This geocache has gone missing and I am loath to replace it due to vegetation damage.
Park of my todo list today is grabbing the over 10 FP’s caches for this months Groundspeak challenge. Just a bonus they are along my AL driving route for the day.
A nice quick find as the showers settled in and and very pleasant to bump into local geocachers as well

Hi there Ozibags, we found your cache Hansen Woodhouse Park
Day four of our Back to Bundy trip, and we’re continuing our northward sweep of caches up the coast.
We started off by heading to an Earth Cache and then took a route that was determined (mostly) by the next closest cache as determined by our GPS.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour around the area and ended up finding a variety of container types, sizes and ratings.
Coordinate Accuracy: We found this cache near where our GPS said we should be looking.
Cache Condition: Good, needs some more glue though.
PS: Not too happy about trampling the vegetation to access this one. ️
Regards
Ian & Penny

We had a great drive around this area today finding some of the caches and this is one we found. This was a good hide and we found it with no trouble. All good here, log signed and replaced as found. Thanks Ozibags for the hide.

Removed wet broken log, replaced with a new one.
It's our second full day in Bundaberg during our short caravan trip.
We solved jigsaws and mysteries well ahead if possible and collecting the Infos for the other ones.
It's a wonderful variety of caches here, and the weather beautiful.
Thanks to all COs for placing the caches for our fun.

We had posted a DNF on this one on our last visit to the area, so we are always keen to rectify this. We began our search and then Mrs SKI announced, "Here it is!"
Our first full day in Bundaberg. We decided to head out to Bargara and see how many caches we could find along the coast and surrounds. This included 2 Adventure Labs, puzzles and traditionals. These were mixed in with great scenery and some interesting nature reserves.
Combined with the lunch we had it was another great day.
Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache Ozibags.

Out and about in Bargara today, finding a few caches. After finding a nearby cache, I headed to this one. This one took me quite some time to locate, despite the really helpful hint. Log signed, everything returned as found and I continued on my way. TFTC
Today I had an opportunity to visit this area and finding a few caches.

Today our plan was to go and do a huge lot of the T.A.F. caches, somehow this did not eventuate. What we did find ourselves doing was having a lovely drive around the area. Today we started close in to Bundaberg and worked our way out in an ever widening arc. All bar one of the caches were found as per yesterday as the co-ords were great. Again we thank all the cache owners for placing the caches in areas that had safe parking for us. We found one TB today and again the caches had good swag for the little ones.

Neat hide, sneaky. Beautiful spot with one amazing stench coming off the ocean from what we assume is the recent algae washing up. Tftc

While driving home from some early morning caching a little further South, the FP tally and CO attracted me over to this one.
Pleasingly, I went straight to the spot for an instant find but I can see how others might struggle!
TFTC which continues to be in excellent condition.

Having to head into Bundaberg I decided to grab the caches along the coast before heading in. This was the first stop. A nice straightforward find once at GZ. TFTC Ozibags
Another smiley to add to our visit to Bargara. Thanks for bringing us to this lovely spot... and with no magpies for us cyclists... bonus !!

Day 6 in the Bundaberg area and today was bargara's turn to pickup those caches. Drove along the foreshore while also picking up the Adventure lab, multi tasking as we went along. Lovely day and was so temping to stop there for lunch, but it was still too early in the day and we would not be in the area when we were due to finish for the
Returned today to convert a DNF. Now using a GPS coords much easier to zero in.
Fav point for bringing us back a second time

Wow this one was so clever. Awesome Cache. We couldn't find it on our first try so we came back with our Garmin. Still took ages to find but was worth continuing our search. Thanks for the adventure
We are in Bundy for a few days.
Spent ages here looking inn the wrong pandanus. I decided to leave hatzofff at this one and go back over to the other one. Soon found. So I now sit at the table to write my thanks.
Log signed and replaced on March 4, 2020 at 9:03 AM. TFTC, Ozibags.

Despite the poor weather forecast, Crookedpete, JezNDez and I set off on an impromptu road trip from Brisbane to Bundaberg chasing a large patch of potential FTF 's which appeared to still be on offer. After encountering rain on the drive up, we lucked in with the rest of the day remaining pretty well precipitation free. In the end, a great day to be out caching.
Dez and I had visited this park on a previous trip up to Bundaberg but lingering muggles prevented the find that day. Today the coast was clear (metaphorically speaking as there were some very dark clouds just off shore threatening to dump their load of heavy rain) and we could set about the hunt. A very well disguised cache container here, a pleasant change from the run of caches we had found so far today. TFTC

Some heavy rain forecasts scuttled the planned Bromance camping weekend in North NSW. The forecast around Bundy looked reasonable, and there were 70 FTF's with some generous DT up for grabs. Swellerfungus opted to continue the repairs arising from his 10 cent bathroom washer replacement (current cost is into the $1,000's), leaving the Bromance Lite* heading north early this morning.
Whilst the aim today was to grab the FTF's on offer, we could not drive past a cache with this many favourite points. My travelling companions had been here before but had been muggled, so they were keen to collect the prize. A nice piece of camo here. Well played.
Logs were signed with the team's Bromance stamp. Many thanks Ozibags

The plan was to hit the beach which means I wasn’t wearing the correct footwear for caching but was enjoying the scenic drive and didn’t get into the water today. Maybe make the beach a priority tomoz
I did a couple of laps of this one and that one, then returned to this tree Read a few logs and realised I must be looking at the cache Oh that’s neat!
TFTC Ozibags A FAVE point for this little beauty.

Searched for a while before finally putting my hand on what I've been looking at for a while. TFTC
TFTC. It is nearly twelve months ago when we were last here. This time we got the smiley face. We are housesitting in Bundaberg and coming close to the end of our time here. A lovely sunny day for a drive to the beachside. A quick find after a muggle and his dog left the area.
Out with my Geo-Buddy Gazacasa in the Bundaberg and Bargara area today. Appreciate the efforts for all of the caches. TFTC.
I noted the zip ties which I duly ignored as per instructions and although I had a pretty good poke around, I couldn't find anything. I'm not claiming its not there since my intolerance for creepy crawlies prohibited my sticking my hands into some of the smaller possible hiding spots and thus I didn't find this cache today. Maybe next time I'll bring the braver part of my team for a closer search
Thanks.
Thanks.
I found under the skirt a tyrap arround a log with another tyrap around it. Thete was no log whatsoever....
Came upon empty on this one. Saw some cable ties ,but read a post that said to ignore it. no luck
No good today. Came here twice today after checking with ozibags, bit still a DNF.
This one had me circling gz for a good five minutes. Back and forth. The sun was starting to descend, and my paltry phone torch wasn't helping. Kept returning to the zip ty despite being told to ignore it. Offroadcaveman finally found the little bugger, of course in a place i had already looked. Thanks ozibags for placing and maintaining a cache here. And the interesting history lesson too.
Sorry for the late log.

On arriving at GZ I informed Mrs woodyrothwell that this could be a tricky hide and that we need to take our time to check every crevice. She bluntly hands me the cache and said "Why are you cachers always banging on?" OK, that was pretty impressive but where was it? She points to the spot and even then I couldn't see where it was hiding.
The log was signed and we retreated to the picnic table to see a friend of ours that has fallen on hard times. tftc

We are nomads. Having left Perth WA in February 2014 we now live in our caravan and go wherever the will or caches take us.
Now settled into Bundaberg for a week, today we headed to the coast to let Geocaching be our tour guide.
Thankfully we found your cache.

Thanks for the heads-up Ozibags, we really appreciate your quick response to our DNF. Found it after a short search. Cheers from Bindair Dundat and Princess Madelyn.
The wind was blowing so strongly that the cache blew off the table while I was writing the log. TFTC ozibags
We're pretty sure this one has gone AWOL. We found what appeared to be the retaining system, but with nothing attached. We looked all around the immediate location in case it had fallen on the ground, but nothing was found. Thanks Ozibags for the great story about this inspiring lady. Cheers from Bindair Dundat and Princess Madelyn.
Another gorgeous spot in Bargara. We found the cache after a short hunt. Thanks Ozibags
