What a lovely day to be caching in this area. Found with Symonds 6. Signed log as GuS6. TFTC.
Another cache find on our 2022 South Australian Adventure. Another bitterly cold, wet day today and the sky is still touching the ground, a perfect day to Geocache.
We are enjoying our time travelling SA, fantastic towns, ruins, beaches and cliffs. Our thanks to all the COs for taking us on this geo-guided tour.

The JAMS team (( JJ52, Allister W, Mogni, and sir_spectre ) plus TallBikeStan for this trip ) are headed off to the 20 th JuneLongWeekend Event in Clare. As you would expect extension poles, blow up kayaks, waders and ladders are in the car. I am sure every one else takes 11 hours to reach Clare from Adelaide, i am also sure via Burra is the logical to Clare . There was many photos taken of the fun times we had, even involving a ladder in the creek and of course many dirt roads ventured down. All caches for the weekend where stamped as JAMS and some more caches where placed on our travels. The missing JAMS member Michells&hound joined us in our B&B in Clare but didn't join with us for the JLWE game. The weather slowly got better over the weekend. It's good to see some gadget and creative caches around Clare that are permeant and not temp game caches.
After traipsing around Western Queensland for 4 1/2 weeks then having to head to Northern Territory then SA to try and get back home that way due to border closures.
After escaping from NT to SA I was spending a few days in SA before heading back to lockdown in Victoria.
Staying at Quorn for a couple of nights and after ditching the van in the caravan park it was time to try and find all of the caches around here and also the ones on the way back to Stirling North.
A lot easier to pull over with out a van.
Forget to log these last few caches when I got home so here I go.
Thanks Dazzatron TFTC.

Such wonderful history and beautiful landscapes but have to admit we're here for the wine.
It was school holidays and I needed a break from school and chores and needed to just have some fun. I talked sir_spectre into joining me for a weekend away caching near Clare and Burra. We avoided the big towns and focused on the caches we normally drive past on the way to somewhere else. Any caches that needed some attention got it.
Thanks to Dazzatron from mogni

I hopped over to Clare for the weekend and were taken for a drive around the countryside collecting caches by my lovely friends...
Wandered around until the GPS settled then located the cache...

Pulled up just off the main road here, walked over to GZ and with the hint I couldn’t find anything, turned out I was almost standing on the cache. Cache and contents are all good
Today I headed from Adelaide up north caching my way along from cache to cache and found myself in Peterborough for the evening. Stopped at Clare and Burra along the way as well as doing a few lab caches. Roughly 80 finds for the day.
Thanks for the cache

Nice weather again for a drive, this time into the mid-north. Caching with Sebastbat, Jack, and Purrfect Di.
Supporting the regions, visiting the market at Saddleworth and some shops in the Clare Valley, and finding some caches along the way of course. Exercise for all
A nice quick find once we stepped in the right direction. Hint was a little topsy turvey.
Left a trackable for the next to move along.
thank you Dazzatron for the cache
Was a good day overall for caching, but between caches we found ourselves doing some random roadside emergency nursing ! ! ! Glad to have good first aid gear and supplies on board and have caching put us in the right place at the right time to help someone out today
At least it wasn't us needing the SAAS help
Stay alert - you don't know what you will see out there
-------------------- --------------------
2020 - our caching curve has been flat long enough ! ! ! Time to get out and find a few
But do keep sanitising! Safe Distance. Exercise. Cache. Eat. Cache. Repeat.
And stay home if you're sick!
Support our local regions by hiding lots of new caches!
( especially around the Barossa/Light area please [:o)] )
--->>> oh, and make sure your first aid kit is stocked and in the car ! ! !
Found easily enough on a gorgeous sunny and cool day! Lovely spot. Tftc Dazzatron
Nice spot. Interesting little plaque. Love caches that make you stop and acknowledge the history of an area. Tftc
Day 3 of this years Christmas holiday trip. On our way to Adelaide (from Canberra) collecting answers to several of the windmill cache multi's. A quick find, thanks Dazzatron.
TFTC SL We like local history spots. So much can be lost with time. Travelling through Clare on our way back to the NT. Lovely country but dry and cold at this stage.
Sorry for the late logging - Found on our weekend away at Auburn. Such a lovely area TFTC
Found at 3:15 PM GAFF1.
On our way to Clare after camping on the banks of Lake Bonney and we stopped here as it was a T 2.0 on the side of the road that intrigued us.
The properties around here are massive - is it all wheat?
The cache was found in a nice little hiding spot nearly straight away, which is exactly how we like them when travelling
Thanks Dazzatron

Found this morning on my epic return trip to Perth via Mt Gambier and Renmark, possibly with a few more detours to be thrown in. TFTC
A short diversion while chasing the rainbow caches. Not quite where we expected it but we found it anyway. tftc

#6377 - 11:25; Day 5 of the Alice Mega Road Trip with Sol de lune. After a night in Burra, today we decided to head down to Clare for some sightseeing and caching then caching our way back to Burra before picking up some caches around the town. We had finished our mini caching run through Clare and were now headed back towards Burra. This was a nice stop off for a quick find on the cache. TFTC Dazzatron
On the road to the Alice Springs Mega with LuckyL10n. We headed through Hay, Mildura, Loxton, Burra before arriving in Port Augusta for the trek up the highway. Collected a good number of caches and all were found with no issues and the logs were soon signed.
Thanks for the cache and fun in getting to it and finding it.

Even with the excellent set up this was still a little challenging for me, but I got there! Cache #2613.
Another stop beckoned on me way to camp this arvo.
A car was parked nearby.
Probably just a local who left it there while heading for towne with a friend
Nup !! Muggle was sitting in said car !!
I cracked a 'fizzy cola' to provide that extra nonchalance factor.
That way I could disappear into the nearby scenery when muggle wasn't looking
It seemed to work,
and before you could say 'Where did he go ?',
I had the logbook signed

Staying in Clare for a few days - Found this cache on the way to Burra (my birthplace) on a lovely day... Out and about with CAD T4TC:)
On a caching trip towards South Australia with J+J.AU. We did many caches on our way and had a great time. This was one of them and hardly any did disapoint! Would do the hole trip over again tomorrow if I could.

Quick find as the wearers cooling down. The road loos lovely with all the trees lined up. TFTC
I have been determined to locate this cache since the first time I looked for it on a 45' day with a hot North Wind and dressed totally inappropriately for caching. As there are lots of dried leaves around GZ I have been reluctant to begin my search. Anyway, today was the day that I was determined to find it. And lo and behold!!! There it was. Not an easy task for a vertically challenged person of my years (hahahaha). Returning to the geo-vehicle proved a little more difficult.

A very interesting spot, even for those who live in the vicinity. How many times do we all pass local points of interest without stopping. Another clever hide.
