Dropped in to check on status and cache has vanished.

Maybe the ants took it away!

I will look to get a replacement container ASAP and some bug spray!

Quick find on a lovely day!
TFTC!

16-Nov-13
Visited with another friendly cacher that I met nearby.
We had a good look and spotted a likely hide but no container.
Certainly appeared to be gone so surprised at the find log since.
Maybe we missed something but pretty sure we had the location.

Walked here from "Bridge to Knowledge". No muggles around and a quick find thanks to the hint. Once I had the container in hand ready to replace, suddenly muggles everywhere! Ended up walking to Para Meadows and then coming back to replace it when the coast was clear. So it turned into a nice little walking tour - TFTC!

3rd time lucky!

We went under and then read the hint, we then had it in hand very quickly, tftc

30-Jun-13
Not a nice experience being harassed by some young muggled so told them I was looking for some drugs and when I found the cache I went to the other more slippery side. Didn't sign as believe it would have compromised the hide. Tftn. Photo would not have worked.

16-Jun-13
Found with hint from McCauley4. Thanks guys and TFTC.

TFTC toadmiester7,
I was lacking time this morning and thought that going south to the Gong would be better than fighting the city trafic to get a cache as I continue with my personal challenge to achieve 366 continuois days including the 29th February 2012.
If there was ever a day you didn't want Murphies Law to come into play, then this was it. Unfortunately, this was to be the day it would become a controling influence.
Firstly I didn't update the GPS.
I then went to Aristo Park and GONG Celebration without success at either and finally to BGG @ the Tech where I must have arrived during cycle peak hour. Success and my 269th day has been completed.
I will undertake caches around the Gong when I am in the area or have time to spare in future.
Visited with a group of trackables trying to help me out.

23-Nov-12
awesome spot TFTC

21-Nov-12
No geocoin there.

09-Nov-12
Found it. I had looked a couple of times without success but this time with 4 pairs of eyes we soon had it in hand. We also found the german geocoin. Connor32 has it. TFTC.

09-Nov-12
Found it with a few friends. We looked under the bridge at first, just thinking that it must be there as hiding it there would be a great spot to hide a Cache and that's the first thing that came to us.
We (after a heck of alot of looking) figured out the smart hint that was given and with a bit of thinking, we found out where it must be and Bingo! - we found it!

Great hiding spot!

Be careful not to drop the geocoin while opening the camouflage! If you did, please recover it! The container is too small to hold it, so I've placed it into the camouflage.

Out here from Wollongon High School of Performing arts, where RockSandra gives a play, together with her schoolmates. Dropped her off and had a little walk, until the show begins. Wow, I have never been across this Tafe. Nice area, sports grounds, bicycle paths to uni etc. To my taste, however, there are too many fences - feeling like in prism. On the way back, I longed outside the Tafe fence, then it was gate closed after 100 or 200m. Just jumped the fence into Tafe - rights of way, so to say. Of course they need them, as Wollongong is a very bad area for vandalists. It is so to say a must-do for the kids. Not so bad like the western Sydney suburbs, where they have a weekly shooting and killing...

Nice place here, nice creek! Thanks for bringing me out here, TFTCM!

We were just saying we had always wondered about that spiral stairway, and here we were on it in our walk from the uni side. Lovely bridge, zero muggles on a Sunday afternoon. A bit of a look before Chiller250 yells out, 'Got it!' Also found with Liam264. Very clever, thank you.

15-Sep-12
I made the actual find with Mike250 & Liam264. I like this camo!!

Nice little spot for a cache, and nicely hidden. Was a very quiet day thanks to the cold and wind so no muffles about. Found with snorris.

Had TAFE today and decided to see if there was any nearby caches! YEP! I had to walk up and down pretending to be on the phone or waiting for someone.. so many people kept going past! I eventually had the cache in hand and signed it with a smile! =)

Thanks for the cache!

20-Jul-12
Clue made it easier. Construction would have been nervy. Thanks T for the interesting hide.

18-Jul-12
I tried this cache a couple of times on my way to Uni and had my hands (more then once) only mm from the cache. Together with S and L ("S" "L" KH) we gave it another shot and finally ticked this one of the list!

Peter Wilsons Army's first cache - Duncan had the honor after paying attention to the hint. Ah the satisfaction of a good cache!

Boys always play rugby here against Tech. So I took the opportunity to look for it while the eldest had training today for the Illawarriors team. Nice bridge and loved the cache. TFTC!

08-Apr-12
Our first Easter cache. The clue for this one made it pretty easy as it seems to be quite a popular clue. Strange thing about this cache was there was a guy randomly walking up and down the street playing bag-pipes by himself. Bit strange - need somewhere to practice I suppose!

31-Mar-12
Quick and easy find, on my way to the train station, after an IELTS test in nearby university today. Be careful there is another cap with some little ants underneath. Thanks for bringing me here.

A quick find as we continued our run around Wollongong.

A neat little hide that took one or two attempts to locate.

Thanks for the fun....

28-Nov-11
Had the location for this many months ago but didn't realise the cache had found a watery grave recently. A quick stop by to see the cache now in place - loved the hidey hole and the container! TFTC!

28-Nov-11
Quick grab, nice container, great little bridge. TFTC

04-Nov-11
went back today and thank god there was no more bong smoking idiots under the bridge. Found 'my' cap and replaced the cache.

03-Nov-11
found it but encountered a few problems.

03-Nov-11
Whilst taking it from its place, i dropped 'my' cap in the creek. Was going to collect it but was greeted with 'f*** you's' from some junkies under the bridge. Will attempt to collect 'my' cap and replace the geocache to its original location tomorrow. As for now the cache remains in safe hands.

Not the easiest spot to find some parking, but seeing how I wanted to find Para Meadows as well, all was well with the parking spot I got.

The hint was a dead give away, none of this GAFF 0 stuff for me, I need all the help I can get! Thanks toadmiester7.

20-Sep-11
I had a quick look on the way to the garden as muggle mania. On the way back I took my cap off & bent over & ran my hand along all the while waiting for someone to make an unkind remark. Couldn't see or feel anything so did a troll impression but couldn't see anything from below. Another micro, another DNF. Eventually I'll wake up that this size doesn't suit my ability. Thanks.

04-Sep-11
Checked cache and replaced log. All good.

Finally had a chance to do this one.
In my mind I had a fair idea of where it was and how I would go about it from the clue.
On arrival it wasn't even the bridge I thought it was so a quick change of mind set and the cache was in hand inside 1 minute thanks to the clue. Cool container too.

We had no luck this morning the torch light could not find it. Next time will try in the daylight.

01-May-11
No luck initially, then after phoning-a-friend (thanks Krafty Charlie - I'll bet you're getting close to changing your phone number!) we discovered we had the right idea, but perhaps weren't trying hard enough. In the end we needed the assistance of a tool, which we found close by. Then we realised we hadn't broughtanything to sign the log with, so took a photo to prove our visit. Thanks for the cache toadmiester7

26-Apr-11
Thought we were busted looking out of place at this one so we moved away from GZ to try and cover up why we were there. Passerby new exactly what we were doing and pointed us in the right direction!

19-Feb-11
Nice hide. This is one of those caches we like because it brings us somewhere close to home where we've never been before! TFTC.

12-Feb-11
Note to Everlasting: It was great meeting you at today's caching event in Barrack Point. Sorry you DNF'd my cache.

I have done a cache check and all is fine.

From our discussion, I think you might have been at the wrong end and opposite side. Force is not required to retrieve the cache.

11-Feb-11
Too good for me but plenty ant/egg under the cap?? I am not sure what you mean about hint? so another time will do. Thanks.

14-Jan-11
The cache was a steal!!!

The fighting mongooses!!!

07-Jan-11
Had to move along due to muggle approaching - not sure I was on the right spot, will return.

07-Jan-11
A very cute bridge, and a fairly easy find. Forgot to bring a pen (again!). TFTC!

16-Dec-10
Nice spot and the ants have lots of eggs, looks like the cache is covered in rice. TFTC.

09-Dec-10
This one was an easy find. A very unexpected, beautiful place. The hiding place is beeing conquered by ants though. Hope they don't carry the container away. Smile

TFTC - didn't know the path existed on this side of the TAFE.
Mark this one down as part of the 10/10/10 record attempt Very Happy

Beautiful day for a walk from Gwynneville

Took me a while, but got there in the end. A misleading loose bolt sent me in the wrong direction.

I guess this is like previous cache, experience pays! Thanks.

15-Sep-10
I tried this one at lunchtime last week but ran out of time. Today, in the middle of marking exam papers, the fire alarm went off and the building had to be evacuated. The assembly point was on the other side of the oval from GZ so I figured another attempt would be better than standing around waiting to be allowed back to work. So without GPSr (blind reckoning??), I had another look, and how about that? One geocache! Thanks for the hide.

I am a bit like Hoojar with this one- how did I miss it the first time around- I'm sure I looked there!

After one visit up top then another below I got a hint and this morning in the rain it didn't take long with a process of elimination.

All I can say is doh! and thanks for a nice little cache.
