A cache that doesnt seem close to anything in particular. Always getting relegated to another day. But today, for totally non-geocaching reasons, I find myself in Cleggett Street. Its just up the road! Today is the day.I set off in the car. The bitumen turns to gravel, and then a sign saying authorised vehicles only. Its 700m from the cache. Its a beautiful day. I get out and walk. I havent investigated the option of driving in on Totness Road. We are currently in a very dry spell, and both roads look in pretty good condition.Im the first finder for this year. It took a while to find, but the cache and contents are doing fine. I dont recall seeing Monty Burns. Thanks for a delightful afternoon walk smersh. Its so quiet out here.
Tuesday trekking turned into a Wednesday wander for a trio of Confused Puzzlers. The plan was for ttrogg to pick up the Rat from the Rat's nest.We then drove up to pick up the Starfish from his abode.Today's plan was to cache around the hills. After dropping the Starfish at his abode, we turned for home.A quick stop and find for us today. Tftc

TYFC - beautiful Very slippy & muddy for me today but worth the view!
Note for other seekers: you might have to walk the last 400m as this is on a fire track.

Pretty scary track in the wet, that's for sure. Drive slowly folks and watch those pot holes. Found cache in a good spot... But oh dear, is that container what I think it is??
After visiting my parents each Sunday I usually wander nearby for a cache or two. I am exhausting nearby stocks so need to head further afield, so this one was the next on offer. The road deteriorated in front of me, so I parked right beside the sign that said authorised vehicles only, and hoofed it in. The soil here is silty, a delicious mix of slippy clay and unsoakable water that would have my 2wd suspension deep as I descended the hill. Eventually, my shoes were slipping too so it was off into the bushes to plough my way through. I should have come in summer.
I arrive at GZ, in the biggest tree exhibiting great character and cache hiding qualities, and not long the little container was found. The RITR sheet is long, and is in great shape, except for one poor soul who needed to write their name in mud, almost the full length of the sheet. It takes all kinds in this world, and seems geocaching is not exempt from a few of these types also.
Cache signed and I carefully made my way 356m back to the car. Thanks for the cache smersh, nice find on an overcast afternoon. Find #8502 at 4.29pm

What an absolutely smashing GZ. The remnant bush leading to GZ is pretty cool as well, thanks so much for bringing me here. TFTC.
While being at Hahndorf we decided to find the caches that appeared since our last visit and this was one of them.
Cache and contents were in good condition..
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

Staying in Mt Barker for the long weekend with iluvtrekking. Out n about grabbing some local caches. That tree is a monster. Thanks for the hide smersh
Making the most of the morning and afternoon sunshine before the forecasted rains, i based myself around the Mt Barker area. I was targeting specific caches to work on my 5x 360 degree challenge.
The roads were a bit muddy and slippery so I ended up walking the last few hundred metres. Found after resorting to getting some hints from previous logs.
Thanks for the cache smersh.

found on the way home from work. found it in the logical spot but not where the phone said was zero. quick find.
earthlight wanted to do some cache maintenance on her caches[^] and so I got to be her chauffeur[^][^]
We had a great day out with many laughs and stories told
Even had a lovely picnic lunch in the Laratinga Wetlands, thanks to earthlight's preparations[:X][^]
I found 16 caches and only had 1 DNF
Due to getting behind in logging, I am template logging now to catch up but please know that your cache was enjoyed[^] and added to our fun on the day![^][^]
With a few DNFs I was not sure that we would find this cache[?][?]
I'm short too so that didn't help, as I had to climb up to allow me to dig into the broken down timber and under the plants in the hidey hole
I was very surprised when I found the ORIGINAL cache[^] and not the more recent replacement!
So the container is actually white with a brown lid[^]
I replaced it without burying it 6inches deep again[^][^]
Oh and I realised that for 28 days this year I have still been stamping 2020

DNF. Location is clear, but 25 mins of searching and no good. Could it be missing?
A quick park and grab between downpours on this day where the weather can’t make up its mind if it’s going to be sunny or rainy.
Thanks for the cache smersh.

Found as part of the 7 Day Streak souvenir challenge. I'm not a Simpsons/Montgomery Burns fan, therefore the translation of GZ was lost on me.
Although the drive to GZ was beautiful today... green paddocks, trees starting to blossom and ducks floating on dams full to the brink
My phone had me at 27 metres but I pulled up because I spotted something impressive & guessed it had to be GZ. Left phone in car and found the cache slightly exposed. It's the slightest bit damp, some mould on the log sheets but with more warmer weather it will dry out and be okay through summer. Tucked it back and covered with natural camo to keep it drier.

A disproportionate container for the location! Eventually found after a bit of a rummage. Found on our wet and windy day caching around the hills
With an excessively rainy day the day before, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I decided to do a bit of geoaching around Littlehampton and Nairne. It was a cold and at times, wet day, but we think we timed our outside activities right in between spells of rain. We did a small walk around the dam at Totness Recreation Park, collected various geocaches around Littlehampton, and then headed to Nairne to see some of the murals, before calling it day before we were able to complete that respective multi-cache.
This was a nice tree, and we both connected the theme to the location. However it took a bit of time to search for this small sized cache, which we thought was a poor container size choice. Perhaps it is just a reflection of a previous replacement, but could certainly hide something bigger here and more cleverer, cheers smersh.

Found while out on a good friday, hunting traditionals in and around Mount Barker, or there abouts.

Thanks for the cache smersh
Had talked to gridge98 at an event during the week and he asked me if I wanted to go caching on Friday and as I had nothing else to do I said yes. It's always good to go caching rather than sitting at home doing other less interesting things. [^]We decided to meet in Stirling and cache around the hills as we both had plenty of caches that we hadn't found.
Another little detour on a little back road and the cache was found after looking more carefully the second time.
Thanks for the cache smersh.

A detour in the back roads down to this one, the replacement is very small but it is in the tree.
A quick discussion the other night on a caching day out with @JJ52 for today, we decided to go up into the hills as we both had quite a few to find. A great day out in some areas I had never been, we cached around Uraidla, Oakbank and Nairne. A total of 44 finds and 2 did not finds for the day. Thanks to the Cache owners for their placements.

Thought I'd pop over and grab this one now it is back in action. A little search was required, but once I realised it is now a micro, I found quite quickly with an expanded search. Always nice to sign a fresh new log. Thanks smersh
Foiled by council workers damm with more time on their hands than me will try again
Quick search and no luck this time. If it is the “obvious” spot I am think then I think it is missing. TFTH
Think it pretty obvious where it should be. Good spot. But nothing there today
Climbed in, looked inside, dig in to the left and to the right; no go. Please replace soon, it's a worthy spot!
Came with CherryRose and geo grandkids. She had found this previously. Cache was missing so placed a replacement cache with a new log. Put some swaps for the kids. TFTC SL Kids left a TB

A really easy find, GPS was spot on. We were after one of the TBS that are supposedly in. Unfortunately all TBS are gone. Lovely, peaceful area. Managed to see some nice birds around. TN , left 2butterflies and NAIDOC badge, SL. Thanks!
Spotted the cache while walking... even though it wasn't on the app list. Slightly dodgy cell signal. Didnt swap today... will return with the kids. Great loop walk this one.
Found while having an unwind after work driving around the country roads with geodog, Mandy. SL. TN. Left signature item
