I came, I saw & I retrieved the cache ..
A massive thankyou to those who came visited and logged the cache as a find, and for those that logged a favorite point against it.
But unfortunately with no one to adopt it I decided to close it off to allow someone else to place one in there instead.

Apologies guys but VeNi ViDi ViCi is going to go offline for a while, until I retrieve the cache seems like nobody would like to adopt it. After almost 6 years (wow hasn't time flown) this cache will be shut down - so that someone can put one in the area.
As of the end of this month/early next I'll be moving out to Orange - and will hopefully re-join the geocaching community to find some of the caches out there. For the people that have visited it and gave it a FP, or even commented on how nice the area is that it's in I do honestly and sincerely thank you for it.
But for now, this cache is going to go offline until I can find the time to get out there and retrieve it - once I have, I will shift the TD to Archived.

Congrats to bella at waggy for being the 150th geocacher to find my cache
Would anyone like to adopt this cache ? The reasons why I'm asking is because I'll be moving to Orange early April, rather than disabling it I would rather pass it on to someone that would like to take care of it. If I can't find someone, then I'll disable it and come and collect it..
Feel free to message me if you'd like to take this cache on

This was the only find for the day. After having my tyres rotated and balanced at Kmart in Castle Hill, I took a little detour home to find this cache. Geomum was with me so I navigated while she drove. We worked out the best place to park the car so we could enter the track from the easier side. I set a WP just after the wider patch of grass and we set off down the track. Sure enough, we got to GZ unscathed and was really enjoying the sound of the running water. I decided to stay on the track as Geomum climbed up a little so I could wait for the GPS to settle. Back and forth Geomum went as I instructed but we didn't seem to be finding anything. After about 10 mins, I put the GPS away and climbed up a little higher than the track. Sure enough, I looked over and saw something which didn't look quite natural - it was the camo for the cache. Being a warm day it was good to find a nice shaded bush track along a creek. We headed along thinking the hide might be at some of the bigger stand stone rocks but after the GPSr settled we found a nice hiddy hole and a good sized cache. We completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC
I've been meaning to get to this one for ages as I have a friend who lives around the corner, but never found the right time... until today. A pleasant little walk and an easy find. I was heading to where the gpsr said, but halfway there the geosense kicked in and I quickly had CIH. Tftc.
I know that I've been off the geocaching scene for a while - mostly due to personal reasons - was wondering if someone would like to take over ownership of this cache, as I may very well be moving out of the area in the next few months..
So if there's anyone out there that would like to take it over .. feel free to message me

I pass by here often and wondered where the path went, but never had much motivation to actually go (from the outside, it looks like a dead end at most). The cache was the perfect excuse to finally go, so TFTC!
Fortunately, my partner was better acquainted with the details of the white rabbit's journey than I am. Easy find after that! But watch out for large creepy-crawlies around the cache.
SL with partner, took a charm and left a novelty sharpener and bracelet.

Out geocaching with Jendid and her geodoggie! She took the route where Terrain = 3.5 and I smartly took the T=2 route! When cache was 20m further down, Jendid hailed me and we looked for like 2 mins before Jendid spotted the rabbit hole!
One of the cache photos helped!

great little creek line, good find. Have to come from right angle to see. TFTC
This one was fun!
Went with GeoSis and Geokids. We didn't read the description until we got there and realised we went on the harder side (Canyon Rd) but none the less we strode on. Trekking down the hill we found a good path. It was so much fun. The kids enjoyed it. Bit damp and muddy.
If you want a fun trek go Canyon Rd
Giving this one a favourite. Loved it!

Didn't read the description and decided to tackle this from the Canyon Street side with DarkAvengerx and the GeoNieces. It was a little challenging getting the little ones down but it was such a fun way to go! Got to GZ and found the rabbit hole and completed the signing duties, definitely giving a favourite point for location, so beautiful!
Got pretty wet finding this one, GPS had me further off the track towards the cliff disturbing a rainbow lorikeets nest before I turned around and saw whether the white rabbit had gone. SL TFTC!

Muggles: None
Weather: Pleasant
Cache condition: good
I had a dental appointment nearby, so decided to find some quick caches on the way home, to take advantage of an area that still has unfounds. I parked nearby, joined a quick work teleconference (made me feel slightly less guilty), then headed down the track. I was feeling strangely pumped, so jogged most of the way until I got to GZ. I looked around for likely hidey-holes, until I eventually spotted the container in its home. I signed the log, replaced the container, then walked back to my car (uphill!). TFTC

We came, we didn't see (the easy path) and we certainly conquered (major bush bash with a highly sceptical 4 year old)...
Then we found and took the easy path out
Took some stickers and a helicopter, left loombands.

We took a wrong path to find it but that made it more interesting! There's no pen in the box so take one with you. We took a gold coin and left a toy Dinosaur. One happy little 5 year old
Thank goodness for 10 yr old grandsons he was more familiar with Peter Rabbit. Great area. Loved it. Took heaps of pics. Met muggles out for a walk with their grankids. Thanks for bringing us here. Took plastic plane and soldier, found it key ring and sharpener. Left frog, ping pong ball, pirate coin, matchbox car and boomerang magnet. Tftc SL
Came this way after I discovered that one can't simply walk down the M2 haha! Lovely bit of nature here, nice and cool, and I didn't see any mosquitoes despite the water and dampness. My GPSr sent me a little bit south, but I soon found the cache. Signed log. Thanks for the cache!
nice stroll along the stream, I love it, accompanied with Everlasting. thanks for leading us here
OMG so beautiful creek with forest so enjoyed wander from another cache. no swap. signed the log with sevabo. thanks for the hide the cache and hunt. ☆★☆★☆
Glad I brought hubby along for this one. He was more familiar with the white rabbit's exploits and suggested likely hidey holes. I found a great spot and with head and shoulders in almost did an Alice! However I had the wrong one. Meanwhile hubby made the find and left me to the signing duties. We got a bit of a fright whilst looking around as a bright blue head and red beak poked out of a hole right at shoulder height. Seems we disturbed a couple of rainbow lorikeets who had already settled down for the evening.
TFTC and lovely little spot.

I came, I climbed, I conquered! GPS was sending me in all sorts of places, although the cache was on much easier terrain. TFTC
Found this with BAD new cachers that I discovered near GZ. The girls made the find while I got attacked by a vicious insect. Great bush walk from the butterfly effect #2. SL #1173 TFTC
Thanks for the heads up MrMalkovitch
Have emailed the two 'cachers to ask them if they've actually found it - noticing that they're relatively new to the world of geocaching - have politely advised them that I will be removing their logs, to return to the cache and sign the logbook and then log it on here

What a fantastic walk and a great cache location! If only all caches could bring us to places like this. My family and I had a great walk down to GZ, and after a few trips to the cliff face and back to the track, I finally had CIH. SL, TNLN. The previous two entries are dubious, as the last physical log entry was 27 Oct. TFTC AuSSiETiG3R!
Quite the adventure. Entered on the wrong path off willow drive too early( go down to the green park area first, make your life easier) and did much bushwhacking and sliding,, found the cache and took the easy path out tftc sl
Just near our Sydney accom for a few days. Took my aunt to her back yard for the first time. TFTC could not see other TB there tough.

I CAME, DIDN'T SEE, but still CONQUERED.
Came in (& out) the wrong way - from Canyon Drive. I suspect I made this 10 times harder than it should have been, especially as the light was starting to fade. And I have the scrapes to prove it going both down & up the slope, with ever shifting footing!
Arriving at GZ the light was really going & I saw a possible hide & went for it - luckily it was there, first place I looked.
Signed as the last light faded completely.
If there's a huntsman near the cache I couldn't see it in the dark. [xx(]
Couldn't see if there's a trackable there either.

hey Brandon,
Deleted your 2nd post as I saw you already had one up
Quick question: should I move the cache ? The reason why I'm asking is because of a photo taken by one of the geocachers with a whopping huge Huntsman on the side of the cache itself. Just don't want anyone to get bitten or harmed whilst retrieving the cache from the hiding spot.

Stepped out of my car and over a blue tongue lizard. Walked down the street and into the bush. What a great spot. So many potential hiding places but cache was thankfully soon in hand. Signed and returned and as I did noticed a nice big friendly spider right above my hand. TFTC! Now onto my parents place for my sister's birthday. 20 years to this day came the announcement 'And the winner is... Sydney'.
15/08/13. 7:04 AM. Cache #831. Current streak: 340 days. Because I didn't read the description first, I parked in Canyon Rd but then walked along the side of the bush looking down. No obvious way in, so I read the description, got back in the car, and this time parked in Carrabai Pl. Crossed Cook St and saw the start of the track. A short walk to GZ and when the GPSr finally decided to settle itself I was about a metre from the cache and saw the hide. TFTC and for bringing me to this lovely little pocket if bushland. }:)
Absolutely gorgeous spot - incredible to think that places like this still exist amidst suburbia. Now this is what I call a LOGBOOK! TNLNSL / TFTC
Well I did a fairly dumb thing. Tried to take the direct route through the bush alongside the Baulkham Hills Sports Club after finding the two toybox caches nearby up at Ted Horwood. I do not recommend this approach to anyone. Still, I persevered and after some real adventure, including being divebombed and attacked by rainbow lorikeets (what the?) and sliding down an enormous rockface, eventually made it to the creek where I could head NW toward the cache with more speed.
At gz I initially searched too high, as I suspect most do, but then found the cache after retracing my steps. For the record I walked along the roads back to my car at Ted Horwood. Thanks AuSSiETiG3R.

Tomorrow is my return back to Germany. So I had to drop some TB's, which should travel in Australia. For the late afternoon, this cache was the right one.
With Blurt I serched for the right track and enjoyed this nice area. Cache was quicjly found ande the TB's placed.
Thanks for showing us this wonderful place.

Found a short fire trail which was not the correct path as it would have been a 30m hard going bush bash to the cash. Went back to the road and found the correct path and enjoyed the nice stroll to GZ. Overshot the mark at first and was starting to make it harder on myself. After a reality check I realised it was a lot simpler than that. Soon had the cache and signed the log book.
Thanks for the cache. I ended up walking the trail down the creek to under the M2 and back for fun. Cheers!

Owner Maintenance completed - got a new logbook, and a new container plus some extra swaps ..
Had to be a bit careful as there were a couple of muggle bushwalkers that passed by GZ - managed to get it done pretty quick smart and the cache returned to "the hide" with a slight tweak on the camo.

I was nearby for work so went for a nice afternoon stroll to find the cache.
I must have found the correct track in because it was a nice easy walk and it didn't take much looking around to find the cache.

A word of advice - do not take the fire trail to get to this cache! this made us have to bush bash and scramble around a lot, only to find an easy trail once at geozone, with the entrance maybe 20 metres away from that of the fire trail's. Once we looked at the hint and image the cache was easily found. Really great area. Thanks for bringing us here.
We found it and scrambled back up the slope quickly as it was getting dark. Thanks for the cache in such a nice place.
As it was getting late and the light was poor, with an approaching storm, we took the quick route in, down the steep slope from Canyon Road. At the creek, it took a while for the Android to settle but once it did we soon made the find. It's a great spot down there, we will return some day and take a longer walk along the creek. After attending the NSW Geocaching 101 event today, I headed off with FarmerFrentzen to grab a few caches around the area. We pulled up near GZ and the muggle across the street must have wondered where we were headed, and then we wondered how many times he has seen people mysteriously disappear into the bush only to return a few minutes later. Once at GZ, we headed for the likely looking area to house a cache, but after looking in a few spots turned up nothing, we searched in another likely spot and soon had it. This is a great little spot down here.

We decided to attack this one on a lovely winters day albeit we left it until it got dark before deciding to break out of the geohouse. We looked at this one when our dear friends Mudflap Kimbo were with us but the weather put us off.
Headed off into the woods without thinking of looking for a path so turned this relatively easy cache into a difficulty 5 made worse by the pitch black.
Once at GZ soon had cache in hand

Found with Marcus Vitruvius during a quick run following the Geocaching NSW 101 event.
After a bit of a scramble down the hill we hopped across the little creek to GZ. I was very impressed at the hidden oasis that presented itself to us and during much warmer months I'm sure this would be a great place to explore.
No issues finding the cache after initially overshooting the runway.
