I had initially log this cache as being found a couple of months ago after thinking that I had missed it when I was doing my logs.I was wrong.
I went back tonight to confirm if I had been here before but I hadnt.
Had a good search of cache area ,found what looked like something hiding a cache but underneath...nothing except an imprint in the ground of a container.Gutted.

Maybe I was discouraged by already having two DNFs in the past half hour or so and I didn't try hard enough to find this one. I did see an item that is often used to conceal caches but I did not manage to spy a container.

A nice quick find for Miss Geckoh once she negotiated the hot wire fence around the area. TFTC

3 of 4 I enjoyed my tour today From Otaki through to Horo of the main road. Four caches that I needed to do and normally didn't have the time. Thanx for the Cache
A quick find at an interesting location. Thanks for making me aware of it. TFTC
Found this one on the way back from a friends house, with Hoppymarie and the parents. TFTC.
Find #877. The first find for the day, heading into Otaki Forks to do some caching as the weather looked marginally better up the coast than down in the city.
An easy early morning find in the blazing sun, reminds us of Wairarapa caching! Great! No one else on the road to disturb us whatsoever. Thanks for bringing us here - we had no idea it existed. SL TFTC.

Quick stop with bkj97 on the way for pinot noir and excellent meal with friends just around the corner. T4TCSL
Found with Brightspirit. I'm not really sure I'd say this one is hidden, in any meaningful sense of the word! Never would have stopped to read the plaque with a cache here. TFTC.
Found without any trouble but was disapointed to find TB Flashing Kiwi was not there. We released it in Alaska 3 years ago and hope it has not got lost so close to home (Te Anau) TFTC TNLN
A quick find on the way into Otaki Forks for a day's tramping and caching. One of those little roadside features that you would never notice without a cache to bring you there. Signed log, TFTC
Another quick team find with geodatum, possum and chrissy50 - but where is the water? Thanks skeetinnz, we enjoyed finding several of your caches today.
We could have done with that water on such a hot day, and Mr G was complaining of hunger (it was well after lunchtime), but we kept going, hoping for a shady spot to stop for lunch. Cache was a straightforward find for us edvern, Possum and Cleo, and chrissy50. TNLN TFTC
No problems locating this one but it is not a good place for lunch. Mr geodatum just had to go hungry for a bit longer. TFTC.
Felt thirsty after all the walking today, so what better place to stop
Quick find.

It's nice to whizz along these backroads at a startling speed, then stop and note the relaxing quiet. Nice spot for a cache.

Didn't even have to get out of the car with one of the younger geohunters finding it quickly.
Easy find on a showery cool Kapiti Coast day. Found with son and grandson. TFTC.
10-10-10 Stopped here once before to have a look at this.. Quick and easy find.. Thanks for placing a cache here..
A major bonus to the local farmers of the time no doubt, an interesting memorial.

Nice roadside cache. Didn’t realise this memorial was here. Interesting. Thanks skeetinnz for the cache.
Another interesting little spot for a cache, never knew this spot existed, easy find at GZ with no major hassles. TFTC TNLNSL (2126)
Quick find with Hugo the dog. While tmann421 grabbed this one at 1am, Hugo the dog and I prefer to be under the duvet at that time of night, so we waited until a far more civilised hour. Think we were 3rd to find after Clippie. SL, TFTC.
*FTF* just before 1-00am. Good location for a cache. Soon located. Signed log and left GC Thanks for the cache.
Another in the "driven past lots of times, never noticed it" category. Thanks for pointing it out! TNLN, SL.
