I was talking with a friend on the weekend and she mentioned this cache. For what should be a simple cache (based on D/T), it has a lot of DNFs. I headed to it this evening after finding a couple of nearby caches. I searched where the clue said for half an hour before it got too dark to see. I am sure I searched everywhere. I believe this cache has gone missing. Four months ago, there were logs for maintenance on this cache. This does not seem to have been actioned. The CO doesnt seem to have been active for quite some time. I believe this cache needs to be archived, thereby freeing up the area for another hide.....and I did spot some great places to hide a cache
Looked for a bit. Then read logs. Shoulda read logs first. Just got a new quad lock for my phone and bike. Awesome for geocaching
Done this before showing Kingfisher1654 geocaching. Good one to start them off. TFTC
Looked around for ages at the location but didn't find the geocache. I was with a friend who had found it before and after watching me search for a while she had a look and confirmed it was not there. Seems like a muggle has taken it.
Found it nearby blown away by the storm, the scrolls are waterlogged interesting start to our geocaching experience
Made my way to the board while geoson played on the swings. Took TB for a post Australia Day journey.
Thanks for the cache lostcacher00

Quick little find in a nice location. Passed by earlier in the day, but a guy decided to sit down and have a smoke... and then a second smoke, so i went looking for other geocaches to come back to this one in an hour or so. Wonder what the chances are that he was a geocacher, also, waiting for me to go away.
Cheers for the Cache.

I set out on a mission today - 50 different caches in one day (sounds easy enough I know) but at least 1km apart from each other, as a partial requirement for GCQY6Q over on Rangitoto Island. My first thought was that this should be much easier in a new territory where I have not found many caches yet, plus we could turn it into a nice drive south to get a NSW souvenir /dev/gc0c made an excellent navigator, carefully choosing cache after cache to satisfy the challenge requirements, and calmly putting up with a few wrong turns as I was getting confused between my right and left... We started just after 6.30am, and got back just before 9pm having completed the mission - and not forgetting about the one extra for the 50 consecutive days - plus one more just for good measure. We had great fun along the way, even though it turned out harder than expected to find them all and keep tiredness at bay - coffee (or hot chocolate) in suitable doses does help! [^] Big thanks to all the CO's of the conveniently placed caches, they contributed to an excellent day!!
Approached from a side that made the terrain rating about 2.5 but making for a nice walk through the park - cache a bit higher than expected - TFTC!!

Down a steep hill, across the water and a little jump. Quite high for a terrain 1. TFTC!
I look after this park and I never knew it was there, first one since I moved to Qld and hope it isn't my last.
Out for a pleasant bike ride with friends, combined with some cache hunting. Great day.

Nice and easy cache and interesting information about the development of the park.

Easy enough find and a place to sit while signing and watching yummy mummies jog by. tftc lostcacher00. Another ticked off for August!
After a short walk along the path, I came to the object of interest and circled it once and decided where I would put the cache and soon had my hand on it.
Signed the log, looked both ways and quick put it back.
TNLNSL TFTC Thanks lostcacher00 All good with this cache

This was exiting. Checked it out on the computer before heading out. On the way discovered my phone has lost data connection and I hadn't saved the cache for offline use. Tried every trick but nothing. OK, nothing to do. Having read the description and looked the map I decided to give it a try anyway. Fired up my maps and headed roughly to the area. Sure enough, spotted the potential object and spotted the cache on first place I looked
Very happy, signed the log and replaced the cache. TFTC!

#304 TFTC... totally came at this one from the wrong side of the park, got covered in spider webs, wet boots and a little lost, but it was all made worth it by the find
visiting from Japan and would've never found this great park without the cache

Found a nice path to stroll along, over the creek, a lovely spot, cache found quickly and easily.
While out for a stroll with a kidlet this afternoon I made this quick find. This is a beautiful little park!

The geokids enjoyed this find. Log book is full and so is the added paper so I added another piece. But not sure how well this light weight paper will stand up.
Easy find. Must be getting the hang of this. Number 31 for the day. Very quiet around the board but a few police visiting the houses near by.
A Quiet day of caching with Mastamak & BosNewellgus. Our aim was to complete the On Your Bike series, and the Enoggera Creek Bike, having come to the end of the series, there was a few to pick up after. We entered from the east side and the path to the creek is under repair and very uneven. We came throught this area when everyone was on there daily walk as it was quiet congested.
The cache was in good condition, however the Logbook is Full , the shelter offered a good place form some of the dizzle that started at the time.
This was the 14th find of 30 finds for the day.

Out and about on a day of caching with TriBre & BosNewellgus.
Path across the creek is still under construction but still navigable. A very busy area this is. We had a gap in the people walking by enabling us to grab the cache.

A nifty little hide in a safe little spot. Nicely commode with age. The cache and hide still in good order. Next finder should bring some extra paper as the log is pretty full. Bridge and walkway are under repair still, but nothing stopping access to the hide. Nothing dangerous here. Will be better when the work is finished. I had not seen the flood proof railings as on this bridge before, quite clever really, for an obvious flood zone area.
while waiting for a muggle to go by I took a photo of the walking trails. i'll have to come back to do the walks. the log book was full but I found a place to sign back in 2012. thanks lostcacher00

2nd of 5 finds today at 10:29 on a morning bike with Pipzi.
This was a quick find and the end of our cycle for today. The floods have certainly damaged this bike path.

A little down the way other dogs in the park were not walking but wading in the nearby creek. My geodog not going there! So took a seat and signed the log. Little bit tricky putting it back as it was the pre-dinner walk and run for the muggles. TFTC
Net88 and I tried to access this cache from the closest road but to no avail. I did try to cross the creek but thought more about it once a few metres out. It was flowing quickly and getting deeper so gave in and headed back to Net88. We checked the map and tried again. This time successfully. At GZ it was only a short hunt until I had the cache in hand. Nice park.

This was the fourth cache for me whilst out caching with Nyssaflutterby in our few hours spare between work and having to pick up the kids from school. We tried approaching by crossing the bridge closest to the cache but it was covered in at least 2 foot of water and i almost had to drag Nyssaflutterby out of the water since she didn't want to leave. We checked out the map and found another way in. This time the bridge was dry but had obviously been damaged by the floods. We found the cache quickly and i checked out the possible wildlife as Nyssaflutterby signed the log. Thanks for the cache lostcacher00
Easy find for the last cache of the day....had a lovely time with Ness01...found another Quartpotpobblebonk making both kids happy
Final cache for the morning. Great camouflaged tin! Took a trackable tag, left a trinket.
First time doing this, what a great way to explore the neighbourhood! Agree that could do with a new log book.
Tromping through the park in work shoes was going quite well until it became apparent the path had been partly washed away. Bit of sand accumulated in the footwear but no real harm done.
Nice quick find. Log is ablosutely chockablock.
Left a path tag.

Easy find. The log book could use a little TLC. The old log is full and both temporary logs are getting the ame way.

Nice easy find around the suburbs cleaning up a few I've missed along my travels.
searching today with five grandkids, they found them all. Never knew geoing could be so easy
TFTC! Going solo this afternoon. Lots of jogging muggles but got the job done. New pencil/pad?
Cycling along the bikeways finding those caches that couldn't be found or some new ones.
I've never been here before, so this is a new one.
Thanks for a cache along the trail.

Great walk through these parts, Hint made it an easy find - log is Full, there is a loose page with room to log your visit. Clipped the page to the log, and left a new pencil
A nice short walk to this one. fortunately not too much water in the creek.
Thanks, Robmc.

# 1077. With three pairs of eyes searching in the obvious spot it didn't take too long before we could add our names to the log and be on our way. It was a nice walk to this one if I recall correctly. TFTC
There seem to be a large variety of different hiders placing caches through this area. This cache was pretty self explanatory as to where it was going to be.
Thanks lostcacher00

There was muggle nearby but he was not interested in my reading. Interesting location.
Another local cache. Found late July. Thanks Stephen. I'll have to hide a cache soon for your boys to find. Cheers R.
Grabbed this one easily while on the way to the next Enoggera Bikeway series cache.
A nice simple cache which was easy to grab once there was a break in the muggles. TFTC.
