Tricky Climb, no discernible path, all good though, cache needs new container.Tftc
Earned every bit of that 2.5 star terrain. The cache needs some maintenance, however after that climb. I dont think Ill be coming back with a replacement container! TFTC
Should never of worn shorts. The things we do just to get closer to #500.TNLNSL TFTC Jeffjulie
I didn't read the instructions well, parked in the wrong spot and bush bashed up and across until the container was in view. It's apparently a reserve but should be 'reserved' for cachers with a better sense of direction. I sussed out the more direct route on the way back. With Cazzamatazz. Not literally, she sat in the car and took photos. TFTC #545
Bit of a climb but not too bad, after reading past logs was expecting the cache in worse condition. Log had dried, signed and replaced cache so it would stay dry. Thanks for bringing us here tftc
Enjoyed a spot of caching and a peaceful drive after work. This was the final cache before the sun went down. It was a bugger of a walk with bastard bushes all around.
There is a large hole in the lid and it is cracked. The cache is in poor condition with a very waterlogged log book. I had nothing on me to fix cache. Cache is exposed to elements & I tried to recover with natural camo. This cache needs urgent attention or it wont survive the coming wet months.
Much easier/quicker getting back to the car.

We have been allowed to travel to South Australia and our first stop was Bordertown then onto Millicent where we will spend a few days before heading towards Adelaide.
We have arrived, it has been such a long time since we have been to Adelaide and we are out there finding the many caches that have been placed since we were last here or the ones we have not had time to find before. All caches are in good condition, some were easy finds some were down right difficult due to the great quality of their camo. This is our last day in SA, tomorrow we head back to Victoria

Went tripping with Purrfect Di. Jack tagged along too. A couple of sunny days down south
Accuracy in description.
Yes - it's a park. And we could park, nearby,
By... Waterlogged. Sadly accurate too.
It may dry out, it may need attention. Summer is coming
Thank you for putting this cache out on the SA geomap Waterlogged
A good cardio workout dodging the prickles!
---
Caches everywhere are located and logged using some or all of the resources of GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife), Garmin Montana 750i, Montana 680t, Etrex 35, Samsung S20+, Samsung S9, with Geocaching App, c:Geo, or Geooh Go, and Android Auto and other maps... or often with just plain old dumb luck!
---
Please do stay safe when caching.
Lookout for mud, snakes, surprise cliffs, wild goats, wombats, bulldust, and lightning,
try not to get tetanus from rusty mint tins and don't fall out of trees...
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- but especially lookout for bugs. [xx(]
Make sure Travel Bugs are the only bugs you share and pass on
We really appreciate all those placing quality caches out and about around the countryside,
it keeps our game safe, fun, and interesting

Little bit of a trek! Wouldn’t recommend thongs or doing it at night ahahha but it’s doable either way
Today, the objective was to group assault the new *Tinjella Trail* deck of cards power trail with Brad&Janet, Freddo, and gridge98 via mountain bikes. Well, two of our group were fortunate to have e-bikes. The Tinjella Trail took us just over three hours to complete, and then we re-fuelled ourselves at Meadow Bakery. I continued to geocache around the area targeting some oldie caches, a few prior DNFs, and mountain biking the *Are you kidding me?* series. I soon became tired and the sun was setting, so called it a day. A really nice winter day to be riding around.
This was a steep walk to the top of the hill, with a few bastard bushes avoided. At least the cache find was reasonably quick. The cache container lid is cracked, and the logbook is quite damp. A CO TLC visit is probably required here. A kinda cool location, thanks Waterlogged for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Fluffymaxi and I headed out for a drive today. We had two hours to spare so I decided we would target a cache hidden to fill a gap on the Jasmer grid that was about the right distance and had time for a couple more so gave this a go as it also filled a gap on the hidden date grid for us.
It was a beautiful day for driving through the hills and valleys to get here.
The lid of the cache is broken and so the cache has been inverted to try to keep moisture out. Despite this and the log book being in a sealed plastic bag, it was still a little damp, perhaps in tribute to the hider.

Parked and make the short walk up the hill. The Lid is cracked. But should be okay.
Got up early this morning and headed south to collect a few caches before an event in mount barker around lunch time. A good morning out with 65 finds in total.

Definitely a workout for the legs. Clearing around GZ helped gps. Easy when your near GZ. Log has probably seen better days. Thanks for the adventure!!
After parking the car, it was an uphill walk to get to this cache. Accurate coordinates led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Waterlogged for the cache.
Had to take Geomutt to vet in Meadows for his checkup. Of course grabbed a few caches when out here. Climbed up the hill and made an easy find. Water has got in and log is a little damp. TFTC
Thong attire probably not best trekking from the bottom but made the find all the more satisfying. SLTNLN TFTC

Found on a great day out caching after visiting Langhorne Creek wine show with Wal & Ol. TFTC!
Found with Pony1966 after a great afternoon wine tasting in Langhorne Creek. Unloved area, lots of dirt dumped, but fab walk up the hill. Quite a climb for our last cache of the day (20 finds, 0 DNFs...woo-hoo). Fave point for the great location. TFTC
Well calf muscles will know about this cache tomorrow....lmao...fun to find. Tftc
Cold wet and windy rainy day look at the cache and said not to day. then I started read the logs and seen it was replaced back a year ago by a good friend sir_spectre and now it needs to be replaced and we didn't have anything in our car so in to meadows to get a replacement cache better stronger and it better last more then a year now
Awesome experience, I parked down the bottom and was surrounded by hundreds of butterflies as I walked up to the cache. The container has got a bit hot I think at some point and doesn't seal anymore and needs to be replaced. TFTC
Visiting geo nanna in Mount Barker for Christmas.
planned to spend some time caching today.

Park here? Park where? The Prius wound have needed some assistance getting out of this one if we headed down the road. Love the walk and view from the cache. TNLN. Cheers.
Found it with CherryRose after lunch in Macclesfield. Bit of a walk up the hill TFTC TNLNSL
Found out with Beary Organised on lovely sunny day. Alright to Park here but a bit of a climb for 2 Grandmas. TFTC TNLNSL
Found while down this way making a new friend
Was doing drive-bys but was nice to find one that required a little more effort
Zip bag is holed and log is a little damp, could use some TLC, didn't feel like repeating the climb with a fresh bag.
Thanks for the cache Waterlogged

Not where I thought it would be, 60 meters out but saw something shiny and snagged it.
After a brisk walk up the hill, a quick and easy find was made at GZ. TFTC. 21/05/2016, 3:41 PM Find #2176
out for the day with sir_spectre doing some kuipto caches in the rain. found after lunch
found it with jacknor in the rain, after reading the last teams log i brought a replacement cache with me. it is now a screw top container with black tape wrapped around it. added plastic bag to log book.
Quick find after a hard climb,(hard for 73 year old) this cache needs replacement container.TFTC
TFTC. Good cache for adults and older kids, dont recommend for preschoolers. Cache needs maintenance.
I was feeling a need to find some caches, so after giving clare007 a call, we drove out with my dog, Mandy. There was a bit of thunder & lightening around but not too close when we started...parked at the bottom of the hill and made our way up...zigzagging to avoid the twigs, branches & prickly bushes...unfortunately one branch got me but a little blood is nothing when you are going for a cache . Found the cache...seriously this needs some TLC...we found the ice bag that contained the container without a lid...the log book had obviously been wet as it was dry & the pages were stuck together...don't know for how long it will stay dry as that stormy weather reached us while putting the cache away...the rain pelted down as we raced back to the car much more quickly than the ascent...another adventure had...TFTC Waterlogged...funny your name resembles this cache...
Unpleasant walk, no really path and all for a very trashed cashe, not impressed.
Found with AckersKids

Waterlogged indeed..lid broken...in plastic ice bag.Full of water! Put need book in sealed bag..needs urgent maintenance
Good spot! Unfortunately the cache was to trashed and water logged to log. Owner please maintain.
Been past here many times wanting to find this one. First time I have been with a geofriend and was able to stop. Nice little stretch of the legs to make the find. As previous finders have said needs a new lid. Sorry didn't have one big enough. Tftc
Headed out to Meadows on this wet afternoon with Gral4 to do some cache maintenance and pick up a few others. Despite the rain we had a good time and I ended up with 13 caches and only 1 DNF.
This was the hardest to get to cache of the day with the steep slope and prickly bushes.
TFTC Waterlogged.

Didn't have anything to do this afternoon so thought I would go for a drive to Meadows and pick up a few caches along the way.
The weather wasn't very promising, but what's a little rain. [?] Quite a nice change after the heat of last week. [^]
Found the cache after a nice little walk in the wet bush. [^] As previous finders have stated the container lid has completely disintegrated and the log book pages are all fused together. I did not have a new container but did put a new log in a new bag into the cache. [^]
This one desperately needs some TLC.
Thanks for the cache Waterlogged.

OMG that was an adventure! Got the in the end! Lid broken/smashed! Tried covering up as much as I could! Reckon the rains though will get in though! TFTC
Touring Australia having left Perth in late February we are leisurely touring South Australia.
Currently camped in Kuitpo Forest we decided to head out around Macclestone and investigate the local area. Lots of nice scenery and even a winery.

This was a good cache to work off the pizza lunch we had at Strathalbyn they do awesome pizza at Ruffinos. The GPS is teasing us a lot today, for this one it was spot on so after startling a mob of kangaroos lazing around nearby we had the cache in hand. Signed the log and tucked the cache safely away. Thanks Waterlogged for the hunt and the exercise. Tftc
Steep climb to get to this one with lots of scrub and undergrowth. There was a nice large cache at the end as a reward. Got scratched on the way there and back down again. TFTC Waterlogged.
Little walk up the hill, yep.
A wasn't looking for the exercise but got it! Great hunt for mum and kids

A nice walk on my way home from the hairdressers - didn't see a geocoin in here TNLNSL Thanks
Steep & scubby but short walk to cache site. I had to carry 5 yo Little Miss Bone Cruncher some of the way but we got there without much trouble. Easy find once at GZ. Great little spot in remnant bush land. Thanks for bringing us here!
A good hike up hill was looking out for snakes thank goodness we did not see any that is not to say they were there. TFTC
We've driven past this cache a few times over the past couple of years, so it was about time we parked the car and went and found it.
Mrs J waited with the vehicle, and took the bash up the incline and had a nice quick find upon reaching GZ. This is the second cache we've visited today not long after Laighside Legends.
Thanks Waterlogged.

My favourite since I began geocaching - I actually had to do something to find this one!!! Love when its not just in a tree on the side of the road. Luckily Im a bit fitter than I used to be as I didnt expect quite that big of a climb, but loved it! Was even more fun trying not to fall flat on my face on the way down.
After my long hair and clothing covered in prickle-bush-prickles and some cuts & scrapes from slipping (being winter) I'd found the cache, signed log, retrieved TB (albeit a different one to the one in inventory) and made my way down the hill again. Thanks for an awesome cache hide, Waterlogged!

People were just leaving as we arrived I think may of got the TB any way nice spot dropped off another TB thanks
I'm so so unfit... Hill climb from hell but we made it and it was worth the effort. Excellent cache.
Doing a bit of caching on the way home from the JLW event in Yankalilla and stopped to give this one a try. You're right about the level of maintenance for this "park." Could use some work. A quick hike had us at the cache. Signed in, took nothing, and left a yoyo to help out the contents. Thanks much for the walk to the cache and the fun!
This one got the heart going. Hiked up and thought, Im glad im not doing this in summer.
been meaning to grab this one for some time and today seemed like the perfect day for a climb. Found it ok and also found a lone snake skin which was the very reason I had been putting this one off for a while!!

In Meadows early this morning to bag a few caches.
What an interesting place for a reserve, I kind of thought its a shame that its a reserve that not signposted. But after discovering the terrain would probably decide to give it a miss as it has no facilities or picnic tables. I guess this reserve will remain the secret of the town and the community of geocachers. I think I said some choice words at some nearby trees and wished I hadn't left my safety glasses at home, but was worth the walk for the view & the cache.
Cheers Waterlogged for sharing this secret.

Well, if there is a geotrail up to this I didn't find it. Huffed, puffed, tripped and trudged my way up. Was rewarded with a quick find. . Then rewarded myself with a sit down for a few minutes to get my breath back. Followed what started like a sort of trail that then turned into jungle again and slid my way back down. Thanks waterlogged. It was an adventure
A neat little hidden area that you wouldn't usually stop at . Pity the place is being used as a dump .
Made the short trek up for a find.
Took smilie ball. Left 'Harry's Dragon' TB (already grabbed by aynat73). SL.

Reminded me of Anstey Hill near to our place,
Glad it was 45 degrees like yesterday.
WE complained about the bushes , flies and terrain.
But had a fab time.
We parked car at S35 10.966 E138 46.214
