Good Day,
This geocache was brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either replace it or archive it, after picking up any geo-litter. See the [maintenance section of the Geocache Listing Requirements/Guidelines](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#listingmaintenance).
I've added this cache to my watchlist, and I will check back in four weeks to be sure that the maintenance has been done. In the meantime, I have temporarily disabled this listing. When the maintenance is completed, the owner can enable the listing by clicking on the link below the cache name to return it to active status.
Whatever your intentions, please **post a note** here on the cache page (not email) to let us know that you are still active and maintaining the cache. If a month passes without seeing a response, then I'll assume that this listing should be archived.
Looking forward to hearing from you,

Searched high and low, used my camera phone as well. No sign in the likely places
Dnf for us today as well. Walked around and had a look at the rest of the cemetery. Really quite interesting to look at. Will have to come back next time we are in town..
A quick detour and made a quick find. Then Frullet Jr. was interested in the mausoleums so we went for a walk around the area. Thanks hoffam for placing.
Found it. So many beautiful mausoleums in a wonderful part of North Queensland. On road trip from cairns to Townsville in queens birthday long weekend. Many thanks
A nice place to visit, but I don't want to move in just yet.
The hint was close but now like a treasure map, "X" marks the spot.

Tftc found quickly in this beautiful place of tribute. Needs new tin, lid gone. Log/piece of paper dry!
Previously logged under team account BoogieRogue. Re-logging with my individual account. Found in the dark, our 4th cemetery find after sunset. Quick find on the way to Wallaman Falls. Picture is from the next day when we went back to check the mausoleums. TFTC

As we always say, "Geocaching takes you to the most interesting locations that you wouldn't find on your own.". This cache is a perfect example of this rule. After we found the cache we spent a lot of time walking the cemetery. We have never seen a cemetery like this in the United States. Thank you for placing a cache here so that we could see this for ourselves.
Such an interesting place...houses for the dead! Nice that someone had put an extra bag plus clean paper in the cache.
04/06/2017 3.20pm TYFC found on ground in the open. no lid. wet paper. i gave it new paper and a new bag. just not sure where to put it. ill put it very close to where i found it. it needs love.
I headed out to the New Ingham Cemetery today
And as soon as I saw the tombs,
I knew that there were a lot of Italian's in towne !! [:o]
Mama Mia !!
I headed for GZ first,
where I found the soggy cache.
Returning to the geomobile,
I dried it out a bit,
but couldn't save the original logbook.
So with a new zip-lock bag,
and a new page of 'water-resistant' paper within,
it can soldier on for a while longer
Needs a new container still,
but should stay dry if future finders put it back the right way [:o]
Time for a stroll of the tombs !!
Window shoppers will love this cemetery [:o)]

Quick find with Team BlackPearl26.
Interesting Spot. Tombs good enough to be homes for the living.

Found on the way back into town. Certainly put some effort into the burials here. Had to use a stick to retrieve, replaced closer to the 'edge' TFTC hoffam.
Today we explored Ingham and surrounds to find the caches that we had not done since our last visit and this was one of them. Once at GZ we made a quick find.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

The cache was quickly found and then we just had to wander around and check out these impressive mausoleums. Some were a bit neglected looking but the majority were real works of art. Thanks.
Great little hide. The logs are water damaged so couldn't sign. Definitely needs some tlc.
Got to GZ as per the GPS and the hint, but all we found was a broken Eclipse lid lying in the garden. I'm guessing the cemetery groundsmen picked this container up and discarded it while mowing around the very well-maintained front entrance. I considered placing a sistema container with new logbook here, but couldn't see a muggle-proof spot to leave it. Hopefully the CO can get out and replace the cache with something more durable than an Eclipse tin. The location really deserves a cache. We spent an hour looking through the cemetery, and enjoyed looking at all the historical graves and mausoleums - the Italians sure know how to honour the memories of their loved-ones. Thanks hoffam for bringing us to this wonderful location. Cheers from Bindair Dundat and Princess Madelyn.
Townsville to Ingham, stopping to pick up a few caches on the way.
What an amazing cemetry we have nothing like this at Port Macquarie.
Thanks for placing this cache hoffam

After paying my respects to local family, I couldn't go past this cache. Tftc
Headed to Cairns for the weekend to visit family and decided to some caching along the way.
Took a slight detour from the Bruce Highway so as to locate this cache. Quick find at the GZ.
Took nothing and left nothing. Log signed. Cache and log found to be in good condition.
Finding this cache has now given me a total find count of 1464.

We have never seen a cemetery with such elaborate mausoleums they are truly spectacular...and no doubt very expensive. Sad to see that some of the enclosed areas are deteriorating a lot....no doubt thanks to the tropical weather and humidity that they have to contend with
Many thanks for showing us this amazing place hoffam[^]

Minnie has left this cache where to I don't know. Been gone for a while by the looks
Getting close to completing a year of geocaching but we are rapidly running out of caches in Townsville! So a "quick" drive out of town was needed to extend the streak for as long as possible.
The GPSr tried to take us down a non existent road to get us to GZ so we had to resort to following signs [:o]
At GZ geoP made short work of the search and had the prize to hand in no time.

Straight forward find. Cache was full of ants however. I emptied them out as best I could. Hope they get the hint.
Enjoyed a slow drive around admiring the monuments.
No swaps. TFTC

Took a short while to find this well hidden cache. Interesting history of Ingham's cemeteries. TFTC hoffam and bringing us to this interesting cemetery.
North Qld 2013. Day 12 Townsville to Tully. The size of cemetery was quite a surprise, along with the RV camping down the other end. The sign was an interesting read. Thanks.

Must be a popular spot for visitors, lots around, but was able to find the cache - thanks!
Dropped in and found this on the way home from a BBQ at forrest beach! TFTC
Arrived to GZ and cache was soon in hand. We did a bit of a walk aroun of the area. Love some of these Tombs. Thanks for bringing us here.
As I was working in Ingham today I needed a find for 12/12/12 and this was the only one I had not claimed in Ingham. Easy find interesting place. SL TFTC
# 614 We couldn't find the Danger cache next to the church, so we headed back into town to and then down Cemetry Rd. Once at GZ, we found lots of green frogs but no cache.
After a little bit, the monkeys gave up and started running around leaving me to uncover the cache by myself. It was buried a little bit.

Took a little to find this cache but once we realised that we did not to disturb the vegetation we we fine, mrsbiggles was somewhat upset that she could not check out some of the other resting places, SL, TNLN, TFTC
This is a stunning cemetery. It's remarkable the expense that has been gone to for some of the memorials. A very lovely place for a cache.
TFTC!

It was raining non-stop - still we wandered around the tombs for a bit - very interesting and strange all at once! Found the cache a little too easily, with it just lying there uncovered. I assume the groundspeople are in on the secret of this one!
went to GZ to find the unusual sight of 6 elderly ladies having morning tea where the cache is so left this one for another day
