Had a quick look for this one on the way past but couldn't locate it. Lots of hidey holes so it could be there somewhere.
Team Cupcake Oz I couldn't find your cache, this was my 2nd DNF for the day. I did have 1 find today so all is not lost.

Found while on a short one-week holiday to Perth and surrounds.
While on my way to the nearby earthcache I decided to find a traditional or two, and as this was right next to the carpark I headed here first before walking to the quarry.
Cache found without problems and replaced.
Thanks for the cache, Team Cupcake Oz.

On a nice day visiting the area for some bush walking. Noticed this was near to where we parked. TFTC. TAD
Beautiful spot. I came abseiling here on Halloween in the dark! When I saw this I knew I had to come back.
My husband spotted it.. his first time caching with us... great one for the kids they did a swap:)
Thank you for this cache....I haven't been to this area stil I was a teenager learning to absail for the first time
Thank you was lashing rain but we still decided to go caching. Few muggles around so had to be discreet.
Parked at John Herington picnic area on Sunday morning to start caching in Boya and Darlington. I used to visit family in the area 25 - 30 years ago so it was nice to come back. The area hasn't changed much. Found the cache after quite a bit of searching. It was well concealed.
So it's taken me awhile to get back and check on it but was extremely disappointed that I was unable to find my original cache but instead a poorly hidden blue sandwich container. I've removed this and will replace with a proper cache within the week.

Cache enabled again...good luck finding the correct cache now, it should be clean and dry
While at a local event today, I decided to team up with Robroy_co and find some of the caches around this area. After finishing the xtreme camo cache adventure we found the "poorly hidden blue sandwich container" before the cache was disabled. Tftc Team Cupcake Oz.
Found after attending the meet and greet at the nearby quarry. Found what must be the original clear plastic systema container. From previous logs there appears to be two caches here? Cache found and in good condition, log dry. Replaced back as found. Thanks for the cache Team Cupcake OZ.
What a lovely coincidence that our paths crossed and we met you Team Cupcake Oz as we were leaving from our adventures in the Greenmount National Park. We didn't realise that it was your cache we had found until we logged it at home!! You are the cutest little caching team we have met!! Hehe! TFTC
Nice easy cache to round off a big day in the area. I intended to get this before the hike through the quarry but some suspicious muggles were about.
In the end it was my last grab before heading home for a some much needed rest.
Just a note, the cache and log are soaked and with the rain due in the next few days it's not going to get any better. As a result I couldn't sign the log. Did take a photo though for my own memory TFTC!

Hey team, as mentioned before the log is very wet and in need of maintenance. It Is isn't going to dry out anytime soon. Hope you can drop by
Good find for kids. Closed but full of water when we found it - everything soaked except for sealed log book, which we didn't open so as to keep dry.
A easy find. Thankfully it was too early for spiders. Log is dry. A good day abseiling at Mountain Quarry. TFTC
Quick find with newbies omadietje. Was out in the open. His under rocks so muggles don't see
Fantastic, We took Grand/dad out for ANZAC day and he's loving it just as we are!
One of a run of quick finds by Detour Junior , a few seconds after the GPS bleeped. A nice spot for a cup of tea and a snack, and to meet some fellow geocachers (loreleicampbell and rellies) out enjoying the balmy autumn afternoon. Junior must have re-hidden the cache well, because she ended up dropping a few handy hints to the next team when they had trouble spotting the cache (but also turned up another bogus [?] container!).
Couple of swaps for Junior and Nano, then off to the next one... TFTC

It's the day after Christmas and after eating all that delicious food needed to walk it all off with a spot of caching. Arrived there shortly before 3pm and gosh still so hot. My daughter was meeting up with some fellow climbers at the old quarry and I to do some caching. Had a good morning caching at Whiteman Park and now this lovely trail. Found this one and signed the log and was looking forward to the next but realised it was not such a good idea to go off on your own as a visitor to Perth and headed back toward the quarry and watched with amazement how they climbed up those rocks. Lovely area.
Just the girls of our team today (geomum and geomiss3) we battled those cobwebs and won! Tftc.
I think this was the 4th time I've tried finding this cache. After 3 times in the past with no luck, my partner went to try again with our son, and found it easily. So I went again and found it quickly. We can only think that the previous times we've tried, it was overgrown and/or covered with leaf debris.

Meet a few other cachers here. Added some paper to sign as no log book was there. Tftc- bit of fun night caching for me
Finally found it. Been here a few times looking for it. Today it was smack bang in plain view...
Found it. Protected by lots of spiders!! John Herrington was a ranger in the Mundaring area and lived nearby.
Just checking on my caches today...all in good condition here and in it's correct location. Topped up with a few swaps.
Happy caching!
Happy caching!
thought i would do this just before abseiling today quick easy find find with brumby 74 .tftc
Today I had the pleasure of introducting Katyball26 & thegeokiddies to geocaching. This was there very first find. It was so wonderful to see how excited they were to find it and have a look through the contents of the container. We explained that it had to be put back in it's hidey hole then it was off to find a few more. Looks like we have converted some muggles to our wonderful world of geocaching. TFTC
