Thanks PostITgirl10 for this cache placement and maintenace. The cache container is looking a little worse for wear with cracks appearing. Log signed, all good with the book.
Today I had a number in mind, a required number of caches for 2021 and for many reasons, I was a little behind as December rolled through. Today was the last day to bolster some numbers for 2021 but the weather was not on the same page. So I rose early and hit the trail by 6.30am to avoid some of the heat. With a few of the OTD’s missing from the set, and several others that didn’t want to play ball, I ended up at 2.30pm with 9 more to get. Balaklava was not forthcoming so went south to Owen to complete the haul. A great day out, with the temperature ranging between 40 and 45 degrees from 11am onwards. Thanks to all the CO’s for their placement and ongoing maintenance.

Trying to complete my goal of a cache on every day of the year. This week is Mallala area to help to do this. Nice easy find. TFTC.
Yes yes yes finally find one. When I saw this I thought oh know first aid kit ready. Found with superman_22 and Giselle_12
Heart sank a little as I was pulling up here, but no, it’s actually quite easy. Thanks for placing!
Today, with the Adelaide COVID-19 lockdown lifted, I decided to head north and target the *Australian Prime Ministers* (APM) Trail, and the *It's a Small World* 60 series. I swung by St Kilda initially, reminiscing about the playground and mangroves I once visited as a child, and then continued to snake my way north following the Prime Ministers, and visiting Mallala in doing so. It drizzled on/off for most of the day, and as the rain started to set in as the sun set, I decided to take that opportunity to head home.
A quick driveby find, and the cache container and logbook were in good shape. Surprised how obvious this little SPOR is, that it doesn't have any issues with muggles, but I guess it is a random location. Thanks postITgirl10 for the cache placement, and TheKellyGang for its ongoing maintenance.

Headed North with LiB on this perfect caching day...Port Parham, Dublin, Mallala, Balaklava, Port Wakefield and many off the beaten track spots in between...we stayed out well into the early hours of the morning as the night was warm and well lit...
On arrival it was not looking good...not another one of these BBB's but alas the cache gods and the CO were kind to us this time

We expected this one to be another one of those that rip you to shreds but it was a a pleasant surprise. TFTC
TFTC. SL. Saw this from a distance. Not another dirty big prickly bush but in the end all turned out well.
We were afraid it was going to be in those fiendish cactus but a much kinder hide was found.
This was our last cache of the day before heading off to our overnight campsite. The cache was quickly found on arriving at Ground Zero as we had spotted it on approach. We signed the log book and then replaced as found. Thanks so much for the cache and greetings from Zimbabwe
This arvo I headed out after work to try and find enough caches to get to 8000.
Mission accomplished.
What a fab afternoon it was, love country caching and today was perfect for it. Not too hot. Enjoyed the scenery and finding lots of regular sized caches. Even better didn’t encounter any snakes or other scary wildlife.
Unfortunately had to stay back at work for an hour so didn’t manage to get to all the caches on my list but that didn’t spoil the afternoon.
Now hoping my Pies can win this last quarter then this will have been a real good day.
Quick find sign and replace here TFTC

Our aim for today had a couple of different parts, while out caching with ilook4geo. One part was to pick up some of the caches dedicated to Australian Prime Ministers, another part was to celebrate what happened on this day during the month of July (even though it is now March).
There were also a few other caches thrown into the mix as well.
Thank you to each CO for their contribution to the caching game.

Damp start to the morning, but it fined up as the day went on. Out with goingplaces2 to find some Prime Ministers and one cache for each day of July, along with a few others. TFTC.
Well, what a weekend! The FFLL ladies and myself decided to head over to SA to tackle the newest installment of the Fishy Tales caches, the Gone Fishin' series. Having a long weekend presented to us, and a day extra, we had a big task at hand to get them all done, but we did! There were many tears of laughter, exhausted bodies each night, and plenty of caches found. We even managed to score ourselves a few Earthcaches, Virtuals and even Webcams along the way as well as me passing my 10,000 find
En route to the Magical Unicorn Series and picked up a couple in Mallala. No issues with this one.
Thanks for the cache hide TheKellyGang and a very special thanks to the FFLL ladies for an awesome fun filled adventure away Looking forward to the next adventure.

With a long weekend coming up we decided to make it an extra-long weekend and hatched a plan with Rapidlywild to attack YP in SA again. It has been 4 years since we were last here so a few new caches/trails have come out since then. On our list was the Gone Fishn' trail as well as the 60 trail, Magical Unicorn and PSA as well as collecting random ones as well along the way.
Getting the "blurry eye" out of Canberra Friday morning we arrived in SA around 7.30am and the geo-mission began.
A quick find..TFTC postITgirl10

Good to see a small BBB-like cache like this actually easy to get to without death or blood. TYFTC SLTNLN
found with allister w on route to the unicorn series. All logs stamped mystery randoms for today. I could see in the future this cache turning in to a BBB, when that plant grows.
Day three away with tmann421 on our geocaching trip
Enjoying these finds in an environment far different to what we are used to at home.
Thanks to the CO's for the effort put into these hides.

Another good one found with woolwood9.

I nearly didn't stop at this one due to the cactus....then I slowed down enough to be able to see a spot that the cache may have been hiding, and guess what....it was! only a tiny scratch and I was off to the next cache.
Stamped the log as "Fabulous Randoms"
The weather was average but the day was enjoyable as there were caches to find
Thanks so much for the cache TheKellyGang! [^]

Found with Ismartis while out chasing hidden creatures, well, the souvenirs anyway. Sorry for the generic logs, but sometimes its a bit hard to write something for every cache in a power trail.
Thanks for placing the series and a big hello to Lizzy, and Bruce of course, great geocachers and even better friends

Yet another puzzled puzzler's Tuesday caching expedition. Today's crew of brisal5, Mrs. SA Sewer Rats and Doctor Owl set sail north again to where we were caching DNF's recently. Whilst doing that two weeks ago we rectified three DNF'S but added another three to the list. Although we made a lot of finds I managed to add another four to my DNF list! No matter we had a lot of laughs and I added a few unloved caches to my list along the way. [:o)]
A quick find despite the prickly camouflage.
**Thanks TheKellyGang for this cache. **

Owl was out on her usual Tuesday geocaching frolic with SA Sewer rats and Brisal5, this time with some northern exposure in mind. lots of dry weather roads were traversed, mainly because it was still dry, even though it was winter! The Starfish spotted the cache quickly, which was a relief as all that spiky stuff was a bit daunting.
After completing some of the 60 made my way home and dropped into a few caches along the way! Easy find TFTC
Criss Crossing the country side on my way to visit Mum for an early Mother's Day. TFTC
We camped at Mallala overnight and I went out for my morning run and headed down to this one. It took a little whiler to find in the dark. I am glad I brought a torch along.

Found very easily - the cache was out in the open. I replaced it where it belonged and blame an animal - perhaps the same one that took the previous container that I DNF'd. Maybe it still has it!
Day Twenty nine of our holiday, BettyBoo3747 and I are still at Semaphore in Adelaide.
Today was filled with a trip to Mallala and Angaston for some family stuff for BB.
Just squeezed in a few on the way home.
The old home here belonged to one of BB relatives, we had looked at this house earlier while being shown around.
We came back for the cache.
Thanks, Robmc.

#12125. Day 29 of our SA holiday. Time for family stuff today. This entailed a trip to Mallala and Angaston and then back to Mallala to look at old family properties and the cemetery.
Funnily enough we have already stopped at the nearby house as it was one of the family properties. As we drove off I noticed some small rocks and thought it might be a cache hiding place. Didn't even realise this cache was here at the time. Here we are back again and what do you know there really is a cache hiding here. Thought it must be a BBB hide but no.
Thanks TheKellyGang

Mallala. We have set up camp at the recreation grounds.
Today we headed out to find the caches that were close to town.
When we pulled up we thought it was going to be a BBB cache. A good hint helped with the find.

We decided to head up Port Wakefield way this weekend, so stopped in for caches along the way. Great relaxing weekend with a very poor geocaching success rate. Luckily this was one we found, thankyou
The first reasonable day in weeks so we headed out today to collect some caches and fly the drone to capture some footage along the coast. This was the second attempt on this one, and this time was a quick find as the cache was sitting out from its 'hide'. TFTC
We are currently returning from the JLWE and have needed to stop to get a few repairs organised and found ourselves looking for a free camping spot and have found a lovely one here in Mallala. We highly recommend it, are we allowed to do this, we guess so as it is not a business.
I had promised hubby that we would not take the motorhome down anymore dirt roads after the last one, guess I told a fib. He was so nice to me he just kept on saying "it's OK we will just drive a little slower". Then at GZ he spilled his blood after reaching into GZ, guess the plants have grown. We loved the style of this building.

I didn't want to log this cache until after I had shown my husband the caches I'd found today. I was under instruction NOT to take the new car off bitumen but I couldn't help myself. I am a cacher after all. Drove very slowly! TFTC
Just read the hint, which I didn't need while searching for cache. There were no rocks covering the cache when I found it. Sort of out in the open so I tucked it a bit further back but not out of sight.
Out and about with my Uncle "Scrappy Trucker" , He's been down for a week exploring our beautiful state so I decided to take him for a drive in the back roads to do a few caches here and there
After a DNF in 2012 it was great to finally get this one ticked off
Thanks for the cache TheKellyGang

"Strange Man" and myself found this cache out in the open in the blazing sun aaaargh! placed back in its proper spot after being found at 16:00 on Sat. 27 Feb 2016. Tftc
Saw it before the car stopped! Thanks for renewing this cache. No scratches today!

Luckily a quick find.
Was not keen on looking for a BBB type cache on a 40 degree day.

Given that it is 11 months since this has been found we didn't bother and headed home. CO please check this one?
A good day's caching tour with Mr Froghoppin. [^]
Only dnf for the day
Seems this one may have gone - or been eaten up by the Brad plants.
Or is it behind, where the fence won't let us go?
No finds since last year wasn't promising.
Will return if found again or owner checked.
Thanks for the challenge TheKellyGang
will place on the watch list and return asap!

Thanks for bringing me here anyway TheKellyGang
