Had a look. If there was a tree, it's probably been cut down as there is a lot of sawdust sround
Got it! Need new logbook. Not sure why 2 difficulty rating. Nice to get one on our outing to beach. Lucky one gate was open. Tftc.
I had to get some tests done just around the corner so seeing this one was only 200m away....Work can wait a few minutes while I do a little detour to pick up a little something. Easy Find in the first place I looked. TFTC
921 Very empty grounds the morning i was here. Nice cache series especially being a scout leader in NZ and having attended AJ2013 in Marybrough TFTC
I arrived in Frankston today to visit a friend of mine who commenced work with Qantas with me on the same day, 50 years ago this June. While making a visit to the Visitor Information centre for maps, I stopped in at this Cache which was not a difficult one to locate. It is good to see Caches marking important events from the past such as this one. TFTC.
Steve & Steph, Steph & Steve doing a caching Tour while quitting smoking again !!!
Our first with little nik knacks! Beautiful spot, may go back with a picnic and a frisbee.......
This was my second find for the day and the second for this series after just doing civic reception. There was a muggle suffixing something on his bike nearby but he soon left and the cache was in hand. TFTC
A very straightforward find. As others have said it definitely need a new log book

In such a busy area but with the right amount of 'doing nothing but laying on the grass' allowed for a sly, quick grab and return of this cache.

Quick find on a lunch break but left my pen behind so couldn't sign the book;(
Will come back again when I do the other caches in the series.

First big meat one for MickyK's Crew - 100 finds. Was a tricky one today with many muggles watching a scratch match. TFTC
Not knowing the area I was puzzled at only 15 meters from GZ how to get there. Walked around for a while to find a possible entrance.

Find #527
Having parked near here for my assault on "Hearken to my Lord" I decided to grab this one before I left Frankston. Thankfully it was a quick find in the first place I looked because I was concerned that there might be muggles watching from behind the curtains in the church windows. SL TNLN TFTC

A tricky one with all the traffic but I think we pulled it off.

Found this nice and easily today while driving past. It was very visible out in the open so put it back so it more closely matched the hint. Cache all good though. Thanks.
I found it, but the lid was off, and the items were a little wet. Also the it looked scratched, so it seems like we had a dog problem Perhaps it needs a better place - it's too easy to find. The notebook is full and needs a replacement. And finally, it would be good if every geocache had a pen - they sell those little ones in any supermarket! Thanks for your work!
Having been through scouts personally, currently a leader and attended the last Jamboree I'm QLD, I thought it only fitting to complete this series. Will probably need to revisit some for the clue. Great little hide in a place that I assume would be very busy normally. TNLNSL. TFTC. Kems
As a current scouter I am familiar with these historical sites I had great pleasure in revisiting them as a geocacher. TFTC
After going out for dinner in Frankston with some friends, I thought I might stop by on my way home and pick up this cache. Although I've already found the final in the series, it's nive to go back and complete the others.
All the gates into the oval were locked, except for one on High St which was, for some reason, left wide open. I took that as a sign, and wandered straight in! After that, it was a quick little walk over to GZ, where the cache was spotted with no dramas. Signed log and replaced carefully.
When wandering back to the car, I had a look at the clue, and realised this cache may have crept over time just a little. Regardless, it's still a nice easy find.
Thanks for the cache!

Out shopping with Pea bear & decided to stop for this one. Luckily the gates were open & there was no one around. Nice easy find, sat on the grass in the shade to sign log. Very pleasant. TFTC
Was in the area today with BorisB&Natasha picking up some supplies for our rail trail caching adventure tomorrow and couldn't resist doing a cache or two on the way. Not a muggle in sight today which is always good. Once at GZ the cache was quickly found. SL while admiring the view of the beach. TFTC
Being a scouting familiy, we thought this was a good cache to find on our way through Frankston to Mornington. TFTC.
There was no signage about entry today and everything was closed up. Try another time.
Found this today in the company of my caching Father-in-law One-eyed and Mrs Iamapom and Mrs One-eyed. We could hear singing from the 10am congregation ! Cool. TFTC
With Mrs one-eyed, our Son In law Imapom, and our daughter Mrs Imapom, stopped by the grassed area that housed the Scouts Jamboree, back those many years ago.
Imapom went one way, I went the hard way on hands and knees, but both ending up at the cache location.

While the girls were having some time at a nearby day spa, I thought what a great opportunity for a little caching. Not a lot of time but enough for a pleasant walk along the beach, find a cache, and some great Fish and chips from a nearby shop. TNLN. Thanks for the cache.
Found while out for the day with rebel acts nice spot and view of water tftc. Tnln
Found with Crazy! Nat Girl on a day out caching and beaching, we had no trouble on this cache, Nat soon had it spotted. Thanks for the cache.
14 October 2012 20:08 Hairy_Snotter _found today. Half way through Baden Powell caches. Dib dib dib, dob dob dob. Thanks skip.

One of 14 for evening whilst in the area for The Covert / Starruby event.. I picked out some caches that should keep me away from the mad traffic and also take in some areas that wouldn't normally be en route other wise.. Its far enough from home, and in an area I don't often travel, therefor I didn't mind "clearing it out" so to speak.. I feels like months since I've got more than one cache in a day, however in reality its less than a fortnight... Thanks Skip 2992 for the cache and stretch of the legs.. My last visit here was abandoned as it was a game day and I assume they were taking a payment for entry.. A revisit here in the dark, and although the lights were on, there were no players playing.. Find #2763
TFTC, nice quick one with my brother (FA1C0N) this afternoon between rain showers...
#2704 We were in the midst of 48 hours of madness which started with a bonfire on Saturday evening near Tarcutta NSW that we left to head to a 3am WWFM on Parliament steps in Melbourne, followed by a 7klm night cache walk & no sleep.......but heaps of caches to keep us awake! We arrived when church was on next door and wandered toward GZ without paying much heed to anything but GZ. Found the well concealed container then whilst wandering back we realized we'd walked past a ticket lady.....at least she knew we weren't staying for the game . We enjoyed reading the cache notes, great photo. Back in ye olde times I went to a Jamboree & they made me drink goats milk straight from the goat.....an acquired taste (YUK!). Our thanks to skip2992 for the cache and history.
Collected this one whilst out on a walk with Mrs Midaho. "How's about a walk up past Olivers Hill?" I said. A very Grand Stand. T4TC. The bush isn't there anymore and the cache is safe where it once stood.
The last of three while waiting for the next connection to Phillip Island. I went to the wrong side first but once at GZ, I quickly had the stash in hand at 14:35. A fascinating series and I hope to finish it one day soon .
TNLNSL noted clue, and our BYO pen geocoin had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks again skip2992,
