Ah, a tranquil start to the New Year! Following a restful sleep post a calm New Year's Eve, the day unfolded with purpose. Constructing a new cache added an exciting creative twist, scouting fresh hiding spots and meticulously placing caches in strategic locations for future seekers. Additionally, dedicating time to clean up long-outstanding caches in Yangebup brought a sense of accomplishment. The day was a balanced blend of creativity, exploration, and fulfilling geocaching quests, setting a promising tone for the upcoming adventures in the new year.I did the workings for this cache many, many moons ago. I have been here once or twice since to locate the final cache. As a tall person, the final GZ is a somewhat awkward location as the neighbours would be able to see me over the fence. They also have some dogs that bark and set off every other dog in the neighbourhood. Anyway, today I decided it was finally time to knock this off once and for all. I headed to GZ once again, and noticed something I hadnt checked previously. This is a ripper cache, and well worthy of a favourite point. Cheers ChrisRG!
Hmm quickly hit trouble here - couldn't see a sign at WP3 and couldn't see a pole at WP4... with only two WPs solved this one will have to go on the watch list.
Finally got around to relooking for this cache. Facepalmed myself with how quickly I found it.
Tftf!

After visiting the nearby ALDI in search of a last week special, I saw this multi at a nearby reserve. Gathered the required info, 'wowed' at the final coords, and found the final in a well designed and constructed camo! So, two successes today: Aldi and this multi! TFTC, Chris RG!
Great little multi here on a wet afternoon..nice walk in the rain and great work on the cache..log pristine and quickly signed..tftc
Not sure if we mightve gotten WP4 wrong, but we spent around 20 minutes looking at what we thought was the finals destination but couldn't find the cache. Otherwise, very fun code

Made it to the final destination, but couldn't find the cache. Walked up and down the path, much to the nearby dog's annoyance, but no luck for me.
Brilliant cache! Waypoint 1 was missing the info, possibly painted over after being graffitied or a metal sign was removed. However, continuing to the other waypoints, reading the hint, I was find without one bit of info! There is some good swag in the cache at the moment Thanks for the Cache
the WP1 information had indeed gone missing. It was removed when they painted the pole. How dare they do that and not let me know.
Anyway I have update WP 1 so that you can get the info you need from another nearby pole, It is actually close to the parking area.

A lunch time break between appointments had me looking at the map to see what was available near a good place to stop and eat.
This cache was perfect and I completed the walk around the oval gathering the needed information before sitting on the bench near the parking waypoint for my lunch.
With the food finished I headed around to look for the final and took a few minutes to finally twig where it was.
Glad to be able to get the find here, adding a favourite for a fun multi with a well constructed final container.
Thanks ChrisRG for placing It's All In The Genes for me and others to find.
I added my name to the log at 12:03 on 24/3/2022.
This is find number 4270 for me.

We took our geo Grand dog for a walk around the park. He loved it. Then over to the final with the very interesting coords. Here the neighbourhood dogs together with ours made a lot of noise. Found the well camoed cache. Yes a favourite awarded. TFTC
We set out today with this multi first on our list. We parked up and made our way to first way point and grabbed our required information Then on to each stage thinking I’m missing something. Then we did the calculations and thought the results makes sense so off we went. Once at gz we started search with no luck, so I checked the clue and a few minutes later the penny dropped and knowing we were in the right place we continued our search for at least another 15 minutes. Then I tried a spot I tried earlier but with better results this time. After 20 minutes it was found exactly where the coordinates took me to begin with. Great camo We signed your log book and returned your cache back as we found it. Loved this one for a number of reasons especially the camo and keeping things precise. Favourite point coming up when I get a new batch delivered. TFTC ChrisRG
A really nice day out today with axell33 as we spend a week off work relaxing and caching locally. We walked around the lake collecting the clues and were a bit baffled as we went along. Then at gz we searched all over for quite a while, not giving up as we knew it was there, so we were going to find it! Thanks to axell33 going over searched ground he made the discovery of this brilliant camouflaged cache! A favourite from me. Thanks for the hide.
I have changed the position of WP3. The sign at the original spot has been removed
In the area waiting for the local Chinese Restaurant to open when we spotted this multi.
Quickly gathered the required info and made our way to GZ
Searched and found where we believed the cache to belong but only found a piece of swag laying there.
Took a photo and sent it to the CO who confirmed we had found the correct GZ.
Logging this with the CO's permission.
TFTC ChrisRG this is find #11085 for us.

Finally found this one! Had solved the clues a number of months ago however had not been able to locate the cache at GZ. Determine to collect it this morning, I re-did the puzzle thinking I must have got the co-ords wrong, sure enough they were right so off I went (again) to GZ and was able to put my hand on it straight away this time! Great hide and I to enjoyed the precision in the numbers. Took the TB and left a TB (Geodätin).
Thanks for a great hide, fave from me

Hi there ChrisRG.
We found your cache **"It's All In The Genes"** today. (This makes our find count 22930).
Following through on our habit of walking around lakes and parks we decided to attempt a couple of multis - and of course to log any traditionals we passed along the way. We thoroughly enjoyed our walk and the scenery . (We found 4 caches today & DNF'd 0).
Thanks for placing this cache here. Over the years, Geocaching has taken us on many adventures and to lots of wonderful destinations all over Australia. Without 'caching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our nomadic wanderings. 'Caching has also introduced us to a diverse group of like-minded caching tragics, many of whom we now call friends. Thanks also for not placing an eclipse tin or a 200ml Sistema here. It made us feel really good to find this regular sized cache here. We awarded this cache a favourite point for the ingenious camo.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache around 3m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape but the hide location is infested with ants.
**Took:** Nothing
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thank you ChrisRG for adding to our adventure.
Regards
Ian & Penny

Find #240 of 365 streak. I was in the area and had some time to kill so went for a wander. Grabbed all the numbers but something seemed off and I guessed I had zero idea what I was doing. Turns out I was on the money. TFTC and stroll.
I found it after correcting my numbers. The cage made more sense then too.
Well cammoed. I almost checked there the first time as I was only out by a few metres but it blends in so well.
Thanks for a cache on a hot day

Day 51 of our (now) 366 day streak.
After a busy day I needed a cache to continue my streak so thought I'd grab this one just before picking the kids up from across the road. Had some nice company between waypoints and
a nice stroll in the sunset. Found the cache by torch light and added our name to the log. TFTC ChrisRG. A favourite from us for the camo.

Had to smile when we found the second letter and sure enough a couple more smiles came our way. Enjoyed the idea here and the good thing is that the letter-number matches can be gathered quite simply. We really enjoyed the final spot, albeit that we had thought that it was a five minute drive and off we headed. When we got to what we thought was GZ we realized that we'd entered the incorrect "minutes" so drats, back to the correct GZ we go. Upon arrival we had another smile on our faces from the nicely modeled piece of work from ChrisRG. All is great with your cache and a fav. is on its way.
A nice walk around the park, that today was deserted - benefit of caching in the early morning.
Cache was found quickly and in good condition.
I don't normally like multi's but this was simple and enjoyable thanks. Tftc

Nice job. Simple path to work out final coords and some great camo at GZ. TFTC ChrisrRG.
A pleasant multi on a nice oval. We wondered if the final would reward our efforts & it certainly did! Well constructed & a claver hide. Worth a fave I think. We dropped a beautiful TB coin from WAGB16 & took the resident TB to movr on. TFTC
Thank you! Decided to spend the morning doing a bit of caching in the area. This was the first stop and an enjoyable walk. It took a bit to find the cleverly hidden cache, even with spot on coordinates. A favourite from me. Dropped off a TB.
TFTH found this cache free completing the way points. A nice easy multi that will need some maintenance on behalf of the transport committee as the sign post has been damaged and laying now on the floor.
Luckily it was still there and I could complete all required info.
I soon zeroed in on the final location and came up with cache in hand fairy quickly.
A great final find with this multi and a favourite from me TFTC

Came by the other day to gather all the information but ran out of time to do any calculations. At home later doing some sums I thought I must have mucked things up somehow as the result looked a little odd. Read back through some logs and figured that I might be on the right track after all.
Had the chance today to drop by the final and managed to find the well camo'd cache with the first thing I touched.. A very nicely constructed cache and equally thought out multi. Awarding a favourite.
ChrisRG I found your cache at 4:37pm, this was the 2nd of 3 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 3548. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

My first ever cache. Had fun figuring out what on earth a multi is and then figuring out the "code". Had to sit down on the park bench for five minutes and reread the entry before it made sense to me. Impressive camo, really cool. Scratched an entry in the log book with the crusty old pencil, but I'll bring a pencil sharpener next time and leave it in the cache! (I live locally.) TFTC as they say.
No wonder this has so many fave points. Fantastic multi in a very nice park and a very sneaky hide. Had almost given up after a cursory check of the hide produced no results. Looked around and wandered further afield thinking i must be missing something. Finally, went back to the only possible area where such a large cache could be hidden and with a huge sigh of relief, found it. Brilliant hide that blends in so well. Another fave, tftc.
Accidentally picked up a geocoin which will pass on.

First geocache complete. Awsome game. A type of treasure hunt yet miltarily strategic. I used android device not bery precise but did the job. Need more of these . 10 / 10
Love a good multi cache. This one did not disappoint. Clever hide. TFTC. Dropped Influenza Virus.
I must have had a senior moment when I was here previously. lol
Confirmed my location with the CO, came back today to finish the job. Great multi, favourite points from us.

After completing the Yangebup Lake series between the rain patches I decided to attempt this one. Found the answers ok and calculated the final (interesting final coordinates). It was just getting dark when I pulled up to make the final find. I search but couldn't locate it. If I have time tomorrow, I will return during daylight and have another search. Thanks ChrisRG
Coordinates put us in the middle of a clearing so we might of made a mistake. We foraged fir a while but no luck.

We thought we had made a mistake at first, but some keen eyes spotted the clever camo quite quickly. Thanks for av enjoyable multi with a GZ that didn't disappoint.
PHeaded out today with Jinta29 to grab a few caches before our Big Event meeting this morning.
This was one.
We did the walk and collected all the info. But our final had us in a non suitable area. A reread of the clues and we realized the error of our ways.
Off to our updated coords and rewarded with a rippa camo.
A fav point from me.
Thanks ChrisRG for your cache It's All In The Genes. We found it on 2014-10-19 at 7:03 am. This was my find number 2088

My first multi cache and I wasn't sure what to expect and thanks it was fun, fun, fun the cache is in good condition....thanks ChrisRG
Collected all the numbers while a football game was on. The final cache was pretty clever. Tftc
Thought I might clear up some caches that we missed out on and I like doing multi's in the rain got to give you a fav point As I got to the final I saw the area had been cleared but not to worry the cache is good.TFTC
Had a nice stroll between all the WPs, collecting the information, getting more intrigued as I went, then off to GZ. I like to guess from a distance as to where the cache might be hidden but was somewhat puzzled here though, as there didn't seem to be much in the way of hiding spots. However I was quick to spot the excellent camo, and the log was soon extracted.
Thanks for a fun multi and an enjoyable find ChrisRG.

Out caching with my family and Mistraluna... Mistraluna found this one! TFTC ChrisRG
We stopped by this park and pulled up a bit of grass for a picnic before collecting the clues for this cache... We were a bit confused at first so headed around to collect the clues again! Lucky we did as we had made one slight error
Once we were arriving close to GZ, we were still having doubts as to whether we had done the sums correctly until Mistraluna found the cache [^] Nice job ChrisRG. Like your handy-work!

On the road again, this time with jasenjanine and the littlies. Did the others around the lake before heading over here for a picnic lunch followed by this multi. Weren't sure that the coords we came up with were correct, but plugged them into the gps's and headed off in that direction. Wow - impressive camo on this one. Thanks ChrisRG
Yesterday and today doing the multi - enjoyed myself - loved your camo - excellent neat/job. No swap. Signed the log. Thanks ChrisRG.
I was surprised to find the cache still intact and within a few metres of the indicated GZ after the considerable ?gardening activities and landscaping. TFTC
Had some time to kill while our Patrol was having some work done nearby. This multi has been on our radar for some time but never got to visit this area till today. Easily located the numbers, did the calculations and headed off to gz - we did notice and appreciate the 'play on words'! A lot of activity at gz as the local council were doing some clean up work but had just knocked off for a smoko and they headed for the roadside. Fortunately they were out of eyesight and we were able to make a quick find of the very convincing camo. Enjoyable multi and we were surprised to see the previous visit was over eight months ago. Get to it cachers - worth the effort and it gets a favourite point from us. Thanks ChrisRG
A great experience for my first Geocache. Took the kids along for the hunt, and we really enjoyed putting the clues together. The camouflaged cache at the final location was very exciting for us! Thanks so much!
Started this one a couple of months ago....ran out of time and needed to come back for the final. The WP's were easy and really liked the cache container and favourites don't come easy from me......but you have earnt one. TFTC.
Hadn't read the clue so like others before me I had serious doubts. Very pleased to find the clever cache precisely where it should be. Thanks for the cache ChrisRG. Favourite point - which is VERY rare for me on a multi!
WE enjoyed the walk around the park from one waypoint to the next, collecting the required data. Did the sums and arrived at an intreging answer. Walked up the nearby deadend court but could not reach GZ and we were starting to question the numbers. Another recalculation resulted in the same numbers. Applied plan B and arrived at parking nearby to GZ. A short search of the area and we soon had the cache in hand. Overall experience - excellent cache. TFTC ChrisRG
Currently on holidays, I have been doing lots of chores etc around home as the geowife was still at work. Finally on a piblic holiday she was home and we had nothing planned so I took off caching for the morning.
I was supposed to be heading home but decided to grab a multi. This one had a couple of favourites to it and I can say that I am adding one more.
I arrived and parked. Standing in the shade I read the cache page and then set off. I grabbed all the numbers etc that I needed and sat in the bus shelter to work out the final. I put that into the GPSr and set off. As I got back to the car, I thought that there was too far to go to the cache still so I rechecked my calculations. Yep, all good to go so I set off again.
On arrival at the final, I stared searchng wihtout joy. It was nowhere to be seen, even when I checked the camod spots (well i thought they were camo spots anyway). After a while I stood still at the point where the GPSr said ground zero was and looked around. I saw a couple of things and checked them out. One of them was the cleverly cmaoflagued container.
I had a grin, signed the log and grabbed the two travel bugs
Thanks for the cache and good job on the camo ChrisRG, very nicely done
Cheers

Been meaning to do this one for a while and I had chance this morning to do just that. I have not done a lot of multis, so I was gladdened by the fact that the WP's were close by. Arriving at the 1st WP I quickly spied what I needed to do and gathered all the info I needed. Do the calcs I spied the final CO's and had a giggle( This is something Allied Pranksters and I would do..) I arrived at GZ the CO's were spot on and quickly found the clever hide. It is always nice to see a hide that someone has put a bit of thought and effort into, so this one get a fav point from me. SL TFTM ChrisRG

Unfortunately when attempting to find this cache the children lost interest almost immediately and found it difficult to track. The use of gps coordinates was intriguing however having to find each individual letter proved to be tedious. Sorry.
worked out coords easily....though did have a moment of self doubt as the numbers appeared....different story at GZ...took me ages to locate, was on the verge of giving up twice...great camo fits in very well....great job ChrisRG

went out to find this one to get rid of a few TBs found all info needed got final cords but DNF only came across 1 dog walker. this one only took about 15mins to get final cords, would you be able to have a checkup on this one as i found a few possible places but may have been mugged and GZ wasn't very accurate for us, will be back if i get the all clear that its still there
Just checked and it is still there. You were out by about 3 metres. Don't you just love the way mother nature helps to camoflage your caches.

Enjoyed the short walk in the park collecting the required info. All the waypoint co-ords were extremely accurate for us, so we expected that the cache would be right on the money as well - and it was. Left a pathtag.
A very nicely done multi. Thanks ChrisRG, we enjoyed it.

Found the clues and firgured out coordinates easily. I'm pretty sure we got the right numbers (we certainly zeroed in on the genes), but at GZ we couldn't find the cache. What we did find was a very friendly bobtail. I say frindly, but it hissed at us and kept showing its tongue, plus our dog attacked it, so I didn't want to disturb it more by searching its home. Will look again later.
OK been thinking about this one, gave it another try this morning with my thinking hat on found it what a great hide TFTH SL TNLN.
I believe I got all the waypoints right unable to find the cache I recheck everything and try again another day
