Quick find by H-P just as the CO walked up to check out cache and close it down due to damage to the enclosure. Wow . . . a Last To Find.

I found it but, the UNNAMED spot was partiality destroyed and found the cache on the ground. Age 12
Visited this one previously but couldn't reach the cache, so I borrowed my nephew to use as a stick.
Unfortunately some lazy vandal has ripped off bark and wood to expose the cache (it didn't happen naturally) and damaged the tree. Not in the spirit of geocaching.
We found the cache on the ground by accident as we were about to leave, and replaced it in the hollow. Thanks it was a good one.

I'm going to stroll out of my office and check this location. If the presence of the cache has resulted in finders damaging the tree - I will be archiving it.
Wow - I'm going to archive this. I'm disgusted and really surprised that a fellow cacher would damage a tree like this is a bid to access a cache. It's frankly beyond comprehension. It's just a simple game people - no need to destroy things, especially a living plant.
Quick night pickup after a dinner function nearby. What does the clue signify though? I'd love to know.
This one has become a little easier. There is now access from 2 places (the top and the bottom). No stick (or other implement) needed. I found the container exposed, so now it is covered at the lower level by some bark, but I suspect that the bark may get dislodged with some strong wind. I don't really feel all that comfortable hanging around public toilets, but thanks for the cache just the same

I just love loitering around outside public Karzies looking shifty. A nice easy grab with the aid of a nearby stick like assistant.
Thanks for the cache Iamapom

Drenched in the rain, feeling cold and wet, hands numb and feeling hungry, this cache is clearly my last for the day. Even typing this is a chore. Note that with my fairly large hands, this cache is still retrievable. TFTC Carl:)
Couldn't get my hand in but managed to snag the cache with the help of a stick. SL TFTC
9th cache of a day exploring Melbourne - despite the description and previous logs, a portly pom can DEFINITELY recover this cache without any special equipment. Enjoyed this one - heading to beach on my hired bike now. Greetings from Nottingham, England. TFTC
As I struggled to find a small child's hand I could use (as suggested in the description), I had to make-do with a plant hook I had in the back of my car.
Hooked it perfectly and dragged it out.

2.20pm Out and about with 80 degrees today checking out some caches south of the city. This is in my old work zone some 40 years ago when BP house was an icon of the area. Great what they have done in this area. Gps's are sending us all in different locations. The clue confirmed where the location was but retrieval was tricky. Rifling through the beast revealed tools for Mr 80 degrees to adapt for the job.
Trust you iamapom, thanks for a good one.

Found at 2.20pm on one of our days out and about with xambo4u. The GPS's were sending us in the wrong directions - checked out the clue and Mr80 quickly found it but retrieval took quite some time while we worked out what we could use as a tool. [B)] Thanks iamapom for the time spent on this one & TFTC
Found it together with nadya. Was not easy to retrieve without a tool but finally managed to do it. Used a stick to move cache closer and then we reached it by hand. But I could never retrieve it by myself, my hand could never fit into the spot. Quite a few muggles around, nobody noticed our activity.
This was a truly great hide, lucky LizardChico and I just bought a bendy extender claw for $2 from the hardware store at Queen Victoria Markets (they also have key safes for 50c!). I knew it would come in handy for caching! TFTC! SL and left a little lion
Tftc. Found on a lunch break. Easy find, managed to reach it without the aid of tools. Forgot pen (D'oh)
Found it at 12.15am...
No muggles around here..
my gps was playing up...
wait for it to settle..

thought that around 6:00 pm on a Saturday night would be a quiet time, given that I used to work here and know how busy it gets during a work day, but there still some muggles about but fortunately didn't cause any dramas. Now to retrieve the cache.... Very narrow and my hand couldn't reach so tried some blutak on a stick. Now there is a small lump of blutak in the hole! So using the stick to move it closer I was able to just reach it. Signed the log and the easiest return, just chuck it in! Thanks to iamapom for putting it here.
Number 330 ..... a great place for a bog ..... and for a cache! Cold today in Melbourne, but heated up for another cache find!
Great spot.

Nice area! I was heading for a meeting at MacRob so had to grab this close by cache!! GPS was reading about 40m off when I found the right tree so lucky I had read the clue to confirm that I was correct. Used iPhone torch to check the hole and I could see it wasn't that far down so I was able to reach in and grab it. There were lots of muggles moving past but as it was drizzling they weren't paying any attention to me, just scurrying past to get lunch or head back to work. Retreated to nearby seats to sign log and returned quickly after a break in foot traffic. TFTC
Luckily, no muggles around on saturday afternoon, so I had the freedom to try out various techniques to get the cache. Eventually, with the proper angle of the arm, I could grab it with the tips of the fingers. For sure, women will have less problems here than men.
But honestly, in the end the most difficult part was to put your hand in the dark hole at all. Australia is famous for venomous animals. There should be an additional category on geocaching.com for this.
Thanks a lot! Vielen Dank aus Deutschland!

02/05/2011 12:40 Found: #442 I used the phone torch to spot him first. Whilst I don't have lady hands I found that if I removed two fingers I could get it out easily . Ok so that's not true but larger hands can get it by following the shape of the hole. Being another lunchtime cache I wasn't keen to stand there trying to coax it out with sticks. Because that's not a good look near a toilet block whilst there are lunching muggles everywhere! Thanks Carl for all the embarrassment TNLN SL

Visiting Melbourne from the USA and decided to spend the afternoon geocaching.
The size of the hole wasn't the problem, it was actually sticking my hand inside. I did it and was successful!!!

Went to this one minus Chook but with our great friend Jules who will soon be Caching in Switzerland. Didn't have an implement but luckily Jules has spindly chalk arms and her thirst to register her first grab far outweighed her fear of sticking her hand into the dark unknown. She made the grab, signed the log and we left pretty chuffed with the effort.
Lots of muggle activity so took a while to extract the cache but it was a really cool hide
Was just leaving the office to go to an appointment and thought I would have a go at it as soon as I looked at the tree I knew where it would be I had a look in and I could see it I found it really easy to retrieve all I had to do was take my watch off a stick my hand in to grab it the joy of have small hands and wrists great hide
that was not so easy, because the gps played crazy. but finally we found it.

Yet another night staying far too long at work, however, there is one good thing about leaving later at night, a lot less muggles around when trying to the find the cache. I was actually heading for a cache much further out than this one, but as I was driving down St Kilda rd, I noticed that I was going right past here, and thought that would be a better option. This meant much less of a deviation from my path home. With unprecedented luck I found a park just near the GZ meaning a short stroll and I was near the cache. Well I thought I was. My GPS was having a mental break down! it didn't know which way was which and I circled a couple of times before I resorted to having a better read of the description and checking the hint. After that it was easy to find the cache, but retrieving looked like it could be interesting. I looked around and found a couple of sticks lying right at the base of the tree. How strangely convenient! I reckoned they would be 'amazingly' the right length as well... Surprise, they were exactly the right length! Thanking the previous finder for leaving the appropriate tools at the GZ I fished the cache to within reaching distance and plucked it out with only a few minor scratches to my arm. The cache is in good condition. Thanks for a fun little cache in this very cool spot, iamapom.
She's back up with a new Rite in the Rain log. I discovered that I don't have lady hands.
My narrow forearm just made it. I have been thinking about this one for the last few days and found it this morning.
TNLN SL - as others have noted - the log is chocka!

Our first geocache! Took longer to get it out of the tree than to locate it! Thanks! Good fun
Do not know which was harder, retrieving the cache or signing the completely full log with a dodgy pen.
Thanks for the cache and for letting me use 2 special tools

With the help of a torch to spot it, jester's manly hands could just grab hold of it. TNLNSL log is beyond full. TFTC!
Lucky for little arms. easy grab and sign. Log book is chock a block. Trying to find a spot to sign is at a premium.

After the friendly floatees event Z_R and I drove down to attempt to find this cache.
Driver, me, made a mess of coordinating ourselves missing the turn off to this cache having to drive around the block!
Luckily the cache was found quickly!

Cleaned up this close to work one with help from smallest geodaughter and her skinny arms. TFTC TNLN
Given the feature at GZ I was hoping that this would be a quick find as I didn't want to loiter there for too long. I consulted the hint and spotted hide. I must also have 'small child arms' luckily... TFTC, Biggles.
#116. Been thinking about this one for a while but always seem to go past it. Easy find, can finally cross this one off. TFTC.

I liked the clue on this one. It wasn't until I was walking away did it click.
Found this cache no problems. The padiwan had to make a visit for a number one so I did the work. I reckon she had to work harder than me though!

This was the third on our caching ride with ssmc4 this morning. Unfortunately, the O3 decided to play up a tad and would have had me in the middle of the road . s soon got us back on track and we finally knew where the stash was, we just didn't know how to get it [?]. s offered to do the dirty work and his 'deft engineer's touch' (that's what I'm calling his arms ) soon had us signing the log at 11:20 .

No. 3 of 12 found today on a caching expedition by bike with EuDes.
EuDes' "magic fingers" wouldn't fit, so I had to try my own - and I'm sorry to say that I now have officially confirmed "girly sized hands".
My thanks to iamapom, and may you continue to be flushed with success.

Easy parking today with most people being on leave or taking pseudo leave by pissing off early (excuse the language but here it seems in context).
Perhaps the hole has enlarged over the the years, most things seem to, except my clothes which seem to be shrinking in the wardrobe.
I had no trouble extracting the cache and I'm not a small person by any stretch of the imagination, so I wouldn't worry about the extraction unless you can't do up your shirt sleeves.
Thanks for the cache iamapom, presumably you're gloating about the cricket, but the last laugh is on us as we have an extra caching day

What a funny old place for a cache--celebrating loos! Love it! The hole really is only too small for biggish hands, I think.
A couple days ago I was at Melbourne Zoo, and in the spider exhibit are a bunch of HUGE, HAIRY tarantulas. When I reached in the hole for this cache, I totally felt something and thought for about 3 seconds it was some huge hairy spider. My adrenalin levels skyrocketed, and I yanked my hand out *SO* fast. Then I took a peek and it was nothing. So back down went my hand for the cache. It was pretty funny.

Nice quick find with good mate Marshy after we met up for an afternoon and evening of caching. Marshy had to extract the cache due to his slightly smaller hands. TFTC.
After attending an appointment in Melbourne i again met up with Marty (quasar3671) for another few cache finds. This one was one of them. Was able to reach my hand in the hole (i have small hands) just and extract the cache. Nice hide. TFTC.
It seems that I have the arms of a small child - managed to squeeze down there and grab the container easily enough. Thanks.
#765 @ 7.00pm. I was flying solo today as I was in Melb with work training so I grabbed a couple of caches within walking distance of where I was staying. I had been here earlier (just after 5pm) but the muggles there just would not move on so I went onto a couple of others before I returned - frustratingly I knew where it was but how to extract it without looking conspicuous [?]. Later on the area had quitened considerably so was able to stick my arm in to make the extraction (insert happy clap!).
