Logs
We headed off to this one after finding "Cross the Dry Creek Bed". We were a bit concerned about this one after reading the previous logs. We made our way towards GZ - the water around here was rather vile and polluted - and once we got close to GZ we conducted a wide search. We spent nearly half an hour searching with no luck. We gave up and headed off to find our way back to the car when we ran into the Burner Family headed towards this cache. After chatting for a while they decided not to bother with the cache either. We were rather lucky we ran onto them though as we had totally lost our sense of direction and had no idea how to get back to our car. They had parked right next to our car so were able to get us back there!!
Needs new log and urgent attention.
Could also do with a waterproof container.

Found while out caching with The-Don.
Got down to the creek and The-Don set out after the cache while I stood and watched.
Just happened to look down the creek to see a round green painted container floating in the water.
The-Don retreived the container and opened it. Full of water as expected.
What do you know but it contained a log or at least it used to, a pencil and a couple of swaps.
The water was drained and the log removed. The cache was placed back near orginial co-ords.
We have no idea of the hide so it may be moved now.
Thanks Woodbats

Found a pencil but norhing else - think its all been washed away - evidence of flooding
It would seem that a Chinese takeaway container is not a suitable cache container especially when it is next to a creek in storm season. There wasn't even a log book left in here. EVERYTHING had washed out of this one. A nice pleasant spot but the cache is in serious need of maintenance and possibly a $3 spend on a systema container that all future finders would really appreciate.
Found this cache very quickly on the way home off a night at work......Log is still soaked and can't be written on. Put cache back as found......TFTC
Took the geolux right up to GZ. The water wasn't running today but there were some beautiful yellow flowers everywhere. TFTC

On the way back from Cross The Dry Creek lets see if those little muggles on pushbikes have disappeared, geo daughter in full cache mode take the track down below and sneak up on it that’s the plan Garmin Asus A50 pointing the way and straight to the point, its gotta be here somewhere look hard geo daughter, no maybe we better check the clue then. By the time I got the clue out geo daughter is yelling “I found it”! “can we have the dinosaurs daddy please” was the first thing I got to see out of the cache. Ok then put two things in then seen as though you found something you like.
