Logs
3997 Not sure why this cache is disabled, if co-ords are changed to those noted then the cache is a quick easy find. Great views, well worth the walk. TFTC
Given the reports that the coordinates are inaccurate and taking cachers onto private land, I've disabled the listing until the cache owner can update the coordinates to the correct position.

Found the cache out in the open with the lid off, however it was still complete and dry.
Tucked it away where we thought it may have come from, that agrees with the clue.
Please update the coordinates with any of those supplied.

Easy walk (lucky the tide was right when we got to the park) and easy find, love this area, TFTC.
Could you please update the coordinates though, with those provided on previous logs, i.e. S 36° 30.133 E 174° 43.112, as the ones published take you to [red]private land[/red] owned by local Maoris. We climbed up a path off the beach following our GPS and walked straight into their land, and were subsequently asked to leave. They were polite about it but it was still an embarrassing moment.
After that initial setback, we checked the description and previous logs and those took us straight to it.
Cheers!

must be the bermuda triangle, my sport trak gps was really erratic here but found using last updated co-ords and scrambling round a bit
lovely spot
TFTC!
Only a slight deviation on our way across to Lagoon Bay from Sullivan's. Jackie made her first geocache find!
The published coords seem to be incomplete, but the description and clue are very good.

Lovely spot for sure, I think you need to sort out the cords.
Ill upload my readings.

FTF... I think??? There was an entry from around the 23rd May... Which is odd because the cache was only hidden on the 29th and published 3rd June. Has the log been used elsewhere? [?]
So... The co ordinates are approx 400-500m off. I took co ordinates from the actual GZ and they are as follows:
S 36° 30' 07.8" E 174° 43' 06.9"
Other than that, this is a nice hide in a real gem of a location. We managed to find it from the description given as I grew up in this area and used to play in the tree at GZ when I was young.
