I spent the day in some northern suburbs finding 20 targeted caches but also having a few DNFs. I couldnt park on the main road due to the road widening works so I parked in Ophelia Crescent and walked to gz which is luckily not affected by the work.Heading off the walkway and into the bushes, I saw a Sistema lid on the ground - thats not good. A bit more searching and I found the base but no sign of a logbook.Luckily the code word is still visible on the lid, so Ive added a new log sheet and placed the container back in the tree. I couldnt hide it very well so hopefully it will last. Im slowly getting through this series. Tftc
Was in the area checking another cache in the area for a friend that she had not been able to find. This one was nearby to keep my daily streak going. Day 57 I think! Remembered to record the clue! TFTC
Had a few hours free this afternoon and planned a geo loop. I cant believe Ive lived so close and never been through some of these paths. TFTC
Driving the adjacent road, I thought I would quickly park and grab this cache. I initially searched between two trees and suspected the cache was in another tree, but my GPSr wanted to keep me closer to the road. However, upon reading the last log, that confirmed my suspicions, and I wandered down to find the container wedged well into the tree. The tree was almost growing over and around the cache, and I guess it had been 3.5 months since the cache had been retrieved. Otherwise, the cache container and logbook were in good shape, and the Catweazle clue was noted accordingly. Thanks aandm for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.----------Today, a scheduled Lake Kurwongbah paddle by way of the [Kurwongbah Breakfast Paddle](https://coord.info/GCAH20P) event was the morning's plan, and I joined a small group of keen participants who braved the slight drizzle that occurred. Following a couple of priority geocaches in Petrie and Joyner, we parted ways with a bakery coffee and savoury/sweet.With no other definitive plans, I then took an anti-clockwise circuit of Lake Kurwongbah, travelling through Kurwongbah, Dakabin, and Narangba, before returning south and stopping off at various scenic vantage points over the respective lake and Lake Samsonvale nearby. It was then a final walk through Mungarra Reserve finding a few witches, and then I made my way south back home.
Another quick park and grab for the day, first of the catweazle series for me. Clue noted, log signed and replaced as found. TFTC
Nice quick park and grab. Really lovely bunch of trees around

Found on the other side of the path from where my gps sent me, as per the previous cachers. My third of this series. Hopefully I haven’t lost my photos with the other hints in between each find. TFTC
Out with Muggle65 today for a sanity cache after spending days volunteering and cleaning up flood messes. Felt nice to be normal for a few minutes. Thank you so much for the cache
Second of the series found today and we had set ourselves a challenge to complete the series this afternoon.
The drive from the first cache wasn’t far, and we were able to pull over a couple of hundred metres from the cache. After the short walk we were initially looking at the wrong side of the path. After a re-calibration, we crossed over and the hiding spot was quickly discovered. All is good with this cache and this logbook. The clue was noted and the container returned.
On to the next. The kids in the back seat were scribing the clues and calculating the final coordinates as we drove around.
Thanks very much for the cache and the series aandm. Cheers

Out on Australia Day aiming to catch the Catweazle. Found with NutCacheBNE. Tyftc series.
Out for some birthday caching on my lonesome and boy was it hot, hot, hot.
I think I took the long route to this cache from the last one, but I parked up, dashed across the road, was thankful to be in some shade and soon spotted a likely place for the cache to be hidden. There is was. Paperwork signed, onto the next...
Thanks!!

A nice easy find for the weekend. 2nd find of this series, we're enjoying it so far. Sour_Lemom was excited we did his star sign today! TFTC.
A nice quick find on the way through... there was no zodiac sign/code word in the cache though...
Tftc... left some American coin...

Nice easy find today. There were a million places were the cache could be hiding, but the geosenses kicked in and I made a beeline for the cache. All is well here - the cache and log are dry and in good condition.
TFTC - TB visit.
Beautiful day for caching - away from the dire news and doom and gloom of what is going on around us. I am so thankful for nature - for blue skies and the fresh breeze and the company of good friends. Together we will beat this wretched virus. Thank God caching is not yet restricted.

Geowife and daughter found this one after a short walk along a bush trail. All good here. Clue noted. TFTC
First find of today...
Out and about on Christmas Day as we figured there wouldn’t be many muggles about. I found this one and it was quickly signed and returned to its hiding spot. TFTC! Found with Frannymfrog logged as 3K!

What a great day to be out caching smilies ... while everyone is doing the obligatory family get-togethers.
Out and about with potatochips101... and making the most of the muggle free zones.
We’ve made our list
We’ve checked it twice
We’re going to find it and hopefully not too many DNFs!
In between the welcome rain and dodging spider webs we quickly found the cache ... logged as 3K.

Before tonight’s event we made our way to this section of the park to find this cache. We used our phone torches to light the way on this dark night and soon found the cache thanks to the good hint.
Thanks for the cache aandm.

Finding a park was the tricky part on this one. Got to GZ and was impressed that there are few little jumps and tracks for bikes. All is well with this one. TFTC
Searched for quite a while at my GZ without any luck when a young lad appeared and asked what we were looking for. He was building a bmx track and had seen a container previously down a bank about 25 meters away which he proceeded to fetch for me - obviously a muggle had thrown it down there. Fortunately the two TB's were still in there so I have taken them to continue their journey. Signed the log and returned it to where we think it should be. TFTC aandm
Today is International Geocaching Day and for us there’s a Catweazle to be found. TFTC
I am visiting Australia for 4 weeks, specifically for my son's wedding which occurred last weekend in Beaudesert. Visiting a muggle friend at Cashmere for a few days, so decided to introduce her to caching. She made the find! Fav point for the experience.....not sure that she will continue with caching though. TFTC, aandm.
The rain was getting heavy so afted parking the car not too far away i left my phone in the car and was able to find the cache without it after a couple of wrong places. Unfortunately the rain has meant we will stop looking for more in this series but hope to be back next weekend. Thanks for placing this cache here for us to enjoy

Having been concentrating on some of my solved puzzles around today, I now decided to turn to a few other caches on my homeward journey, and noticed a catweazle cache along the route. I have been slowly getting through this series, so it was good to cross another off the list today.
Parking over the road near the lovely horse, I made a quick dash across the street and into the cover of trees. After manoeuvring my way through some bracken, I made a quick find at GZ, and noted the clue. Of course once I had done this, I found an easier exit to get back to the road.
Grabbed a sheep trackable from here that appears not to have been logged into the cache.
Thanks for the cache aandm.

Took my daughter for a scooter ride after hanging out with a bunch of pirates. Convinced her to come down into the trees to find this one, which is a first... I think this is the second Catweazle cache I have collected, but I have no idea where the first clue went! TFTC!
After a mob of cachers attacked another cache nearby, it was clear that my geo-Jedis 4ando and Raynersinoz and I were late to the party and headed off to grab this cache.
It was a nice walk up the hill getting to know rio and we headed bush with haste. There was a clear geotrail from all the activity earlier in the day which we missed on the way in. Next time we need less gas-bagging and looking at the phone and more looking for the obvious. It wouldn't be fun if there were neon signs pointing to the cache, but we would probably miss those anyway.
Mr 4ando and I crossed the road to take a photo of something that clearly reminds everyone how cool we are. tftc

I started caching about 2.5 years ago and I'm sure I began looking for this series of caches soon after...and yes, I'm still searching LOL! A nice easy find today, TFTC aandm
Found after visiting an event in the area, just realised I forgot the clue for the final! Oh well, at least I know where this cache lives. TFTC
We had been at a nearby event and had took off with some fellow cachers to find the fantastic plastics located in the area. After the last find some went back to the event and Woodyrothwell, Raynersinoz and us took off to find this one.
The cache was spotted and Woodyrothwell took one for the team and stuck his hand in and pulled it out. We all signed our name and took a photo of the clue and returned to the event for more geo-talk.

At an Event today Drayner and I went off to find this cache and soon met up with other cachers. Easy find, log signed and cache replaced where found. TFTC
Geoson found this with fellow cachers at an event for the lost treasure of Mary Hyde. Lovely park area here, TFTC.
A quick cache with joshuam12 before the nearby event.
We found another one nearby before this one and we saw some cachers that were on their way from that one to this one as we headed in.
I had already found it so it was just the matter of joshuam12 finding it before we headed over to this one.
It didn't take him long so we were able to get on our way quickly.
As we arrived we realised the cachers we ran into before were still here searching!
With our keen eye we on the money soon!
