Logs
All in place; but even the new log is a bit damp! Hard to win against the elements. Good to see various water birds around the lake. TFTC
With permission from me my geofriend has placed a nice clean and dry log in for me.
After a fun four days staying in Robe, its time for this gypsy to head back to the big smoke. I had caught up to the CO while I was down south and it was mentioned that the log book was wet here. So before leaving Robe I took a wander along the tracks and I popped a new dry log book in here.TFTC scramping Keep smiling
Bisoutje and I are on a roadtrip with a campervan between Cairns and Adelaide and have now touched ground at Robe.We are camped here for the night and decided to go for an afternoon/evening walk just before dark. We enjoyed walked by the ocean and seeing bits of the outskirts of Robe. This was a quick find, but the paper was too wet to write one. Owner is invited to take a look.TFTC.
Travelling with iluvtrekking from our home state of WA on a SA caching foray. Moving from Millicent to Robe today to grab some finds placed for the ill fated Mega 2020. There have been some newer caches and puzzles collected too. Thanks for the hide. LNCU
Travelling with richlink on our Annual Caravan Geocaching road trip, using geocaching as our guide. Today is moving day, Millicent to Robe and a few finds whilst exploring our new base. Thanks for the cache. ?? LNCU
May 18, 2024 9:17 AMFound it but it is so wet I couldn't sign it with a pen. Pic taken of proof of find. Nice spot TFTC
Staying in Robe with the family for the week and trying to find all the local geocaches here. The log was a little wet, but overall an easy find! TFTC! ?? #115
#14,427. Infoferret and I came over from New Zealand to attend the Great Leap Forward Mega Event in Adelaide on 29 Feb. After having an enjoyable week geocaching around Adelaide we are making our way SE towards Melbourne. Stayed overnight in the campground in Robe and today we plan to do some adlabs in Robe, explore the area then head south to do challenge caches and tree fishing geoart before stopping at Mount Gambier. But first we needed some local caches and this was one of them. As we walked down the path I spied a bunch of birds in the estuary. IF took over finding the cache while I did birdwatching. She had a nice quick find. Signed the log and replaced as found. Thanks scramping for hiding it here.
6 March 2024 09:47 TFTC thechappos for placing this cache, number 13523 for me. Gsel distracted Birdwatching, so I had to search unaided. Nice easy find and cache in great condition.I would like to show my respect and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land, and their continuing connection to it. I wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging.
#19318 - 2:26:00 PM; Day five of "The Great Leap Forward" road trip and it is time to head for home after a successful mission to South Australia. The day started with an event, where I delivered feathertop, who had accompanied me from Kaniva a couple of days ago, into the custody of GemmaSistema for the trip home. After the event, I headed north into Salisbury and on to Tea Tree Gully collecting a couple of caches in each as I passed through, then I set sail for Tailem Bend and on to KingstonSE, Robe, Millicent and Mt Gambier collecting some more caches, including this one. I then crossed into Victoria collecting caches in Dartmoor, Heywood and Tyrendarra before heading on to Port Fairy for tea and Warnambool to spend the night. All up I added eight more LGAs to the collection today! All caches were found in good order and where appropriate, were returned as found once the log was signed. Apologies for the largely generic logs TFTC scramping
Nice Sunday morning bike ride to the beach! A quick find- TFTC- plenty of spiders too!
My solo walk whilst the kids played monopoly in the car continued to here - I thought this was a dnf when I collected a magnet without a container and it wasnt until I saw the cache sitting under the other side without a magnet that I had relief that I wouldnt walk away without a prize. Placed the magnet in the container and placed it back in the spot where it was likely to be originally hidden. tftc
Lovely spot off the road overlooking Lake Fox. Found with byronbure on a family vacation in Robe. Thanks for the cache "Discovering our world one box at a time"
Took the kids out and found our first ever cache!!! Hopefully, there will be many more to come. TFTC
Turning a DNF to a Find! Back in Robe for a week for a nice holiday. Log signed and placed back. TFTC!
Hidden before I started geocaching! Nice little spot and fairly straightforward sad to say our only success in Robe. GrahamT and TrudyJane
Looks like cache was washed away, big thanks to hevwalker for assisting me with the opportunity to get this cache back ready to be found again. Maintenance done.
Will try and check this cache as soon as I can. Heavy rains may of dislodged cache.
Gave up. Definitely not obvious. Presumed being magnetic thought it would be on the bridge!!! Didn't bother looking elsewhere as it's too cold lol
Found on our 10th wedding anniversary while staying in Robe for a few days.
Today we decided to spend a little time geocaching which was how we first met.
The cache was in good condition, thanks to the previous finder’s info on magnetic.

Lovely easy cache for a geokid who was excited to actually find it first
This is a really nice spot.
Nice to watch the hundreds of juvenile fish swimming past.
Geo son walked the length of the handrail.
Cache is no longer a screw top fruit container as per cache page description.
It’s a magnetic.
