I agree with what looking4thebroc has suggested. I myself went onto the front lawn of the house, and would have been seriously red faced if I had got caught. It needs to change ASAP, in fact it should have changed a long time ago. I posted suggested new coordinates with my log below.

Ever since the cache was first placed, people have been noting in logs that the coordinates are deep into private property. Based on the more recent logs, it seems that people are being misled into going into the private garden thinking that it is a public park. Rather than to cause ill will between the private land owners and cachers, the coordinates should be updated. However, the cache owner has not done so over the years. Nor has the cache owner logged into geocaching in almost a year an so may not be interested in geocaching any longer. To prevent issues with more geocachings unintentionally going onto private property, it may be time to archive this cache.
Decided to go down to Dunedin to attended the first ever Mega in New Zealand and my first ever MEGA. Managed to work it out so that I was able to team up with -gonefishing-, fozzmiester and agcnz on an 9 day caching trip around the South Island, this was day 8 of the road trip. Today we were making our way form Timaru to Christchurch for the night and picking up a few caches on our way and it was another beautiful fine day.
After finding GC2JR93 - Brookside cache (Canterbury), this was the next cache that I had on my list that I needed to find in Rolleston on our way towards Christchurch. As we neared GZ, we managed to find a safe parking spot in the parking area not too far from GZ and once we got out of the car it was an easy walk over to GZ, we soon managed to spot the hint object and we soon managed to go where the GPSr was pointing us and once there we had a closer look we soon realised that it was the cache.
Managed to retrieve the cache, signed and then replaced the cache back where we found it. Thanks learner turner for placing this cache here and for bringing us to this spot, TFTC TNLNSL (5362). Another quick and easy cache, great views of a smal garden at GZ.
Now it is time to continue to the next cache on our list as we made our way towards Christchurch for the evening.....

Found during 'The Gangsters' trip to New Zealand, being Big Matt, The Rats, steeba and myself.
Our coords were a long way out on this one but the hint got us there.
Thanks learner turner for the cache.

Found this cache as part of the Gangster's Aussie assault on the first NZ Mega with Big Matt, FarmerFrenzten and steeba.
We found this cache after expanding our search. The coords were some metres out. Lucky for the hint.
Thanks

Found on the great post-Mega roadtrip with agcnz, fozzmiester and yeetrees. A great trip from Otago to Wellington, taking in many backroads and some fantastic scenery along to way to over 400 caches. Thanks to all the cache owners for the great caches we found on the way.
Thanks for the cache, learner turner.

Found as part of an epic NZ Mega Event trip. Day 8 - Timaru to Christchurch in the company of agcnz, -gonefishing- and Yeetrees. Thanks to the owners of the 500 + caches which I had the pleasure to find along the way and which contributed to a very fun trip.
Thanks for the cache learner turner.

Came here late afternoon on the way from Timaru to Christchurch with fozzmiester, -gonefishing- and Yeetrees. The cache was found quickly - signed log, TFTC!
Reperio at 0900.
We pulled up near GZ, and headed off around the corner in search of the cache. After a moment or two we checked the hint only to discover it didn't quite fit with where were. I remembered something we had passed on the way to GZ, and I went back to it...and there was the cache. The coords are a long way out on this one and probably should be updated. A nice little spot though.

Find # 4269 and a total of 84 today with Marcus Vitruvius on the 2nd day of our NZ Mega trip,
on the way south from Christchurch to Timaru. I just loved this country and driving around it looking for caches.
Another one that we found about 19m from our GZ. TFTC learner turner,
Roostaman.

Found with bogonghazy on day 2 of our short assault of the SI, whilst here for NZ Mega. We cached from Christchurch to Oamaru today, and only a few short showers throughout the day, which didn't deter us from continuing on with a numbers run. TNLNSL. Many Thanks to the CO for placing this cache.
Day two of Sully1's and my New Zealand trip from Christchurch to Dunedin.
Today was only as far as Oamaru, and the weather, once it warmed up, was superb.
A couple of heavy showers throught the day made it feel like home in Victoria.
Thanks learner turner, nice spot

Found at 4:07:00 PM. We decided to do a few caches in the outer suburbs this afternoon, much more relaxing than fighting traffic in the city. The coordinates take you onto private land 22 Metres from GZ. As there have been several logs indicating that the coordinates are well off could the owner please supply accurate coordinates.
Thanks learner turner

After a FTF on a nearby cache, I decided to give this one a go in the dark. It wasnt until after a few minutes flashing my torch around in the dark that I realized I was on private property. I had kept my torch off as I walked in and therefore I missed the sign that this was a B&B and not a public park. If I had been challenged by the land owner, I would have been very embarrassed since I had no business being there. I found this really upsetting. My bad for not seeing the signs indicating private property but the coordinates should not be pointing there.
There are several logs indicating that the coordinates are pointing onto private property. It is the responsibility of the cache owner to fix this. Please update the coordinates.

It was still hidden, I have added a piece of paper as a replacement logbook. The dog across the road was rather vocal!

It has been muggled. Container laying out in the open completely empty. Need urgent attention and a log book etc.

Very easy find as cache was sitting on the ground in plain site. Rehid as per hint. TFTC
Found co ords def off though!! Managed to.make sure the snuggles across the street were well.occupied before going for tht grab!
Out and about in the late afternoons sunshine. Co-ords well off but cornered the cache no worries with the hint. Cheers.
Arrived today without seeing the last log. The coords were right in a private garden, so I left at once.
Can the owners please get the coords right immediately.
Can the owners please get the coords right immediately.
No view as was dark but I was not prepared to be venturing inside a private garden ! For future cachers, the coords are about 20metres out & take you inside private land! As previous cachers have said- don't go onto private property, use the hint & cache owner should correct the coordinates.
about 15 mins trying to find it and just when Brandyndry and i were gonna give up we found it. Pretty tricky as the nettles have come off the tree...
Lots of workmen about, I had a quick look in the most obvious spot but didn't spot anything.
Road works and a new path being constructed right next to the cache. Although I was able to safely retrieve and return the cache without disturbing the nearby road workers, I am not sure how safe the cache is from future disturbance. TFTC, Biggles.
Easily found (using the hint). As others have said the co-ods are a bit off. TFTC.
Easy find. While the coords are 20m into the private land, the clue is very obvious, so there's no need to hit up personal space in hunting.
Found it but only using the hint. Agree with Georiff raff: "Are you trying to get me arrested for trespassing. It led me into someones back garden. Get the co - ords changed." I suggest S43 36.221 E172 22.787. TFTC (262)
A quick grab on an evening walk, had to think about it a little as gps seemed a little out this evening. TFTC

It led me into someones back garden.

Found it eventually using the hint, GPS said we were 22 meters off, GYARGHs coordinates look better.

A quick find. We found that the cache co-ords were leading us astray a little, so I've added another set of co-ords to this log that may help TFTC
TFTC. Needed to use clue as otherwise I would have followed my GSP right into someones front garden. GZ seemed to be out by about 20m.
5507 Our co-ords also pointed 10m into private property, had read the logs so knew where to look, TFTC.
yeah....well...gps put me well in side the property. quick read of hint solved it. adjustment needed here for coords to keep hunters out of private property. good idea for cache though.
Yip, my GPS was way off too, but a likely spot was quickly spotted. Nice easy find. TFTC.
We latched onto it pretty quickly after reading the hint and deciding it best not to venture onto the front lawn. I took a quick reading and will post it with this log as I don't think you want others wandering in there. TFTC
GPS suggested I should look behind the hedge, checked co-ordinates then resorted to the hint. TFTC
Found it but not before my GPS had me well behind the hedge which looked liked private property. Checked the clue and eyed the most likely place some 15m away. Quick find then and sign of the log and off I went with Old Boots and Rosie. TFTC
It looked a nice location but we did not hang around long - just signed the log and we were off like a robbers dog !
After the drive-by at Dogs Day Out this was the next of the 'Rolly' caches attempted. I never read the description and thus I walked right by the cache and along the shortcut on the corner section a few metres before it became obvious that I had passed the cache. A quick backtrack soon had the cache in my hands.
Getting to know our way around the district.A nice quick find, with no one insight.TFTC
