Read the logs but thought I'd have a check anyway since it's around the corner from my grandparents. Didn't find it, but Winston came out and proceeded to follow us down the road before disappearing into the hedge...
Needs maintenance logs not acted on... Multiple DNF's here, presuming cache has gone AWOL... Owner is no longer active... Time to archive. Thank you
Went through every item that resembled something close to the hint......nothing! Any chance that it cld have been replaced? May need a check up
Feeling very silly to be logging a DNF, but we just couldn't find it We thought we knew what we were looking for and disassembled many of them... Don't know what we are missing [?] Thanks anyway sandsr. Very strange house, wonder what the owner's are like
I thought this would be a very quick find ! We searched and searched the obvious objects, whilst being watched by the Castle ! A bit intimidating, left with a dnf. Thanks anyway Sandsr
Beaker found this while I was distracted by Winston, the friendly neighbourhood cat. What a hideous creation, thanks for putting a cache here so we can all enjoy it!!!!!
OMG! What on earth were they thinking??
Found today with Lightning GEL, number 10 of 20 for the afternoon. A nice quick find. Found in the obvious place. We too had a visit from Winston, until his mum came over and collected him.

Nice quick find as we had an idea what we were looking for. Just as we were signing log we heard some loud meowing and were paid a visit by a resident of the castle himself. We took a photo of our friend Winston but he decided he'd rather sit in the hedge and watch us than be patted.
Found both. Found old one first and put sodden log in bag and added new log in bag. Went to put it back and found the other one. Signed that as well and put them back old one behind new one.
Quite a few decoy caches here. The contents are soaking wet. I added a scrap of paper with our log. We did appreciate the architecture. TFTC
Found on a Bibra Lakes bike ride with BlaKids and Melvilla. We were aiming for 14 caches and we made it! Interesting location TFTH
Out with the Family Bushwalking Club of WA. Found with 6 geo kids & 3 geo adults. The two caches - was the other from Australian geocaching geocachers? TFTC.
Out with 6 geo kids & 3 geo adults. Found 2 identical caches separated by a couple of metres at this site! Logged into both. That's what happens when you have lots of geo-hunters, it gets very competitive. We were surprised when two cries of 'found it' rang out simultaneously. So much for stealth caching, not with this mob! Thanks for the hide.

Quick and easy, well easy when you see these pop up every now and then, enjoyable find! Tfth
Found while looking at the house. The log is damp and needs replacing.
Thanks sandsr.
Thanks sandsr.
Hi, this cache is a wee bit soggy and is in need of a new cache log. The current log is the back of a reciept
As it turns out I was running a wee bit ahead of time for my dinner date. As time was on my side I decided to make a bit of a detour and stop for this cache.
The cache in itself was a quick and easy find although the logs were very, very damp.
The building across the road was well worth having a gawk at while I was accosted by what would have to be the most beautiful looking grey cat I have ever seen.

what a clever hide! Interesting house also!!! 1st find of the day with my canooker daughter
Great title again, and loved the Castle. The man next door to the castle was washing his car which wasn't really helping my search! I replaced the log and plastic bag since the other one was mouldy and wet. Thanks for the cache sandsr. Another favourite point for the effort.
Had to come up to the uni this morning with geoson, so took the opportunity to look for a couple of nearby caches. This was an easy find. Undfortunately the log cache contents are saturated so was very difficult to sign the log. Will notify owner. TFTC
Found it pretty quickly.
Log however was soaked.
Wrote on back of old receipt and added that.

Pulled a few real ones apart before finding, I was about to give up as I don't enjoy fishing around in peoples gardens, but got it in the end
[:(!] Went for a late afternoon of caching with Mrs GrumpyBump and one of the Owers Corner clan (geogranddaughter), arrived at GZ, after searching for a while, geogranddaughter found it and we had the cache in hand in a matter of seconds, the plastic bag the logbook was in was saturated with water, wrapped the plastic bag around logbook. Found the cache. Great little hide. It was a bit wet and we tried to dry it out but didn't sign the log a it was quite damp. TFTC.
Mrs Felix was on a frog hunt today (GCA), but decided to try her luck with a few other caches after only having 1/4 good fortune with the frogs!
Pulled up here and received a call from a fellow cacher. During conversation mentioned where I was and had no idea where the cache name came from.
Once I found and signed the log, was walking back to my car and realised I had parked, quite literally in front of the 'Castle' but had not seen it! Doh...

While out and about this way today I decided to pick up this cache. Armed with the GeoTruck it was an grab, Sl TFTC sandsr
The bag containing the log doesn't seal any more and the log was saturated. Sorry I didn't have a spare bag with me.
Quick find after first extracting a very similar looking object not far from the cache itself. TFTH sandsr and also for showing me some of the interesting architecture in this area (my very first find was The Witches House ... it was a nostalgic walk past there on my way to this cache today).
Accurate coordinates led to a quick find. A good concept for a cache container. However, the contents were completely saturated and the log was an unintelligible wad of pulp. We dried out the cache container and placed a few pages inside a new small cliplock bag as a temporary cache. TFTC sandsr
Wonder what the resale value of such a distinctive design would be! Luckily we found first place we looked.
Easy find in a suburban street, an impressive castle like house opposite the cache.
Parked right near GZ, and at night there were no muggles walking around the streets. We had an idea of what we were looking for, and it didn't take long.
Thanks, Robmc.
Thanks, Robmc.
We were pretty sure what we were after having decrypted the clue.
Our hunch proved correct.

Like most avery cacher before me I unscrewed the real one but on looking further afield the cache was soon found

After the disappoint of not finding the ginger bread house we took off for Castle Greyskull. My hubby looking everywhere, even in the trees. Great. This is the first type of micro cache we have found.
Easy find once I made the mistake on the other thing. O yea and the house is odd lol

Stopped by here today, and wow, what a house!! That's awesome Thanks for showing it to us!
Finding the cache was no problem, but just as I grabbed it a muggle appeared in the distance walking towards me, so I took it back to the car to log it.
Removing the inner container from the outer container was quite difficult, and opening the cache itself was even harder. Luckily I managed in the end, and was able to sign the log, which was slightly damp.
Thanks for the cache sandsr!

I have been playing around with making up a similar cache for future use and think that your use of it was excellent. TFTC
Found it. (Nicely hidden) signed the logbook which was nice and dry.
The boys liked the castle and had trouble looking for the cache.

I read the hint and it threw me... opps... better screw that one back up... aha behind me, take 2 and I found it. Oh and the castle is rather hideous in the suburbs I thought - everyone to there own. TFTC
Thats a realy nice House!!! The cache it selfe needs attention. We replaced the logbook, but still, it would be good to have a proper one inside. The old one is inside as well, but it is wet. TFTC

Swung by again with a friend I'm introducing to geocaching. The log book still water damaged and needs replacing.
This house is amazing! I love it!! Fantastic camo on the cache. The log is severely water damaged however, signing was impossible. Thank you!!
Certainly an imposing piece of architecture. Log is wet and falling apart, needs replacing. Thanks for the cache.
Not sure why we didn't get this one on our first attempt as straight to it today. Great spot. Log is very wet. TFTC.
Didn't take to long to find, the log book very wet i had to put in a small bit of papper in to sign on TFTH
Reperio at 0745. This one was a quick drive by this morning, and spotted the cache almost straight away, having found a few of these now! Log is a little wet so may need replacing.

Quick find. I have actually made a similar one in Adelaide but haven't placed it yet. Strangely enough they are difficult to make watertight. Log is still damp/wet. I used a "How Do They Know?" sticker because the paper was falling apart with pen/pencil pressure. I don't think it will stick there for long! TFTC sandsr.
found it this morning lovely house, but the cache was soaked through. i think it might have been the storm?
Went for the wrong object first then found it.Cant see why the log is damp seemed moisture proof. I do like the castle.

Cache contents are wet and not possible to sign the log.Needs drying out and a new log.
Maybe a couple of holes in the bottom of the outer container would solve the problem by providing ventilation and stopping it sucking in moisture as the air inside expands and contracts with the temperature changes.

Log is still soaked I put in fresh paper and wraped it wth water proof paper. Plastic bag with clip lock would help
Seeing as I'm staying at the Uni village for work, it would be a shame not to clear up this little cluster nearby. So had a chance before starting today to do the run.
Certianly a bit of a disaster over the road. As mentioned in previous notes cache log is saturated so didn't bother trying to unroll the thing. As others have said to, not sure where the water is coming from. Thanks sandsr.

What an interesting place to put a cache and a nice cache holder to go with it. Found rather easily but as with previous log, the cache was completely soaked and unsignable. I suggest drilling a couple of holes on the bottom so that it can drain out... TFTC and the sightseeing!
Log is soaked again, didn't have time to dry it out, did close the top of the container, that may have been letting the water in. I dont see any other way the wetness gets in.
Interesting construction across the road, certainly not high on my list of must haves. Didn't sign the log, as is was soaked again. THFT
Great idea for a container! Not sure I actually like the architecture but you don't see something like that every day. Thanks
Little evening bike ride with the oldest mini phobian. We definitely understand the naming of this cache. Not sure if the owner of the "castle" would appreciate the epithet.

Had to get this one very carefully as there was a woman gardening just across the road. The contents were saturated and the log book was an unsalvageable blob of cellulose, so we have removed and replaced it with a new logbook in a new ziplock bag. Will contact the owner. Thanks for the hunt and for showing us this most unusual house.
Yes, apparently the cache is not watertight. Maybe some work with a glue gun will fix that? I love the double entendre by the way
