Had a look in all the obvious places and it wasn't there...I think it has gone again.
Looked in what seemed to be the obvious places but no joy. Either it is missing or we missed it.
Cache #3 on biking turtle trail. Found cache on ground as magnet has broken off. I tucked it up tight into what should be original location. May need some maintenance.
Found magnet in place but container was on ground. We placed magnet inside container and seems to be holding.
The picnic table came in very handy to log the find. TFTC!

On a Bundy caching bender this weekend with Dav81. We were up this way to survey the area and what may be the best way to get to Barubba Island with our canoe. The wind and waves looked a bit hectic and we were running out of time, so we abandoned our mission and went to look for a few other local caches instead.
I love old lighthouses! At GZ we took a few photos and then went on the hunt. We were not having much luck, so we used the hint. It didn't take us long until the cache was in hand then. After we had signed the log we replaced the cache as found. Strange container I haven't seen one of those before.

Well a munzee run took me to Burnett Heads this morning a beautiful drive their and back did love the smell of the sea on a beautiful morning down at The Boat Ramp, unfortunately only glue at the halloween munzee Checked on this cache on the way out and indeed it is still there happy safe and sound.
Obviously muggled again I will place a magnetic nano here when my order comes in from geostuff until then sorry
Tried to find this one a couple of months ago with no luck, forgot to log a DNF at the time. When we saw it had been replaced after being muggled we went back for another look. Hunted and hunted but didn't find it today either
A Oktoberfest Munzee took me here today so while I was there replaced this cache with CO's permission. If you need this cache please go and do it straight away as the bushes have been pruned and coverage for this cache is not as good as it was.
Was there last time I was there about 4 weeks ago, not sure when we are planning to go Burnett Heads way again but will let you know when we do. I may get a chance when munzee put on double points as part of a planned power trail of mine is up port road most of the way to Burnett Heads. Cheers John, Graham
I concur with the comments of the previous Geocacher. This definitely appears to be missing. Tavurvur
DNF at 12:14 PM. If the cache was hidden under that red flashing - well we think it has gone again.
Today we took a drive to Burnett Heads, and down to Innes Park.
Came across some interesting caches, all well hidden.
Nice little light house.
Thanks for the cache, Ozibags.

Nice bit of history. Especially nice to learn it had been on Moreton before, as we love the island! TFTC

thank you Ozibags for the cache.

Luckily no caravans parked close today. Some skaters close by, unaware of ones undertaking though!!!
went to structure looked on visible sides then went around other side and vola a cache. Nice find at 2am. With crystal. Tftc
With us now running out of daylight the hunt was starting to speed up, The party did a sweep of the area and was about to call it when I came up with the Cache. It looked a little funny to have such a team of people around this one! Another great location.
This was the 3rd find of 6 for the day, with 2 DNF's.

There were muggles playing in the park nearby but they didn't seem concerned with what we were up to.
Found quickly with the aid of the hint.

pretty old lighthouse forgot to put the cache in my gps but nhill571 had a good sniff around and came up with the cache
Nice spot for a cache. Even during holiday season Burnett Heads is a very quiet little town. Tftc
Out and about on Xmas day and going caching.
A quick find.
What an awesome little lighthouse.
Thanks for the cache.

We were in Burnett Heads today for The Lighthouse Festival, and had previously loaded a few caches into the gismo.
Found this easly, while everyone was setting up for the festival, plenty of people about, no one took any notice of me having a look around the old lighthouse.
Cache is in good condition.

Easy find. Though lots of little muggle playing close by.TFTC. Beautiful day for it
Bethden found it. A pity the old lighthouse did not reach the 100 yeras of service. An interesting history of service all the same. TFTC

What a lovely structure! No muggles within viewing distance so I was able to retrieve it! TFTC
We had this cache on our list today but when we came to select this cache discovered that the coordinates had not been entered!!! Fortunately we had the hint written down and took a guess at where we might find it when we saw a structure that we thought might be appropriate for this cache??
We found a muggle taking a photo near GZ so we joined him and took ours - great structure and history. When we were alone we had no trouble in finding this cache and felt so pleased that we did not miss finding this cache due to the interesting structure.
TFTC Ozibags and bringing us to this place so that we could see this structure and take a photo of it.

Nice hide! We were very stealthy so as not to be seen by the caravan park folk! TFTC
What a cute little light house. We found this yesterday, our 4th, reasonably easily without having to dodge any muggles. Nice spot. Good clue. TFTC
Found it with RaceyT, quite easy find. it's lovely day as no muggles around TFTC
A day of discovering more of the scenic areas surrounding Bundaberg. We loved the views of the sea, the tropical plants and tranquil scenery. The caches have been so creative and well maintained and both fun and challenging to find. We stayed at the adjacent caravan park when we were here Easter of 2007. Nice to revisit.
Thanks to Ozibags.

Amazing finding such a small light house here. A great spot to place a cache.

Loved this lighthouse. We don't make them like we used to. Great history and a well placed hide. Thanks Ozibags
Staying in the nearby van park for a few weeks ,went for a short walk between the showers and Yorki soon had her hand on the cache. TFTC Ozibags.
Conveniently placed cache near to the campsite were we spend the night. Ideal for an early morning cache. Nice place!
TFTC, greetings from Hamburg, Draisman

Staying 30m away so grabbed this in the dark to avoid possible muggle issues with nearer neighbours. Had looked and read about this structure earlier. Thanks
Came back for a second go at this one. Don't know how I missed it the first time, with such a good clue. TFTC
We all piled out of the car at this one as Master 3 loves lighthouses. There were a few muggles in the nearby clubhouse but they were busy having a sausage sizzle so they paid no attention to us. After inspecting the old lighthouse and taking a few happy snaps we went in search of treasure.
The cache was found easily with the help of the hint although the co-ords on our GPSr indicated being out 9m. As we were leaving one of the members came to ask us would we like to join them for their BBQ [?] We politely declined, dont they know we have more treasures to find TFTC Ozibags and thanks for showing us this place

I recognised this lighthouse immediately. There is an almost identical one at Cleveland Point. Cape Moreton where this one stood is very close to Cleveland, so all makes sense. Found cache safe and well. No muggles today, so i was able to sign the log and return without any problems. TFTC Ozibags
Staying at the park next door so had to stop to grab this, pity were one week late for the open house, would have liked to seen and learnt more.

Lovely old lighthouse. Found with Aussiemates in good lighthouse weather. TFTC
What a cute little lighthouse. Nothing like the new one on the coast. Had no trouble locating the cache and tucked it away for the next cacher to find. TFTC
One of the better locations I have seen in a while. A cache that is more a historical experience than a geocaching find. A truly genuine cache the way it was meant to be in the early days of geocaching, days of which I really miss a great deal.
Not logging this as a DNF but rather a DNL (did not look) as the was a camping muggle with a couple a metres of the GZ. Will have to wait for another day
The camp ground was full with muggle tents only metres away but a quick inspection of the structure and we soon had the cache. It certainly is easier caching in a group rather than solo. Muggles can't watch everyone at once.
A good bit of history here. TFTC.

Another one on this great morning, although in this instance it was a case of two in the hand....
youngoldfella arrived & GZ and started our search...
As we worked our way around a joint call of 'Got it' rang out as we both unearthed a cache container....
(Following earlier report of missing cache owner had replaced it - seems maybe it had just suffered cache creep - owner advised of the re-emergence of the original container)

Thanks Ozibags for the cache
