Logging a find on this one, with Pgoz, but cache is destroyed - took photo to prove find. Glass bottle is all broken, logbook exposed to elements. This one would have to be totally replaced. TFTC
Found during a one-week roadtrip, caching around Mt Buffalo and surrounds (very wide surrounds ).
I couldn't find the T1 access to the cache, so I ended up accessing the cache in the dark over harder than expected terrain.
A nice easy find in the end.
Thanks, Gnarcrew.

Today was day 4 of our trip heading south to the great southern parts of our country, being Victoria and Tasmania. This was a quick and easy find. After signing the log the cache was replaced as found. TFTC.
There is ants all over the tree and ground but we managed to make the grab. The container and log are both very mouldy and need replacing but we were able to make our mark on the back page. Tftc.
7th cache with my GF today, tad wet (the jar leaked)and a couple of ants, even left some gum
A good spot to park, and take in the views
And a good spot to go for a stomp through the long grass to find a cache
No snakes were harmed, and I soon had me paws on the prize [^]
Logbook condition upgraded to 'musty', the cache could do with a clean out of detritus though

#1655 - M found in the overgrowth. It is an old container and probably needs to be replaced. Damp contents await the visior at the moment. Nice morning for riding back to Mount Beauty on our AroundOz cycle challenge.
Was in a rush but on looking didn't find , recent messages might state it was deteriorating
[:(!] When you have nothing to do, what better way of filling in the day is to going caching, and this was one of them, parked the geoKa as close as possible to GZ and walked in from there, on arrival at GZ the cache was located and in a matter of minutes it was in hand.
I like it

Grabbed this one today on the way home from Albury. Nice easy find. The jar lid is rusting and much of the contents were damp and starting to go mouldy. Log sheet is fine though, lucky it's in a bag.

Nice quick find, on busy long weekend, had no luck with close by caches, camping muggles at the GZ's TFTC.
Found while out caching with mum on a brilliantly sunny day on the long weekend. Sorry for the generic post doing quite a few today!

Out for a day of caching in the hills around Tallangatta with Debs22. Hopefully this will be one of many and so the need for a generic post. Many thanks for taking us into this beautiful countryside. TFTC
Heading out to Monagans Bridge for weekend and need to grab a cache for the day. Almost dark but still able to find cache but not able to appreciate view, maybe next time. TFTC.
# 5572. Out with Robmc this afternoon trying to get a last few before the end of the year. The rain had stopped and the afternoon was now very pleasant.
A quick find today as the cache was totally exposed. Fabulous views from this spot - It is such a great part of the country; we are so lucky. The log was damp but able to be signed. TFTC

A nice easy find on our way home from a week in Bright. Someone had left a lovely coat there, so we hung it on the fence post in case they came back. Thanks Gnarcrew for the cache.
Found with Wackydo whilst enjoying a week in the Bright area after the Oz Mega event. TFTC Gnarcrew

The lost wanderers recently moved to the area and went to Mount Beauty for Australia day. We picked up a few caches on the way home. Thanks for the hide.
I'm loving the Park and Grabs in this area! Notching up smileys at a good pace. there's a bigger hill to climb here than one might have thought
Found this one sitting on gps and we had failed to log it.
Pulled in here and found it pretty quickly sitting where it should be.
Agree the views are pretty gnarly.

Having spent a freezing night in Yackandandah last night, we were happy to be out and about doing some caching finally! Had to check on some plumbing work along this road this morning and with that done the rest of the day is ours. This was the 1st for the day at 11.10am. SL TN Left: echidna. Enjoyed the scenery. Discovered some interested bovine onlookers when we returned to the GeoHilux. Time to find the next Gnarcrew cache. See ya!
I love this valley, have been coming up here for about 20yrs. Good to see some caches. TFTC
Thanks Gnarcrew. Great location and hide. Found on a caching in victoria day.
A nice easy drive by on the way home after camping in the bush for the weekend.
Took geo-coin. TFTC

The new roadworks is very close to the tree, but cache is still safe! Guarded by two huge centipedes.
I think eventually Rock + Cache = Broken cache!! Its OK at the moment though!

After a slosh through the mud we soon had the cache in hand. Who would believe it's February with all this wet.
Thanks again Gnarcrew

Found on a great summer's day. I drive past here at least 3 times a week. A beautiful spot.
Coast 11.4. A bit messy on the roadside with soggy soil banking going on. The cache seemed to be OK. Thanks.

Looked for 5 minutes before giving up and heading back to the car.
Then I had a thought. There is a lot of dirt dumped beside GZ by road crews,
and I figured, correctly, that it had buried the cache, and dislodged the rock.
Sure enough, after digging through 6 inches of dirt, the container was discovered.
I replaced it with a large piece of bitumen on top.
Thanks again Gnarcrew

Second cache for the day and no good, was searching at the base of the two closest trees,
all a found was a huge black snake sunning itself instead!

Reperio at 1125. I was probably lucky I came in from the Dederang side as the road was closed. From the point of closure the cache was only a few hundred meters away so I quickly drove up, made the find, and got out of there.

#577 @ 6.05pm. Our last for the day and with the amended co-ords the GeoPrincess had no problems locating the concealed cache. If it hadn't have been so late in the day we may have travelled along a little further to see the damaged road but it was starting to get dark.
Took: Nothing
Left: Plastic American $1
TFTC Gnarcrew - the last of the Dederang caches completed. Thanks for bringing us out here. Cheers.

Found 13/09/2010 13:42 . I don't know how I missed this cache last week ... preoccupied with work I suppose [:p]
An easy find in the customary unorthodox hiding method of Gnarcrrew. My GPSr was pointing me about 30m away but the location was obvious as soon as I pulled up

First find for the abforce team but easy to find with our mad skills.
Found after checking out the situation with the roads or in this case, where the road has disappeared.
Thanks Gnarcrew, keep up the good work.

Coords had me going silly places. According to my (less than perfect) mobile phone, more accurate coords are S 36° 25.023, E 147° 02.144. But I wouldn't take my word for that, someone with some decent hardware might want to post a better update.
Picked up the GeoCoin, said "hi" to the TB. The flood waters stretching out below us were impressive! Left some stickers and a squeezie ball. Good luck prying that one out whoever next finds this cache! Sorry, don't mean to be an arse, only realized how much of a pain it would be after I crammed it in. TFTC.

Grabbed this one on our way back into town. Pulled up and co-ords had us in a spot we were suprised it would be, but after using the hint the cache was quickly located a bit of a distance away.
