Having solved this one and being in the area today, we decided not to attempt it with all the DNF's of late . Hopefully the CO can check on the cache to confirm whether or not it is still in existence. TFTH
Have had this solved for a while but only just realised that the property this I'd on goes all the way through to the street behind where I walk.
Wandered through and spent 25 minutes hunting but no luck.
Will watch to see if anyone finds but a few DNF now.

DNF. First Unknown to try. Solved the puzzle pretty quickly and wanted to find straight away. So 8.00pm at night pulled up near a truck yard and started having a look. A big orb spider was blocking the way to the GZ so had to release its web from the long feature that I believed the cache to be near. No luck.
Will wait for confirmation that it is there before looking again. Thanks anyway.

06:50am.... Definitely in the correct location given info in prior logs (and the solved puzzle!) but no sign of a nano anywhere. Had a good hunt and saw some good spots. Will keep an eye and see if anyone else finds in the future and will revisit. Thanks.
DNF @ 15:15.
Solved this a while ago, but only just got the chance to seek it today.
Took a few minutes to realise I was supposed to be looking for a nano, which appeared to suit my GZ well.
Unfortunately I was unable to find it - even expanding my search in each direction without luck, using a torch and stick to investigate the various holes!
My companion was waiting in the car so couldn't spend longer searching...

Finally got around to finding this one. Easy night parking in Truck Art's driveway.
Easy puzzle, finding the cache was a little harder as the GPS wasn't liking the cloud cover this morning. Found using satellite image & working off (moving) landmarks.
TFTC Mickeydv!!

I had worked the coordinates out some time back. Had a look on my way back from the airport. I struggles to find the cache and then read the logs to discover I should have been looking for a nano, now that helps.
Thanks Mickeydv.
Thanks Mickeydv.
Was looking around for a long time and gave up but a quick check on the coordinates and realised I typed it in wrong in the GPS. Finally went to the right GZ and found it with mpezzutto and 22kgdhui. TFTC!
Had the wrong coords the first time & wasted half an hour in wrong spot. After getting the coords right, it was a very quick n easy find. Beautiful spot. Thanks to mickeydv our perth-geocache-creator. /w abbst3r & 22kgdhui
I have a bone to pick with Mickey! Spent quite some time searching along the length of the obvious area for the listed 'small' size cache. About to retire defeated but after reading back further in the cache logs looking for a bit of inspiration discovered that months ago the cache was changed - to a nano! And then it was found within seconds. Well, the puzzle was certainly easy, which was a very nice change, so I suppose that made up for it!
Thanks for the puzzle and the hunt Mickeydv.

A nano? Ahh hell, I definitely wasn't looking for one of those. Spent a long time in the vicinity to no avail, then had to leave when three black swans decided to cross the road. Traffic chaos ensured as everyone tried to miss them and eventually some guy stopped and tried to usher them back into the bush, right beside where I wanted to be. Oh well, them's the breaks.
Kego had left his GPSr out this way and we called in for a quick find before the black skys opened up. Felt the drops and sprinted back to the car. After the downpour finished located the cache about 9m away from GZ found a evil place to put it back but had a stern look from Keego and put back where found with a slight camo covering.

After fixing my senior moment from yesterday(see AK's log), I filled up the GeoPatrol at the servo, while AmstradKid went searching for the cache. After he had found the cache I placed a new log into the nano. I stop the evil side of AK from getting out, and the cache placed back where he had found it.
While out this way getting the GeoPatrol seen to, I decided to scout this one out, I arrived at GZ as the heavens opened up. My first search took a while and was very wet, thinking this is harder than it should be, I decided to move onto the next cache which was just up the road. As I went I texted the CO for an idea what I was looking for. After the response the cache was easily found, it helps you if are looking for the right size... SL TFTC Mickeydv
Yay. A puzzle that gives those of us who are puzzle challenged a place to start. Thanks; I suspect if I'd have started with this puzzle before I'd attempted some of your others, I would have been able to make better progress. Took 10 minutes to spot the cache. I have a habit of dislodging such caches to irretrievable locations so I took a photo and left the cache alone. At least you that'll make it longer between maintenance trips for you! Thanks for the cache Mickeydv.
Just like Machman I have had this in my solved pile for too long.

Out on a "Puzzle Cache" run with McFonz and Felix II.
We had a list of Puzzle Solutions due the varying degrees of hard work from the different team members, so today was about picking up the Caches.
This was the very first cipher puzzle I ever solved but it has stayed in my pending folder for a firther year,
waiting for a convenient visit to the area to find it.
Well that monumentous moment finally arrived today.
I am quite sad to see this one go from my Geo map !!
Thanks for the puzzle and the Cache.

I solved this a while back and decided it would make a good one to find when I work a public holiday, but I chose to take this one off, so made a special trip to get it.
Looked in the right spot in the wrong spot for a bit but found it soon enough.
Thanks for the puzzle, MDV!

Approached this one with trepidation. Especially when seeing how busy the area is in the middle of a work day. But all was good. Thanks for an easy puzzle MDV. Gives me encouragement to go back and tackle some of your nasty ones that I have let lapse.
Well we had family to deliver to the Domestic Airport today so we dropped them off for their flight then continued on our way to do some local caches.
So after lunch at the Belmont Tavern and being weighted down with the spoils of a to die for Dessert Platter it was out with the smart phone to see what else was nearby before heading into Kings Park.
Well what do you know a puzzle that the u-beaut smart phone can spit out an answer for! Great, but that can't be right it's a Mickeydv puzzle his are way harder than that, maybe he's adopted it from another cacher?
Wow, amazing at least I didn't have to call in any favours or use the phone a friend line for this one! Phew! Still can't believe it, a solveable puzzle by anyone is amazing for us, but a MDV puzzle, no way! Maybe lunch went to our head????
And what's more a quick find of the cache, albeit a _ _ _ _!

After solving the puzzle this morning the family was nearby shopping today was a bit overcast so thought gps was playing tricks no the co-ords were spot on thanks for the cache t4thsl
Our third Mickeydv puzzle cache find in two days. Loved the little container which was well hidden and almost overlooked.
GeoHubby had cache in hand and was returning to the car before I even had time to get out of the car! Thanks for the easier puzzle Mickeydv, time to give the brain a rest.[^]
We stopped to look for this cache because we didn't want to end a good day's caching with a DNF. We spent a while looking and thought that we would have to end the day with 2 DNFs but then there it was - relief. Thanks Mickey for the puzzle and the cache.
Was passing by so I decided to stop and find the cache. Unfortunately I had not updated the coordinates in the GPS so I had to rework the puzzle on the spot, luckily its an easy one. My last visit hear had me wandering all around the place, so did this one. I eventually found the cache and as many before have said was surprised I had not seen it before.
Thanks for the puzzle and the cache.
Thanks for the puzzle and the cache.
Decided whilst nearby to come over and try for this cache again. Found without problems.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
Well I can't believe I didn't find this cache the first time around. This time I found it within 30 seconds of arriving at GZ. Coords were bang on. TFTC.
A nice easy one to lead me into your series of cipher caches. No problems solving or finding. TFTC
This was very difficult to solve. [:o)] I made a couple of traverses upon arrival and started to wonder if I would also find it difficult to spot the cache, but then it turned out to be quite an easy find. TFTC!
Hooray - an easy MDV puzzle. Easy solution, easy find suits me just fine. SL TFTH Mick
Well, what can I say about this one... Finally managed to find the cache after significant help from a friend. I think I had the totally wrong mindset going into this, and couldn't be swayed off it. I was just looking for this in a totally different way.
I can think of better places to hide a cache... between the dead animals, spiky/thorny plants, broken glass and mounds of other rubbish it is not the nicest place to spend searching. However, I'm very glad to have made the (assisted) find, and signed the log. Thanks for the puzzle and the cache Mickey!

Found in a nice bit of bush in an industrial area. Hopefully one day someone might make it into a nice place to sit and have lunch. We kept looking for the catch!! A Mickeydv puzzle thats easy?????
What an embarrassment! I have spent over two hours on two seperate occasions looking for this cache. In desperation this morning, I brought along the sharp eyed female member of team jacaro44 who simply walked straight to the coordinates and immediately located the target. [B)] Naturally, I told her how proud I was of her discovery!
Came here after work with my bike, and searched the area for over half an hour, going far beyond the 1.5 terrain rating, but didn't find it. Bsurin turned up and we looked together for a little while, but I had to head off. Well done to the finders! Hope I can see it next time...
I saw this morning that there was still no FTF for this one so after solving this little puzzle I drove by on my way to work but unfortunately the heavens opened up just as I was turning into the parking lot.
There was still no FTF when I left work so I did a little detour on the way home.
Couldn't believe nobody had found it yet... After walking the line to get a decent GZ it was quickly in my hot little hand yay coords were spot on and no muggles to worry about either.

Solved the puzzle last night, but decided to look for the cache after work today. I dropped by the GZ on my way home and found another cacher already there. Chatted with ROgue while we searched for the cache, before she had to leave. Like so many times before I've found caches just as I'm about to give up, and this was no exception. Just as I was about to leave I decided to trust my GPS once more, and found the cache right where it said it was. Turns out I was 2TF at 5:40pm. TFTC and puzzle.
A straight forward puzzle but I had to wait until domestic duties were out of the way before I could head out for a look. No luck for me either. Coordinates focused me in the vicinity of the fence but no joy. With failing light and no torch I only made a cursory look on the other side of the track. Another time. I did bump into hhheddy - hopefully he had more luck than I did.
Nice easy puzzle to solve this time around, decided to detour on the way home and try my luck with a new cache. I arrived at gz and joined Ozcrawf in the search. But had no luck this time around as stated in previous logs we concentrated on the wall/fence line but could not locate the cache. I departed empty handed soon after Ozcrawf.
Hi Mick,
this one was easy to solve but impossible to log for me from Germany.
Cheers

I found the coordinate to be behind the fence/wall in private property and I wasn't dressed to do searching in the bush the other side of the cleared area next to the fence so gave it away.
