JH is closed for the winter but we were driving past so seized the opportunity to jump out and find the cache .. Lots of pruning going on at GZ but a good dig in the sawdust proved fruitful

what a great place to be, especially junior enjoyed it a lot. nice walk, quick found. TFTC
Out and about in the area on a great autumn day and grabbing a few caches as well. I never realised this small track was here, always being more focused on heading across the bridge to the other side I guess. They were open today but not overly busy so no problem with muggles. TFTC.
We took advantage of the beautiful autumn weather with a few caches listed to find. The path toward GZ was unexpected and the signage for the specimen plants a great surprise. TFTC
Easter weekend and what better than to go cache hunting with my favourite Easter Bunny. Worked out a circuit and off we went. Jester was closed for Good Friday, such a pity as they do great coffee and food. Enjoyed the little bush walk and made the find. TFTC
Yeah the blackberry got me!! and I wasn't the one that ended up with the cache!!

I am sure the cafe was very busy today but we discovered that the hide location makes this irrelevant, it was a quick find for us. Managed to maintain momentum despite the delights on offer which is sure to be good for my waist and wallet. Tftc
Struggle to find a park the cafe was so busy! No surprise though such a cool place. TFTC
Every time we went past this place it was busy busy busy (a problem with only coming to Nelson on holiday times!) however no one about at 7pm so a nice quick find with easy parking! Cheers

This cache was found as part of my epic as move down south to Christchurch from Auckland - A drive that involved around 3,000km, 350 caches, 14 days, and a bit of a detour through East Cape, Gisbourne, Napier/Hastings, some back roads in the Wairarapa, Cape Pallisier and Nelson/Tasman as well as every CANZ cache along the way that I was still missing. (Hence my excuse for the not as interesting log as I usually try to make mine.) But thanks to every awesome amazing as cacher that placed caches along these roads, you made my trip awesome, and very cache happy!
Boxing Day, place was closed, and then easy find once I realised which side of the fence it was on.
TFTC!!

Meant to get this after the Over The Rainbow event at the cafe but took off with Mrs Belt to get a puzzle cache I'd never have solved on my own I forgot all about it. On my way to Mot, doing some caching on the way, decided it was a must get. Found quickly
thanks to the help of flying phoenix finally found it. tftc was great to see everyone to get enthused
When I was trying to find this cache I couldn't spot it so I went back and asked my dad (biggles) if he could help me find it and he did. When we came back Hagar Macduff couldn't find it and I didn't mind going back so we went and I helped him find the cache.
Another place that I must return to..... for lunch, that is. Had already eaten, and this place was overflowing, so it was just a park and grab today.
Cachemaster RadioNut50 counted his steps perfectly, stopped and immediately reached for the cache successfully. First entry in a clean log book. Tftc.
It's going to be a long leisurely road from Motueka to Nelson today! Interesting sights here. 12 /27
It was an easy grab. It was more complicated to extract the logbook. Thank you for the cache / Merci pour la cache. Greetings from France !
Fun and easy cache. Great location. Cache placer inspired starting geocaching so thought would find hers. Thnx. TFTC
Found on Easter Sunday with furpurse, Mum & Dad. #35/36 finds for the day, second consectutive day for breaking my daily record.
After getting back to the Holiday Park at only 3:30pm we headed out to do a few more we didnt have time for while coming through from Nelson yesterday. Cache was exposed and spotted immediately. We covered with a bit of leaf litter. TFTC

Parked on the side of the road and walked the path to GZ. Took a short while to locate the well hidden cache. Thanks.

There was a lot of joking going on whilst we retrieved this cache, the cafe seems to be a popular spot with the locals and holidayers alike. Miss Geckoh convinced us that we need to stop shortly to get a real friut ice cream and Mr Geckoh was very excited by the prospect. Thanks for another placement and another smilie! TFTC

Thanks for all the hints. Made it a quickish find. It would have been desperate in here otherwise

After searching for a while, finally spotted a glimpse of the cache. Had to remove lots of blackberry from around the cache before we could get it. Nice little walkway here. Thanks
Clue made find easier, a good hiding place. Eels may have trouble with the current today. TFTC
In a far far away time, long before earthquakes (well, about ten days before, actually), Annie & PB went geocaching in Nelson for Annie’s birthday. Some of the caches never got logged, and this was one of them. So we’re logging it now – with a, hopefully, never-to-be-repeated, repetitive log.
So, thanks for your cache, and I’m pretty sure we signed the log. We maybe even took a coin or TB on further travels, or possibly dropped one off.

On my trip around the world I first visited the States, travelled from there to Australia and continued my trip in New Zealand.
Terra Fox joined me and we made a four-week-tour in NZ driving from north to the south and back again.
Geocaching can take you to spots you would never visit and so I used my trip to find some caches in every state and country.
Thank you for this cache and greetings from Germany

Amazing the places you discover looking for caches. Easy find after watching the tame eels. TFTC

This cafe is well worth a visit with the different sculptures, friendly eels and all the other treats...and the bonus of a cache. Thanks
Jr taybee is geocaching again in the south Island without senior taybee he is doing a road trip geocaching with this Nana and Auntie and look's like he is having a Good time #0778
quick find while going past, very quite here today,is that because of the bypass?TFTC
Found this cache while on our way back to Nelson, we decided that we would take the old route instead of the bypass. Was wondering why the cache was named as it was, now I know, found the cache in the first spot that I looked, no issues here BUT had to watch out for the gorse. Found during the break in showers and managed to sign without getting the logbook wet, thanks for bringing us to this nice walkway. TFTC TNLNSL (2477)
We were also amazed at how empty the road was. We finally had a chance to drive the new bypass and then came back the old fashioned way. TNLN TFTC
Took a little hunting - good thing the cafe isn't currently open. Cheers Gav [6953]
Found on 22/10/10.
Found by accident - we were on the wrong road when this one appeared on the nuvi so we stopped anyway (of course). The cache was found quickly leaving us a little extra time to look at the eels. SL. Thanks to Sidewaze for the cache.
