Not too keen on poking fingers into palm trees but spent a while looking and stick poking. However we didn't find it. Another time perhaps.
Hubby wanted to go for a drive today, to listen to his new hotted up exhaust in the car, so we came down to Mandurah. Parked in the carpark intending to go for a walk around the foreshore, and found there was a cache 50m away, so came to look for it.
The description was a bit daunting, but happily it wasn't too long before we had the cache in hand. Thanks for the cache Inukshuk63!

2nd time lucky. I found it within seconds. Cannot believe I missed it first time. Maybe it moves around. TFTC.
Took a few minutes of looking at all the possibilities and then it just appeared in front of me. Great placement, away from prying eyes and the ability to look without feeling exposed.
In Mandurah for the end of season rogaine so I decide to grab a couple of caches that we had walked past during the day. Quickly spotted despite the myriad hiding places. SL TFTC
After a night of fishing, or lack there of with a group of friends we decided to have a go at this one at about 9pm, found this quite quickly as there were 5 of us . TFTC
Very sneaky hide. We found it after about 10mins of tree climbing and 'looking for things out of place' but there were so many possible hiding spots! TFTC.
We started off, as suggested, feeling our way around the multiple trunks. After about 15 minutes we were about to etire defeated when something was noiced out of place. A quick search of this location and the cache was in hand. A good hide. TFTC Inukshuk63
Took a while but finally had the cache in hand. Injured myself when walking away - managed to ram some spiky thing through my shoe into my foot, then snap it off. Couldn't pull it out or take off my shoe! Had to undo all the laces to get my foot out. Ouch! TFTC but not the spiky thing
Couldnt spend the time on this one today, poked and prodded but no luck... will be back
We were going past, so we thought we would drop in, but no cache did we find here today.
Thanks, Robmc.
Thanks, Robmc.
Thought this one was going to be under the circus tent. Fortunately it was just outside. Found be eagle-eyed LouBla. TFTH.
I see lots of other finders today so it must be just my bad searching skills. We did find a bunch of nails that had been wired together and hidden in one of the hidey holes facing upwards. Not nice. Luckily geo-son spotted it before we went to grab it unawares. We discarded that in the closest bin. And then a local was watching us over his fence so we moved on. But we'll be back.

In Mandurah for the WWFM event so went with bsurin65 for a few more caches. Looked for a while before Mr and Mrs blingg came along and joined us (incidentally, we met you both at our first and last caches of the day, as well as the few inbetween). Found the cache after a lengthy search - but it was my eyes that spotted it before my fingers. TFTC!
Headed to Mandurah with duncdonut73 for the WWFM event, and we decided to grab a few other caches later. We searched for a while, and were joined by Mr and Mrs blingg, before Dunc eventually spotted the cache. TFTC!
When we arrived at GZ Duncdonut and bsurin were already search the likely hiding places and although with the four of us scouring the objects it still took us ten minutes til Dunc finally found it

12.45 While celebrating my new arrival of my third grandchild I got to stay at Silver Sands resort. What a beautiful place Mandurah is and looked forward to doing some caching to. Parked nearby to do another cache when this on popped up. The journey was a little wet but a nice easy find when I arrived a ground zero.

This was our first find. New handheld gps. Had fun finding out how it works. Very clever hide.TFTH [^]
At last, after several goes at this one, today was the day. Walked up and within 30 seconds we had it. Signed the log and TFTH
A clever hide...we could have spent hours on this one, but luckily we didn't have to...
Many thanks,

What a great hide, managed to find quite quickly with jajuke but I think it was more luck than good management.

Found after second lap. Thankfully! Because the mosquitoes were about to carry me away!!! Warning! Aerogard needed!!
This was my very first Caching trip in Mandurah, and was pleased to
be accompanied by both FelixII and Chwiliwr.
Took a while to navigate the possible trunks before making the find.

A caching run was on the cards for The Machman and FelixII today. We were to head to Rockingham with our hit list but after the car being broken into yesterday decided to head down and check likely dump sites and bins just hoping to find some of our stuff. Enlisted The Machman and Chwiliwr to help in the search and a full day's caching. This was the first of my finds for today. TFTC Inukshuk63
It took a while and then Seekers Inc arrrived to help with the search. We ended up finding it right where we had looked in the first place.
Missed on the first search but exploring deeper on the second pass turned it out.
Ackermaa, Ackermas and Teegz drove to the carpark while Ackermat and I walked to this cache. Would have enjoyed it but for the hundreds of mosquitoes. Nice hide. TFTC
I could have looked for ages without finding it ... luckily my housemates loves to go caching with me and he had the cache in his hand under just 1 minute!

An early morning find on my Australia Day walk around the area - I was most surprised to find the cache in the very first place I looked - it probably helped that I approached from the right direction. TFTC Inuckshuk63.
Seeing a couple of DNFs we were wondering if it was going to be there, but a find verified it is still ther.

I broke out into a mild sweat - I know these hides and they can be tough as. I got lucky within 5 seconds. Clear skies.
Reading the recent logs provided a good level of understanding. and with a few laps for the tree the cache was soon too hand. SL TNLN TFTH
Last time I was here I drew a bit of blood searching. Today I did one lap of the tree and on my second lap I realised that if I had looked a little higher I would have had it in hand the first time around.
Another good hide, thanks Inukshuk63

Found it easily, interesting to meet someone who was walking around with GPS looking for the 'right' spot. TFTC
Very very easy find, not rehidden very well, signed log and disguised cache better. TFTH
Had us stumped for quite a while, but perseverance paid off. Got a couple of good pokes, too!!
went round three times...before moving my bike and there it was plain as day...cheers Inukshuk63
After having had to brind a vehicle down to Mandurah for a warranty repair I was going to head back Home via the train but decided to catch a bus down to the waterfront before doing so.
Walked over to this one from where the bus dropped me off and this time there were no muggles playing so found the cache after a short search.
Thanks for the cache.

Was going to look for the cache but on approaching GZ I noticed that 2 young muggles were playing house in the middle of what looked like GZ. Will have to look another day.
When we approached GZ we thought that this was going to take quite a while - but luck has to be with you sometimes (or it might have been the incentive of the nice pecan pie I had just bought at the bakery, which was to accompany our coffee after finding this cache!). The cache was found in the very first place poked. TFTH
Took some finding but we did it, had me shutting me eyes in places (I was scared ) because of where I was putting my hand!. TFTH
Hrmmmm looked for a bit with my sister and son but no luck, gonna take the hubby back to help me again soon!!
Found after a short time hunting in the rain.
Looks like a few people have been climbing the hiding spot.. this is not necessary and is only causing damage to it.

Another DNF for our trip down was out of the question so we kept looking, after about 10 minutes while I was
on the other side there was a little YahOO and the cache was in hand. This could have taken much longer but for luck
and persistence.

GPS was of little use on this occasion, so resorted to hint and started looking with our hands. before long we had the cache in hand (lol). Our final find for the afternnon. Thanks Inukshuk63 for your hiding efforts throughout the Marina and surround. TFTH SL
Found really easily. I think I was just lucky that it was hidden in the first spot i looked. Our 12th find of 14 for the day T4TH
Found rather quickly with Ally's Angels.
A spot of luck that Mrs Ally's Angels put her hand on it before we even started the search!

Squatter00 and I searched for about 20 minutes but came up empty handed but with many pricks and scrapes for our trouble. We will be back though

We had to abandon our searching because the neighbours nearby spotted us using a torch to search. We will return another day when the light is not failing and we have some gloves.
Drove up the road from the nearby one, parked, and wandered over to the 'fronds'. After much groping and a few wounds was able to unearth another little container to find yet another blank log sheet around 3pm!
Found room to leave my pathtag. Thanks for another close to home hunt Inukshuk63.
