Brendan and I came to the same conclusion when we looked at where it should have been.
Thanks for the quick response Skip, would love to have an opportunity to find this one again.

Came back to cache today (Cache previously found) with MitchellW, but the niche of cache has had major road works. Suggesting archive or replacement.

Had a look at this one and as it has gone from works I will archive it. Will fix the others to help with the final ASAP
After heavy search we had no luck here
Works have been done right on top of GZ
May in need of a check

We couldn't see the cache in the few minutes we spent looking, skip2992 you may like to drive by and check that your cache is still in the right spot.
Found on a day out caching with Roostaman around the area, this was our last one for the day as the sky opened up.
Found with Rebel Acts on a morning run to Frankston before the rain came back again.
We had a great run and some laughs too as we cached around the area between the sprinkles.
Another quick easy find at GZ, and last one for the trip as the rain started to get heavier. TNLNSL TFTC,
Roostaman.

Ali already had this one, so when pulled into the carpark she stayed in the car. There were a couple of muggles having smoko between us and the cache, but a big silver van actually hid me from thier sight as I made a very quick retrieve, sign and replace! TFTC
Found it but there are WAYYYY too many muggles about to grab it though.
Great find though, saw the edge but it's pretty descrete as it is, so no real need to draw attention to it by fixing it.
Crazy thing is, I can't believe how many times i've been past this one before I got into geocaching!
Gonna try again maybe at night when there's less muggles about.
TFTF!

Nice easy find while dodging the passing showers. Not many people out for Mother's Day today so not much risk of being spotted.
Our second in this series and a nice easy find for Emily and I. we had to wait for a break in the traffic before retrieving the cache, and then wait again after getting clue and signing log.
Thanks Skip
Thanks Skip
Quick find on the way to a meeting. Was a little exposed, but I guess no one is looking at their feet when standing here! TFTC
Found this one whilst out with Geokid TB2000 on his first real caching expedition. Nice easy find. Left Geocoin. Thanks!
I found this when I was out with Geomum jellybean70, on my first real caching outing. TFTC!
Found at 12:06 PM GAFF3. You don't say what year the Jamboree was held. From the photos it looks like it was in the early 30's. Frankston was certainly a barren place then!
Was surprised at the hide location, which took a few moments to zoom in on as the GPSr just wouldn't play straight around here.
Thanks skip2992

On a cache run to reach 100 before midnight. Cracka1 and I decided to go for the series. Interesting location for a hide, tricky to grab at dinner time.
I come here often for fish and chips without realising (until now) that there is a cache near here.
A bit tricky with the aquarium smokers standing at the back door, but luckily a van was parked that shielded me from view. A quick grab, step away, SL, and return.

As a keen Venturer Leader and veteran of 3 Jamborees, I have been wanting to complete this series for a long time. Very interesting history. This area has certainly changed since the Jamboree.
The cache was easy to find. I took it to a nearby bench to sign the log. But while I was doing so, two teen-muggles began cuddling in view of the cache, so I went for a short walk to kill some time. Fortunately for me, they were very quick...perhaps on a work break.
Thanks, skip2922.

Thank you for a wonderful series.
I have found three and will return one day to find the rest of your series.
My uncle attended the Jamboree and I thoroughly enjoyed growing up through Scouts & Venturers on the Mornington Peninsula.
Thank you for bringing me and others to these sites.
Cache in great condition. A nice surprise to be the first to write in the new log.

Another DNF and then I checked the logs.
Dang! Missing in action.
Probably needs archiving or replacing has it's been some 4 months gone.

A very daring location. I made several visits to this place in the day and had several go's at it with out success.
Had a bit of a look around - but GPSr was all over the place and I couldn't decide which garden bed to search the most!! We also had to try to look inconspicous every time a muggle wandered past! Eventually the geokids got sick of looking here so we called it a day and headed to McDonalds for an ice-cream! Will come back when there is less traffic and muggles to avoid.
Find # 540 Found @ 1120 Hrs.
A nice easy find in the first place i looked.
After waiting for the muggles near GZ to go then grab, Run back to the car then bolt back to GZ to rehide before any muggles seen my Rehide the cache whilst rehiding there was a few cars go wizzing by.
Fourth of 6 + 1 DNF for the day.

Knew where it was but found it difficult to retrieve and replace with almost constant muggle traffic but we waited until we had a clear moment before grabbing the cache and signing the log.

We drove up and parked in one of the bays nearby.
As it was rather late, there was not too much traffic, but still enough to keep us on our toes!
(Hoe dodgy for someone to be wondering around suberbia with a headlamp.)
A rather bold hide.
Thanks again skip2992

I was down the peninsula to run a camp for children and their families over the weekend. After two long days and two late nights of fun, adventures, and challenges, (and a whole lot of madness!) I was very wreaked so I decided to spend the night at a friends place just up he road from this cache. It was also an advantage as I had physio in the morning and wasn’t keen to drive all the way home to the city only to come half way back to the peninsula in the morning. So after catching up with my friends and a decent sleep on a real bed, I headed of a bit early than needed for my appointment, intent of finding a cache on the way. This one was the closest, and having found a few of this series I was eager to get another. Parked right near the GZ, and picked the location from the car. Then had to wait for just the right moment between business muggles walking toward Frankston (train I guess) and school kid muggles heading to.. ahh school. Managed to retrieve in and good gap and was back in the car signing the log before another muggle wondered past. Waited a while longer for another muggle gap to be able to replace cache and re do it camo. Great, very bold hide. The cache is in good condition. Thanks for the cache, skip2992.
An early morning find on a tour of the Peninsula ,I have fond memories of being a Cub and a Scout - tftc skip2992
Found 16:45, we had to wait for another shower to pass, before we could find this cache. That time however did give us a chance to look at the answers we had collected thus far, and make some assumptions and calculate a likely GZ, and as luck would have it this cache provide the one critical number we lacked
TNLN, CSI=1, thanks skip2992.

I was very lucky on this one, no traffic and the cache was ever so slightly exposed. A quick log and return before covering it up and heading off again.
Many thanks,

My son and I found this one after two goes at it. We re-read the instructions and realised we were looking in the wrong place. Is definitely a tricky one and you have to be careful because it is a muggle rich environment. We took a small trinket (toy) and put in a silver bracelet.

Find number 16 of 35 on my 1,500 GC.com finds before the end of 2010 day! Quick find but I think I forgot the clue, I'll drop past and grab it the next time I'm down this way, thanks for the cache skip2992. I hope the Jamboree was great!

Found this cache in the less than obvious hiding place. Friendly owner of the aquarium pointed us in the right direction!! TNLN TFTC
Had logged a DNF on this a while back and returned today and was able to search unhindered. Thanks for another great cache - we enjoyed the whole series and are very glad to have done them all.
I had a DNF here a while back, but armed with a tip and a better hint it was an easy find today, thanks skip2992. I needed this for the final.
Found where the handheld told me it would be. Felt rather exposed at this location and was relieved when I found the cache after only a couple of minutes searching. The hamburger from the local fish and chips shop was one of the best I've had in a long time by the way - could be worth trying if you're there at the right time of the day. Thank you for the cache.
Found by feel of feet in the dark. Plenty of drunks around here on this cold Friday night!
Finally found it @ 13:18hrs after digging around the garden bed for a while.

Found by Mary & David at 1445. Took a little while to pin down. Looking forward to others in the series. Our thanks to skip2992.
OK I am guilty of not logging caches over the last year or two. Due to 2 operations and rehab it has made it difficult to log caches even though I have been mostly chair bound sitting for short times has been difficult as well.
What I have done is create this log in an attempt to bring our found and DNF’s up to date so I can resume my normal habit of stories rather than a TNLN – TFTC.
Most of these logs will not include the owners team name so I think it is appropriate to say a Big Thank the cache owners for their caches and some wonderful memories of caching adventures.
Also thanks to Team Crackers who have made our caching trips so much fun and their help in working out what caches we did and when.
Regards
Mr.Coffee and the “I promise I wont let this happen again after all these coffee’s er I mean caches are drunk er I mean logged” Coffee Clan.

We again teamed up with Mr Coffee and most of the clan for another find and feed day out. We were also muggled out of this one back on the 14-06-10 and this is the first time we have been back since. We had more luck this time although there were still a lot of cars passing by but at least not to many muggles. Again Mr Coffee came up with the goods and all we had to do was sign the log and collect the clue.
Thanks again skip2992.

Another cache in the series in my old area. It was interesting to know that this spot was close to the entrance. Thanks for the cache.
Cache has been subject to cache drift and will leave as it as now. Changed clues. Hopefully it helps
Had trouble with this one with all the cars and muggles about and so abandoned it. The old shoelace trick could only work so many times and was having trouble looking for the cache and supervising StephanieK at this location.
I always dislike caches like these placed in areas like this. This was no exception as there were just enough muggles in cars around to make it difficult. So consulted the clue however the cache might have suffered a bit of cache creep here so we put it back where we thought it should go. Thanks skip
Our 3rd of 7 today, at roughly 4pm.
Arriving at GZ we spotted two likely suspects searching the area, I quickly walked up and asked if they had found it yet Nice to meet you both.
This one has been the most challenging of the series, first attempt on the 10th GZ had far too many muggles around to attempt (including a council cleaner collecting rubbish from GZ). Today we walked in circles searching and started to wonder how we could be missing it, very well hidden in such an open area! Quasar3671 made the find in a spot we had all looked at quite a few times, then we all signed the log.

It certainly looked a bit different in the picture! Today it was very quiet.
Took a little while groveling around to find this one. Strange place to hide it.
Thanks, Robmc.

Found during an afternoon cache run with my oldest son TJ. Spent quite a while looking for the cache and even met a fellow cacher Tatty also working on the same cache. Was beginning to wonder if it was still there when a last on hands and knees sweep of the area and I finally found the cache. Well hidden in such an open area. We all had fun looking for the cache. Found and signed. TFTC.
Commonsense got us there in the end and it is easy to see why a few teams have spent way too long here.
Luckily not too many muggles bar one plucking branches off a nearby eucalypt.

Number 6 in this series for us.
Arrived at GZ and thought is this right, it was very exposed and not a lot of cover for a cache.
I decided to have a bit of a look around and came up with cache in hand.

Had a really good search for this one today and although there was clues and details of previous finders, we think it may be gone. There is few places to hide a cache and we hope it hasn't been buried. 14/6 3.20pm 0401496649. Regards Mr.Coffee
Initially thought "Oh no, it's gone already!" but like good scouts we continued to look. Eventually we turned it up, phew!

Found at 10am June 10 AEST .Unlike the Dynamic Duo and other I found this at 10am when the Muggle factor was off the scale. But being a good Scout, I was prepared. Made short work of this and off to numer 2. TFTC Third to Find

Noticed these new caches at 6am. Hmmm might have just enough time before work to grab a few. Grabbed my scarf but couldn’t find my woggle when was the last time I saw that? 20 years ago yelled the wife. Well I had to do my duty and get 1st Red Hill on the honours board so off I went
Arrived at GZ and allowed my self 5 min to find cache, after 10min GPSrs couldn’t decide were it wanted me to look but with more luck then anything else I found it. WooHooo a *FTF*
Thx Skip For a very informative cache
Hope this one lasts I think it might be very high maintenance
