Well this was a total waste of time. I should've read this previous log. Considering the last find was well over half a year ago and CO did not respond to previous cacher's log I would venture to say this one has been abandoned. All I found were two cane toads in the obvious location where the cache should have been. Maybe they ate it.
This cache seems to be affected by the flood water
I followed the UTM coordinates but to no avail
Please check this one.

Another in the series completed, thank you. Remembered the bushman and had a much nicer time than I would have without it. Quick find of a nicely placed container. Wasn't going to leave a TB because the container has minor damage, but when I found 2 TBs in there, I thought why not.
Relogging this under individual account, previously a member of Gaz'n'Kab account.
This one was next up on the list for us today, and thankfully we found an easy way to do the old' UTM conversions, so after a quick search at the first WP, we quickly had the final GZ calculated, so off we headed, where Kab quickly found the cache, added our name to the logbook, alll before Gaz had realised that it was already found

On a previous visit, I found the clue. As The converter on my phone wouldnt work, I photographed the clue and decided to do the conversion at haome and come back some other time to find the cache. Today was that day. A short walk to GZ provided a couple of obvious hiding spots. Of course, the cache was in the second place I looked
Glad to finally get this one done. I've had the necessary information for ages but couldn't make it work.
Today I loaded it into 5 different websites (one of which insisted the cache was in China!)and managed to get the same answer from 2 of them so off I went.
Cache was quickly found and log signed but the log is quite damp.

Quick find once I sorted out coordinates. Log book damp and needs drying out. TFTC
I have been trying to capture a multi all month for the 7 souvenirs of August and the caching fu seemed to be thwarting all attempts. Every one i had tried was muggled or the info could no longer be found . Finally broke the drought with this one. Log is a litle damp. Might need a dry out and a ziplock baggie. TFTC
It was a good geocache but I didn't like that I forgot to bring a pen because the pen in the geocache has run out of ink and the log book is wet. Just to let you know about these problems.
Nice interesting one and we found it very easily. I loved the idea of hiding the coordinates on the back of the sign then going to find it. Thx for hiding it
Our first non traditional cache!!! Went for a nice stack after tripping over a tree root, so my first scrapped knee due to Geocaching as well!! TFTC!
It took me longer to get my phone to convert the coordinates than it did to walk to the cache! Log is dry and fine so TFTC.
A flash mob in red this morning and then Nurseyjulie and I made our way over to the Bunya area. The intention was to have a day of multi madness and it kinda turned out that way.
We rocked up here and were having little luck with multi caches until we happened upon this one.
Thankfully, Jools is quite good at conversions and the cache was located easily Now that's my kind of multi.

At WP1, the numbers were noted, and I set out about sorting out the corrected co-ordinates. A short walk later revealed a nicely placed cache which is high and dry. TFTC vwnuts
That was so tough. Am using my phone so had to download a UTM converter and work it out manually. Log is very wet. Sorry I was already late so had no time to dry it. Inside bag was worse so I left log loose in case the dry pouch could help. Will need attention asap.
I thought I had found all of this series years ago and was surprised to see this one still in the GPS.
i wandered down the trail to find that the sign has been removed and also the bridge has been relocated so I didn't have the corrected coordinates.
A phone call to a previous finder and I was given directions to where the cache is located and after a few detours from incorrect interpretation of directions I had the cache in hand.
Glad to get this one finished.

Well I'm glad I kept the photo of my last visit to this area (September?) as the sign at WP1 is no longer there! The first time I visited I was using my phone as a GPSr and could not work out the conversion. Up visiting again with my month old GPSr so figured I'd (hopefully) tick this one off, and I did - the cache is still intact, complete with creepy crawly! Will log a maintenance re the missing sign at WP1. TFTC!
What a beautiful day to do this multi. All well with cache but there is some creepy crawlies around it, yuck!.

Did this cache six months ago as part of C.Ponies. Brought a muggle friend along today to introduce them to geocaching. Picked up one of the TBs.

Have picked up a few TB's recently and needed a nearby sizeable cache to drop a couple off, (one that I haven't done). Have done one of this series before, so I made my way to this one and had to remember how to do the positioning switch on the device. Once done, it was an easy stroll to gz for the signing and drop off. tftc vwnuts, a pleasant spot.
Drove past this one heading out for another. Made a point of stopping on the way back.

Oops - found this a long time ago but forgot to log! On the Xmas break, we decided to have a picnic lunch and, of course, a geocache! Didn't take too long to locate this one. Another of the Creek to Coast series knocked off.

Happy New Year!!
I decided to clear the cobwebs this afternoon with a couple of caches, and thought the 3 multis along Collins Road would be a good idea.
Made the necessary changes to Ms Garmin and found the cache without too much trouble.
Thanks for the cache vwnuts.

I love this series. It seems like they are eveywhere. I feel like I've found about a hundred of them. So changing to UTM doesn't pose any problems.
No problems at final. Some kids were playing on the opposite side of the creek, but they were more interested in their game than me.

Namora and I picked up this one while walking the dog today. Beautiful sunny day for caching - hopefully this means winter is over. TFTC.
Our 3rd multi for today in the area. Found the 1st WP quickly and soon had the cache in hand. A lovely area which few but the locals probably know about which is a shame. Cache in good condition. TFTC.
Beautiful location for a perfect day (mozzies thought so too) - would never even known it was around ... and we live in the neighbourhood. Crystal clear water, which bush turkey enjoyed. Coverage poor due to dense tree cover. Didn't take junior cache-ers too long to find (and it was educational too!). Cache getting musty and degrading slightly. TFTC - swapped lady bug for love heart stickers.
Finally getting around to logging all my caches! Haha I enjoyed this one TFTC

Pleasant little multi, and an exercise in switching between UTM and DMS, which is my preferred format. Seems I have to use 3 different apps now when I go caching TFTC.
Right. With family up all week, and only this week off before back to the grind ... What day will be "my" day? Well, none really, but I can have all morning Wednesday. Today. A neat dozen on the menu.
Number 4 for the day. Aah, another M2M by vwnuts. I love these. Don't even need to read the description as I know what to do so well. Yep, there're them numbers, plugged in, nearby, wandered over and ... ooops, wrong GZ chosen. Umm, oh, over there. Yep, there she is. XNSL. Thanks vwnuts for another wonderful moment. I'm finding the M2M series is a highlight of any day out now.

Nyletam and I located the initial waypoint details quickly and worked out the location of the final GZ. A quick search and the cache was located.
It was good to mark another MtoM off the list.

What do cachers with babies do when they get a babysitter for an evening...Yup... No. 5 for an evening out with Alkzura (since I've done my cache notes after him, he as usual has covered it all so all I can add is...TFTC).
Brother Colin and I both put the coords in our devices, my iPhone and his gps to see which got us closer. Both got to same location... Two possibilities he took one I took the other... He got it thanks anyway
As Net88 said ...we arrived at GZ, I went right & she went left and I won very quickly.
Not that it was a competition mind you

Ahh, the Mountains to Mangroves series, a series I have been stumbling on for a long time. Lovely park,
Took Cat and left Kangaroo.
Note: the cache is wet - drained what I could...
Interesting side story - I have a few spurious coordinates in the GPS and one led me to the GZ just as I realised what it was. I threw it away then started this cache, when I arrived at the same spot! Have now cleaned up my GPS.

Piglett (Geoson) and I took a jog in the pram to knock over this one and its nearby neighbour. Everythings as it should TFTC.
Was out searching for some caches with VWNuts when he directed me to this location. I was wondering why he had stopped here as iPhone did not show any caches nearby - was concerned he had gone nuts. But there was a cache nice and dry despite the obvious flow of water around and over it. Discovered after updating iPhone Geocaching app search function needed resetting. Guess he was not going nuts after all - and that he remembered where he had put his caches. TFTC
Our first cache in Australia! Can confirm the cache is in good condition after all the rain.
A not too friendly magpie, took offence at my walking through here, had two big swoops thankfully missed both times, found the cache and headed off with a stick above my head. TFTC
Couldn't find this one earlier, but came back at night with some assistance with rendam to find the cache safely resting in its place. Thanks for the cache!
When I arrived at the sign, I didnt hold much hope of finding the cache due to the recent floods here. Headed over to GZ and was surprised to actually find the cache, and it was still dry and in good condition. Judging by the debris surrounding GZ, the cache was well underwater during the floods.

This was the third cache of 17 for the day, on a nice warm day caching around the hills. I was amazed at how healthy this creek was, I saw several small fish, tadpoles and lots of dragon flies hovering about. My thanks to vwnuts for the cache.
Found by Sunshine Toledo and Jinga 2 at 3:07pm. Showed Jinga how to change the system on the GPSr and found us a cache. I don't think he'll remember though. TFTC
My second one of these that I have actually done. The info was of course found easily as was the cache. I went to the wrong hide spot at first but that was soon corrected.
Just when you think you have done all the 'Mountain to Mangroves' another one pops up - now how do you change the GPS over to UTMs again? Cache located easily during a caching run through Albany Creek. TFTC vwnuts
Walked right up to this one one a day out with EngPhil, COACH P, MissGeosie & the geopup. Left Alfred TB. TFTC!!

Finally got around to doing this one today. It's so close to home that I'm emabarrassed it's taken this long. Fortunately, La Kedi has a 'real' GPS with a UTM function, unlike my in car MIO, so I didn't have to make a trip back home for the conversion. Found OK but as La Kedi said, it has a crack in the lid although all is dry at present. TFTC
These ones are always good to remind me how to use oft-neglected functions on my GPSr Enjoyed the walk to the board and then the cache, lots of birds calling here today. I remember the cache that used to be in this park, too. The cache is currently dry but the lid is cracked and will probably need a bit of duct tape lovin'. TFTC! ='.'=
Found at 0905 with Marg. I alway like doing these type multies. Cache OK and dry. TFTC.
506 - Found another one in this great series today at 4:40pm. AS the last few logs indicate, we have been in this area before for a now archived cache placed in memory of a young local lad. Refer to GC19674. Thanks vwnuts.
Ant's story does go on . Good to see this spot continue to feature on the geocaching radar. Thanks vwnuts

I had heard about this cache on the grapevine
So aboard the geocycle I wandered the bikeways across Brisbane for a cuppa tea and a chat with the locals.
Have you heard ?
Mrs Frogs husband has croaked it ! [:o]
And what about Mr Ibis ?
He got in trouble with the authorities sticking his beak in where it didn't belong
And young Miss Echidna had her drink spiked at the high school dance [:o]
Yada, yada, yada !!!

I seem to remember checking this WP when I found the cache that used to be nearby. Guess you've been waiting for that one to be archived? Arrived today with Mrs Lat&Long to find a shiny set of co-ordinates glowing at us. Tapped the required buttons on the GPSr and headed off to the wrong side of the creek . Can't say what we said about you (family website and all that) but I'm sure you can figure it out (;)]. Made the short stroll to the correct place and found the cache happy and well. TN/LN/SL.
Found this one with Mr L&L and managed to stroll up both sides of the creek before we found the cache! It is always 'on the wrong side'!!! TFTC and the addition to this series .
at 13:46. Soon after we started geocaching we very much enjoyed this interesting series and were quite proud of ourselves when we had completed all that were available at that time. It is good to see a new one.
We took the two TBs to add to the collection we intend to take to Singapore.
TFTC Vwnuts. As has been said the cache needs a replacement lid and perhaps removal of the probable cause of the damage. Otherwise it is fine.

Had reason to be in the area so could not resist but to swoop in or alittel discussion with the neighbours. Noticed the cache issues as well and tried to place materials over the cache to reduce the chance on water entry. Given what was on the cache it is likely this is the cause of the problem.

I dropped into this one while in the area. Found the required information all OK and went straight to GZ with no problems. Unfortunately, the lid has cracked (probably under the weight of some darling little cherub). The cache is in good order at the moment - but if it rains heavily, it might not be so happy. TFTC vwnuts
Happy to revisit this lovely area again.
The creek had a bit of a flow to it which made the surroundings very nice.
No troubles traking down the sign, made the neccesary adjustments to the GPS and had the cache in no time.

Now how am I supposed to get a FTF on a cache when it is published when I am at work . Anyway I alway like a good M2M cache, it is a great idea and a great cache series. The sign was a quick find and after having a read I found the coordinates. The cache was a good hide, well hidden. I took the B geocoin, but otherwise made no swaps.

I got a new GPS for my early birthday present today and just had to try it out. My old one didn't have UTM conversion on it so I chose this cache just because I could now complete it in just one visit. Oh, and the fact that I was driving straight past helped too. There's no way I could not stop. It was nice and easy and a great way to baptise the new GPS. Dropped in two geocoins. Thanks vwnuts.
A lovely little spot. The was a brood (if that is the correct word) a bush turkey chicks down by the creek and they kept me amused with their various antics.
Found the cache dry and in good condition.
Thanks VWNuts

Warm on the heels of some jungle baddy types in the area here-abouts, I needed to settle the nerves.
Thanks vwnuts for the perfect spot to do it. SL, hopefully legibly in the three quarter darkness. ... and as the sun sank slowly in the west, the curtain fell on another day.
Cheers.
