Always frustrated that the cap never stayed on this one!

Thanks to all the previous finders. The cache has been removed from GZ.

08-Aug-11
Saw a new cacher looking for this one and decided to stop in and say "hello!". Found that the camo was dislodged. Replaced to the correct position.

Always nice to meet a cacher out in the wild.

07-Aug-11
Pulled up hoping for a quick find on this one in what seemed like a very discreet little spot but less than 60 seconds into the search another car pulled up and instantly I thought...uh oh...BUSTED! lol All was good though as it turned out to be the one and only Fluffyfish and his friend! Great little cache with superb camo. I could tell a lot of work had been put into it. First time I have ever run into another cacher as well! Was lovely to meet you Fluffyfish. SL TFTC Smile

Found at 2.10.

Had no problem with this one, but a nice hide.

03-Jul-11
Found very quickly due to the cover being missing and cache exposed. Signed and had a quick look around and found cover in the leaf litter and replaced as good as new. Very well constructed.
The place smelt bad today as it always does and the memories came flooding back. Looked after this place for 24 years as a tradesman, leading hand and foreman. Want to know how to make coke and how every piece of equipment in this place works look no further. Noisy, smelly, dirty and dangerous thank goodness I'm out of there.

Very sneaky ff tftc

23-Apr-11
This one didn't elude us for more than a minute or 2, helps having seen something similar in the past. Very well executed/constructed. The kids were fascinated by the mountains of coal. A good time to search, with the area being muggle free! Thanks for the cache fluffyfish

23-Apr-11
We are spending Easter with family in Dapto, so we headed out to do some caching at Port Kembla. We were fascinated by all the industrial machinery operating nearby, complete with flames! We got close to GZ and I got lucky when I literally put my hand on the cache. What a great cache container! We love the amount of work that went into making this one! Thanks fluffyfish. TNLNSL TFTC

17-Mar-11
This took awhile, about 5 minutes, to find. Very tricky hide. Coords are spot on. Well constructed and thought out. A big favorite cache now. Great work. SL TFTC

12-Mar-11
Coming up towards the tree I stumbled lightly and just put up my hand in front of me. And then I found the cache...
Nice idea.

18-Feb-11
Wow loves your camo so so excellent one - trust your GPS... Signed the log. Thanks fluffyfish.

13-Feb-11
Stopped in on a quiet Sunday afternoon. All good. Happy caching!

Wow, a very clever hide. As many people have said previously, trust the GPS. TFTC!

14-Jan-11
There is a similiar style of cache nearby (Huntley I think). Thanks

06-Jan-11
An interesting hide. Decided to trust the GPS and it worked

06-Jan-11
A very neat hide. Once again today I decided to rely on what the GPS was saying to me. It had me right on the spot. Found in a few minutes.

Nice find..
Ive seen it before somewhere in Qld and Vic.
Thanks for the hunting and caching

17-Dec-10
Well still using car GPS because I (like an idiot) left the hand held GPS at home. I got scratched, covered in grass seeds and altogether mangled and had just about given up when Papa Bear got the cache, brilliant hide and our 150th find.

13-Nov-10
To log some TBs.

13-Nov-10
It's at the first place I started to search, but I gave up too soon and walked away for another possible spot. Lucky Anamatronix didn't, and just as I turned back, she got it in hands!
Thanks for a well hidden cache Fluffyfish!

13-Nov-10
What a nifty hide! Even the rain didn't put us off; scared ^B^ with my very loud AHA!!

07-Nov-10
Nice camo - have seen a few similar recently. SL TNLN TFTC

A find whilst out on a caching run with Black Bunny and Just a Cacher.
Thanks for the cache! Sorry it's taken so long to log this.

06-Nov-10
Out for a very long caching day with Candy Cane 101 and Black Bunny. Black Bunny was feeling in need of caching run, so Candy Cane 101 and I agreed, just to make him happy, of course! We started around Bowral, and quit at dusk somewhere around Wollongong. It WAS going to be a two day adventure, but we couldn't find anywhere to stay. We then bought chicken and chips, ate it in the dark in a park, and then drove back to Canberra, arriving well after midnight. A long, long day, but Black Bunny went to bed with a smile on his face.

Thanks, Fluffyfish! This is becoming a habit! I love your hides! I can't wax lyrical about this one without giving it away, so you'll have to take it as read. Best one yet! I can say that, because "I" spotted it, for a change, not the others. I can appreciate all the work that went into this one, too.

06-Nov-10
Out on a run to pick up a few caches with Just a Cacher and Candy Cane 101. Loved the hide. JAC grabbed this while we were looking for a more obvious hide. SL Thanks

Completed with Ace7 and first for the weekend, and it certainly made us put our thinking caps on. Nicely done Fluffyfish and thanks for your cache.

16-Oct-10
Tricky cache but dad Toadmiester7 managed to find something I'd missed.

15-Oct-10
A scary place with all that noise, gas & fire - reminded me of scenes from Blade Runner. A well thought out cache, thanks.

08-Oct-10
Did that truck driver wave because he knows a cacher when he sees one, or because of where I park my car? Stopped on my way to work this morning and got the wave as I strolled back to my car, gizmo in hand. Anyway, initially gizmo bounced a little, but settled about 3 metres off. This is my 42nd cache, I'm starting to find a few harder caches now so was quite happy to use my vast experience Wink to nab this one quickly.
Nice work Fluffy Fish, I look forward to seeing your next go at this type of hide. TFTC Smile

07-Oct-10
With only 1 spare hour left today, I rushed over here a made a surprisingly quick log. Great camo on this one!

Excellent work fluffyfish. It didn't take long but an accident involving an insect was the difference.

25-Sep-10
Arrived at GZ and started the search. Caught me by surprise when I finally laid my hand on the cache. Nice one FF. Thanks

23-Sep-10
I was walking the Gizmo in for a third time to try and get a more accurate idea of GZ when Chip made the find. She is often good like that! Dingo enjoyed sniffing everything that was around, I suspect that he could smell rabbits!

A sneaky cache, but these are the ones that I like best!

This place certainly is not quiet, even late at night...

Cheers

23-Sep-10
I couldn't get gizmo to stop bouncing around and when I handed it over to Hoojar to get a better reading, there is was.
Its nice to see a cache with some thought behind it.
Cheers.

22-Sep-10
Checked the cache out this morning. All good. Thanks to all the finders so far.

20-Sep-10
Another very clever cache from fluffyfish.
We had to opportunity to hunt for this one early this morning on my way to the place that pays my wages but the difficulty had me concerned that I could be late. Luck being on my side this morning and I still got there in time.
Sneaky hide with a great camo job. Thanks for the challenge.

Why am I always away on business when new caches are published in the Illawarra???? This one rubs salt into the wound as it is only 500m from the office!!!!!!!

16-Sep-10
It certainly is the quick and dead when it comes to claiming FTF's around Wollongong. I seen this pop up and knew it would be an hour or so before I could grab it but I was quitely confident.
On my way home from work I made a detour in by here and when I arrived at GZ and seen no-one around I thought that I might be lucky to grab those FTF honours. The cache was soon in hand and as I unwrapped the log I seen that I'd been too slow. Well done to KC.
I guess if you snooze, you loose.
Thanks fluffy fish this well constructed cache.

16-Sep-10
Mrs KC said that this cache had been published for nearly an hour before we left to make the find!!!!! Considering its location and where some other cachers work, we were very suprised to be FTF. On arrival at GZ Mrs KC said HMMMM 4 mtrs accuracy!! Well you look there and I will look here!! 20 seconds later the GPS said "LOOK HERE" and there it was. Another well hidden and thought out cache hide. The history lesson was also excellent. TFTC

16-Sep-10
You always need to be quick for a FTF in Wollongong and today was no exception.

I thought The Rats might be busy with SES but it was not him that beat me in any case (hey KC Smile).

In the darkness and wind the smell of coke was in the air and after a little search I had the cache. Always like it when someone goes to a little trouble with the cache container. TFTC!
