Replacement still on the way but due to a family problem may take a little longer
My first try at a find this Morning. I hope the rest of the day goes a bit better than this one.
Found it, this one is a good one to find on a nice spring Saturday with lots of families in the park, this one is away from muggles! TFTC
Found on a lovely sunny day. There was a rustling in the bushes behind me but I couldn't see anything - likely a mouse or a bird. The water didn't look so nice so I'm glad I didn't get wet. TFTC
A quick park, walk and grab on the drive to work. Sometimes I have a lot of trouble spotting this container type but not today, literally walked straight into it. Would be a nice spot to spend a quiet afternoon if it wasn't blowing a gale.
Cute little Creek near the scout tall doing the adventure lab and thought id get all the micros around the lake thank you 80 degrees for the placement of this hide
Quick find after tromping through vegetation. Daughter found but couldn’t reach!
TFTC out doing the local Adventure labs and noticed a few caches around so nabbed this one
Find # 9321

A call was put in to Snips and Co and we devised a plan to head to Edwardes Park Lake for the CITO and Cache of the Year nomination events. So we headed here early knowing there was an Ad Lab to do, and a handful of caches to find on the way around the lake.
Stop no. 2 on our jaunt around the lake, we headed over here to find an answer for the Ad Lab, and then ventured over to try our luck here. A bit of an effort to find our way “in”, but a few branches were held aside and then it was easy. As people have said, found once looking from a certain angle.
Thanks for the placement, the accurate coords and the maintenance for our enjoyment 80degrees. Cache on ??
**The Cache:** TNLN, signed log as LTEC or Let Them Eat Cache as space would allow. Replaced as found and good to go for the next geocacher.
JupiterPearl and I ventured out for our big trip north of the city.
We were enticed by the CITO, caching awards ceremony, the plethora of newly published caches and a BBQ.
It was amazing to see little bits of rubbish and in particular cigarette butts everywhere - on the ground, in bushes, near the pond... we picked up plenty of rubbish and found a cache or two during the CITO.
thanks for this fun hide in a discreet place of the park.

Found with crank1 during CITO. 80degrees, thank you so much for placing it for everyone to enjoy and highlighting this area.
Qaepag while doing the lap around the lake lab

We were at two events nearby, so we decided to do these caches. The geoboy raced ahead and had passed it when a geocouple made the find. Thanks for the cache.
After/during the CITO Kristyadventures and I were picking up rubbish around the parkland- we were amazed by the amount of cigarette butts in the playground area. We moved down to this cache - found some rubbish AND found a cache. Thanks 80degrees for the hide. L
Having never been to this park I enjoyed the caches. Also enjoyed the lovely dry log book!
Thanks for the fun, the wander and the cache 80degrees.

A brisk walk from the train with Morcs4 to warm up after the nearby events was starting to help give me back the feeling in my toes again.
Another caching couple had joined us along the way and we were all looking for the cache. The team had come in from another angle and spotted the cache easily when the geokids had walked past it. I grabbed the answer for the Adventure Lab and we were onto the next.
Thank you 80degrees for maintaining these caches in such a great location.

Yep, just hanging about… approached from the right angle and a quick find. Found with caching friends after the events nearby.
PrezDough and I were chipping away at the AdLab and noticed this one sneak it’s way into our range.
We soon made the grab, ink our details and off we went.
The cache, container and log are all in excellent condition.

Log replaced today but frustrated by finders who think their location is better than ours. On going problem please return to the spot you find it.
Stopped here while doing the lap around the lake, and eventually looked in the right direction. Thanks 80degrees for keeping this going.
I was in the area on my way home from the Rutherglen mega event and today doing the Adventure Lab I grabbed a couple of caches along the way. This was a quick find.
Found this one on a wet day following some DNFs so it was great to finish on a high. Thanks for this fun geocache
Heading to the CITO event at Coburg, I thought I would leave early and collect a few geocaches. However 6 am clearly was not early enough as it still took me 2 hours to get here. Only got 2 geocaches before the event, not as many as I wanted. However 1 was an DT in an Earthcache that I needed.
Buzzing from the delicious coffee at the first event, I drove here and quickly worked out some Way Points for the Multicaches here. Then it was time for the CITO. Amazing what can be achieved my a number of geocaches in just 1 hour while all having a great chat.
After the event I came to this area, which is in a LGA that I need more geocaches in for a challenge.
I came in from the wrong direction, which meant that it took ages to really just see it hanging around.
Thanks for the cache 80 Degrees

If you ever need some time to yourself and are close by, I suggest searching this one down.
Down by the riverbed is divine

FYI - It's nearly time for a new logbook

Nice evening stroll around the park led me to this cache! Eventually got to it and was a very creative hiding place. TFTC!
Away for the weekend with friends and did the walk around the lake, as the other we in the team I went to the water, looked back and bingo, thanks
Easy find but wasn't without its challenges. Needed some good hand/eye coordination. Cache in good condition ...

Found it in the end and was creative to how we would get the cache!
I was visiting the area for the sole purpose of looking for these caches. After completing the lab cache nearby, I headed towards this one. An easy find, but the retrieval needed some lateral thinking. Very glad that the hand eye coordination was working in harmony today. Not sure if it was meant to be there or if there is some cache creep - but fun either way! TFTC 80degrees
*The LGA Catch-up Adventure #10*
It's date day again, and we're doing something a little different today. We're trying to hit up caches in a range of different Local Government Areas.
This one began in a slightly surreal way. My nephew phoned wanting some help with his Maths homework. I'm walking around the area, poking in this and looking at that, while giving an impromptu Maths tutorial... and trying to do the questions in my head.
It wasn't until the tute was over that I could hone in on the cache (SueHut's phone GPS not playing the game appropriately). We found the right spot... and the prize... but it was not easily retrieved. Some sly work with a conveniently found tool had the cache in hand in no time. The same tool got the cache back in place... at a much slower rate.
Thanks heaps for the cache, 80 Degrees!

That’s a bit bloody high!!! Getting it down with a tool is fine but putting it back is hard
Putting it back after signing the log was trickier than expected. A great local find. TFTC.
Quick work here. Spotted this cache and my daughters 205cm tall boy friend with 270cm reach came in very handy!
Thanks to 80degrees for the fun and the adventure.

Well there you go - found 4 days ago and we seem to have missed the boat!
We looked high, we looked low, we looked in, we looked out, but today there was no way we could work this one out! Maybe our geocahing mo-jo hadn't kicked in.
Unfortunately this 2.5/1.5 didn't want to show itself to us today!
We couldn't hang around as it started to rain.
Thanks for the hunt anyway 80degrees.

Feels good to be back with an instant find. Geo rebel Geodude found this one instantly, based off the name. Once you brave the brush, it’s a sure thing.
Found this during this afternoon having a nice walk around Edwards Lake..nice cache and area.
Have not been this way for such a long time. Such a lovely day to bring the kids down and share some memories with the kiddies.
Nice and dry spot for the cache, even if the ground underfoot might not have been (actually was okay today, though!). Thanks for the cache.
It was a bit slippery and muddy in the vicinity of gz but a quick find.

I just had time to stop here before playing a tennis match up the road.
It was dark, peaceful, and quickly spotted.

In Reservoir to play bowls today. I came early to do the Edwards Lake series and the Adventure lab at the same time. Great little series and lovely area. TFTC
Found by Mary and David at 16:00. We had done our Lab homework before deciding which ones to do on our way home from the morning's Events. D's GPSr was on strike, so M's was used, and she suddenly found all your Trads here. Able to add them to the day's tally. Saw so many birds, including several black swans . We don't know this area at all. Very impressed by the great facilities here. Lots of steps too. This was a nice quick one. Our thanks to 80degrees.
A quick find here looking out at all the ducks on the water. Thank you 80degrees for placing and maintaining Hanging Around for us to find today.
