Have found this cache many times and was close by so dicided to have a look see if it was there and the usual spot where it is there was no cache to be found to may need to be replaced.
Having trouble pinpointing the location with phone. Looked in the most obvious spots, but no luck. Will come back on a less warm day. Munched on some yummy carob pods from nearby tree so and had fun anyway.
After we checked into our hotel we started to explore the neighborhood. Thanks for guiding us.

This one was a hard nut to crack and I really mean hard it was very easy to find but opening the prize was a different kettle of fish bu having walked across the parklands in the heat I was not going to be beaten TFTC Chimgola
Owl had 4 hours to kill while her car was being serviced, so plenty of time to find caches. She would have liked to have Superman with her today. Finding the cache was no problem, but opening it was an entirely different matter and required a great deal of strength from a fragile little Owl. However, with 4 DNFs already under her belt a recalcitrant cache was not going to stop her! Eventually the first container opened and then more brute force was required to extract the second container (which has a smashed corner). Lots of muggle deception techniques were required, including at one point tossing the logbook in her bag and fishing around for something else. Eventually the cache was replaced and Owl went on to 3 more caches and around a km away... at which point she realised she still had the log in her bag! So, back again to the cache and repeat steps 1 & 2. She certainly got her exercise quota today. Well done on hiding such a large cache in the CBD!
Great hide, biggest cache we have found so far, dropped of honeymooning trackable maybe someone here for the tour down under might be able to move it on.
That was a struggle. Box bent so tricky to get sistema in and out. Biggest one I have found yet, tree provided good seat needed a rest after all the effort! TFTC took koala TB left ET TB
Muggles galore, but we were able to retrieve in between the traffic. No TBs. nice hiding spot for such a large cache. TFTC
Found with CJ and this morning whilst on a drive through Adelaide and checking out the pagent.
We'd been nearby doing some higher DT caches and thought we'd stop off at this one as it was nearby.
CJ read out the description and after a little search we found the GZ location. There were tonnes of muggles around and it was hard to open the container. Fortunately persistance paid off and we sign the log and replaced it discreetly.
Anyway, it was a great morning to chase down South Australian caches. Thanks chillibutts for your cache. We really liked this one. SL TNLN TFTC

I could have used Superman's strength to open this slightly bent, spacious container. Very well covered too. TftC
Did not expect this there! Great container. As noted earlier, does not close properly. Plus the plastic box practically impossible to remove. Could not see any TBs in there. TN, left butterflies. Thanks for a good one!
Found this one in the drain spread everywhere. Placed back in the obvious spot under cover. A little damaged lid wouldn't close totally

Quick round of the park for a few more caches on our last night in town. Found with Outnabout. TFTC
Refound while walking in the area looking for ....? I grabbed the cool travel bug that was in the cache.
Love the size of this cache. We dropped off a visitor- ready for new adventures.
GPS had us at the wrong spot but easily spotted once we knew where we were going.

Quick round and round by the kids, quick find by Dad, under the cover of dark. Dropped off TB - Bon Voyage.
This was an unexpectedly large cache, a very nice surprise! Signed log, took and left nothing ... Thanks for the hide!!!
First ever cache found. Took us a while as we weren't sure what we were looking for.
Today we decided to focus on the parklands to the south and south-east of the city. Accurate coordinates led to a quick find. The cache and its contents were in good condition. TFTC chillibutts.
Great hide! Two person job on a Saturday morning with lots of muggles jogging and playing footy.
Swapped a TB.

Found while the Elf was playing sport nearby.

After the May the Fourth be with you flashmob event, I was supposed to head down to Morphett Vale to meet family however muggle partner changed the plans... so that gave me time to wander the city and do the locus cache on some caches: I finally left the city for home at 7.30pm after a midday event
I had visions of this being underground and really didn't want to crawl like Spiderman today so I was very glad that I didn't have to go there!
Love the cache camo and inside decoration

Wow.... a nice Autumn stroll around the Parklands. This was the first cache of this kind we had found. Impressive find. Favourite point from us due to the Spiderman! Left just as the ice cream truck music started, it was like he was chasing us! TBs visited before their country trip, TNLN thanks for the adventure
A quick but ver surprising find on a night time stroll around south Adelaide.

#3953. Saw several supermen performing their BMX skills on the nearby track. Quick find. Unfortunately, Travel Bug Dog Tag was not in the cache. TNLNSL. TFTC.
#2038 19:18:00 Walking the City today here in Adelaide, was no real fun. Only 4 out of 12 I could find. This cache was a quick and nice find. Wow that's a jumbo box. Amazing how to drop such a monster in the middle of a very busy park.
In: 2 x pathtags.com coins (I don't like that system)
Thanks for the hide and greetings from Bavaria [green]Sospetto & Sospetta[/green]

Very easy find with Ally010888. Beware though theres an ants nest here and they like to bite...ouchies!
Looking for this at night and walking through the park was kind of weird, a lot of animals, some cats and some (big!?) spiders on my way. Finally found what i was looking for. Nice case and a good place to see the sky with its stars.
Took a hippo, left a tiger. Cheers

A quick solo find on a late night caching run. Not sure whether the cyclists or the stray cat scared me the most. Grabbed the troll TB. TFTC!
Found by GeoMum.
Cool cache and nice easy find whilst out doing some night caching with the kids.
Left Tattoed Purple Troll TB and picked up WVD65 TB to relocate

Mother and I were feeling a little slumped at home, but we all know what the cure for being bored is!? GEOCACHING! We thought we'd go and grab some of the city caches near South Terrace because we'd never been there before. Sooo glad we went! It takes you away from the hustle of the city and you can begin to really enjoy the beauty of Adelaide!
This was cache 4 out of 9 for the day, with 1 DNF that we'll grab another day.
I don't have a bike, but we do sometimes borrow the city free bikes, however, I highly doubt they'll last going over jump and bumps like that haha! This was my 2nd type of container like this, challenge to open, but it works so well as a cache dropped of tb, TFTC chillibutts!
