four of us who were present. Apologise for the boiler style log.
Not the best day for caching due to the weather but we still had fun slipping n sliding.
Thanks for the cache.

Just picking up some caches for the afternoon while attending the Dayboro mega. TFTC.
On a dismal and wet afternoon we worked out a caching run with ilook4geo which included a mix of traditional, challenge and puzzle caches. All containers were OK and each log was dry. Sometimes full caching names were used and sometimes it was just initials. Thanks go to the CO for placing this cache, which was a pleasure to find. A favourite given for the construction.
As I was logging my cache finds from yesterday, I realised that my to do list for the day had omitted some wingaap caches in an area I had visited. I found myself visiting the Dayboro Mega again this morning so I made sure to rectify my omission on today's drive home. Another well themed cache hide here. TFTC
Found at 4:05:00 PM GAFF1 in the company of maccamob.
After finishing off an AL and meeting up with cachers who advised us to do the 3 caches along the road getting to the grave, we headed off through mud and a drain full of water - but nothing was going to stop us from getting to GZ which was a bit of a surprise!
Thanks wingaap

Dayboro trip. Day 9. The first full day of the Mega proper dawned and with it the formal opening was observed early in the morning. We then broke into team to spend th3e day caching, targeting the several geo-art series in the vicinity of Dayboro. I was joined by Fitzy_1965, MinnieK, Nibblericecakes and Gliss. There were showers on and off all day, but the caching went well, with only a few small breaks when it was too wet. It was great to see all the caches in place and despite some of them being fun and tricky, the pre-mega puzzle solving effort was well rewarded.
Thanks.

24,096. Found with minniek on our Dayboro QLD MEGA Adventure trip. For today we also cached with albida33, Nibletricecakes and GLISS! to form and sign as MiNiFiGAS!
With the sudden COVID outbreak in Queensland putting the Mega in doubt we decided to head up to the New South Wales / Queensland border hoping that it would still go ahead, and with the announcement that things were mostly returning to normal we decided Plan A still looked good. Day 4. An early start today with an aim of caching our way through some of the Geo-Art around Dayboro (all being pre solved) plus various bonus caches along the way This was the first stop for the day. We parked nearby this one for a quick find at GZ. Signed the log as MiNiFiGAS!, replaced the cache as found, then headed off to the next one.
Thanks wingaap !! Please forgive the generic logs.

Easter trip away with fitzy_1965 for the cacheQLD Dayboro Mega.
After the Mega Opening Ceremony, we teamed up with nibletricecakes, GLISS! & Albida33, signing logs as MiNiFiGA's. Today was the day to put our puzzle solving hard work to the test. We did not let the persistent rain dampen our spirits, tackling the Horse, Pacman & part of the We <3 Geo Geo-art trails and any others in-between. Then ended the day with a Round 5 win in the Trivia Night.
All caches were found in good condition unless otherwise stated.

Signed today as MINIFIGA! as I teamed up with GLISS! Minniek, Fitzy_1965 and Albida33 to tackle some counties, trails, oldies and interesting caches. Great to be finally in Queensland with our eyes on the Mega Prize. It was a wet day today but we still managed to grab a lot of caches as we navigated the rain and puddles.
This is the first Mega we have had in Australia in over a year. We have navigated lockdowns, mouse plagues, floods and the dreaded Covid to get here. So wonderful to be able to be out caching in Queensland. Such a privilege. Thanks for the cache.
